슈퍼마켓의 성공 및 실패요인에 관한 연구 - 농협 하나로마트를 중심으로 -

  • 이 연구는 농협 하나로마트를 표본점포로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 유통관련 선행연구가 소비자조사를 통한 점포선택이론 중심으로 접근하였다면, 본 연구는 소매공급 측면에서 접근했다는 점과 소매입지모델 뿐만 아니라 소매경영이론 측면에서 내적요인까지 아울러 접근함으로써 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 대한 영향관계를 종합적으로 접근하여 규명하고자 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구의 접근은 슈퍼마켓 경영에서 환경요인인 외적요인과 역량요인인 내적요인에서 점포성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 다양한 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들에 대한 검증을 통해 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석의 신뢰도와 설명력을 높이기 위하여 변수별, 요인별 접근을 시도하였으며, 대상점포의 설명력을 높이기 위하여 동업계 편균대비 비교분석과 도시와 농촌간의 입지유형별 특성과 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현실적 측면에서 채용가능한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구가 대형 슈퍼마켓이 향후 유망업태로 주목받고 있는 상황에서 농협 하나로마트를 표본으로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였으나, 향후 슈퍼마켓의 점포출점, 전략수립, 점포운영 등에서 실질적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있도록 연구가 보강되어야 할 것이며, 나아가 타 업태 및 업종에 일반화될 수 있도록 기대한다.

A Study of the Core Factors Affecting the Performance of Technology Management of Inno-Biz SMEs (기술혁신형(Inno-Biz) 중소기업의 기술경영성과에 미치는 핵심요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to confirm the core factors of innovative capabilities and technological entrepreneurship affecting the performance of technology management and business management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through the consideration about the complex natures of technological innovation affecting by multidimensional factors, this study designs the research model that innovative capabilities, the performances of technology and business management are arranged in accordance with the innovation process; input-output-outcome. To meet this research purpose, the hypothesis are set up based on the previous research studies and the research samples are selected from members of the Innovative Business (INNO-BIZ) Association, located in Seoul and Geyonggi province. As a result of regression analysis to the responses gathered from 360 firms, the performance of business management is influenced positively by the technology superiority, market growth and business profitability which are the dominant factors of performance of technology management. In addition, three sub-variables of innovative capabilities such as R&D, strategic planning and learning capability, have positive effects on both the managerial performances. Innovativeness and progressiveness of technological entrepreneurship affect both the performances positively. Moreover, the co-relation between technological entrepreneurship of an innovation leader and innovative capabilities of organizational members are identified. Lastly, technological entrepreneurship has the mediating effect on the path of leading innovative capabilities to the managerial performances. In conclusion, the research results imply that technological innovation-type firms should periodically evaluate the performance of technology management which are the output of technological innovations and the reinvestment for ultimate business success. And improving and developing innovative capabilities and technological entrepreneurship is required to continuously and consistently investing and supporting resources on technological innovations at the firm-and government-level. It is considered that these are the crucial methods for securing the technologically competitive advantage of SMEs with less resources and narrow innovation range.

  • The purpose of research is to reveal the basic factors which innovation behaviors is motivated in the small-and-medium sized company for strengthening the competitiveness. This study empirically investigates and I was able to obtain participations of 114 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 18.0. In this study I found that strategic approach of organization and educational supports are significant to effective shop-floor process control. Also, results of process control are significant to customer satisfaction and business performance.

Effect of single-person beauty company's managerial capabilities on management performance -Focusing on the moderating effects of beauty education institutions- (1인 미용기업 경영자 역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -미용교육기관의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study checks how the managerial competency of a single beauty company affects management performance, and the managerial competency of a single beauty company has a moderating effect of a beauty education institution between management performance and presents related implications. As for the survey for the study, direct surveys and online surveys were conducted from May 1 to May 31, 2021, and a total of 218 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the managerial competence of a single beauty company was divided into three factors: psychological characteristics, technical characteristics, and management ability, and all factors influenced management performance. In addition, it was analyzed that the managerial competency of a single beauty company in beauty education institutions has a moderating effect in the relationship between management performance. Therefore, managers of single-person beauty companies should make various efforts to improve managerial capabilities that affect management performance, and above all, it is important to select educational institutions necessary for each reverse direction.

