The purpose of this study was to establish unified standards on the scope of protection of choreographic works and to suggest methods for the protection of choreography copyright. 20 experts was selected among dance experts or copyright experts and depth interview method, Delphi method and AHP analysis were used. The result was summarized as follows : First, 50 percents of the experts thought pure dance works and popular dance works should be protected by same standard, while 45 percents of the experts suggested different standard. Second, 55 percents of the experts claimed required fixation on certain medium, while 40 percents did not claim required fixation but only expression. Requirement of originality was to independently create choreography and to reflect creative characteristic(65%). 70 percents of experts were positive on defining dance choreography as independent work, while 25 percents were negative. Elements of the choreography protection scope were in following order of importance: pattern of movement, creative and concrete plot, combination of movements and steps, and movement pattern with specific space. Third, methods for the protection of dance copyright in hierarchical classification were in following order of importance : 'copyright education', 'activation of organization of dance copyright trust management', 'choreography registration' and 'inducement of social concern. Fourth, 'Active participation of dance copyright trust management organization' was thought as the most important development plan. 'Improvement of dancers' awareness of copyright', 'inducement of choreography registration', and 'reinforcement of copyright education' followed in order.
The purpose of the study was to conduct a text mining examining keywords related to the National Paralympics and provide the fundamental information that would be used to change perception of people without disabilities toward disabilities and to promote the social participation of people with and without disabilities in the National Paralympics. Social big data regarding the National Paralympics were retrieved from news articles and blog postings identified by search engines, Naver, Daum, and Google. The data were then analysed using R-3.3.1 Version Program. The analysing techniques were cloud analysis, correlation analysis and social network analysis. The results were as follows. First, news were mainly related to game results, sports events, team participation and host avenue of the 33rd ~ 36th National Paralympics. Second, search results about the 33rd ~ 36th National Paralympics between Naver, Daum, and Google were similar to one another. Thirds, the keywrods, National Paralympics, sports for the disabled, and sports, demonstrated a high close centrality. Further, degree centrality and betweenness centrality were associated in the keywords such as sports for all, participation, research, development, sports-disabled, research-disabled, sports for all-participation, disabled-participation, sports for all-disabled, and host-paralympics.
This study was carried out to investigate the current trends in skiing-related research from existing literature in the field of kinematics, measurement sensor and computer simulation. In the field of kinematics, research is being conducted on the mechanism of ski turn, posture analysis according to the grade and skill level of skiers, friction force of ski and snow, and air resistance. In the field of measurement sensor and computer simulation, researches are being conducted for researching and developing equipment using IMU sensor and GPS. The results of this study are as follows. First, beyond the limits of the existing kinematic analysis, it is necessary to develop measurement equipment that can analyze the entire skiing area and can be deployed with ease at the sports scene. Second, research on the accuracy of information obtained using measurement sensors and various analysis techniques based on these measures should be carried out continuously to provide data that can help the sports scene. Third, it is necessary to use computer simulation methods to clarify the injury mechanism and discover ways to prevent injuries related to skiing. Fourth, it is necessary to provide optimized ski trajectory algorithm by developing 3D ski model using computer simulation and comparing with actual skiing data.
The purpose of this study is to provide information regarding the strategies by identifying the main variables that determines the winning team based on the records of all games of the 2017 IIHF World Championship Top league. 64 matches were analyzed for the study. 6 variables were analyzed which included ratio of saves, shots on goal, penalties in minutes, time for power play, power play goals, and face off wins. Logistic regression analysis (LRA), multiple regression analysis (MRA), and principal component analysis (PCA) were implemented to examine the relationship between win and loss. In case of LRA, shots on goal (p<.001), face-off wins (p<.001) had significantly positive relation to winning of game whereas, penalties in minutes (p<.01) and time on power play (p<.01) had significantly negative. Using MRA, win percentage was calculated which had significant positive correlation to ratio of saves (p<.01) and face-off wins (p<.001) whereas, a significant negative with penalties in minutes (p<.001). For PCA, the winning team consisted of penalty, attack, and defense factors whereas, losing teams consisted only the attack and defense factors.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the views of Joseon held by Kano Jigoro, who was the creator of judo and spread the martial arts ideology across the world, to shed light on the fundamental essence of the martial arts ideology spread around Korea. Conducted in this perspective, the study generated the following results: first, Kano Jigoro grew up, receiving history education from classical scholars of Japan. He was accordingly influenced by the Seikanron, which argues that Empress Jingu, a mythical character, conquered Silla, Baekje and Gaya. The Seikanron became the basis of the Imna Ilbonbu theory during the Japanese rule and was projected onto martial arts ideas Jeongryeokseonyong and Jatagongyeong that were completed by Kano Jigoro and introduced into Joseon. Secondly, Kano Jigoro distributed and expanded the tale of statehood in the prism of martial arts ideology since the Meiji Restoration, which was possible because he connected his martial arts ideas to the statehood of Japan. As a result, they were used as the logic of Korea and Japan are One in Joseon unlike the rest of the world where they were applied as peace ideas. Finally, his martial arts ideology introduced into Joseon during the Japanese rule went through acculturation and showed the contradiction of being interpreted differently according to different individuals. Most Japanese people made use of his martial arts as a means of the Korea and Japan are One policy, whereas the pioneers of the Korean people excluded Kano Jigoro's view of state, included the nationalistic features in it, and trained their martial arts as a means of overcoming the national crisis.
