A Study to Predict the Traffic Accident Severity Level Applying Neural Network at the Signalized Intersections (인공신경망을 적용한 신호교차로 교통사고심각도 예측에 관한 연구)

  • 교차로 안전성 진단과 관련된 기존의 연구는 교차로 상에서 발생한 사고 자료에 기초하여 교차로 기하구조 요소, 교통량 및 신호운영방법 등과 관련된 요인을 변수로 사용하여 교통사고건수 예측모형 개발에 관한 연구가 대부분이다. 그러나, 분석하고자 하는 대상 교차로의 사고건수 예측모형을 개발하기 위해 필요한 교통사고 자료의 경우 단 기일에 걸쳐 획득되지 않으며 몇 년간의 사고 자료를 요구할 수도 있다. 이러한 자료를 이용하더라도 사고 발생 기간동안 교차로 사고에 영향을 미치는 요인(교차로 운영방법, 기하구조 등)이 변화될 수도 있다는 문제점을 지닌다. 이와 같은 이유로 교차로 안전성을 진단하는데 있어 기존 교통사고 자료는 언제나 절대적인 자료가 될 수 없다. 이에 대한 보완책으로, 3일에서 5일정도의 조사 자료만으로도 안전성 진단이 가능한 상충자료를 이용하여 교차로 안전성 진단을 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 기존사고 자료를 이용하여 사고 발생에 기인하는 여러 변수들을 교통사고심각도와의 상관관계를 분석하고, 상관관계가 높은 변수를 이용하여 신경망 사고심각도 예측모형을 개발하였으며, 모형 검증을 위해 다중회귀사고심각도 예측모형을 개발하여 비교 평가한 결과 신경망 사고심각도 예측모형의 예측력이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 현장에서 조사된 상충자료를 신경망 사고심각도 예측모형에 적용하여 상충이 사고로 연결 될 경우 사고심각도를 예측하였으며, 예측된 사고심각도에 가중치를 부여하여 대상 교차로 위험우선순위를 결정한 결과 사고비용에 기초한 위험우선순위 결정법과 같은 순위의 결과를 도출하였다.

  • The digital content industry, purred by the growth of high technology content digitization is growing in demand for content technology. The development of the digital content industry and competitive technology ensure that superior digital content is essential. National policy development through business support enables the digital content industry to pursue technology development, transfer and trade, export and industrial use of digital content and value creation to maximize the time required for project. To this end, significant public and corporate funds to strengthen competitiveness for digital content on research and development. Companies perform research and development for effective decision-making, and invest in an archive to check the efficiency and soundness of technology valuation systems in place. This research studies the development of digital content, technology, and the old methods of technology commercialization to facilitate the growth and development of digital content throughout the business world. In order to assess the value of this support, a technology valuation framework has been developed and applied to this case to validate its usefulness.

A Determination of Bias between Calculational Methods for the Criticality Safety Analysis of Spent Fuel Storage Pool with Burnup Credit (연소를 고려한 사용후핵연료저장조 핵임계 안전성분석에서 계산체제간의 편차결정)

  • A test is made for a method to determine reliable bias in the criticality safety analysis of spent fuel storage pool with turnup credit between the reference and rack criticality calculation methods. The spent fuel pool of Kori Unit 1 is conceptually redesigned to the most compact rack with turnup credit, and its multiplication factors are calculated depending on fuel enrichment and burnup, by the Monte Carlo code KENO-IV as a reference and by a two-dimensional collision probability code FATAC as a practical method. Then, the computed values with the help of the above two computer codes are compared to evaluate the bias and its trend in terms of multiplication factor on fuel enrichment and turnup. The result indicates that the bias can be determined with reliability basis but without any disadvantage in criticality safety margin compared with the conventional method.

