  • 최근 임베디드 소프트웨어가 다양한 분야에서의 개발이 증대되면서 요구사항도 변화되고 있다. 즉, 임베디드 시스템이 단순하고 독립적인 소형시스템에 정착되어 운영되었던 과거와는 달리 최근에는 초정밀의 동작제어와 함께 복잡하고 다양한 플랫폼 환경을 요구하거나 다수의 소프트웨어 통합하고 제어하는 시스템 중속적인 요구사항들이 많이 발생하고 있다. 기존의 개발방법들은 하드웨어와의 밀접한 관계, 여러 유사 도메인에 대한 고수준의 재사용성 요구 등 임베디드 소프트웨어가 갖고 있는 특성들을 효과적이로 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발 프로세스 혁신하고 오류를 최소화하기 위해서는 "계획 ⇒ 설계 ⇒ 구현 ⇒ 테스팅" 단계와 같은 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스를 정립하고 각 단계에서 필요한 최적의 품질관리 체계를 구축함으로써 경쟁력 있는 임베디드 소프트웨어 제품의 개발을 지원할 수 있는 방법론을 확립하였다.

  • 우리나라의 간척사업은 고려시대 중엽부터 서남해안에 다수 산재되어 있는 천혜적인 간척 적지를 대상으로 지속적으로 추진되어 국토확장 및 식량 자급달성에 기여하여 왔다. 그러나, 최근 들어 쌀 수급 등 농업정책의 변화, 비용에 대한 경제성 평가의 변화, 개발과 보전에 관한 이해당사자간의 대립 등으로 신규 간척사업의 추진이 어려워지고 기존 간척지의 토지이용 목적 변화와 이치수 기능개선을 목적으로 배수갑문을 확장하는 등의 사업이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방조제 상류지역 및 지천에서 이상홍수 유입에 따른 방조제 안정성 검토를 실시하였다. 호내로 유입되는 빈도별 홍수량에 따른 각 지점별 수위변화를 이용하여 방조제 비상대처계획에 대한 재난관리 지표로 활용할 수 있는지를 확인한다. 이를 위해 선정된 방조제를 중심으로 빈도별 홍수량을 산정하여 수문학적 안정성을 검토하고, 빈도별 홍수량에 따른 호내의 홍수위 변화를 통하여 비상대처계획 시나리오를 구성하고자 한다. 새만금 유역의 수치모델링에 필요한 범위를 설정하고, 모델 구성 및 자료를 입력한 후 검 보정을 통하여 모델의 신뢰성을 검증한 후 모델운영 조건을 설정하였다. 새만금 종합개발계획(MP)이 완료되었을 경우를 가정하여 통합운영을 실시하였다. 호내 관리수위에 따른 100, 200, 500, PMF 홍수량 유입시에 호내 홍수위 모의를 수행하였다. 또한, 비상단계 중 초기단계인 '관심단계'를 "이상홍수 발생부터 관리수위 EL-1.5m까지"로 설정한다면 방조제 초기 재난대응이 유리해 질 것으로 판단된다. 또한, '주의단계'는 "관리수위 EL-1.5m부터 호내 관리홍수위 EL+1.5m까지"로 '경계단계'를 "호내 관리홍수위 EL+1.5m부터 제당 내측사석보호공 홍수위까지", '심각단계'를 "제당 내측사석보호공(만경유역 EL+4.5m, 동진유역 EL+2.5m) 이상의 홍수위"로 설정한다면 방조제 관리자에게 세부화된 정보 및 지표를 제공해 줄 것이라 판단된다. 방조제 비상상황 단계별 분류에서 이상홍수위 발생후의 시간을 수치모의를 통해 구분하였으며 정성적인 위기상황 판단이 아닌 구체적인 수치로 된 지표들을 방조제 위기상황 재난지표로 활용한다면 상황 관리자의 위기상황 판단과 대처를 위한 의사결정에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Development of Model Requirements Checklist for Utilizing BIM in Construction Phase - Focused on the MEP - (시공단계 BIM 활용을 위한 모델 요구조건 체크리스트 개발 - MEP를 중심으로 -)

