Implementation Strategy of Integrated Information Management System of University Financial Support Project

  • In this paper, we proposes a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics, selection procedures, and management perspectives of each university's financial support project, and derivation of a plan to integrate the information system of the university's financial support project. To this end, we analyze the current status of business operations before and after restructuring university financial support projects, and identified the characteristics, commonalities, and differences of each project. Individual projects are promoted segmentally, evaluation indicators and evaluation methods are different for each business, standardization is difficult, and in the absence of integrated governance, sympathy and will of the system integration of the government and the managing agency cannot be found. In order to integrate the system, the business management process must be integrated and standardized, and the system equipment such as budget category adjustment must be complemented, and a stable budget for system integration must be secured.

  • This paper is written to introduce a multimedia tutoring system for nondestructive testing using personal computer. Nondestructive testing, one of the chief methods for inspecting welds and many other components, is very difficult for the NDT inspectors to understand its technical basis without a wide experience. And it is necessary for considerable repeated education and training for keeping their knowledge. The tutoring system that can simulate NDT works is suggested to solve the above problem based on reasonable condition. The tutoring system shows basic theories of nondestructive testing in a book-style with video images and hyper-links, and it offers practices, in which users can simulate the testing equipment. The book-style and simulation practices provide effective and individual environments for learning nondestructive testing.

Multilingual and Multicultural Library Services in Korea (국내 다국어/다문화 도서관 서비스에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the current nationwide status of the multicultural and multilingual library services in Korea. To do this, a survey aimed at the public libraries, the non-governmental organizations and the governmental bodies that provided library services with multicultural and multilingual materials was conducted. Also, 15 librarians and the persons in charge were interviewed. As a result of this study, some recommendations not only regarding national library policies but also regarding public libraries providing multicultural library services to local users were suggested.

  • In this paper, we design and implementation of effective integrated broadcast contents transmission System based on single server system. Because of previous broadcast contents transmission system is consist of various individual functional equipment. And it is not easy to use and not effective to manage for broadcast contents transmission. In this paper, we evaluated and analysed of developed system in the test environment. As a result of performance test, It showed that it was well performed without any data error in the performance test, and It showed that it was well managed, controled, scheduled, processed of the integrated broadcast contents transmission environment.

  • This paper analyzed the proper methods to solve the security problems of establishing trust zone which is changed by security policy in large scale networks containing multiple VPNs. Therefore, we surveyed the vulnerability of VPN technologies, it analyzed various models suitable for trust zone. By simulations of various models, we Propose the cascade perimeter defence policy model having the neit as such an efficient transit cost and the strictly isolation for trust tone. This model can protect the trust zone from the public network by dividing the trust Tone according to each VPN group and it shows the better transit performance by cascading the position of perimeter defence policy.

  • 본 연재는 앞으로 2회에 걸쳐 '네덜란드의 건축정책(Architectural Policy)'과 '네덜란드의 건축센터(Architecture Centers)'의 역할을 살펴보게 될 것이다. 이를 통해 각각 중앙 정부와 지역이 어떻게 상호 관계를 맺으며 네덜란드의 건축과 도시를 조율하고 발전시켜나가는 건축 정책의 중요한 주체로서 작용하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이러한 복합적인 층위의 역할과 그 협력 관계를 이해하는 것은 오늘날 세계 건축계를 이끌어 가고 있는 네덜란드의 건축문화를 이루는 원동력이 무엇인지를 아는 데에 있어 매우 중요한 일이다. 네덜란드는 세계 최초의 정부 주도로 수립된 건축정책을 통해 지난 20여 년 간 건축의 공공성을 표방하며 자국의 건축문화를 발전시켜왔다. 네덜란드의 건축문화는 개별적인 작가들에 의해서라기보다는 건축가(군), 건축기관, 정부 등 여러 주체들에 의해 발전되었으며 건축 정책을 통해 지속적인 시스템을 구축했다는 점을 주목해야 한다. 네덜란드 정부는 건축정책을 수립하고 그 실행을 전문적 건축기관에 일임함으로써 전문가들이 분야의 전문성과 폭넓은 네트워크를 바탕으로 건축의 공공성을 지향하고 건축실천의 방향성을 유도하는 역할을 하고 있다. 한편 지역의 자발적인 움직임으로 설립, 운영되는 지역 건축센터들은 지역의 폭넓은 커뮤니티에의 접근성을 바탕으로 정부의 적극적인 지원 속에서 중앙의 건축정책의 방향성을 지역의 커뮤니티에 전달하고 지역의 이슈를 발굴하고 발전시킨다. 본 연재는 시대적 변화 속에서 개별적 주체들의 의식 성장으로 하향식 주도가 더 이상 작동하기 힘들며 관심과 동기가 다른 다양한 주체들과의 협의와 협력이 불가피해지고 공공성의 대변자 역할을 했던 건축, 도시계획의 위상이 근본적으로 변화를 겪으면서 공공성에 대한 이해의 재정립이 요구되는 현 시대에 네덜란드의 건축정책과 건축센터의 사례를 통해 우리에게 시사하는 바를 찾고자 한다.