The purpose of this study was to investigate biomechanical differences between young and old adults during downhill walking on a treadmill in order to understand the mechanisms of elderly falls. Eighteen healthy young females(YG: yrs: 21.17±1.5) and eighteen healthy old females(OG: yrs: 66.67±1.33) participated in this study. They were asked to walk at their preferred speed on a treadmill at level, 7.5° and 15° decline. OG walked more wobbly in the medial and lateral directions than YG(p<.05). As slope got steeper, OG had smaller ROM(range of motion) of ankle and knee joints compared with YG. However, there was no difference in ROM of the hip between OG and YG, but maximum extension angle of OG was smaller compared with YG(p<.05). Smaller extensor moment was generated on OG during downhill walking(p<.05). It was hypothesized that more risk factors would be found on older people compared to young people during downhill. However, older people actually walks with a safer strategy compared to young people during downhill. Finally, current findings about biomechanical characteristics of elderly walking would provide useful fundamental information for a follow-up study regarding the prevention of elderly fall during their daily life.
This study aims to examine what made leisure activities of citizens activated and to evaluate their importance and thereby to present basic data for governments at all levels via analysis of characteristics of activated leisure activities by area. To attain the objectives of the study, for a qualitative and empirical analysis to develop measuring tools, a total of 400 copies of the questionnaire, 100 copies for each of the four areas - Incheon, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Busan- were distributed and collected for a quantitative analysis such as technical statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using a SPSS 18.0 program, with the following results: First, the qualitative analysis generated 15 factors via interviews of experts, and six factors of facilities, programs, organization and experts, promotion, policies, and other were extracted via open-end questions, comments of experts, and findings from existing literature. Second, based on the six factors extracted from the qualitative analysis, the 400 copies of the questionnaire were analyzed and, through factor analysis, the six factors were classified into four factors for facilities, two factors for leisure policies and other, respectively. In addition, questions on the promotion factor were all deleted, as they were lack in validity and reliability, resulting in 10 factors extracted in total. Third, Importance of the questions was five points or over on average, in most cases.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of teaching behaviors perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes on learning motivation and continuous participation intention. The main target audience of this research is college students who participate in liberal dance classes in five universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi. By using purposive sampling among non probability sampling, totally 330 papers had been distributed, and 314 questionnaires had been used for practical analysis. The data process was performed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation modeling. The results were as follows: First, teaching behaviors perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes had a significant effect on learning motivation. Secondly, teaching behaviors perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes had a significant effect on continuous participation intention. Lastly, learning motivation perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes had a significant effect on continuous participation Intention. Lastly, there was the mediating effect of learning motivation was inspected in the relationship between teaching behaviors perceived by college students' participating in liberal dance classes and continuous participation intention.
This study was performed to determine the effect of low-intensity resistance training with blood flow restriction (BFR) on muscle volume and strength in elderly women. Sixteen elderly women (70.9±4.6 years) were divided into low (30% 1RM) and high (75% 1RM) intense resistance training groups. Tourniquet cuff (Zimmer, Germany) for BFR was applied only to the right leg during the training period. All subjects performed unilateral leg press, leg extension and leg curl (3 sets×12 repetitions) for 10 weeks (2d/wk). Blood pressure was increased from 110 to 240 mmHg during the training period at the most proximal region of exercised leg. Muscle volume and cross-sectional area (CSA) were measured by MRI and body composition was monitored by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) and isokinetic muscular strength were analyzed in both legs. The quadriceps CSA (15.2%, p<.001) and muscle volume (13.8%, p<.001) were increased in high-intense trained leg with BFR and the increased rate was highest among groups. The quadriceps CSA (9.8%, p<.001) and muscle volume (6.9%, p<.001) were increased in low-intensity training group with BFR and their increased rates were higher than control groups. The strength by exercise training was significantly improved in all groups and tended to be higher in BFR groups. These results demonstrate low-intensity resistance training with blood flow restriction could be an effective way to improve muscle volume and strength in elderly women.
The purpose of this study was to perceived interactivity about experience of using dance video contents and intention to use. This study was examine an adaptive model of Technology Acceptance Model and focused on YouTube. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, total 350 questionnaires were surveyed and 311 data were finally analyzed. All data were processed through SPSS for Windows 20.0 version and AMOS 18.0. For the analysis of data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, model evaluation, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results were as follows. first. Perceived Interactivity had not affect on perceived usefulness but two-way communication, user control among the sub-factor in perceived Interactivity had a positive effect on perceived ease of use. second, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Lastly, Perceived usefulness had not affect intention to use, but perceived ease of use had a positive effect on intention use.