  • The application of BIM that can manage and integrate information generated during the entire life cycle of buildings in domestic and overseas construction projects is becoming active. When BIM is utilized in the construction phase, it can shorten the construction period, reduce the occurrence of reworks and improve collaboration capability. However, there are limitations in applying BIM to the construction phase due to the insufficient definition level of domestic BIM guidelines and inadequate design standards. In this regard, this study developed BIM model requirements checklist for the application of BIM in the construction phase. To develop the checklists, 21 domestic and overseas BIM guidelines, three public construction projects and four private construction projects to which construction BIM was applied, were analyzed. Based on the guidelines and cases, a total of 62 construction BIM model requirements (31 model objects and 31 attribute rules) and proposed construction BIM model requirement checklists by dividing the 61 requirements according to the requirement and purpose for utilization were identified. It is expected that the practical applications of the checklists proposed in this study will improve the level of BIM model in construction phase. In addition, this study has its significance as a basic research that can be used in the development of standardized guidelines for BIM model in construction phase from academic aspects.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching-learning program for the unit 'youth sex and peer relationship' of middle school seventh - grade technology & home economics by applying Keller's ARCS model in five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. In the analysis stage, earlier studies of motivation were analyzed, and a survey was conducted to select ARCS strategies, in the design stage, in which way motivation strategies should be designed, in the development stage, a teaching-learning program for eight sessions was developed in accordance with the two practical problems. In the implementation stage, middle school seventh graders took six sessions according to the program, in the evaluation stage, the highly applicable teaching-learning program was finalized in response to the needs of the students. This study focused on revising ARCS strategies which provide in the teaching-learning programs by implementing and evaluating. Students desired for interesting instruction. It was necessary to develop new ARCS strategies can apply to Home Economics.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a using various convex lenses 'VR glasses' instructional materials for area of communication technology of the 2015 Revision Curriculum in middle school. This study was progressed depend on ADDIE model. In the analysis step, a necessity of developing the instructional materials was confirmed through social needs and leaner's needs and literature researches were reviewed about the 2015 Revision Curriculum and virtual reality and confirmed the area of communication technology related to VR glasses. The communication process of information was selected as a communication technology area related to VR glass. In the design step, Based on the analysis stage, instructional objectives were set and instructional method and medium were selected. In the development step was developed instructional materials, what are teaching-learning guidance, power-point presentations, the paper for group learning activities, Individual portfolio, and using various convex lenses VR glasses example. As a result of 'VR glasses' using various convex lenses, the viewing angle was enlarged when the diameter of the convex lens was large, but it was difficult to quantify it. In the implementation step, the instructional materials developed for middle school students was applied. In the evaluation step, instructional materials were modified and improved through a students evaluation, experts evaluation.

The Evolution of Innovation Cluster : Focusing on the Daedeok Innopolis (혁신클러스터의 진화 : 대덕연구개발특구를 중심으로)

  • This paper explores the life cycle of innovation cluster, especially focussing on the Korean representative innovation cluster, Daedeok Innopolis. For this purpose, we review theoretically how an innovation cluster has been growing up. In particular, we discuss how a cluster has been formed and activated by governmental innovation policies from an evolutionary perspective. By doing so, the study identifies the typical features of an innovation cluster according to each dimensions of the cluster life cycle. The results of this study are as follows: First, in this study, Daedeok Innopolis has characteristics of latency, emergence, growth, and maturity from evolutionary perspective. Second, the governmental structure of the Daedeok Innopolis is a strong government-led and top-down structure, which has features of inclusiveness and flexibility such as umbrella policy. Third, the Daedeok Innopolis can be seen that adaptive or renewal development, as while, it can be applied fine adjustment the innovation cluster policy towards the recognition of innovation obstacle at each dimensions of the life cycle. Therefore, these discussions expose what kind of policy interventions should be addressed to form and develop the innovation cluster according to the cluster life cycle, as while, the development of adaptive policies during the risk and take-off period. Ultimately, the study provides that a different kind of policy instruments and tools should be implemented according to innovation cluster development and its distinctive characteristic per each dimensions of the cluster life cycle.

