VE, rather than just cost reduction tool, have established as a value enhancement tool of the construction industry. Value improvement types of VE proposal can show the effect of VE activities, also acts as an important element in which the owner adopts a proposal and confirms the results of the VE activities. However, problems in the process of quantification for VE proposal and ambiguous standards in classification of value improvement types is need to be supplemented. Accordingly, This study suggests the plan for establishing of numerical range criteria for classification of value improvement types of VE proposal. Implementing this plan will be able to improve the reliability and availability for VE activities.

There have been arguments in Korea that fair value accounting system improves quality of accounting information through the asset revaluation. These arguments are based on the fact that investors prefer fair value to cost value information. Others argue that cost principles may offer more proper information to the investors because financial statements applied the cost principles are more objective and thus more reliable. Prior researches focused mainly on the motives of asset revaluation but I examined the effects of the tangible asset revaluation on the stock prices. The empirical findings indicate that : (1) the gains on the tangible asset revaluation are positively correlated with the stock prices; (2) the net book values applied the cost principles explain stock prices better than the net book values applied fair values. My findings suggest that the gains on the tangible asset revaluation constitute a part of the firms' values but the accounting informations measured fair value are not always useful to the investors in the capital market.

Recently, the housing problem has been recognized as a matter of housing supply with a certain environmental level and not simply a matter of handing as a quantitative problem, and the demand for pleasant residential environments and requirements for residential environments are increasing more and more. However, it is necessary to establish the directions for improvement of the residential environment according to the house type, as the requirements and levels of satisfaction differ. This study aimed to deduce the level of resident satisfaction with the residential environments according to house type, and determine the direction for improvement of the residential environment. To achieve this, the difference between the house types was analyzed through ANOVA analysis and T-Test, and the major factors on the improvement direction of the residential environment were derived through Action-grid analysis.

한일합방 직전인 1909년 12월에 초점등된 가덕도(구)등대는 가덕도의 끝단 동두말에 위치하고 있으며, 이위치는 부산 남해는 물론 거제도가 한눈에 들어오는 광범위한 시계를 가지고 있어 예로부터 군사적 지리적 요충지로 역할을 수행하고 있다. 또한 가덕도는 2010년 거가대교 개통으로 교통의 요충지가 되었다. 가덕도(구)등대는 역사적 보존가치가 높아 해양수산부에 의해 등대문화유산 제8호로 지정되었고, 가덕도(구)등대의 등탑과 결합된 등대 숙사의 문화재적 가치가 높아 부산시 유형문화재 제50호로 지정되었다. 등탑과 숙사가 일체화된 경우도 드물어 건축적 가치가 높을 뿐만 아니라, 숙사의 건축형태와 현관장식 등의 미관이 수려하다. 이렇게 지리적, 역사적, 건축사적 가치를 가지고 있는 가덕도(구)등대는 100주년을 맞이하여 100주년 기념관, 체험숙소 등을 운영하고 있다. 하지만 여러 가지 유해한 요인들 때문에 문화재적 가치가 빛을 발하지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 가덕도(구)등대의 실태조사를 통하여 유해 요인 제거 및 이전 방안에 대한 계획을 수립하고 문화재적 가치 향상과 환경개선, 보존관리를 목적으로 한다.

This study investigated how Schwartz' value system(1992) would interfere with SNS users' motivations and behavioral responses. The study result shows that values are characterized in terms of openness, mutual reciprocity, self enhancement, normative compliance, and security. Each of them exerted differential impact on SNS usage motives, social capital, ad response, and word-of-mouth, among others. The five values were used as an input for segmenting SNS users and clustering method produced four value segments; experience seeker, interdependent sympathizer, self enhancer, and norm-bound. Each value group not only influenced SNS perceptions and behavioral responses differently, but also showed a systematic relationship with SNS service types. The study findings demonstrate that Schwartz's value system provides a very useful theoretical basis for understanding the psychological mechanism underlying SNS usage.

