This study aims to evaluate status and features of lecture-type programs run by public libraries in Seoul. It is examined the current state and features of lecture-type programs of public libraries in Seoul for recent 6 years and also examined the topic, the target user specific trends and their changes based on this feature. The results showed that the number of lecture-type programs were decreased and, it was found that the programs were operated with a specific target users for each of them. The lecture-type programs were analyzed by subject categories and the characteristics were presented based on the subjects. It is concluded that careful planning and operations required for lecture-type programs since they could provide a good opportunity for the library with the potential users of it.

We will be establish the new k stores of identical product firm $F_B$ to gain competitive advantage over rival firm $F_A$ that has already monopolize a market with k stores. In this situation, how we can decide the location of k stores? For this problem, Serra and Revelle proposes k-Median and MAXCAP integer programming using LP+BB to decide the k stores of firm $F_B$. Then they exchange the k stores to another location that cover more customers. This paper suggests non-neighborhood search method that finds the ${\upsilon}{\not\in}N_G(u)$nodes for u of firm $F_A$ without most outer loop nodes using just MS-Excel. As a result of experiment, the proposed algorithm can be get the optimal solution easier and faster than integer programming.

The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy to educate the core contents of various major fields in practical and convergent ways in universities in order to prepare for the 4th industrial revolution era. First, convergence field is established in the university curriculum in addition to the existing major and the liberal arts field. Second, convergence courses are created in connection with job ability, which are major curriculum but only for students in other departments. Third, convergence courses are organized in the form of module curriculum, which is a small-sized and independent curriculum consisting of 4 courses. D University, one of the local private universities in Korea, has provided such convergence module education since 2016, and satisfactory results have been obtained in the course enrollment rate and the course evaluation, etc. By combining these convergence modules in various ways, it is possible to easily create customized majors required and designed by local companies at low cost.

The optimum forest road density was calculated with the method which is used in Europe on the investigation site in Korea. The economical optimum forest road density at the minimum total transport cost was 10.51 m/ha. The total transport cost was calculated 235,354 won/ha per year. The forest road construction cost amounted to 99,693 won/ha per year in case of the depreciation period of 30 years and the interest rate of 3%, the forest road maintenance cost amounted to 14,502 won/ha per year, the logging cost amounted to 99,564 won/ha per year, the cost of footpaths amounted to 18,142 won/ha per year, the cost by the loss of the production area amounted to 3,454 won/ha per year.

This study aims at investigating Korean EFL students' writing strategies through their rhetorical patterns and meaning-making for a writing task in an English writing classroom at a Korean university. The participants were the students and teacher in the course, and the data comprised nine pieces of students' opinion writing and interviews with the teacher. To analyze the data, a 'Claim-Support' pattern was adopted. The findings show that most students, 89%, demonstrated the same or similar elements in the 'Claim-Support' pattern for their textual structures and many parts of the meaning-making in their writing were originated from the textbook. These findings reflect that the students pursued the strategy of 'accommodation' in order to succeed in their academic writing regardless of the teacher's intention which focused on creativity and imagination in writing. The conclusion suggest that the students tend to establish their own ways of strategy to cope with the recontextualized setting for writing in English.

The purpose of this study is to make proposal an oriented-market curriculum of related dance major through analyzing the current curriculum and graduates' employment rate and occupational category of ten universities for last 3 years. This study suggested that Employment rate of the related-dance department graduates decreased considerably last year, which frist asked health insurance for calculating employment rate compared with 2008, 2009 year. The occupational category which is related dance occupied over half of whole occupation and office and sport job were taken to scale. It was necessarily to set up subjects such as body structure and function, administration, management, IT, integration, performance project, pedologics, and gerontology to meet the demand of times. The development of new job market which is connected with related-job subjects will be needed to increase employment rate and variety of occupational category of graduates from dance department.

Voluntarism as an ethics standard for the human race in the 21st Century, suggest to us partical and realistic measures as well as an ideological framework which can solve the problems in the national area. Volunteer activities in the society by university and university students are very important within the nation, provincial communities as well as in the country area. This study focuses on voluntary activities of university students of all the local university on gyungsang buk do after looking in to the present situation of voluntarism and issues and seeks to search into the policy issues that university students voluntary activities should be directed towards. For the active execution of college students voluntary activities, it is necessary to establish partnerships between local communities and university, policy support from the university authorities, program development and expansion of the boundaries of volunteer avtivities, and connections between university Health voluntary health center.

Capstone design course in current domestic software education environment has been opened in undergraduate courses in order to improve student's practical skills. However, the capstone design course is hardly applied the software convergence trend. We opened the capstone design course in not only the students in certain department, but also the students in other departments in order to solve this problem, and then we analyzed the operating results of this capstone design course. In the analyzed result, we find that operation of the convergence capstone design course is enough satisfactory, but we find that the operation of the convergence capstone design course has the limit that the certain department operates individually the convergence capstone design project. Hence, we need that the convergence capstone design course is preferably operated as the department-integration.

The bicycle use activation plan reduces a greenhouse gas exhaust, and economic convenience, movement timely shortening, health effect will be able to expect but the bicycle user is few. The nationwide bicycle road projects is advanced by the countermeasure for a bicycle use activation. It is advanced a bicycle road basic plan even from each local government. The research against a route selection is advanced actively. But the research against a data process is not coming out the accurate research method. It follows a financial one bicycle road design standard from ministry of land, Transport and maritime affairs. But vertical grade in bicycle road design standard is exception becoming that about unavoidable case with geomorphic environments. From the research which it sees the existing bicycle road consider should have to make the terrain situation of yeosu, slope standard connection about under considering it presented the bicycle road route selection which is possible. It included a lane and road width with additional element and establishment in the bicycle road was produced suitable bicycle road route. The area where the mountain district is many when selecting bicycle road, will be used with application plan of slope standard.

Recently, countries have recognized the significant to instruct the information literacy to library users so that they can positively and actively use the information. However, among the courses of library and information science in the colleges of South Korea which educate the potential librarians, few courses have the objectives to make the students obtain the abilities to teach the information literacy in the future. Since this lack of appropriate educations is reflected on the fields of library, the librarians have many difficulties in preparing for and performing user instructions. As an alternative solution for this problem, this study suggests opening a course, information user instructions, in the curriculum of library and information science of the colleges in South Korea and concretely demonstrated the curricular model. Also the course syllabus displays when this course would open.
