다세대 확산모형을 활용한 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장 수요예측

  • 본 연구는 현재 정부의 규제완화 및 다양한 대체서비스의 등장으로 인해 점차 시장내 경쟁이 심화되어 가고 있는 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장에 있어 향후 경쟁상황이 어떻게 진행될지에 대한 연구를 통하여 이에 속한 기업들의 향후 시장전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 향후 경쟁상황을 예측하는데 있어 본 연구에서는 사용하는 방법론으로 첫째, 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 전체 수요예측을 우선적으로 실시한 후 둘째, 전체 시장의 수요를 바탕으로 이에 속하는 개별 서비스간의 경쟁관계와 대체관계에 의한 개별 서비스 수요를 예측하게 된다. 이상과 같은 서비스간의 수요를 도출함으로써 시장내 경쟁상황과 경쟁정도를 파악하게 된다. 현재 기업용 전용선 서비스 시장의 경우 가장 큰 특징이 바로 신규 대체 서비스들의 등장이고, 이들 서비스에 의해 전체 시장규모가 얼마나 성장할 것인지, 전체 시장에서 개별 서비스들의 기여도는 어느 정도가 되는지가 최대 관심사이다. 이에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 신규 대체 서비스가 시장에 진입하였을 때 파급효과가 얼마나 되는지를 추정하여 수요를 예측하였다. 이에 대한 추정결과 연구대상으로 하고 있는 전용회선서비스, 프레임릴레이서비스, 가상사설망서비스에서 전용회선서비스에 대한 타 유사서비스들의 영향력은 그리 크지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 반해 가상사설망서비스는 프레임릴레이서비스를 대체하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과를 통해 사업자들은 향후 시장경쟁 상황을 예측할 수 있기 때문에 이에 대해 적절한 사업전략을 수립하는데 큰 도움을 얻게 되리라 기대한다.적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지로 선택하고 사이버 거래를 통해 생성된 물류가 부분적 분할납품 전략 적용 수요지에 분배되게 함으로써 각 분배 센타의 재고 완충역할을 수행하게 한다. 이에 따라 안전 재고 및 역 배송을 최소화 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 미 출고로 인한 손실을 최소화하며 고객의 서비스를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.증진, 페기물 발생 억제 분야에 상당한 성공을 거두었으며, 지금도 지속적으로 유지 관리 및 미비한 부분(CAER, 등)의 향상에 노력하고 있다. Dow Korea의 수입 판매 부분에 주로 관련된 Product Stewardship 및 Distribution Code는 여러 사업부 및 여러 지역(미국, 유럽, 아시아 등)에 위치한 담당자가 관련된 까닭에 가장 복잡한 부분이어서 많은 인력과 시간을 소비하면서 노력하고 있으나 아직까지 소정의 목표에 도달하지 못했으며, 2000년 말에 모든 실행지침이 실행되도록 목표, 실행 계획 및 조직을 수정하여 노력하고 있다.lumn density at distant position from MD5 is larger than that in the (:entral region.   • This study examines the effects of social commerce service quality and the service provider's physical environment on customer loyalty based on trust and satisfaction. Study results are as follows: First, correlation analysis results for social commerce service quality and social commerce trust find that informativity and interactivity exert statistically significant effects on social commerce trust. Second, service provider's physical environment and service provider satisfaction correlation analysis results demonstrate cleanliness, ambience, and interactivity exert statistically significant effects on service provider satisfaction. Lastly, the correlation between social commerce trust, service provider satisfaction, and social commerce loyalty, was statistically significant. Results of this study are expected to provide general understanding of group purchase decisions in social commerce and to provide value input in strategy development for social commerce with respect to group purchase and service provider.