  • In the Signalized Intersection, the capacity analysis is conducted with a large amount of input data such as road way, traffic and signal condition. but the level of service(LOS) is determined by delay estimated as a measure of effectiveness (MOE) based on this procedure. However, It is under the circumstances which are not considered for the errors caused by the uncertainty of input data in the field(the turing volumes, lane geometry, signal timing, grade of approach lane, percentage heavy vehicles, peak hour factor and arrival type etc.) as become the bases in the determination of the capacity and LOS. It includes the problem of reliability which is not verified for the capacity and LOS estimated. So, this study is to suggest the minimization of their influences by examining whether the uncertainty of input data such as the traffic volume, percentage of heavy vehicles and roadway geometry on the approach lane in the intersection under the study affects the capacity analysis and LOS determination.

  • 수력발전 사업에 있어 Desander 구조물은 주로 고산지대 수력발전댐의 Run-of-river 형식의 발전방식에서 유사로 인한 터빈의 손상을 방지하기 위한 목적으로 설치된다. Desander의 적정 규모는 터빈의 손상을 일으킬 수 있는 유사 입경에 대해 안정적으로 침전을 시킬 수 있는 폭/길이/깊이로 평가할 수 있으며 상대적으로 Desander의 규모가 크게 설계된 경우 초기 공사비 증가하고 반대로 규모가 작게 설계된 경우 터빈의 교체 주기 단축으로 인한 유지관리비가 증가된다. 현재까지 일반적인 Desander 구조물의 설계 방식은 제거 입경의 침전 속도, 유입유량 및 깊이를 변수로 사용하여 경험식(L. Sudry method, Guicciardis method 및 Rouse method)을 통해 규모를 결정해 왔다. 하지만, 3-D 전산유체해석을 통해 유속 흐름 분석으로 직 간접적 Desander 규모의 적정성을 평가할 수 있는 현 시점에서 경험식으로부터 도출된 결과의 신뢰성과 객관성을 검증할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 노르웨이 NSTU에서 개발한 유사의 이송 및 확산해석 기능이 내장된 범용 소프트웨어인 SSIIM을 이용하였다. SSIIM(Simulation of Sediment movements In water Intakes with Multiblock)은 개수로 흐름 상태에서 유사 이동 및 하상 변동을 분석할 수 있도록 개발된 3-D 해석 프로그램이다. SSIIM은 수치해석 방법으로 유한체적법(Finite Volume Method)를 채택하였으며 Navier-Stokes equations을 통해 유체의 흐름을 해석한다. 입력 자료는 유입 유량($m^3/sec$), 유입 유사량(kg/sec), 유출부 수위 및 해당 Desander Structure grid 자료가 사용되며 해석 결과로 Desander 내 grid 별 유속, 수위, 유사 농도 변화 등을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 SSIIM을 이용하여 제거 목표 유사 입경의 차집 효율(Trap efficiency)로 Desander의 적정 규모를 평가 할 수 있는 설계법을 제안하며 설계 단계에서 결정되는 최소 제거유사 입자와 차집 효율에 의한 Desander의 적정 규모 평가 분석을 파키스탄 A 프로젝트를 대상으로 수행하였다. 연구 성과로 (1)SSIIM을 통해 해석된 차집 효율을 기초로 Desander의 적정 규모를 계획할 경우 경험적 방식에 비해 설계의 객관성과 신뢰성을 제고할 수 있으며 (2)3-D 수치해석을 통해 grid 별 유사농도를 확인 할 수 있어 Desander 형상과 규모에 대한 평가가 가능하다.

Effect of Generation Age as a Determinant of National Housing Price (국민주택 가격결정요인으로서 세대연령의 효과)

  • In order to discuss the implications for demographic changes due to an aging society, this study sought to verify the effect of generational age with a focus on the case of the national housing scale transaction in Seoul Seocho-gu. For the result, variance and linear regression analysis, and when the analysis showed a significant correlation between age and transaction price, and corrected the trading region and year, it was also confirmed that the higher the age in most regions, the lower the trading price tendency. Based on the results of this analysis, efforts to improve the adequacy and fairness of pricing in trading cases, and the direction of policy change due to the aging of the population were discussed, and on the basis of this, we even proposed measures for the support of the policy authorities. In addition, the management condition of individual communal houses was an important factor in the sale and the lack of utilization of Internet-based platforms was expected to be the cause of the low price sale. However, due to the use of 2nd order data on real trading cases, the direction of subsequent research was presented together with respect to the limitations of not being able to control a wider variety of individual characteristics.

