The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of service guarantees of tourist hotels on employees' perception of role clarity and customer orientation. Specifically, this study analyzed how the employees' perception of role clarity as a parameter, with the employees' reliability, guarantee-related communication, guarantee limitation, and organizational support as independent variables, affected the dependent variable, customer orientation. As a result of empirical analysis of employees in the first grade hotel in Seoul, it was analyzed that the higher the reliability of employees in service guarantee, the higher the communication and organizational support in the organization related to guarantee work, the higher the role clarity and perception level of employees. The higher the reliability, guarantee limitation and organizational support level of guarantee, the higher the customer orientation, but the guarantee-related communication did not show significant influence. The perception degree of role clarity of employees has a significant effect on customer orientation. According to those results of this analysis, this study examined the influence of each configuration of service guarantee of tourist hotel employees on customer orientation, and presented various academic and practical implications.

Korean foreign direct investment (FDI) firms procure cheap raw materials, produce goods in developing countries featuring low rent and labor costs, and sell goods in world market. In this regard, global supply chain management is important to Korean FDI firms. The objective of this study is to analyze gaps in the performance of reliability and quality of supply chain orientations. To achieve this objective, this study confirms theoretical relationships between variables through prior research, selects measuring variables, and analyzes data collected from Korean FDI firms. Results are as follows; First, there is a gap in reliability performance among the levels of supply chain orientation. Managers should check the level of their supply chain orientation and make strategic and structural efforts to improve reliability performance. Second, there is a gap in quality performance among the levels of supply chain orientation. To improve quality performance, managers should identify the level of their supply chain orientation. In addition, managers can enhance quality performance on the basis of strategic and structural efforts.

Marketing techniques developed for private organizations are being widely used in libraries. The primary focus in marketing has shifted to maximizing user perceived value from the perspective of library users. This paper examines library as an industry as a way to establish the basis for library's overall value, applies the R-I-R model and its taxonomy of value in using library and information services, and proposes market orientation approach to systematically plan and coordinate academic library marketing activities.

As Ubiquitous era comes, the importance of service-oriented adaptive software increases. However, there are many issues in development phases of service-oriented adaptive software, like contexts and service search. Though there are many researches which manage these issues separately, still we need more integrated and mature framework for solving these issues. So in this paper, we propose an integrated framework for development of service-oriented adaptive software. Our framework defines processes and work products for development. We also perform a case study which our framework is applied to.

This paper compared and investigated the choice of optimal algorithm affects on the directivity synthesis of linear array in the satisfaction to the design specification of the desired directivity, convergence characteristic, and adaptability. Optimal algorithms use a quasi-Newton method(DFP and BFGS method) for realizing the desired directivity, used a quasi-ideal beam, steering beam, and a multi-beam, chosen as desired directivity. In the numerical result, this paper verified the effectiveness of the quasi-Newton method to the directivity synthesis, and offered a solving approach of occurred problems in the numerical simulation process.

Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) is a flexible structure which does not affect other services even when a specific service is changed. It provides the platform with neutral interfaces independent of any others, where services are loosely coupled in a standard way. While ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) is a key technology for service-oriented architecture, few research and development for ESB has been done. In this paper, we designed and implemented the key components of ESB such as mediation service, message oriented middleware service, operation service, monitoring service, application connection service, and database connection service. The performance evaluation was done by measuring the message processing time for the number of messages with various sizes.

This paper introduces a maintenance support tool for C++ programs. The tool was extended by adding a documentation supporting tool(DT) and an OOD/OOP style guidelines supporting tool(OOD\ulcornerP-GT) to previous work results, the complexity measurement tool(CT) and the visualization tool(VT). The tool was named C++ MT. For the extention, we studied a documentation method of object oriented programs, analyzed and grouped the OOD/OOP style guidelines suggested in some works. The DT developed in this paper helps programmer understand, cange, and est programs, and also extract the reuse components. OOD/P-GT provides guielines for programmer to improve program quality.

본 연구는 가정관리자의 관리유형과 가정생활 정보활용 수준 및 가족결속도간의 관 계규명을 위한 시도이며 서울시에 거주하는 자녀를 1명이상둔 주부를 대상으로 하였고 가정 생활주기별로 층화표집을 하였다. 배포한 설문지 중 기재미비로 제외된 나머지 704부를 연 구의 분석자료로 사용하였다 수집된 자료는 $Cronbach-{\alpha}$ 계수 요인분석, 빈도, 백분율, Anova, $x^2-test$, 회귀분석 및 경로분석과 판별분석의 통계방법을 적용하여 분석하였으며 SAS/PC program으로 처리하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 가설은 부분적으로 긍정되었으며 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 가정관리 유형에 유의적인 차이를 보인 변인은 주부의 학력, 남편의 학려그 자녀수, 결혼지속년수, 가정생활주기 및 시간지향이었다 이중에서 가정관리 유형을 판별해 낼 수 있는 변인은 주부학력과 시간지향변인이었다. 둘째 가정관리 유형별 qorudqusd니의 가족결속도에 대한 직.간접적인 영향력은 과업중심적 관리유형의 가정의 겨우 과거지향적인 주부일수록 남편학력이 높을수록 가정생활주기가 축소기에 가까우수록 전체 정보활용도는 높고 더불어 가족결속도도 높았다. 반변에 인간중심적 관리유형 가정의 경우 미래지향적인 주부일수록 학력이 높을수록 전체생활 정보활용도가 높고 더불어 가족결속도의 증대에 기여도가 높았다.

The simulation programs with the kalman filter for the naval Electro Optical Tracking System(EOTS) is presented. We achieve that the dependency tracking aiming systems performance of EOTS can be enhanced by minimizing the target information error which including transfer delay and measurement. According to our experiment results, kalman filter can be used for various electro optical systems to eliminate error value.

This Pager presents an object-oriented analysis and design for Remote Examination System on Internet. The UML is used for describing the process of analyzing and designing the system. The system is composed of the parts: Question Generation part that professors make questions, Question Answer part that students answer the questions. By object-oriented analysis and design, the system inherits the advantages of object-oriented methodology. All the results are retained on database on server-side. This system can be integrated with the Cyber-University System, and substituted for off-line paper-based tests or adopted to on-line poll applications on Internet.
