단열재 흡수율에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Absorption Rate of Insulation Materials)

  • Data on basic properties are needed due to the increased interest of insulation materials, but In Korea, there are fewer data related to the basic properties of insulation. so the absorption rate was measured every seven days by selecting some of the insulation among insulation materials to provide basic data on absorption rates among basic properties. Measured over 43 days, both absorption and weight showed the highest PF levels, other insulation is judged to have almost reached the maximum absorption rate. PF is still an increasing trend and requires constant observation.

  • Construction heat insulating material for construction is used in large amounts in industry. In the manufacturing process of this insulation material, a thermal insulation material is completed while a polymer in a liquid state passes through Hall breaker. At this time, the quality and form of a product are determined by a hole in the breaker according to the oil pressure of the fluid and the change of the flow velocity. The friction wear action with regard to partner movement between the two levels of quality of materials affects the performance and the lifetimes of machine parts. In this study of a friction test, SM45C, which is a material used to create brake holes, was used. PVC was used to create the specimen. Moreover, an experiment divided a lubricous state and an unlubricated condition. The resulting value over the load of a pin, the revolving speed of a disk, and the standby state of an experimental result disk could be acquired.

불투명 외피의 열관류에서 단열재의 습도영향 (Effects of the Moisture on the Overall Heat Transfer Through Heat Insulators Opaque Envelopes)

  • 일반적으로 건물 단열재는 건조된 것이 사용되며 이 상태에서 열전도율을 측정하여 열 손실을 산정할 때 기초자료로 이용될 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 단열재가 흡습성 재료인 경우에는 습도평형 혹은 다른 작용에 의해 습도가 높아지기에 이에 따라 열전도율도 상승하게된다. 이처럼 재료 열전도율의 상승효과는 건축물에 흡습성 재료가 사용될 경우 그 사이에 비흡습성 단열재료가 시공됐을 때도 양쪽재료의 흡습성으로 인하여 단열재의 열전도율이 상승하게 되며 이에 따른 열손실 또한 높아진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 열전도율의 상승을 간단하게 계획단계에서 적용할 수 있도록 실측에 의해 검증된 약산식을 통해 산출될 수 있도록 하였다.

  • In this study, the experimental study on Insulation performance of insulated forms utilizing NT frame heat insulation at low Temperature. For this study, placing insulated TEGO film plywood based form between two constant temperature and humidity chamber that maintaining 10℃, decrease temperature of one chamber to -10℃ and -20℃. Each of steps, maintaining period of temperature was 1 hour. After placing the insulated form, measure temperature of outside if insulated form. As a result of experiment, temperature difference of Fumed Silica Vacuum insulation was lowest.

  • This study investigate the hydration heat history with variation of surface insulating material in cold weather concreting. According to the results, the temperature of concrete lowers below zero in 24hours, so early frost damage occurs in the case of exposure and 1 fold bubble sheet, but the lowest temperature keeps above zero, so a adiabatic effect is very favorable in the case of double bubble sheet and 부직포. Compressive strength of core specimen at 7 and 28 days is highest In the case of double bubble sheet and 부직포. But, considering convenience of construction and economical efficiency, it is thought that the most effective surface insulating material is 1 fold bubble sheet +blanket.

  • Heat insulator materials can be classified inorganic and organic. The organic material is due to toxic gas emission, when a fire occurs. And it has lower water resistance. The inorganic material is heavy and worse thermal performance than organic materials. In this study, cullet and fly ash were used as basic materials in order to secure a recycling technology of by-products which was mostly discarded and reclimed, and measure of physical properties of light-weight ceramic insulator.

  • As part of recent low-energy policies, thermal insulation standards for buildings are being tightened every year. In addition, the conventional styrofoam insulating material has a problem that the thickness of the heat insulating material to achieve a standard heat permeability is rapidly increased. Due to the thick insulation, there is a high risk of spreading vulnerable structures such as fire due to lack of space between buildings. On the other hand, the method of using the insulation as a formwork is known to be excellent cost saving effect through the reduction of the formwork usage and the simplification of the external insulation work. In order to solve this problem, this study aims to fabricate a multi-layered insulator that combines high-performance phenolic foam insulation and styrofoam insulation and evaluate the deflection characteristics for use as formwork.

  • 친환경 건축물은 자연친화적인 건물을 실현해 사용에너지를 최소화하고 탄소배출을 줄이는 것을 목표로 한다. 에너지사용을 먼저 줄인 후 그 다음 신재생에너지로 필요한 에너지를 충당해야 한다는 것. 때문에 친환경 건축 설계기법으로 최적향 선택과 에너지효율화를 높일 수 있는 외피시스템, 고성능 단열재, 고 단열 창호, 폐열회수환기시스템 등이 거론되고 있다. 친환경 건축의 바른 길을 위해 숙지해야 할 요소를 짚어보았다.

  • There is a big move to build zero-energy buildings in the form of passive houses that reduce energy waste worldwide. Korea has set a goal of reducing its greenhouse gas emissions by 37% by 2030 through the activation of green buildings, such as strengthening the energy levels of new buildings and improving the energy efficiency of existing buildings. The use of insulation with high insulation performance is one of the key technologies to realize this, and vacuum insulation is the next generation insulation that blocks the energy flow of the building. In this study, we measured the bonding structure of dry and wet processing glass fiber core materials and compared the insulation performance of vacuum insulation panel. In addition, the insulation performance of vacuum insulation panel was measured according to the thickness of the laminated core. It can be confirmed that the lamination structure of the core and the lamination thickness are important factors for the heat insulating performance of the vacuum insulating panel.