  • The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among utilitarian perceptions, hedonic perceptions, perceived usefulness and behavioral intention. Recently, consumers rely heavily on user-generated contents of social media channels to support their purchase decisions, such as electronic word-of-mouth. Electronic word-of-mouth helps consumers to evaluate items before making purchase, to reduce purchase risks and to support their purchase decisions. This study was based on both the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 255 travelers who had used travel review website at least once. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Utilitarian perceptions(information quality) has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Second, Enjoyment has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Third, Curiosity fulfilment has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Finally, Perceived usefulness of a travel review website has a significant impact on behavioral intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

A Study of the Effect of Learning Processes on Decision Making Performance of IT Consultants (학습프로세스가 IT 컨설턴트의 의사결정 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • For the successful implementation of IT projects, individual consultant's competency in the project is very important. Especially, 3 key factors which are 1) Learning-by-Doing, 2) Learning-from-Others, and 3) Learning-by-Investment with individual consultant's competency, are required for solving various critical issues which can be occurred during implementing IT project. The objective of this research is to examine the effects of these learning processes on decision performance of consultants. Prior to setup the research model, we conducted 3 times in-depth interviews with IT consultants who have over 20 years IT project experiences. Through interviews with IT project expert, we tried to validate our research model and develop survey questionnaires. Over 100 consultants, who are working at SI companies those of Samsung SDS, LG CNS, SK C&C and other small SI companies, were participated to survey. In the contrary of our thoughts before conducted experiment, we got the interesting result from pilot experiment. Most influenced learning process was Learning-by-Doing and less influenced learning process was Learning-from-Others.

A Two-tier Optimization Approach for Decision Making in Many-objective Problems (고도 다목적 문제에서의 의사 결정을 위한 이중 최적화 접근법)

  • This paper proposes a novel two-tier optimization approach for decision making in many-objective problems. Because the Pareto-optimal solution ratio increases exponentially with an increasing number of objectives, simply finding the Pareto-optimal solutions is not sufficient for decision making in many-objective problems. In other words, it is necessary to discriminate the more preferable solutions from the other solutions. In the proposed approach, user preference-oriented as well as diverse Pareto-optimal solutions can be obtained as candidate solutions by introducing an additional tier of optimization. The second tier of optimization employs the corresponding secondary objectives, global evaluation and crowding distance, which were proposed in previous works, to represent the users preference to a solution and the crowdedness around a solution, respectively. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, decision making for some benchmark functions is conducted, and the outcomes with and without the proposed approach are compared. The experimental results demonstrate that the decisions are successfully made with consideration of the users preference through the proposed approach.

Development of Construction Cost Model through the Analysis of Critical Work Items (코스트 중요항목 분석을 통한 공사비 예측모델 연구)

  • In construction project planning and control, a cost model performs a critical role such as cost determination on a contract stage and cost tracing. The model can maximize owner's profit and value within the project budget and optimize cost management works on overall construction implementation stages. A BoQ(Bill of Quantities) generally adopted in a unit price contract has been applied as an important tool for cost control and forecast. However a previous cost model based on the BoQ has shown limitations in that it requires too detailed information and heavy manpower on cost management and difficulty in keeping relationship with construction planning, scheduling and progress management. The each cost items and unit prices which constitute of construction works are individually very important management factors but the relative weight for each items and prices have a difference on the contents and conditions of each conditions of each construction works. In consideration of this structural mechanism of cost determination, this research is aimed at examining the critical factors affecting the construction cost determination and propose and verify a new cost forecasting model which is more simple and efficient and also keeps the accuracy of cost management.
