The cycle of human life has a limited time to death. Everyone cannot help but think how to live in the limited time and then they try to reach toward their happiness. Their pursuit for the happiness gives rise to the new trend called 'Well-bing'. Generally speaking, it means to eat well, to feel their own satisfaction with their lives and to spend a time on doing what they want to do. However, considering their current lives which are tough and harsh, it could be impossible for them to accomplish the well-being stated above. From this point, it is natural to think what real well-being means. Its real meaning would be understood by identifying its cause if well-being is the way to happiness. Based on the thesis stated above, let me look into the desire of human being. It has both side; it should be eliminated or overcome as a deficiency and disability in human life while it could be an driving force to let the human being keep their lives. They can find the real meaning of well-being and their happiness can be realized through the control of their desires. Above all, according to the control for them, they can accomplish their happiness or fail to do it. The trend of well-being can be kept in our culture when moral value is reflected to the well-being. Finally, it orients to the purpose of happiness. It also means that everyone shares moral and positive value one another in the process of challenge to achieve their goals. In order to realize it, they should be satisfied with their current situation and have a balance with everything related to themselves.

인터넷의 진화에 따라 우리사회는 매우 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 변화를 선도한 인터넷은 앞으로도 개인 맞춤형, 사물 지능화 등으로 진화를 거듭하여 우리 삶에 더욱 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 경제적 측면에서도 인터넷을 기반으로 한 다양한 형태의 융합이 산업발전의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되어 전력, 교통 등 산업간 융합이 가속화되고, 첨단 융합보안기술로 고(高)부가가치 신규 시장의 창출이 가능해질 전망이다. 그러나 인터넷, IT의 발전과 더불어 사이버 공격의 특성이 과거 호기심이나 자기 과시적 행태에서 조직적이고 금전적인 이익을 노리는 방향으로 확산되고 있으며, 인터넷의 익명성과 비대면성으로 인해 불건전 정보의 유통, 저작권 침해, 명예 훼손, 언어폭력 등 개인과 사회의 피해가 점증하고 있는 상황이다. 본고에서는 이러한 환경변화에 맞추어 융합을 통한 가치 창조적 정책 및 선진 인터넷 기반마련, 깨끗하고 안전한 인터넷 이용환경 조성, 글로벌 협력체계 강화 등의 전략 목표 달성을 통해 신뢰할 수 있는 인터넷 및 방송통신융합의 가치창조와 진흥이라는 미션을 완수하기 위한 한국인터넷진흥원의 주요 중점 추진과제를 정리하였다.

The purpose of this study is to call on better understanding and having interest in Shepping(1880~1934)'s life and nursing missionary work which are represented in 'Not success, but service' and especially to review the course of her sacrificial life as a nursing missionary during Japanese colonial period. The structure of the contents is as follows: First, the outline of Shepping's missionary life is described. Second, understanding of her nursing missionary work and nursing missionary work is reviewed in detail. Third, future directions of nursing education that puts its core value on human life-respect and is based on principles of loving and serving are provided.

최근 평균수명이 증가와 더불어 삶의 질이 중요시하고 건강한 삶을 누리고자하는 인류의 염원은 보건의료라는 보편적 가치에 동반 상승할 수 있는 산업과의 결합이 의료관광이라는 새로운 관광시장을 형성하였다. 의료관광은 시장규모가 1억 달러 이상에 이를 것으로 예상되는 고부가가치 산업이다. 또한 외국인을 상대 의료관광은 체류기간이 길고 지출비용도 일반 관광객의 3배 이상으로 지역경제 활성화에 큰 공헌을 하는 대표적인 신 성장 동력산업으로 보고 있다. 더불어 의료관광 추세가 의료서비스를 받으면서 휴양 레저 문화활동을 함께 즐기는 방향으로 발전될 것으로 예측하고 최근 단순 치료 목적이 아닌 방향으로 선회하고 있다. 그러나 국가 정책적 산업으로서 육성에 박차를 가하고는 있으나 의료 기반시설이 열악하고 관련 규정 및 제도적 미비점이 지금의 의료관광 산업에 발맞추지 못하는 실정이다. 이는 주변 경쟁국에 비해 인식부족과 세계시장에 대한 마케팅 활동 부족 및 의료관광 상품의 다양성 부족 등과 함께 의료관광이 활성화하기 위하여 여러 가지 제약이 되는 정책적 문제점들이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행 우리나라의 의료관광에 대한 정책적 과제를 살펴보고 이를 개선하기 위한 제도적 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the aspect on the Leisure-Activity of the Scholar-Si in the autumn season. The Aspect on the Leisure-Activity of the Scholar-Sijo in the autumn season can be divided into three type. Three type are the recreation, the health-care, and the self-discovery. The type of the recreation is represented of the autumn scenery and the complacency in the second chapter, the type of the health-care is represented of the wholesome food and the simplification of life in the third chapter, the type of the self-discovery is represented of the autumn harvesting and the sense of well-being in the fourth chapter. In order to study the Aspect on the Leisure-Activity of Sijo in the autumn season which have succeeded up to present without interruption, it is to gather more materials, widen an appreciative eye our leisure-activity and deepen the till now study continuously.