A Study on Contents Development for the Use of Generative AI in Elementary and Secondary Classes

  • The purposes of this study is to find out how to use Generative AI by class stage and class model so that classes can be planned using various Generative AI in elementary and secondary education. To this end, contents of using Generative AI according to general instructional stages and instructional models by school level and subject were developed, and revised and supplemented through review by 13 field experts. As for the method of using Generative AI by class stage, general class stages were divided into three stages: 'class preparation', 'in class', and 'class arrangement', and the subject of using Generative AI at each stage, the contents of using it, and the types of Generative AI that can be used are summarized. As a method of using Generative AI according to the class model, eight class contents were developed based on teaching and learning models according to the characteristics of each school level and subject. In order to expand the use of Generative AI in elementary and secondary classes, it is necessary to develop more diverse class contents by school level and subject and distribute them in the field. It is also necessary to develop educational materials on matters to consider when using Generative AI in class.

Improving of Planning System for Sustainable Urban Development -Focus on Introducing Environmental and Ecological Planning- (지속가능한 도시개발사업 추진을 위한 계획시스템 개선방안 -환경생태계획 도입을 중심으로 -)

  • This study looked for ways to carry out development projects in a sustainable manner by generating improvement plans, and focused on reviewing the status and problems associated with the environmental and ecological planning that is currently applied to new town and large-scale development projects. Improved methods were suggested based on differences between urban development and housing development projects. Based on principles set for the introduction of environmental and ecological planning, the size of the projects subject to environmental and ecological planning was set. With regard to the procedural improvements for environmental and ecological planning, nine problems were singled out from the development planning phases. Solutions were suggested by separating the problems into the site and district designation phase, development planning phase, implementation planning phase, and post-management phase based on a literature review and the opinion of experts. In consideration of improvements to the planning system, the scope of environmental and ecological planning was set after looking at information related to environmental and ecological planning, literature review, expert interviews, and the relevance of related plans. The scope of the environmental and ecological planning was divided into the overview of planning, environmental and ecological conception, conception of spatial structure and framework, and urban environment regeneration and impact reduction plans. By synthesizing the above-described results, the functions of environmental and ecological planning, development planning, and environmental assessment and their inter-relations were defined. The defined inter-relations seem likely to be developed into a form that would enable sustainable land development.

An Analysis of Distributed Lag Effects of Expenditure by Type of R&D on Scientific Production: Focusing on the National Research Development Program (연구개발단계별 연구개발투자와 논문 성과 간의 시차효과 분석: 국가연구개발사업을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to empirically estimate distributed lag effects of expenditure by type of R&D on scientific publication in the national R&D program. To analyze the lag structure between them, we used a dataset comprised of panel data from 104 technologies categorized by 6T (IT, BT, NT, ST, ET, CT) from 2007 to 2014, and employed multiple regression analysis based on the polynomial distributed lag model. This is because it is highly likely to emerge multicollinearity, if a distributed lag model without special restrictions is applied to multiple regression analysis. The main results are as follows. In the case of basic research, its lag effects are relatively evenly distributed during four years. On the other hand, the applied research and experimental development have distributed lag effects for three years and two years respectively. Therefore, when it comes to analyzing performance of scientific publication, it is necessary to be performed with characteristics of the time lag by type of R&D.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a tool for K-12 science curriculum articulation analysis, especially the concept map of 'properties of matter' and the table of the key concepts of 'properties of matter' by grade. We have 5 steps for the purpose; to extract common subject of K-12 science curriculums, to analyze the contents of K-12 science curriculum related to the common subject, to develop and analyze concept maps of K-12 science curriculums, to develop common concept map and the table of key concepts by grade of K-12 science curriculum, and to modify and clear up the concept map and the table. First two steps are related to the develop of 'water' concept map, and the others are related to the 'properties of matter' concept map.
