The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data for reducing care-giving stress of family members of the elderly with mild dementia by determining the relationship between the behavioral and psychological symptoms of the elderly with dementia and their family members' care-giving stress and self-efficacy. The descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA were used for analysis in order to investigate the relationship. The behavioral and psychological symptoms of the elderly with mild dementia and their family members' care-giving stress had a positive correlation (r=.655, p<.001), and as their family members' care-giving stress and the members' self-efficacy had a negative correlation (r=-.334, p<.001). Based on the result of this study, it is necessary to reduce the care-giving stress of family members of the elderly with mild dementia and improve the self-efficacy of family members by developing proper measures to cope with the behavioral and psychological symptoms of the elderly with mild dementia.

During pregnancy, the woman experiences physical and psycho-social changes. Such changes and other factors may become stress for the pregnant woman, making it difficult to maintain healthy and happy pregnant period. In this study, we identify factors for the stress, marital intimacy, family support, and fatigue, in order to provide the foundation for developing intervention programs and improve the quality of nursing. The subjects of there search were 185 pregnant women. Stress had a negative correlation with marital intimacy and family support, and positive correlation with fatigue. Family support, fatigue, adjustment to change due to pregnant, and breastfeeding experience were the influencing factors on the stress of pregnant women. A stress management program for pregnant women needs to be designed to help them with their physical and psychological adjustments. The program will be more effective when accompanied by the family support.

The instruments used for this study were Children's Social Support, Global Self-Worth and Stress Scale. The data were analyzed using t-test, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression and path analysis. The main results of the study were as follows; 1. The stresses were different depending on age. When the family and the teacher give higher social supports, the 5th graders have higher global self-worth. When the family gives higher social supports, the stresses were decreased for the 5th graders. When the children have higher global self-worth, the stresses were decreased. 2. When the first graders in Junior High School experienced higher global self-worth and social supports from their friends, family, teacher, the stresses were decreased. 3. The first graders in Junior High School experienced more stresses than the 5th graders in Elementary School in parent-related and academic-related domains. But the first graders in Junior High School experienced less stresses than the 5th graders in Elementary School in friend-related domains. 4. The path analysis showed that social supports from friends and family explained 15% of the stresses for the 5th graders in elementary school. Social support from friends, family, and teacher explained 28% of the stresses for the first graders in Junior High School. 5. For the 5th graders in Elementary School, social supports from friends and family had direct influences on the global self-worth. And the global self-worth had direct influence on children's stresses. But for the first graders in Junior High School, social supports from friends, family, and teacher had direct influences on the global self-worth. And the social supports from friends had direct and indirect effects on children's stresses. 6. For predicting the stresses, the most significant variable was the global self-worth for the 5th graders in Elementary School and the first graders in Junior High School.
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between multi-cultural family husbands' stress related to their wife and their psychological abuse based on the Stress theory of Lazarus et al. Data from 271 subjects that answered to all questions regarding the subjects' social demographic characteristics, and the husbands' stress related to their wife and their psychological abuse of their wife in statistical analyses. To analyze the data, a study model was set using multi-cultural family husbands' stress related to their wife as an independent variable and their psychological abuse of their wife as a dependent variable and the goodness-of-fit of the model for the data and the relationship between the variables were reviewed using a structural equation model. According to the results, the goodness-of-fit index of the model satisfied the statistical acceptable standard with CFI=0.909 and RMSEA=0.057. The relationship between the variables indicated that multi-cultural family husbands' stress related to their wife had significant effects on their psychological abuse of their wife. This result indicates the necessity of intervention for management of the husbands' stress in order to prevent multi-cultural family husbands' psychological abuse of their wife.

Recently, an interest on how to moderate parenting stress of grandparents is rising according to rising depression of grandparents of grandparents and grandchildren family(GGF) because of parenting stress So, this study tried to analyze moderating effects by setting social support and stress coping behaviors as moderator variable in order to know how much parenting stress of grandparents would influence their depression. For this purpose, we selected 369 cases of grandparents who were being provided social welfare service and to 334 cases out of them, did multigroup analysis using hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation model under spss Vor. 19.0 program. Followings are the results. First, the more parenting stress was high, the more depression high. But when social support was high, parenting stress low. And the more parenting stress was high, faith dependence, negative emotional expression and passive evasion as stress coping behaviors also high while problem reestablishment low. Second, emotional support, information support, and material support as social support had moderating effects in which parenting stress influenced depression while appraisal support had not. Third, faith dependence and low passive evasion as stress coping behaviors had moderating effects in influence of parenting stress to depression while problem reestablishment has not. On the one hand, emotional expression was meaningless in explaining moderating effects in connection with parenting stress. Through these, we draw a social welfare practical implication that could lift moderating effect of social support and stress coping behavior in between parenting stress and depression of grandparents of grandparents and grandchildren Family.

The aim of this study was to validate the influence from academic stress caused by the achievement pressure of their parents and the adjustment effect of self-differentiation. The data was collected from 257 students from the 19th of May, 2014 to the 30th of May, 2014 for freshmen and sophomores of a college in the Kyoungbook region to validate the study. The SPSS/PC 18.0 program was used for the statistical analysis. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed more less influence of academic stress caused by the achievement pressure((${\beta}=.111$, p<0.05) of their parents but there was no reasonable value in validating the adjustment effect to reduce the academic stress by self-differentiation, i.e., it should be a non-linear and complex effect rather than a simple linear relationship for self-differentiation.
