This study investigates Chinese consumers who have recently purchased products through internet personal broadcasting of Wang Hong and explores how factors related to Wang Hong, broadcasting contents, and products affect purchasing satisfaction of consumers. The present study also examines whether this satisfaction affects the consumer loyalty to the shopping through the Wang Hong in the future. The results indicated that consumers' perception of the informational level rather than entertainment level of broadcasting contents had significant effects on the product satisfaction. The perceived uniqueness and credibility of Wang Hong were found to have positive impacts. In terms of products, the more consumers perceived the product to fit their images or values, and the higher the fit between the images of Wang Hong and the endorsed product, the higher the satisfaction with the product. Product satisfaction increased the customer loyalty, including the intention of repurchasing products endorsed by the Wang Hong.

This study is to develop a web-based career guidance system to be a help making a decision on one's occupation, which is important for a person's life. As career development education for higher grades of elementary school aims at providing basic knowledge necessary for career choice and forming a basic attitude toward occupation and values, it is desirable to carry out the guidance of a variety of occupations on the basis of personal interest and aptitude of individual students. Previously, however, most studies have remained at the level where simply test results are notified. Therefore, the study administered a career development test fit for higher grades of elementary school who are at the stage of potential career choice and developed a web-based career guidance system in which suitable occupation types are advised of based on the results. Beyond notifying test results, the developed career guidance system presents 3 excellent intelligences, rather than converting test results into scores. Thus, it is expected that the system will help students understand their areas of excellent intelligence, efficiently study related occupation types and duties, and learn to have awareness and make a better decision in relation to their career.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural types of happiness that mothers with young children feel by presenting the features of each happiness type, to eventually increase the happiness of mothers with young children. The subjects of this study were 32 mothers with young children in D city. They were randomly chosen. Q-methodology, which allow in-depth measurement of people's subjective perception of happiness, was employed in this research. The results and further analysis revealed 4 structural types of happiness: 1) family centered type, feeling happiness through family including children 2) gratitude pursuing type, feeling grateful to circumstances and small things happening in current life 3) relationship oriented type, emphasizing good relationship with family and others; and 4) personal enjoying type, emphasizing the satisfaction and joy in one's own life.

This research aimed at comprehending influence among education participants' characteristics (followership, sense of community, conscientiousness), organizational effectiveness, and investigating mediation role of communication. The results are as follows: First, followership and sense of community play an important role for communication. But conscientiousness did not affect communication. Second, communication has directly affected job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, the relation between education program characteristics and organizational effectiveness were mediated by communication. The findings of this study suggest the educational program is designed and developed based on employee's attitude of mind.

의사에게 있어 자신의 적성과 능력에 부합하는 세부 전공을 선택하는 것은 자신의 자아실현뿐만 아니라 환자들에게도 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이것은 의과대학생들의 전공 선택을 위해 의과대학 재학 중에 이루어지는 진로개발의 중요성을 시사한다. 이 글은 의과대학생 개개인의 적성과 소질에 따른 전공 선택을 어떻게 지도할 수 있는지 단계별 진로지도 전략에 대해 고찰하였다. 전공 선택 지도의 첫 번째 단계는 자기평가이다. 자기평가는 자신의 적성과 능력에 맞는 전공을 선택하기 위해 스스로에 대한 정보를 모으고 이해하는 과정이다. 두 번째는 전공탐색 단계이다. 이 단계는 자신의 적성과 능력에 부합할 가능성이 높은 전공과목에 대한 정보를 수집하는 것이다. 세 번째는 전공 선택 단계이다. 이 과정은 학생 스스로에 대한 자기평가 결과 및 전공에 대한 탐색 결과에 기초하여 자신이 어떤 분야에 더 적합한가에 대한 의사결정을 하는 과정이다. 전공 선택을 위한 접근 방법의 마지막은 전공 영역의 수련을 위해서 자신이 결정한 전공 선택을 이행하는 단계이다. 이 단계에서는 자신이 선택한 전공영역, 그리고 전공의 수련교육과정을 제공하는 교육기관에 응시원서를 제출하고, 면접을 실시하는 과정이 포함된다. 의과대학생들이 자신의 적성과 소질에 따른 전공 선택과 의과대학생 개개인의 선택의 문제를 넘어 의료 인력의 수급, 의료서비스의 질적인 수준과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 그러므로 의과대학은 대학의 책무성 수행차원에서 학생들의 가치관 확립과 진로지도를 위한 체계적인 학생 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하고 학생들을 적극적으로 지원해야 한다.