  • 학교의 학습 과정에 있어서 학습자 간의 학습 능력의 차이는 존재하며 이를 해결하기 위해 교육과정에서는 개별 학습과 수준별 학습을 권장한다. 유무선 인터넷을 통한 수준별 학습은 최근에 많은 연구가 되고 있는 u-러닝(Ubiquitous Learning) 환경에도 부합하며 학습자 개개인이 자신의 속도와 수준에 맞게 자기주도적으로 학습을 하기에 알맞은 방법이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자가 시간과 공간에 구애받지 않고 자율적으로 수준에 맞게 학습할 수 있는 수준별 학습 시스템을 설계하였다. 특히 시스템에 체계성을 더하기 위해 개별화 학습 체제 중에서 과거 많은 연구를 통해 그 효과성이 입증된 Keller의 PSI(Personal System of Instruction) 이론을 활용하여 시스템의 각 과정을 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 장점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자가 원하는 시간과 공간에서 자신의 속도에 맞게 학습할 수 있으므로 자기주도적인 학습 능력을 기를 수 있다. 둘째, 시스템 구성상 평가를 통해 일정한 기준에 미달하면 목표에 도달할 때까지 계속 학습하고 도전해야 하므로 궁극적으로 완전학습에 도달할 수 있다. 셋째, 제한된 교실 상황에서 벗어나 온라인에서의 학습 지원이 가능하므로 학습자의 개인차에 따른 수준별 학습을 관리하고 책임져야 하는 교사의 부담을 덜어준다.

  • In web-based education environment, it is necessary to provide individually adjusting feedback according to learner's characteristic. Despite this necessity, it is a current state that there are difficulties in deriving the variables of learners' characteristics and lack in developing the systematic strategies and practical tools for providing individually adjusting feedback. This study analyzed the learners' learning patterns, one of learner's characteristic variables regarded as important in web-based teaching and learning environment by employing Apriori algorithm, and also grouped the learners by learning pattern. Under this framework, the e-SRM feedback system was designed and developed to provide learning content, learning channel, and learning situation, etc. for individual learners. The proposed system in this study is expected to provide an optimal learning environment complying with learner's characteristic.

A Case Study on Costing Management of a Logistics Warehouse in Port Distri-park by Time-Driven ABC and Contribution Margin Analysis (TDABC와 공헌이익분석을 통한 항만배후단지 물류센터 원가관리 사례연구)

  • The purpose of this case study is to verify the usefulness of three costing models and a minimum profit management model that can support the logistics warehouse companies in the Busan Newport Distri-park. This case study investigated traditional costing, activity-based costing (ABC), and time-driven ABC (TDABC); and suggested that an appropriate minimum profit management model is contribution margin analysis. Accordingly, in order to verify the usefulness of models, this case study surveyed the actual cost management conditions of companies, applied the three costing models to the "K" warehouse company in the Busan Newport Distri-park, and undertook a comparative study of the results. This case study produced two main findings. First, TDABC was verified as the most useful and advanced of the three costing models tested. Second, contribution margin analysis was confirmed to be the most suitable model to manage minimum profits for port warehouse companies in the Busan Newport Distri-park.
