대부분의 기업은 경영전략을 결정하는데 고객의 소리(VOC:Voice of Customer)를 매우 중요한 정보로 사용하고 있기 때문에 기업들은 다양한 방법으로 고객과의 관계증진을 위해 VOC 데이터를 이용하고 있다. 그러나 수집된 내부VOC 데이터에서 많은 정성적인 데이터를 포함하고 있으므로 분석하는 데는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 소셜 빅 데이터를 분석하는데 사용하고 있는 시스템을 이용하여 다른 업종에 비해 고객이 다양하고 서비스가 매우 중요한 여행사 내부 VOC를 분석한다. 적용 사례로서 국내 대표적인 여행사에 직접 적용하여 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 빅 데이터 분석 도구를 다른 서비스업종의 내부 VOC의 정성적인 데이터를 분석하는데 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다고 사료된다.

This study aims to examine validity and reliability of the convergence talent measurement. Based on the comprehensive literature review on convergence and convergence talent, we draw 4 main competencies (convergence cognitive, accomplishment, problem solving, and attitude) and 10 critical aspects (creative thinking, critical thinking, cooperation, communication, problem-solving, knowledge accessibility, resource utilization, trust, openness, caring) for building an effective convergence-oriented organization. A validity and reliability test survey were conducted for the analysis to investigate the convergence talent scale. With a data of 151 employees in diverse companies, the results show that the factors demonstrated acceptable levels of validity and reliability. The empirical evidences of our study are 10 key aspects comprising four main dimensions which suggest an available scale for measuring the convergent talent for enhancing convergence-oriented organizations. Our research contributes to the expansion of academic and practical implications on convergence, especially in convergence-oriented organizations.

가상화 기반 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 비용 효율성과 자원 활용 측면에서 강점을 갖고 있으나 주어진 응용의 행태에 따른 적절한 자원할당 방법이 필요한 상황이다. 그러므로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다양하게 구성된 가상클러스터와 응용 특성을 서로 비교 분석해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문의 목적은 OpenStack 기반 가상화 자원을 사용하여 생성된 클러스터 환경을 상태분석 도구인 Ganglia를 이용하여 분석한다. 분석에 사용되는 Utility 함수의 결과는 각 응용에서 요구되는 성능을 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경이 만족시키는지 판단할 수 있는 자료가 될 것이다.

The importance of Knowledge Management (KM) can be easily recognized in many diverse aspects of the theory studies and in KM's efforts to help implement the government's policy to innovate corporation management. The core of KM is to improve the circulation of knowledge by generation, accumulation, sharing, utilization and acquisition by learning. The improvement of knowledge circulation would result in high quality and quantity of intellectual assets in corporations and make decision-making more efficient. This, too, is the operational philosophy of the special libraries. The primary objective of this study is to promote KM by presenting KM methodology and by explaining a theoretical background and cases, based on the existing special libraries. I cite an example of a case wherein merging intellectual assets and human resources activated the company culture. The reference service system, which is the core of the special library, was used in this merging.

Measuring the quality of city life (QCL) is important for city marketing given that QCL influences the city brand image and resident city relationship. Despite its importance, most previous measures of community well being were developed in the context of small towns, and limited attention has been given to a subjective measure of QCL in the context of a large city. This study develops and tests a subjective measure of quality of city life (QCL) in the context of a large metropolitan city. Quality of city life (QCL) refers to the degree of need satisfaction and feelings of happiness one experiences during the course of city life. The results from a survey of 507 residents from 25 major districts in Seoul indicate that the QCL measure has convergent and discriminate validity. The results also indicate that QCL has predictive validity in relation to satisfaction with city services, trust in the city government, word of mouth communication, and a sense of citizen pride. The managerial and policy implications of this study are discussed.

We suggest a new way of specifying the co-evolution of product and process technologies, and integrating it into one of the well-received technology intelligence tools - a technology radar. Cross impact analysis enables us to identify the core technologies of product-process co-evolution. Combining expert judgment with its results, we can clarify the technological co-evolution trajectory with mainstream as well as emerging core technologies. Reflecting these in the assessment process of a technology radar, we could improve reliance of the technology assessment process and technology portfolio. From the academic perspective, our research provides a point where the co-evolution theory encouners technology intelligence methods. Practically, strategic capability of future-preparedness and strategic management could improve by adopting our method based on our example of co-evolution of semiconductor product and process technologies.

Many companies are increasingly using social network service(SNS) as an online marketing tool, and its marketing activation has been in the limelight as a differentiation strategy most recently. The purpose of this study is to analyze online marketing cases utilizing SNS and to apply it in Franchise Enterprise in order to activate its marketing activities. This study is more concerned with the cases of facebook, twitter, and blog among social network services and suggests some ways of utilizing them in Franchise Enterprise as follows: Based on the examples of facebook, firstly, we set up the role as a homepage in individul, Franchise Enterprise, and other organizations. Secondly, we also set up the role as an organizing tool in communities, and thirdly, setting up the role as a location map tool. Regarding some applications in marketing tool of Franchise Enterprise, we suggest the role as a public relation tool of the company and brand, and also propose the role of brand planning and development. Finally, we suggest a way of overcoming the limitation in offline operations.

The purpose of this study is to investigate validation of the School Function Assessment(SFA) for Korean Version using Rasch analysis. The subjects were recruited 98 students with disabilities in Seoul, Kyoung-Ki, Chung-cheung. The data were analysed using Rasch analysis to investigate unidimensionality and rating scale model. The 4 items out of SFA Part II were found to be misfts. The 18 items out of physical tasks, the 14 items out of cognitive/behavioral tasks in Part III were found to be misfit. All rating scale in SFA was appropriate. Further studies are needed to investigate validity and criterion cut-off score for many students with disabilities.

The aim of this pilot survey was to investigate the presence status, usage problems, and improvement needs of the upper extremity rehabilitation equipment(: UERE) in the department of occupational therapy(: OT) of hospital setting in Korea. The authors received a questionnaires of clinicians working in a department of OT hospital setting through a social network service. Responses of 72 were analyzed in the first questionnaire, and 47 were analyzed in the second questionnaire. In the first questionnaire, the presence status of 16 UERE was confirmed to be 29.2~97.2%, and the usage experience of 9 UERE in the second questionnaire was 36.2~97.9%. In the second questionnaire, UERE's usage problems were reported discomfort in 15(31.9%) of 47 therapists, and improvement needs were 23(49%). The usage problems of the 9 UERE questioned by open-ended questionnaire were uninteresting, easily damaged, level unadjustable, direction unadjustable, and inconvenient installation. The improvement needs were classified into digitization, durability, level adjustable, adjustable function, convenience. The present pilot survey identified the presence status and usage experience of UERE in the department of OT and could be used as a basis for the development of closed-ended questionnaire on usage problems and improvement needs of UERE.

The purpose of this study is to find out the determinants of knowledge management adoption through the analysis which examine structural relationships among knowledge management-based structure, knowledge management activities and business performance using the BSC(Balanced Scorecard) perspective. This study also gives the suggestion for the effective knowledge management implementation in the korean companies. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 91 companies implementing knowledge management. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results show that 3 factors of knowledge management-based structure, except organizational structure, have positive effect on knowledge management activities, and the implementation of knowledge management activities has positive effect on business performance with 3 perspectives of BSC, except financial performance. This study showed that more consideration are essential to obtain balanced business performance for companies with knowledge management adoption plan.