  • With the growing interest being reflected in the FinTech industry, much attention has been paid to mobile easy payment services as well. In the era of mobile commerce, the core advantage of using mobile easy payment services(simplifying complex payment procedures and thus facilitating user convenience and reducing the chance of giving up payment) are being more emphasized. Mobile easy payment service market not only includes mobile easy payment service providers but also users, non-users, affiliates, banks, and credit card companies as main stakeholders. Exploring those stakeholders is thus important to thoroughly understand such market. However, extant literature on mobile easy payment services mostly focuses on examining adoption intention of users or non-users. This study, an exploratory research based on interviews, thus aims to extract driving as well as inhibiting factors of mobile easy payment service use from six different perspectives (i.e., social platform, bank, credit card company, affiliate, user, and non-user) and analyze a sequence of cause and effect for each factor. For this, the causal loop diagram was developed to deduce key issues and propose an alternative. Theoretical and practical implications of this study will also be discussed.

  • With a distinction made between contract breach and contract violation, this study develops a structural model that investigates whether each dimension of contract breach influences experience of a contract violation in the hotel industry. At the same time, the impact of such a violation on hotel employees' work outcomes has been studied. One hundred and seventy eight employees, who are employed in five star deluxe hotels participated in the study and a structural equation modeling(SEM) is employed. The result indicated that good working relationship, and training and development, a so called relational oriented breach, make positively significant impact on contract violation. Whereas, benefits and salary categorized as transactional oriented breach does not. Also, the suggested employee outcomes including high turnover intent, low job satisfaction, and person-organization fit have been influenced by contract violation. As a result, hotel practitioners need to clarify the contract items prior to employment and during employment and to prepare to react to unmet promises.

A Study on the Effect of Food Service Franchise's Support System on Franchisee's Trust, Financial Performance and Intention of Multi-Store Operation (외식 프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 지원시스템이 가맹점 신뢰와 재무적 성과 그리고 다점포 운영의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of food service franchise's support system on franchisee's trust, financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. For this purpose, the results of the survey were collected for 111 small and mid-sized food service franchisees in Korea with less than 100 brand franchises, referring to article 9 of the act on Fair Trade. Structural equation model analysis was used for hypothesis testing. The results of the study are as follows; First, a support for store development, education, logistics, and supervisors among franchise's support system were found to have a significant impact on the franchisee's trust, but public relations support was not significantly affected. Second, a support for store development had significant influence on the financial performance, but the support for education, logistics, supervisors and public relations did not significantly affect the financial performance. Third, franchisee's trust has been shown to have a significant impact on financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. Fourth, financial performance was shown to have a significant impact on the intention of multi-store operation. Finally, confirming the mediated effects of financial performance on the effect of franchisee's trust and intention of multi-store operations also proved to have indirect effects. This study identified the impact relationship between the small and medium-sized food service franchise support system, franchisee's trust, financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. In particular, it is deemed meaningful that the performance of Korea's small and medium-sized food service franchises and the relationship of influence that can grow together through the qualitative growth of the franchise's system.

Survey of Manager's Perception of Slaughter and Further Processed House for the Determination of Grading of Poultry Meat Cuts (닭고기 부분육 품질 등급 설정을 위한 도계 및 추가가공장 관리자 의식 조사)

  • This study was conducted to establish a comprehensive guideline for grading system of poultry meat cuts. Slaughter and further processed houses were divided into large(>70,000 heads/day), middle($50,000\~25,000$ heads/day), and small scale(<25,000 heads/day), and the production managers were asked by the Questionnaire. Most poultry meat cuts produced by larger- and middle-slaughter house were consumed by dealers, franchisee and department store in increasing order, whereas further processed poultry meat cuts(small scale) provided meals for the students in the high amount. The packaging step was best f3r the determination of grading in the large slaughter house. This survey indicated that two or more grades were proper to determine the grading in the middle slaughter house, however only two grades were proper for the others. Freshness, bruise, wound, trimming and the inclusion of foreign materials affected to the grading. Poultry meat cuts were accepted for the grading in large-slaughter house, but whole poultry carcass was accepted for the grading in the others. Most managers agreed with that the grading system was only applied for the amounts requested. They also suggested that the grading system of poultry meat cuts were necessary in near future, even though it was not urgent to apply.

