중소병원 간호사의 간호전문직관, 학습민첩성, 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Nursing Professionalism, Learning Agility, and Nursing Practice Environment on Nurses' Performance in Small and Medium Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to discern the factors that influence nursing professionalism, learning agility, and the nursing practice environment on the performance of nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 202 clinical nurses who both consented to participate and who have worked for more than one year in one of five small- and medium-sized hospitals located in three regions of Korea. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 statistical programs. Results: The nurses' performance showed a statistically significant correlation with nursing professionalism (r=.50, p<.001), learning agility (r=.54, p<.001), and nursing practice environment (r=.37, p<.001). Factors affecting the results of nurses' performance in relation to the subjects are those of learning agility (β=.33, p<.001), nursing professionalism (β=.25, p<.001), clinical career (β=.24, p=.001), education level (β=.16, p=.011), and nursing practice environment (β=.15, p=.016). Conclusion: To improve the performance of nurses in medium-sized hospitals, it is necessary to develop a nursing practice environment, programs, and strategies for enhancing nursing professionalism and learning agility.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to prepare basic data for the development of a nursing intervention program to improve nursing performance by identifying the factors affecting nursing performance in an integrated nursing care service ward. Methods: Participants were 166 nurses who had worked for more than six months in the integrated nursing care service wards of three general hospitals located in B city. Data were collected from July 15 to August 30, 2022 using structured questionnaires and analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 statistical program. Results: Factors affecting the nursing performance of participants were age (β=.58, p<.001), positive psychological capital (β=.41, p<.001), and social support (β=.28, p<.001). The total explanatory power of these variables for nursing performance was 55.8%. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the need for programs that improve psychological capital and social support while considering nurse's age to enhance their performance in nursing integrated service wards.

간호대학생의 낙관성과 학업탄력성이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Optimism and Academic Resilience on the Major Satisfaction among Undergraduate Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 낙관성, 학업탄력성 및 전공만족도의 수준을 확인하고 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위함이며, 횡단적 서술적 조사연구로 설계하였다. 부산지역의 일개 대학에서 간호대학생 286명을 편의표집하였고, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 23.0 프로그램으로 기술통계, t-검정, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 위계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 낙관성 평균점수는 3.85±0.54점, 학업탄력성은 3.87±0.52점, 전공만족도는 3.75±0.63점이었고, 전공만족도는 낙관성, 학업탄력성과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 회귀분석을 통해 낙관성(β=.385, p<.001)과 학업탄력성(β=.356, p<.001)이 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났고, 독립변수에 대한 최종 모형의 설명력은 49.2%였다. 이에 따라 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 높이기 위해서는 낙관성과 학업탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 간호교육과정 내에 도입하여 관리하는 노력이 요구된다.

간호대학생의 인권감수성 향상교육을 통한 인권감수성과 환자권리 인식의 융합적 관계에서 효과성 (Effectiveness in the Converged relationship between human rights sensitivity and patient rights awareness through nursing students' human rights sensitivity improvement education)

  • 본 연구는 간호 대학생을 대상으로 인권감수성 향상교육을 통한 인권감수성 및 환자권리인식의 효과성을 파악하여 효율적인 인권감수성 교육 방안을 마련하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 간호 대학생 318명으로 인권감수성 향상교육 실시 전과 후의 인권감수성과 환자권리인식을 파악한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계로 진행하였다. 연구결과 대상자 인권감수성은 총 90점 만점의 평균 40.22점이며, 각 문항별 점수 환산 시 평균 2.23점이었다. 사례기반 인권감수성 향상을 위한 교육을 받은 학생은 교육을 받지 않는 학생보다 인권감수성과 환자권리인식이 향상됨을 보였다(t=2.765,p=.006, t=-5.768,p=.000). 이에 본 연구는 간호대학생의 인권감수성을 증가시킬 수 있는 교육과정 기반 마련과 추후 임상실습과 인권감수성과의 관계연구를 제안하고자 한다.