This study aims to suggest an empirical approach for improving the reliability of the valuation method for the technology developed at universities by using the recent data of university technology transfer. The influencing factors, the internal capabilities of an university and the characteristics of technology area, on the outcome of university technology transfer were investigated for this study. The analysis shows that the technology area distribution of the outcome of technology transfer of each university can be classified into two type: IT and NT area oriented type, and BT and other area oriented type. The analysis also shows that the type of technology area distribution can act as a moderator in the positive relationship between each independent variables, the number of patent applications and the number of technology commercialization staff, and the outcome of technology transfer. Considering that the capability of technology development and that of technology spread are related directly or indirectly to all the technology valuation process, the analysis results imply that the reliability of the valuation method for university technology might be improved by using factors of the internal capabilities of an university and that of the characteristics of technology area.

M&A 과정을 크게 둘로 구분하다면 하나는 M&A 계약 자체의 성사에 이르는 '딜메이킹(Deal Making)' 과정과 다른 하나는 'PMI(Post-Merger Integration)', 즉 인수 후 통합과정이다. 많은 기업들이 성공적인 M&A를 위해 기업가치평가, 실사, 계약서 등에 명시돼야 할 권리 및 의무관계, 인수가격 결정을 위한 협상 등에 온 힘을 기울이게 된다. 하니만 인수 합병을 단행한다고 해서 모든 기업이 주주가치 창출이나 경쟁력 향상과 같은 시너지 효과를 누리지는 못한다. 인수 합병 후에 일어나는 통합의 문제는 그 복잡합이나 조직에 미치는 영향력에 있어 더 많은 주의와 노력을 요한다.

과학기술에 대한 일반지식을 모르는 것은 무식꾼이 되는 것이고 때로는 생활의 불편과 불이익을 받을 수도 있다. 국가 경제를 성장시키고 문화와 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해선 과학기술의 객체들 즉 연구자, 대학, 사회, 국가의 변화가 절실하며 이 객체들이 유형재 이상의 가치가 있는 무형재의 정보기술을 육성하고 응용해 새로운 기술을 창출하는데 총력을 기울여야 하겠다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition of secondary pre-physical education teachers' recognition for the learning athletics using Q methodology. P-sample was composed of 28 pre-secondary P·E teachers. The selected Q samples were arranged in the normal distribution form. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis through varimax rotation using QUANL PC program. This study found four types of recognition on learning athletics. Type I is defined 'the type of recognition for education value.' Type II is defined 'the type of emphasizing assistant activities.' Type III is defined 'the type of an appeal difficulty to learn athletics skill.' Type IV is defined 'the type of emphasizing the basic movement value.' Based of the results of this study, the implications and direction to future research on athletics activities are suggested.

미래의 기업 환경은 유형 자산으로서의 물질적인 자산보다는 지적재산권 등의 무형 자산에 대한 중요성이 더욱 강조될 것이다. 지적재산권 중 특허의 가치를 통하여 기업의 성과가 변화함을 보인 많은 선진국의 사례 연구-Machluo(1958)으로부터 시작하여 Mansfield(1965), Beck. R(1976), Parker. J(1978), Rosegger. G(1980), Scherer. F(1980) 등 1990년 이후는 무수히 많음-는 미래 기업 경쟁력이 질적 가치가 우수한 특허를 얼마나 보유하고 이를 얼마나 효율적으로 관리하는가에 달려있음을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 화학기업의 특허관리 유형을 5가지 특허 지표들-국내특허출원건수(relative patent applications), 국내특허등록건수(patent granted), 유효특허건수 (valid patents), 집중도(concentration of patents in subclass), 국제특허출원건수(overall international patent applications)-을 통하여 구분하였으며, 이들 변수를 가지고 군집화 하였을 때 각각에 해당하는 클러스터에서 기업성과에 차이가 나타나는지 알아보았다. 본 연구에서 특허를 기업성과와 관련시켜 설명한 점은 기술혁신 능력 내지는 기술경쟁력을 측정하는 척도로서 특허를 바라본 것이며, 특허의 전략적 관리와 활용이 독점적 시장 우위의 확립과 경제적 성과 향상, 통합적인 경쟁력 강화 측면에서 기업의 성공을 가져올 것으로 보기 때문이다.
