(World Wide Fund For Nature)도 온라인 플랫폼으로 전 세계의 물 위험 필터도구(water risk filter tool)를 제공하고 있다.

As a results, the significant predictors for job engagement were sleep problems (β=-.33) and work-family conflict (β=-.30). Also, there was a mediating effect of work-family conflict between sleep problems and job engagement(p<.001). And these variables explained 28.0% of married female nurses' job engagement. These findings may also be useful for improving the work-related well-being of married female nurses. Therefore, findings from this research can be used to institute guidelines for convergence interventions to increase job engagement in married female nurses.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of clinical nurses' job stress, work-family conflicts, and burnout on their depression. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study shows that the job stress of the nurses was higher than average, the work-family conflicts was moderate, burnout was less than moderate, and depression was mild. The higher the job stress, the higher the conflict between workplace and family, the higher the burnout, and the higher the depression was. The main factor impacting upon the mental health of nurses was work-family conflicts followed by burnout. • The study is to find out the influence of mother's and father's conflict resolution styles(aggressive and compromising) on adolescents' use of swear words. This study also investigates whether aggression has a mediated effect in terms of the relationship between mother's and father's conflict resolution styles and their children's use of swear words. To this end, self-report type of questionnaire was conducted to 570 students who attend at 6 different middle schools located in Gyeongnam Province. To the exclusion of incomplete and insincere answers, 477 were selected as the raw data of the research. The summarization of the results is as follows: First, the aggressive type of conflict resolution style with mothers has positive correlation with the students' use of swear words. When the conflict resolution style with mothers gets aggressive, their children's use of swear word increases accordingly. Second, it is confirmed that aggression has a mediated effect when it comes to teenagers' use of swear words triggered by mother's aggressive conflict resolution styles and father's aggressive conflict resolution styles. Therefore, if the conflict between children and parents is not appropriately resolved, the children's aggression accumulates and thereby children's use of swear words increases.

  • Startup must be agile and be able to handle extreme changes, survive unpredicted threats, and capitalize on emerging business opportunities. Agile teams continually sense changes for competitive action and marshal the necessary knowledge. While team members share their knowledge, there must be emerging various type of conflicts in teams. This study examines the relationship among the conflict, knowledge sharing and agility in startup context. At the same time, we tested the roles of shard vision both moderating variable between conflict and knowledge sharing, and antecedent for knowledge sharing. Different two types of conflict, task conflict and relationship conflict, knowledge sharing, agility, and different impact of shared vision are identified from literatures and tested. 182 data points were collected from under 5-year old startup's representatives to test these hypotheses. PLS data analysis indicated that the task conflict and shard vision positively effect on knowledge sharing, and then knowledge sharing has statistically significant effect on agility. And the impact of conlict has been weakened by shared vision's moderating effect. Based on the results, we proposed practically several team management skills for startup managers, leaders and stakeholder, and explained theoretical contributions.