The research was conducted with awareness of cultural uniqueness in each country and similarities and universality among countries. On that account, it raised questions about the idea that social well-being can be achieved only materialistic consumption and its cultural symbolism can lead to incongruity in social hierarchy and then dysfunctions in a counter way. On the other hand, the value of well-being can be achieved by many different ways and within one's limited budget as well as material consumption. This paper provides basic information about the development of essential wellbeing products and strategies for building market segmentation in the industry. The research also provides policy makers with the direction of welfare policy in our society to establish a foundation of creating conditions for true well being. This paper will be helpful in fulfilling well-being in our whole society.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships between sexuality recognition and life satisfaction of the elderly. 256 structured questionnaires were collected from the elderly who were 65 years old plus and live Suwon city and in the vicinity of this city. Findings of the study were as follows. First, the sexuality recognition of the elderly is composed of four(4) sub-variables such as Belief on sexuality, Value of Sexuality, Conversation on sexuality, and Attitude to sexuality. Second, some differences in sexuality recognition and satisfaction of the elderly according to the demographic factors of the sample were found. Third, in case of having spouse, being good health and economic status, and being high level of sexuality recognition variables such as conversation on sexuality and attitude to sexuality, the level of life satisfaction of the elderly were high. In other words, it is necessary to develop education program of sexual education to revitalize the education of the elderly's awareness about sex.

낙농가가 일반소비자들을 대면해 우리우유에 대해 이야기 나누고 낙농의 가치를 직접 알릴 수 있는 기회가 많아졌다. 지역마다 벌이고 있는 우유소비촉진 행사가 그렇고 소비자들이 낙농의 현장을 직접 느낄 수 있도록 목장 내 체험프로그램이나 문화행사와 같은 다양한 형태의 사업들도 운영되고 있다. 사실 어떠한 농축산업을 보아도 낙농만큼 보고 느낄만한 것이 많은 분야도 없을 것이다. 이렇게 흥미로운 소재를 갖고 있는 만큼 일반인들에게 친근하게 전해질 수 있다면 더욱 좋겠다. 안타깝게도 우리는 매일 있는 현장이니 대수롭지 않지만, 일반 소비자들에게 보기에 불편한 모습도 있을 수 있다는 것을 인지할 필요가 있다. 커다란 생명을 다루는 일이니 매일 엄청난 양의 분뇨가 퇴적되고 그래서 좋지못한 냄새가 발생되는 것은 당연하지만 아무런 책임의식없이 이를 방치를 하여 목장의 주변에 불편함을 제공해선 안된다는 것이다. 불편함이란 매우 주관 적일 수 있지만 그들의 느낌과 감정을 의식하지 않을 수 없게 되었다. 협회가 오랜기간 추진해온 깨끗한목장가꾸기운동 자체가 많은 것을 해결할 수는 없지만, 사육환경을 개선하고 주변 이웃들과 더불어 삶을 영위하고자 하는 요령과 정신을 담고 있다. 대체로 그렇듯, 매년 우수목장으로 선정된 목장주들을 보면 상당수가 늘 밝은 인상에 외지인들을 빈객 맞듯 대접하며, 좋은 것이 있으면 주변거주인들과도 나누며 원만한 관계를 유지하는 모습을 볼 수 있었다. 해도해도 끝이없는 목장일들, 수입유제품은 넘치고 우유는 남는다는데 이 모든게 농가잘못이라는 듯 몰아가는 요즘 일상의 작업들만으로도 이미 충분히 힘들고 괴로운 시기이다. 하지만 대대손손 이어가는 우리목장, 사회에 지속적으로 기여하는 낙농산업을 위해 더 넓게 그리고 자주 주변의 이웃과 소비지들의 시선을 의식하며 깨끗한목장가꾸기운동을 통해 우리 자신을 점검해볼 수 있었으면 좋겠다. 월간 낙농육우는 잘 관리된 목장환경을 기반으로 소비자들과의 교류에도 노력하며 우리낙농의 가치를 열심히 전달하고 있는 모범적인 목장을 둘러보았다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the value of the liberal arts physical education class that contribute to the future wellness life. For this study, the records of the participants in the study were analyzed in nine participants who participated in the liberal arts physical education class of Seoul * University in 2019 during the first semester. The results of this study are as follows. First, students' interest in health increased through the liberal arts physical education class, and students set their life expectancy and confirmed diseases that are obstacles to living happily. And they became aware of the importance of health. Second, students' interest in health increased and they performed behaviors for health. Students reflected on their current life, reflected on bad lifestyles, and confirmed the importance of regular exercise and desirable eating for health. Third, students experienced positive changes in life by performing life movement and healthy life. Students performed regular exercises for health, improved eating habits, and practiced healthy lifestyles. By practicing these actions, these students laid the foundation for future wellness life. In the end, students have laid the foundation for healthy and happy life through the liberal arts physical education class. Therefore, it is thought that the liberal arts physical education class needs to be more activated in order to pursue wellness life for future health and happiness.

In the information flooded situation having many thing to do, the efficient scheduling of energy and time is regarded as a very important thing for the busy modern people. Because the efficient time scheduling already became a very important key factor for a successful life, the more elaborately designed intelligent system than the previous simple event oriented scheduling system should be supported. Accordingly in this paper we propose Classified Job Scheduling System in which jobs are classified by Time value & Importance and allocated to Time frame efficiently. Especially the new method is proposed with the policy that processes the job with high time value first and concurrently allocates the job of low time vale & high importance to the preempted fixed area of time frame for continuous processing of job which has a key of success in the future.