Religion can affect on every day lives of individuals in society. Also, religion can affect on personal networks and the formation of a social culture that may lead to influence individual decision makers. Religion can influence values and ethics of people in society. However, according to the secularization hypothesis, as an economy becomes more efficient and the members of a society becomes more educated, the influence and control of religion over people tend to become diminished more. How is religion related with entrepreneurship? There are not so many empirical studies that examine relationship between religion and entrepreneurship. The purpose of this article is that we empirically examine how religious commitment, in addition to individual traits such as need for achievement, perceived creativity, problem solving ability and entrepreneurial parents or friends. Our study is based on survey sample of 229 college students in Korea. The results we found are as follows. First, religious commitment does not have effect on entrepreneurial intention. Also, religion commitment has no relationship with need for achievement, perceived creativity, problem solving ability, and entrepreneurial parents or friends. Second, consistent with previous studies, need for achievement and entrepreneurial parents or friends have meaningful effect on entrepreneurial intention. Third, perceived creativity is a full mediation variable between need for achievement and entrepreneurial intention.

이 글을 다음과 같이 요약한다. 첫째, 경제발전은 인간의 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 수단이다. 둘째, 경제발전에 관한 여러 이론들이 있다. 어떤 한 이론도 경제 발전을 충분히 설명하지 못한다. 여러 가지 복합적 요인을 고려하는 것이 타당하다. 셋째, 경제발전의 영향은 환경을 파괴한다는 증거가 있다. 넷째, 지속가능한 시민복지사회를 만들려면 동양적 환경가치관의 재발견과 적용이 필요하다. 다섯째, 1972년 스톡홀름 회의이후 환경보존과 관련하여 여러 가지 제도적 발전이 있었다. 그중 Agenda 21의 실천은 정부와 시민에게 중요한 움직임이다. 여섯째, 더 넓은 지속가능성 즉 5 가지 지속가능성의 적용을 권장한다. 특히 문화적 지속가능성의 실천이 중요하다. 일곱째, 국가투자를 적정화하면 환경투자비율을 높이면서 국민복지를 향상시키고, 경제성장을 지속하는 것이 가능하다. 여덟째, 지속가능한 시민복지사회를 만들려면 개인과 단체가 전략계획의 실천을 일상화해야한다.

오늘날 학생들의 사고 방식이나 가치관은 과거와 달리 그 양상이 매우 다양하고 개성이 강하며 개인차 또한 심한 편이다. 그러므로 학생관리의 성패는 학생에 대한 보다 정확한 정보의 수집과 적재적소에의 이용이라고 볼 때, 필요한 정보를 적기에 추출하기에는 상당한 어려움이 따르는 게 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 학생 생활지도 및 진로지도에 활용할 수 있는 이미지를 이용한 효율적인 학생관리 시스템의 설계 및 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 제안한 시스템은 검색 대상의 부분적 정보인 신체적인 특징 등의 조합과 같은 비정형화된 데이터를 가지고 검색이 가능하며, 쉽고 빠르게 또한 정확한 결과를 도출한다. 학생에 관한 데이터를 새로이 생성하는 것이 아니라 데이터베이스 구축 시 기존의 학교종합정보관리시스템(C/S)의 데이터를 이용함으로써 보다 효율성을 높였다.

본 현대사회는 문명적, 기술적, 산업적으로 발전함에 따라 그에 상응하는 절도, 폭행, 살인 등 중대범죄의 범위를 벗어나 이념과 국가, 종교, 등 가치관과 사상에 따른 테러 사건 등 국제적인 범죄도 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 국제사회는 중대범죄 및 전쟁의 공포보다 예측 불가능, 막대한 대량 피해를 불러오는 테러에 의한 공포심을 더 비중 있게 대하는 현실에 직면했다. 테러범죄는 개인을 넘어 다중에게 피해를 입힐 수 있는 범죄인만큼 대중에게 경각심과 위험성을 알리기 위해선 구체적이고 손쉽게 이해할 수 있는 명확성이 필요하다. 테러는 수년간 다양한 방식과 개념들이 증식했으며 피해 또한 더 이상 소규모인원, 특정인을 향한 계획적인 범행에서 불특정 다수를 향한 뉴테러리즘식의 테러로 발전하고 있어 안보의 개념에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 대한민국 역시 언제까지나 테러의 위험성으로부터 안전을 확신할 수 없기 때문에 국내 정서에 맞는 테러 대응방안과 시스템 구축을 통해 뉴테러리즘의 발생 가능성을 염두 하고 대비할 필요가있다.

최근 인터넷과 정보통신 기술의 개발로 사회의 가치관, 문화 및 생활 방식이 급속하게 변화되고 있다. 로봇 분야의 경우, 공장에서 사람의 접근이 통제된 지역에 설치되어 인간을 대신해서 반목작업이나 힘든 작업을 대신해 주던 것에서 오늘날은 일반인들이 일상생활 속에서 손쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 로봇을 하나의 가전기기 혹은 개인용 상품으로 개발하기 위한 노력이 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 객체인 TMO를 통해서 내장형 시스템 기반의 로봇을 화상통신을 이용하여 실시간으로 원격 제어하는 방안을 제시코자 한다.
