Analysis of University Information System Based on the Continuous Simulation Model (연속적 시뮬레이션 모델을 이용한 대학정보화의 도입효과 분석)

  • This paper focuses m the measurement of increased work efficiency and competitive advantage expected from the implementation of information systems through random interactions of the organizational behavioral factors whose attributes can be changed with. Specifically, the work reported here is concerned with modeling and analyzing the interrelationships among the organizational behavioral factors which a university information system can have impact on throughout the time horizon of its implementation in terms of productivity. In addition, it is also concerned with developing a continuous simulation model to be used to assess the impact of the information system.

A Case Study on the Effect of Online Cooperative Learning applied in Accounting Class (온라인 협력학습 회계수업 적용방안 및 효과에 관한 사례연구)

  • This study tried to explore factors for improving academic achievement in online non-face-to-face education based on the survey results of a University's online cooperative learning Q&A. Due to the Corona situation, both professors and learners can easily feel psychological isolation due to the implementation of all non-face-to-face online classes. As one of the methods, it was intended to suggest the direction of future education to various teachers and learners by sharing class cases in which the online cooperative learning methodology was applied. Previous studies on non-face-to-face online learning, online cooperative learning, and learning promotion method were reviewed, and the online Q&A method was adopted as a specific learning promotion method to conduct research. In the Q&A process, learners were given an opportunity to check their learning content, share knowledge and communicate, and performance evaluation-related factors such as guaranteeing anonymity of the questioner and answerer, improvement points system, and absolute evaluation were asked. As a result of the survey analysis, it was found that they are the success factors of online cooperative learning. It is a small change that can be applied in practice in the future where online non-face-to-face learning is likely to continue, but by sharing meaningful cases of application of teaching methodologies, both professors and learners being motivated and actively involved in. It is expected that we will be able to suggest methods and directions for improving skills together by changing and supplementing the learning field.

  • Information Technology(IT) was introduced to the business as a means of improving operational efficiency. Nowadays, IT has become an essential component of an organization's survival. Almost no operations of an organization can be performed without IT. The benefits of using IT in organizations can not be underestimated. Some organizations have flourished because of the competitive advantages derived from the IT systems they have developed. Most IT systems, however, have been extended, changed and integrated with ad-hoc and makeshift solutions without thinking long-range view. It results in high maintenance cost and uncontrolled system for managing information resources. Especially, public institutions under the Project-Based System (PBS) have some problems in keeping a good management systems for information resource, because they are usually operated for a set period. Therefore, we propose the framework how to efficiently manage the IT assets and resources based on the Information Technology Architecture (ITA) that is introduced for the overall optimization of IT investment, change management and inter-operability.

Prediction of Rheological Properties of Asphalt Binders Through Transfer Learning of EfficientNet (EfficientNet의 전이학습을 통한 아스팔트 바인더의 레올로지적 특성 예측)

  • Asphalt, widely used for road pavement, has different required physical properties depending on the environment to which the road is exposed. Therefore, it is essential to maximize the life of asphalt roads by evaluating the physical properties of asphalt according to additives and selecting an appropriate formulation considering road traffic and climatic environment. Dynamic shear rheometer(DSR) test is mainly used to measure resistance to rutting among various physical properties of asphalt. However, the DSR test has limitations in that the results are different depending on the experimental setting and can only be measured within a specific temperature range. Therefore, in this study, to overcome the limitations of the DSR test, the rheological characteristics were predicted by learning the images collected from atomic force microscopy. Images and rheology properties were trained through EfficientNet, one of the deep learning architectures, and transfer learning was used to overcome the limitation of the deep learning model, which require many data. The trained model predicted the rheological properties of the asphalt binder with high accuracy even though different types of additives were used. In particular, it was possible to train faster than when transfer learning was not used.

  • 전 세계 태양광 발전용량은 2010년 초 25GW에서 2019년 말 617.9GW로, 지난 10년 동안 25배 이상 증가하였다(2019년 전세계 태양광 발전(PV)의 추가량은 거의 133GW 추정). 2020년에도 세계 태양광시장은 120~150GW를 형성해 전년대비 10% 내외의 성장세를 이어갈 것으로 전망되며, 향후에도 성장률은 다소 낮아지겠지만 2030년 태양광 수요피크 200GW까지 지속적인 성장이 기대된다. 한편 우리나라 수상태양광은 높은 잠재력(저수면적의 7%를 활용할 경우 5,304MW 규모의 수상태양광 개발이 가능)을 가지고 있는 것으로 평가된다. 신(新)정부 국정과제 3020 신재생 확산정책에 따라 신재생에너지 보급률 확산이 전망되는 가운데, K-water의 중장기('17~'26) 전략경영계획에 따르면 수상태양광은 2026년까지 2,758MW 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 하지만, 수상태양광은 경제성과 환경적 측면에서의 불확실성을 포함하여 시설물의 안정성 검증, 사회적 수용성 등 극복해야 할 정책과제들을 안고 있다. ① REC 가격의 안정화, 경제성 제고 문제(높은 운영 및 관리 비용), ② 난개발, 환경·경관·안전 문제에 대한 주민들의 우려 : 주민 수용성 제고, ③ 투자 사기와 유착·비리, 편법개발, 난개발에 대한 규제방안, ④ 지역사회와의 거버넌스 및 갈등관리 문제, 공용 전력망 부족과 계통연계 문제 등. 이에 본 연구는 태양광 선도국가의 정책 사례 분석을 통해 수상태양광 관련 명확한 규제 및 지원정책을 제언하고자 한다. 분석방법으로는 첫째, 주요 국가에서 시행 중인 수상태양광에 대한 금융지원 및 정책 지원을 국내 사례와 비교·분석하였으며 둘째, 경제적·생태적 관점에서 수상태양광 모델을 개발하고, 이를 지역사회가 수용할 수 있도록 정책적 대안을 제시하였다.