성찰일지를 이용한 임종간호교육이 간호대학생의 영성, 죽음의식 및 임종간호태도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of End-of-Life Care Education using Self-reflection Diary on Spirituality, Death Orientation, and Attitudes toward Nursing Care of the Dying Patients in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 성찰일지를 이용한 임종간호교육이 간호대학생의 영성, 죽음의식, 임종간호태도에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 사전사후 설계이며 대상자는 실험군 69명, 대조군 68명이었고, 교육은 매주 1회, 회기당 100분씩 총 12회기 시행하였다. 자료는 일반적 특성, 영성, 죽음의식, 임종간호태도로 구성된 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Window version 21.0을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, ${\chi}^2$ test, Fisher's exact test와 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 성찰일지를 이용한 임종간호교육 후 실험군은 대조군에 비해 영성과 임종간호태도가 유의하게 증가하였으나 죽음의식에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로, 성찰일지를 이용한 임종간호교육은 간호대학생들의 영성과 임종간호태도를 향상시키는데 효과적인 교육 프로그램이라 할 수 있다.

간호사의 일터영성과 조직시민행동이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Nursing Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior on nurses' performance of nursing. Methods: This study was done over a 6 month period, with 395 nurses participants from 5 different general hospitals with 400 beds in 4 regions of Korea. Data were gathered using self-reported questionnaires from July 23 to August 21, 2015. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analyses with IBM SPSS 21.0 program. Results: Nursing performance showed positive correlations with workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior. The significant predictors of the nursing performance by nurses were a master's degree or higher (${\beta}=.26$), civic virtue (${\beta}=.19$), courtesy (${\beta}=.12$), 40 years of age or older (${\beta}=.09$), a sense of empathy (${\beta}=.07$), and a bachelor's degree in nursing (${\beta}=.06$). These variables explained 39.2% of the variance in nursing performance by nurses. Conclusion: Based on the outcomes of this study, there is a need to develop intervention programs that can inspire nurse to show spontaneous organizational citizenship behavior, and enhance their workplace spirituality. Related variables including academic credentials should also be taken into account.

Bayesian Belief Network 활용한 균형성과표 기반 가정간호사업 성과예측모델 구축 및 적용 (Development and Application of a Performance Prediction Model for Home Care Nursing Based on a Balanced Scorecard using the Bayesian Belief Network)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for home care nursing (HCN) based on a balanced scorecard, and to construct a performance prediction model of strategic objectives using the Bayesian Belief Network (BBN). Methods: This methodological study included four steps: establishment of KPIs, performance prediction modeling, development of a performance prediction model using BBN, and simulation of a suggested nursing management strategy. An HCN expert group and a staff group participated. The content validity index was analyzed using STATA 13.0, and BBN was analyzed using HUGIN 8.0. Results: We generated a list of KPIs composed of 4 perspectives, 10 strategic objectives, and 31 KPIs. In the validity test of the performance prediction model, the factor with the greatest variance for increasing profit was maximum cost reduction of HCN services. The factor with the smallest variance for increasing profit was a minimum image improvement for HCN. During sensitivity analysis, the probability of the expert group did not affect the sensitivity. Furthermore, simulation of a 10% image improvement predicted the most effective way to increase profit. Conclusion: KPIs of HCN can estimate financial and non-financial performance. The performance prediction model for HCN will be useful to improve performance.

  • 1970년 4월 탄생한 대한간호학회는 현재7개 분과학회와 총회원 1천9백27명으로 구성되어 있다. 학술활동의 성과를 집약하고 있는 대한간호학회지는 1970년 12월 창간 아래 지금은 연4회로 증편발간, 한해 평균 1백여편의 논문을 발표하고 있다. 최근에는 학회회원으로서 김모임 보건복지부 장관과 최영희 여성단체협의회장이 활약하고 있다.

병원 간호조직 성과관리지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Measurement Indicators of Nursing Department in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the contribution score of nursing organizational level for Performance Management Indicators (PMIs) in the nursing department in a hospital. Methods: The process consisted of three stages. Stage I: The strategies based on 4 perspectives of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) were identified by BSC committee in the hospital nursing department. Stage II : PMIs according to the strategies were developed. Stage III : The contribution score according to nursing organizational level (nursing department, nursing unit, nurse) for PMIs were surveyed by questionnaire. Data was analyzed using descriptive statics and ANOVA test. Results: Eight strategies were defined according to 4 perspectives of BSC. Eighteen PMIs were determined according to the strategies. The nurse considered the contribution of nursing department most highly on the 13 among 18 PMIs. Conclusion: This study provided basic data for further study to identify the subject of responsibility on the strategic management of performance.