Effects of Internal Marketing, Organizational Commitment and Business Performance : Focused on the Nurses (내부마케팅과 직장애착도가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 : 간호사를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between internal marketing, organizational commitment and business performance. Therefore this study is helped to build the strategies that is more efficient internal marketing and organizational commitment for the hospital business. A cross-sectional design was used, with a convenience sample of 284 registered nurses from two university hospitals, two general hospitals and two maternal-child hospital in one region. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression through the SPSS WIN program. The predicting factors for communication and organizational commitment had the explanation power of 41.5% in business performance by the individual. The hospital size, compensation and segmentation system comprise about 53.2% of business performance by the organizations. So, nursing leaders should be interest in the strategies for good business performance. It is possible that they implement the policies to suitable internal marketing strategies and the program to improve organizational commitment for nurses.

  • During few decades, Korean economy has been growing with heavy and manufacturing industries. However, the economy meets limitations of growth rate, and employment rate. The Korean government has been trying to overcome these limitations using development of venture businesses and re-organization of industrial ecosystem. These efforts make high survival rate of recent venture companies. There are previous researches about relation between characteristics of entrepreneur and managerial performance, there are several limitations. Firstly, most of papers were based on survey with specific region or industry. Secondly, related researches were carried out with unable to distinguish among firm's survival periods. This paper uses the '2017 Survey of Korea Venture Firms' data that is approved by the Korean government. This data includes whole industries and survival periods. The aim of this research is finding the effect of characteristics of entrepreneur on managerial performance of venture firms by different survival periods using data envelopment analysis (DEA). If entrepreneur has doctoral degree, the firm's managerial performance is lower than bachelor degree. In addition, over 10 years of working career, and joint-venture have positive effect on firm's performance. This paper can provide valuable information to venture related policy makers and investment decision makers.

  • 유니콘기업을 목표로 하고 있는 국내 스타트업들이 아직까지 국내 투자유치와 코스닥시장 IPO를 목표로 삼고 있고, 해외 판로개척, 해외투자 유치 및 M&A를 통한 글로벌 진출이 활성화 되어 있지 않기 때문에 현재까지의 제2벤처붐은 절반의 성공이라 볼 수 있다. 현 정부에서도 스타트업의 글로벌 진출을 중요한 정책 아젠다로 보고 있는 바, 중소벤처기업들의 글로벌 진출 및 사업화 성공 요인을 분석하기 위한 연구가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 중소벤처기업의 글로벌 경영성과에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보기 위해 국제경영이론 중, 글로벌진출 성공요인과 관련된 자원기반관점과 동적역량관점의 선행연구를 검토해보고, 기업의 혁신역량과 개방형 혁신활동이 기업의 글로벌 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 아직까지 스타트업 또는 벤처기업들을 대상으로 글로벌 진출 성공요인을 도출한 연구가 부족하다는 측면에서 본 연구는 기존 연구들과 차별성이 있음을 밝힌다.

Effects of Ethical Management on Organizational Performance in Social Enterprise (사회적기업의 윤리경영이 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of business ethics and ethical leadership on business performance and social performance. For this purpose, we surveyed 173 social enterprise workers in Chungnam and Sejong area. The main results are as follows. Among the sub - factors of ethical management of social enterprise, ethical leadership has a statistically significant effect on social performance and social performance of social enterprise. In other words, as employees' perceptions of ethical leadership of social enterprise managers increase, business performance and social performance increase. In addition, the results of the study show that the work performance of the workers in the social enterprise providing social service is increased. The results were the same as the effects of ethical management on corporate performance in general commercial enterprises. The results of this study confirm the necessity of strengthening social entrepreneurship which has been emphasized in social enterprise. In order to introduce ethical management into social enterprises, the concept of ethical management suitable for social enterprise and application plan should be prepared.

대기업과 중소기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬통합 요인

  • 오늘날 기업의 핵심 역량은 공급사슬관리의 수준에 따라 평가받게 된다. 특히 정보기술의 발전으로 기업내부는 물론 공급사슬 상의 다른 구성원들과의 정보 공유가 원활하게 이루어짐에 따라 공급사슬 프로세스를 적극적으로 통합하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이와 같은 기업이 공급사슬의 통합을 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고 기업의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬 통합의 대상을 정확히 파악하여야 한다. 그러나 공급사슬 통합으로 인한 성과는 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이며, 공급사슬 통합을 위한 전략 또한 이에 맞추어 수립되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬통합 요인들을 기술하고, 공급사슬통합요인과 기업의 성과간의 관계에서 기업의 규모에 따른 차이를 분석하기 위하여 대기업과 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공급사슬 통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향은 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 이러한 결과는 기업들이 규모를 고려한 공급사슬통합 전략의 수립에 방향을 제시할 것이다.
