  • Through the questionnaire, I analyzed the merit, the defect and the solution of problems of the lecture using the Video Lecturing System. In the paper, we present that the Video Lecturing is a substitute tracking method by demonstrating the superiority of it. For tile purpose of this, I compared and analyzed the Video Lecturing with the general lecture from the viewpoint of the class satisfaction and the effectiveness through the results of the questionnaire obtained by students who took the Video Lecturing class.

The Effect of K-university Professors' Perception of University on Job Satisfaction (K대학 교수들의 대학에 대한 인식이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of K-university professors' perception of the university on job satisfaction. To do this, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were applied on job satisfaction and university perception (curriculum, lecture, research support, research system, undergraduate(major), organizational communication, personnel system, welfare system) data of 81 professors at K-University. As results, each factor showed a statistically significant correlation, and it was found that the perception of lectures, the perception of research support, the recognition of the research system, and the perception of personnel system had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, policy measures to help increase job satisfaction were suggested.

Relationship among the Learning Instrument, Learning Achievement, and Learning Satisfaction in Online Class (온라인수업에서 학습도구와 학습성취, 학습만족간의 관계연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to increase the level of learning achievement and satisfaction by developing of on-line learning instruments. This study was to investigate the relationship among learning instrumments(lecture, homeworks, on-line interaction and off-line interaction), learning achievement and learning satisfaction. This survey was conducted 226 responses of e-learning social welfare education learners. Research method used Amos 18. Result indicated that homeworks and off-line interactive instruments had a positive effect on learning achievement and satisfaction. And lecture had a positive effect on learning satisfaction, but on-line mode interaction instruments had no effect. In order to improve the effectiveness of learning, structural development of activity learning instrument is necessary. And to foster learning satisfaction, it will be necessary to increase the learning achievement.

Mathematical modeling approach for classroom assignment problem (수리적 모델링을 통한 강의실 배정문제 해법에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, as the education population of Korea has been rapidly declining, many changes have been taking place in the university environment. Especially, community colleges linked to local communities have responded to these crises through various educational changes, such as three-year study transfers, work-parallelism, and employee commissioned education. However, such changes in the contents of education are causing a new type of classroom allocation problem, in which it is difficult to assign the limited number of classrooms to the major courses. In this paper, we classified the constraints involved in assigning classrooms into absolute constraints and relative constraints, mathematically modeled them, and allocated the classrooms optimally through optimization software. The results were satisfactory and enabled us to obtain superior results in terms of the various performance indices (classroom utilization rate, teacher satisfaction, etc.) than when assigning classrooms in the normal way.

A Study of Academic Achievement Based on University Remote Video Lecture Type During the COVID-19 Pandemic (COVID-19로 인한 대학교 원격 화상강의 유형에 따른 학업 성취도에 대한 연구)

  • This study examined how different types of remote video lectures, which universities are using in earnest now due to the COVID-19 pandemic, impact the academic achievement of learners. Zoom-based remote video lectures were divided into two types-general lecture-centered and group task-oriented-and experimental and control groups were set up accordingly. An achievement test and a questionnaire were conducted to determine how academic achievement differed between these two approaches. The achievement test revealed no significant differences in achievement scores between the two groups. Meanwhile, the questionnaire regarding satisfaction with Zoom-based video lectures indicated that both groups were highly satisfied. Participants in the general lecture-centered type group cited the effect of learning, their instructors' class preparation and attitudes towards the class, and the promotion of participation in learning activities as the causes of their satisfaction, while participants in the task-oriented type group highlighted communication and sharing, the efficiency of group discussions, and the moderate difficulty level of group tasks as the reasons for their satisfaction with the video lectures. Remote video lectures in the untact era are becoming increasingly common, and educators will need to develop various Zoom-based teaching strategies to maximize their efficiency.

내부서비스품질이 종업원만족과 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 서비스는 기본적으로 고객과 서비스공급자간의 상호작용을 필요로 한다. 이때 서비스 공급자 구체적으로 종업원들이 자신의 직무에서 느낀 것들이 서비스 조우시 그대로 고객에게 전달되게 된다. 즉, 기업의 최종 지향점인 고객만족을 위해 내부 고객인 종업원의 만족이 필수적이라 할 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 내부고객을 대상으로 한 내부마케팅 구체적으로 내부고객에게 제공되는 서비스품질의 내용을 알아보기 위해 선행연구에 대한 포괄적인 검토를 통해 이를 파악하고, 종업원만족이나 고객만족 등의 후행변수에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 병원에 근무하는 간호사들을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였고, 연구결과 내부고객에게 제공되는 내부서비스품질이 높을수록 종업원만족이 상승함을 발견하였다.