  • This research proposed a new method to evaluate the objective validity to launch smart transportation services that various stakeholders are complicatedly inter-connected. First of all, we have designed the fundamental business model to form the smart transportation services and defined the stakeholders taking part in the services. Also, the criteria to evaluate the economical validity has been proposed based on the relationship among stakeholders. Especially, in the case EV drivers and charging service providers, the economical validity depends on the scale of spreading. Therefore, we have compared the two extreme scenarios, the poor and stable level of EV spreading. According to the result, it may be said that EV drivers and charging service providers cannot be guaranteed the economical validity due to the burden of initial investment. On the contrary to this, suppliers of EV and charging gears may secure more than a certain level of profit. In addition, the government may have great profit due to reducing the CO2 emission and cost for importing energy sources. Therefore, it is needed to enhance the level of supporting EV drivers and charging service providers at the first stage. Also, the impact of the ratio of EV and charging service stations on the economical validity of smart transportation should be further investigated.

  • The public construction industry in Korea involves a variety of stakeholders, encompassing multiple layers of contractual relationships that crisscross between the State as project client and the contractors, as well as subcontractors. In such a hierarchical landscape, managerial crises of contractors involving bankruptcy or insolvency can result in unexpected damages for both clients and subcontractors. Accordingly, the applicable legal framework requires project clients to act as patrons in relation to making payments to subcontractors, and stipulates provisions pertaining to direct payments to subcontractors in order to promote the balanced development of the national economy in terms of the public interest by protecting small and medium-sized businesses working as subcontractors for large businesses. However, the relevant legal documents provide for different payment criteria and procedures from document to document, and leave room for variations in the interpretation and construction of applicable provisions, which leads to disputes and discrepancies in court rulings. For this reason, it is necessary not only to compare and analyze statutory provisions pertaining to direct payment to subcontractors, but also to review issues of contention in actual cases. This study aims to analyze issues in cases involving payment to subcontractors from the perspective of the project client overseeing and supervising the construction business. The conclusions from such an analysis will help to effectively resolve subsequent cases of a similar nature by suggesting a strategy to improve the relevant statutory provisions pertaining to direct payment to subcontractors.

Evaluating the perception of logistic firms and shipper on the relationship between contract term and service performance in logistics outsourcing service (물류아웃소싱 서비스에서 계약서 조항과 성과 간 관계에 대한 물류기업과 화주기업의 인식 비교 분석)

  • This study is based on precedent research on contract fairness to prevent irrational contract practices and enable long term mutual interests between logistic firms and shipper. Actual unjust contract examples were identified in order to help create this positive partnership. An analysis on the difference of perspective proved that while the logistics companies believed on the positive effects of the presence of additional expense clauses & potential risk clauses, the very same companies believed that the concretization of procedural & distributional equitability clauses will cause positive effects on the partnership between the logistics companies and the shipper. On the other hand, concretizationof the expense clauses brings about a negative effect for the shipper company. Also, the perspective of a logistics company appears that such results were identical to the empirical study which had a positiveeffect. However, the shipping company had a negative and a rather opposite point of view. These researches prove that there should be an alteration in perception for the shipper company. It is believed that the comparison of the results of this research and the leading researches may provide grounds for thought-provoking suggestions that must be concretized and also for those in need for further settlement for drafting the standardized logistics contract and its logistics.

  • Lately, with the increase of the private security industry, individual quality improvement of the private security guards is rising. Especially, in accordance with competence of the private security guards, in the base of individual technical or knowledge, the confidence of own ability is essential for the improvement of the private security industry. In accordance with the private security guards, the study of their competence is rare. But through the study of teenagers or members of the public organization, we can know the influence of variables competence. The purpose of this study is to show how the self-esteem, need for Achievement, relation with co-worker and supervisor, and leadership effect on competence. Consequently this study will offer effective ways to develop the private security guards competence. We can show that self-esteem effects competence of the private security guards between the need for achievement and self-esteem which are adjusted as the individual characteristic. Namely, the higher the self-esteem of the private security guards is, the higher competence is. The study shows that the relation with co-worker and supervisor of the private security guards doesn't effect competence. Unlike the previous studies, this study proves that contingent reward has a positive effect on the Private Security Guards competence in the transactional leadership. That is, the higher the contingent reward of leader is, the higher the level of competence of the Private Security Guards is. Lastly, We can know individualized consideration effect the competence of the private security guards in the transformational leadership.
