환경부(장관조명래)는 '포장재 재질 구조개선 등에 관한 기준' 개정안을 확정하고 이를 고시한다고 밝혔다. 이번 개정안은 페트병 등 9개 포장재의 재질 구조를 재활용 용이성에 따라 재활용 용이성 최우수 등의 등급으로 구분하고, 업계에 혜택(인센티브)을 제공하는 등 생산 단계부터 재활용이 쉽게 설계되도록 이끄는 제도를 담았다. 다음에 '포장재 재질 구조개선 등에 관한 기준'의 구체적인 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

대규모 기업집단의 계열사 간 내부거래에 대한 공시 범위 확대 등을 내용으로 하는 공정거래법시행령 개정(안)이 지난 9월 26일 입법예고(기간: 9월 26일~10월 17일)되었다. 이밖에도 기업결합의 사전신고 범위를 확대하고 상습 법위반 사업자에 대한 자진신고 감면 제한 근거조항 마련 등 시행령 운용과정에서 나타난 미비점을 보완했다. 이번 개정안은 법제처 심사 및 차관회의 국무회의 등 관련 절치를 거쳐 확정 공포되며 금년 12월 말부터 시행될 예정이다.

국회는 지난 3월 8일 본회의를 열고 농림수산위원회에서 여야합의로 성안한 축산법 개정법률안을 통과시켰다. 이번 국회가 개정한 축산법 개정 법률안은 축산농가를 보호.육성하기 위해 대기업의 축산업 참여를 금지하고 축산업 허가상한선을 두었으며, 허가와 관련한 중요한 사항과 대기업의 기준 등을 정하기 위한 축산업심의위원회를 농림수산부내에 설치할 것을 규정하고 있다. 이 법률안은 정부가 공포하는 날로부터 시행되는데, 기존 허가업체는 2년 이내에 허가상한선 이하로 사육두수를 줄여야 한다. 개정 축산법 주요내용은 다음과 같다.

건설교통부는 건설공사의 대형화 복잡화 등 건설산업 환경변화에 효율적으로 대응하고, 부실업체 퇴출 등 건설산업 구조조정을 원활히 추진하기 위한 제도개선 방안에 관한 건설산업기본법개정법률(안)이 26일 국무회의 의결을 거침에 따라 하반기 정기국회를 거쳐 내년 상반기부터 시행될 예정이라고 밝혔다. 이번 개정법률안은 건설사업관리제도의 활성화를 위한 건설사업관리자의 건설사업관리능력 평가 공시제도 도입 및 부실업체 퇴출을 원활히 추진하기 위한 건설업 등록사항의 주기적 갱신신고제 도입, 일반건설업 등록권한의 지방이양 등을 주요내용으로 하고 있으며 세부개정내용은 다음과 같다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and need for the revised child care practicum (January, 2017) in Korea. The participants were in three groups: 32 directors, 143 child care teachers and 130 pre-service teachers. Questionnaire were used ot collect the data and t-test, x-test and ANOVA were done for analysis. All three groups responded positively for the revised edition (extending the period of practicum from 4 weeks to 6 weeks). And perceived the extending the period is necessary for the quality of child care centers. Directors with the higher level of education perceived the revision clearly than others. Most of teachers perceived the change through teacher retraining program. All groups pointed out for the implementing the revised edition successfully, supporting and cooperative system is in need for three groups.

The "Information and Communication Technology Education Guidelines" were revised in December, 2005. However, the revised guidelines are not propagated in the elementary school. One of the reasons is that the textbook is not faithful to the revised guidelines. We analyzed the elementary computer textbooks published on and after June 2006. In the result, the contents of many textbooks are not based on the "Information and Communication Technology Education Revised Guidelines". Especially, "Understanding of the Information Processing" and "Comprehensive Activities" areas are not faithful to the revised guidelines. Therefore, the systematization of the textbook screening system, participation of the computer education expert, development of the detailed curriculums, and training of the elementary teachers are essentials for invigorating of the elementary computer education.

Recently, amendments to the e-Sports Act have been proposed in the Korea National Assembly. To evaluate the amendments, this study provided five factors of the e-sports industry: the high accessibility, the instability of the game, the difficulty of professional e-sports players, the fierce competition, and the lack of government policy. Based on these factors, this study suggested improvement in which the e-Sports Act should proceed for professional e-sports players, e-sports teams, and e-sports establishments.

지난 1월 3일 "자연재해대책법"이 일부 개정(법률 제8170호)되어 새롭게 신설되거나 변경된 사항에 대한 세부시행 기준을 마련하기 위하여 지난 4월 16일 입법 예고한 자연재해대책법 시행령 일부 개정안이 관계 부처협의, 규제개혁위원회 심의 및 법제처 심사를 마치고 지난 6월 26일 국무회의를 통과함으로서 자연재해대책법 시행령 개정안이 2007년 7월 3일부터 시행에 들어갈 예정이다.
