Vibration Analysis on the Inspection Equipment Frame of a Semiconductor Test Handler Picker (반도체 테스트 핸들러 픽커 검사장비 프레임에 대한 진동해석)

  • As semiconductor chips are on a small scale, large content and high integratation, it is essential to develop the device of pick and place at the system of the semiconductor test handler to ensure its high precision and durability. In this study, inspection equipment frame model of a semiconductor test handler picker was investigated by vibration analysis with the property of the natural frequency and harmonic response. As 3 kinds of analysis case models, the device of pick and place was located at the left side (Case 1), the center (Case 2) and the right side (Case 3) of the upper guideline. The range of natural frequencies until the 6th order on this frame model ranges from 80Hz to 500Hz. As the analysis of the harmonic response when the frame is resonant, Case 2 showed the maximum equivalent stress of 52.802 MPa more than Cases 1 or 3. Case 2 was the most intensive among the three cases. Using the analysis result of this study, the design of the frame model, which can be applied to the safe working environment of the system is believed to be possible.

  • Social media such as twitter has been popular by the diffusion of internet, and thanks to the radical improvement of computational ability of computers big data analysis became possible. This research is regarding about smart watch which is receiving attention as post-smartphone technology. Among various types of smart watch, this research focuses on the recently released Samsung Galaxy Gear S2. The main purpose of the research is to analyze customer's actual twitter data that was produced before and after the release of the smart watch to the market. Through the analysis, this research provides practical marketing strategy guideline, and also the analysis framework used in this research can be a research framework for other area and product researches.

  • The bogie structure of center guided type monorail has been applied to Incheon Wolmi Eunha monorail at first in the world, and aluminum alloy material bogie is first ever introduced in Korea. Since bogie transfers vertical and horizontal loads to the track and guide rail as an essential system, its structure should have enough durability and secure excellent operation performance and ride quality. This study presents a suitable structure for center guided type monorail, a system combination method for bogie operation performance and riding quality, and a solution for better bogie frame durability.

  • As the important of software quality has being emphasized, the studies on software architecture also have being performed actively. On the other hand, due to the diversification of Smartphone platforms, the effort was increased to develop the application for supporting those multiple platforms. However several solutions are suggested to reduce the effort, and a representative solution is FireMonkey framework. In this paper, we represent the FireMonkey framework using ACME which is a language to describe software architecture. Such representation can provide the guideline to develop the application for the multiple platforms. Also it supports the information of that which perspectives are critical to develop such applications.

  • Though any method in various software development methodology is selected and used in performing IT project, there are quite a few problems in applying it to the project environment, thus customizing effort as a reasonable method is continuously demanded. Therefore, the study attempted to track a basic frame formation process of quality management model applying the software development methodology based on SDLC that is widely used. The study analyzes and modelized an empirical cases of a financial company that is relatively highly rated by expert groups through a variety of trial and error and continued supplementation for it for a long time. And in addition to it, it analyzes cases of public institute project, derives problems, and also proposes a guideline related to creating artifact.

  • 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선에 대한 원리와 방법은 CMM/CMMI 와 같은 프로세스 모델의 등장으로 인식하였으나 개인과 팀 차원에서 이를 구체적으로 구현하기 위한 운영적 차원의 절차와 수단의 부족으로 실제현상에 적용하여 성과를 창출하기에는 어려움을 겪어왔다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고 개발자와 개발팀의 차원에서 CMM/CMMI 의 목표와 프랙티스를 구현하기 위해 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)에 의해 PSP/TSP 가 개발되었다. 그러나 RSP 가 팀 차원에서 스프트웨어 개발에 사용할 수 있는 구체적인 기법들을 기술하고 있더라고 RSP 에서 수집되는 메트릭에 대한 분석기법은 여전히 부족하다. 따라서 TSP 수행시 발생할 수 있는 문제를 방지하고 프로세스가 변경되고 유지 관리될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 식스시그마의 다양한 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구의 사용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 TSP 의 각 스크립트에 식스시그마의 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구를 포함 시킴으로써 TSP를 확장한 식스시그마-TSP 통합 프레임워크와 활용 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 팀 차원에서의 프로세스 개선의 수행을 지원하며 팀 차원에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈를 식스시그마의 분석, 정량화 도구를 사용하여 해결하고 아울러 팀 성과를 향상할 수 있는 방법을 모색해본다.