  • Recently, students have raised negative awareness of the test because of school records and irrational difficulty level of the College Scholastic Ability Test. They go so far as to commit suicide because of failure in entering school. It becomes a social problem and it is rising more and more interested in entering school. The educational game was created based on considering this social environment. Namely, students can enter university as playing online or mobile game through Enter Literacy Assessment game service. The Enter Literacy Assessment game service provides various tests which are math, english, science or essay that real university wants through online or mobile game. For this, general concept about Enter Literacy Assessment game service and characteristic establishment and limitation of existing research should be understood. The research refers to relationship between Self-Determination Theory which is the representative theory related with psychological desire of human intrinsic and Enter Literacy Assessment game service. Therefore, development of Enter Literacy assessment Serious Game is a new opportunity factor to take two dominants which are secure of university competitive power and excellent personnel and challenge for development of serious game.

A Study on the Introduction of a Dramaturg System for the Active Management of Local Public Theaters (지역 공공극장 운영 활성화를 위한 드라마투르그 제도 도입 연구)

  • This study was designed to insist on the need of introducing the position of dramaturgs as professionals at performance venues. A dramaturg is a professional staff member that proposes an artistic orientation in the making process of performing arts works such as play and dance. Dramaturgs are divided into production dramaturgs participating in individual works and permanent dramaturgs resident in the theater. In the present study, discussions developed around plans to make use of permanent dramaturgs at local public theaters. The study introduced the advantages of the dramaturg position at culture and arts centers serving as a public theater in the community and proposed institutional improvement measures for it. At a culture and arts center, a dramaturg will play the roles of expanding culture and arts service to local residents, increasing creative chances for local artists, contribution to the vitalization of local culture, and narrowing the cultural gap between the Seoul metropolitan region and the rest of the nation. The introduction of a permanent dramaturg system should be supported by efforts across various aspects including the revision of Culture and Arts Promotion Act and Public Performance Act, improvement of the management system of culture and arts centers, change of performance evaluation methods for performance venues, and introduction of a cultivation course for the public sector.

Consumer Oriented Pricing According to the New Game Product Launching (게임 신제품 출시에 따른 소비자 지향적인 가격결정)

  • Determining the price of a newly developed game product is a substantial matter affecting many aspects of corporate management. An appropriate pricing based on the proper data encourages consumers to purchase products repeatedly Yet presently most game companies prefer to set a price according to the cost including developing expense, advertising expense and law materials. As a result that price does not reveal the rue value of the product, many corporations face the demerits in the corporate management including the low sales, the loss of client and the poor promotion. This study has emphasis on the evaluating the price according to the consumer view rather than either corporate or industrial view. The price preference research analysis shows that Korean gamers prefer the price ranging around 30 thousand won in the simulation game, RPG game, and arcade game. In the online game, around 20 thousand won is the preferred price. This difference explains well the features of each game categories.

Risk Assessment Program of underground buried Pipeline Development (지하매설배관의 위험성평가 프로그램 개발)

  • The underground buried pipelines of Natural gas are relatively safer than any other pipelines of chemical plants, because Natural gas is non-corrosive fluid. But Natural gas is supplied normally the downtown area. So, it may be a disaster because of corrosion which is caused interference facilities, environment and third party accident which is caused facilities construction. Especially, it is very difficult to find out and inspect damages of pipeline because of buried pipelines. Therefore this paper approached to select and manage risk region pipelines according to introduction of underground buried pipeline's risk concept. Risk was indicated three parts - corrosion factor, design and construction factor, maintence and management factor - in this paper, Therefore qualitive risk of pipelines showed score as quantitative number. Also it was thought to be helpful in confidence and safety management that the concept of key index and failure supplementation measures to cost introduces this program. We developed this risk assessment program using visual basic tool and interfaced GIS.

The Evolution of Korean e-Government Service in the Perspective of Actor-Network Theory (한국 전자정부시스템 발전에 있어서 행정 표준의 역할과 관리체제의 변화 연구)

  • This paper shows the case of the evolution of Korean e-Government services in the theoretical lens of Actor-Network Theory and Structuration Theory. It presents how human actors (i.e. presidents and the central administrations) and non-human actors (i.e. law, standards, and relay systems) have established as the one network together, and how this network affects the evolution of Korean e-Government services. This case demonstrates in public sector can adopt not only Actor-Network Theory, but also Structuration Theory to explain both micro and macro contexts. The practical implications are given especially for the developing countries in pursuing the rapid development process of e-Government services.