  • This study presented estimation framework that consider website pattern and user use purpose for website estimation improvement. Also, analyzed and evaluated existing website using estimation framework. In this study, divided by general user and company user and analyzed relative importance between each estimation factors in estimation framework and secured reliability of website estimation model because applies AHP method and presented key factors to website construction, operation, administration. Through this study, projected necessity of weight calculation between estimation area by site type to website estimation field researchers and differentiate contents offered that follow in user type(individual, company) to website planners and operators, projected guideline that can provide more efficient and strategic service.

  • 본 논문에서는 로봇의 움직임 특성을 추출하여 로봇 시스템의 신뢰성을 평가하는 방법을 제안한다. 원자력 발전소 증기 발생기 전열관의 비파괴 검사에 사용되는 ECT 검사용 Probe 가이드 로봇 (이하 증기발생기 로봇으로 기술)을 대상으로 하였다. 증기발생기 로봇의 동작 상태를 감시하기 위해 관측 카메라가 설치된다. 증기발생기 수실은 로봇 설치 및 해체를 위한 원형의 출입구 (Man Way)를 제외하고는 밀폐된 공간이다. 증기 발생기 전열관의 비파괴 검사 중에는 로봇과 로봇의 동작을 감시하는 관측 카메라만 설치된다. 관측 카메라가 고정되어 있다면, 배경의 변화를 야기하는 외란은 없다고 가정할 수 있다. 시간적으로 이웃하는 2 개의 관측 영상을 미분 (차 영상) 처리하면, 로봇 시스템의 이동 성분만 추출된다. 이러한 이동성분의 크기를 계산하여 로봇의 전체 행정거리 (ECT Probe를 검사위치에 안내하기 위해 로봇 기구부가 움직이는 범위)에 대해 영상 프레임 단위로 전개하면 특정의 고유 궤적이 나타난다. 이러한 고유 궤적과 다른 패턴을 보이는 로봇의 움직임 궤적은 에러로 간주한다. Burn-in 시험 (원자력 발전소 현장에 투입하기 전에 실험실에서 현장 적용의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 수행하는 시험) 중에 있는 증기발생기 로봇에 대해 본 논문에서 제안한 방법으로 신뢰성 평가를 수행하였으며, 그 결과 및 문제점 등에 대해 기술한다.

  • This study investigates and analyzes various marketing models that can overcome the economic challenges and resource scarcity faced by solo entrepreneurs. Previous research primarily focused on the integrated marketing communication (IMC) model, resulting in a lack of comprehensive discussion. In this study, we emphasized the IT content marketing communication model, considering a holistic analysis and the changing roles over time. As a result, we were able to propose a new strategic approach by integrating the ICM community model into a convergent value chain, improving the IMC model and promoting brand growth and online presence enhancement. This has laid the foundation for effectively increasing brand awareness and provided specific guidelines to support the sustained growth of solo entrepreneurship.

The Framework of Decision Making for Choice of Camping Site Selection Attributes according to Camping Motivation (캠핑동기에 따른 캠핑장 선택속성 의사결정의 프레임워크 구축에 관한 연구)

  • This study focused on building the convergence framework of decision-making for camping site selection attributes. The first stage of study is to identify the camping motivations. The camping motivations are composed of 5 factors. The second stage is to identify the camping site selection attributes. They are composed of 4 factors. The relationships between camping site selection attributes and camping motivations are examined through the multi-regression analysis. The camping site selection attributes were significantly influenced by thr type of camping motivation. Lastly, the relationship between camping site selection attributes and camper's satisfaction and behavioral intention are testified. The implications are that camping site operators and developers need to understand the segmented camping motivations and site selection attributes. They could be the guideline of implementing the developing planning strategies of camping site.
