  • 정확하고 신뢰성 높은 유량 자료는 수자원의 정량적인 계획과 관리에 필수적이다. 이를 위하여 Chiu는 기존의 결정론적인 흐름 방향 유속분포식의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 방법으로 확률통계에서 사용되는 엔트로피 개념을 이용한 3차원 유속분포 식을 제안하였고, 이를 실험실 데이터와 자연하천에 적용하여 신뢰성과 정확성을 지속적으로 증명하여 마침내 이에 대한 활용성이 매우 크게 대두되어 Chiu의 유속공식을 적극적으로 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 지금까지 이론적인 유속 분포식을 검증하기 위하여 단면 형상이 일정한 직사각형이나 사다리꼴 동의 실험수로에서부터 불규칙한 단면 형상을 갖는 자연 하천에 대한 적용을 거의 이루고 있는 실정이나, 하상경사가 변하는 경우에도 엔트로피 파라미터(M)가 이에 대응하여 평형상태에 도달하려고 하는지에 대한 연구는 전무하다. 본 연구에서는 하상경사를 임의로 변경 가능한 실험수로를 선택하여 정밀법에 의한 유속측정을 실시하였다. 같은 지점의 같은 단면에서 하상경사(${\Theta}$)가 0.000935부터 0.025794까지 28번의 경사변화를 주고 각 경사마다 유량을 측정하여 28개의 유량측정 데이터를, Chiu의 엔트로피 유속공식에 적용하여, 평균유속과 최대유속 사이의 관계가 선형관계, 즉 하상경사가 변하는 경우에도 엔트로피 파라미터(M)가 이에 대응하여 평형상태에 도달함을 증명하였다.

  • The effect of humidity on crystallization and polymorphic transformation of hydrous aluminum oxide under various humidity at $37^{\circ}$ was examined by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron micrograph, IR spectra and DTA. The humidity was an important factor influencing crystallization of hydrous aluminum oxide. The growth or crystal was strongly accelerated by humidity. The aging process is assumed that it is composed of two seperate steps, an increase of the diffraction around $36{\sim}42^{\circ}$, and an appearance and its development of the peak at $18{\sim}20^{\circ}$ of $2{\theta}$ value. The former is considered to be nucleation and the latter correspond to the growth period on crystallization. The crystalline form of aging products was various depending on the degree of humidity, directly it leads to the eventual formation of bayerite in more than 72%, $b{\"{o}}hmite$ in 50% and resembled to Nordstandite in 0% relative humidity, respectively but once formed, it was mostly stable in each surroundings and does not transform to the other more stable form in solid state even after aging for five years. The mechanism responsible for aging is further polymerization process of six-membered rings by deprotonation-dehydration reaction in which positively charged polynuclear hydroxy aluminum complexes formed in the presence of moisture are joined at their edges by double hydroxide bridges.

  • 최근 인터넷의 발달로 디지털 콘텐츠 및 UCC(User Created Contents) 산업이 발전하고 있다. 그러나 이로 인한 부작용도 많이 발생한다. 대표적인 문제는 디지털 콘텐츠의 무단 불법복제나 무료배포행위이다. 이는 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 성장과 UCC 제작자의 창작의지 를 저해하여 웹2.0시대의 중심인 양질의 콘텐츠 생산을 방해한다. 본 논문에서는 위의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 경매 시스템 과 경매 프로세스를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 중고의 개념을 도입하였다. 특히, 모바일 상에서 경매가 가능하도록 새로운 시스템 구조를 제안하고, 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 경매거래 프로세스를 새롭게 제안하였다. 시스템의 성능 분석 결과 주요 경매프로세스는 성능 분석 과정을 통하여 $\theta$ (logN) 의 정수 배(m)의 시간을 사용하는 알고리즘임을 소개하고 사용자나 콘텐츠의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하는 경우에도 시스템의 성능에 크게 영향을 받지 않는다는 것을 보인다.

  • The BaTiO$_3$+10wt%Nb$_2$O$_{5}$ ceramics were prepared by conventional mixed oxide method. The structural and dielectric properties of the BaTiO$_3$+10wt%Nb$_2$O$_{5}$ ceramics with the sintering temperature were investigated. Increasing the sintering temperature, the 2$\theta$ value of BaTiO$_3$peaks were shifted to the higher degree and intensity of the BaTiO$_3$and BaNbO$_3$peaks were increased. In the BaTiO$_3$+10wt%Nb$_2$O$_{5}$ ceramics sintered at 135$0^{\circ}C$ and 1375$^{\circ}C$, the grain was fine and uniform. Increasing the sintering temperature, the pore was decreased and the dielectric constant was increased. In the BaTiO$_3$+10wt%Nb$_2$O$_{5}$ ceramics sintered at 1375$^{\circ}C$, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were 5424, 0.02 respectively.ctively.

  • The (Ba$_{0.3}$Bi$_{0.3}$Sr$_{0.4}$)TiO$_3$[BBST] ceramics were prepared by conventional mixed oxide method. The structural properties of the BBST ceramics with sintering temperature were investigated by XRD, SEM, EDS. In the case of BBST ceramics sintered at 1150~135$0^{\circ}C$, the $Ba_{0.5}$Sr$_{0.5}$TiO$_3$and SrBi$_4$Ti$_4$O$_{15}$ phase were coexisted. The 2$\theta$ value of the BST (110) peaks were shifted to the lower degree at the sintering temperature of 130$0^{\circ}C$ and 135$0^{\circ}C$. The grains of the BBST ceramics sintered at 130$0^{\circ}C$ and 135$0^{\circ}C$ were not appeared. Increasing the sintering temperature, the densities of the BBST ceramics were increased. In the BBST ceramics sintered at 130$0^{\circ}C$ and 135$0^{\circ}C$, the mole ratio of Bi was decreased.d.ed.d.d.d.

  • In odder to investigate the magnetic properties of CoCr-based bilayered thin films on kind of underlayer, we introduced amorphous Si layer to Co-Cr(-Ta) magnetic layer as underlayer. First, we prepared CoCr and CoCrTa single layer using the Facing Targets Sputtering system to investigate theirs properties. It was revealed that with increasing the film thickness of CoCr, CoCrTa single layer, crystalline orientation and perpendicular coercivity was improved. The CoCrTa thin film showed bettor crystalline and magnetic characteristics than CoCr thin film. As a result of investigating magnetic properties of CoCr and CoCrTa magnetic layer on introducing the Si underlayer, perpendicular coercivity and saturation magnetization of CoCr/Si and CoCrTa/Si bilayered thin film were decreased due to the increased grain size and diffusion of Si atoms to magnetic layer. And they showed constant with increasing the film thickness of Si thin film. However, in case of CoCrTa/Si bilayered thin film, in-plane coercivity was controlled low at about 250Oe. The c-axis orientations of CoCr/si and CoCrTa/Si bilayered thin film showed a good crystalline characteristics as about $2^{\circ}$.

Crystal Growth of 3C-SiC Using HMDS Gas Source (HMDS 가스원을 이용한 3C-SiC의 결정성장)

  • Single crystal 3C-SiC(cubic silicon carbide) thin-films were deposited on Si(100) substrate up to a thickness of $4.3{\mu}m$ by APCVD method using HMDS(hexamethyildisilane) at $1350^{\circ}C$. The HMDS flow rate was 0.5 sccm and the carrier gas flow rate was 2.5 slm. The HMDS flow rate was important to get a mirror-like crystal surface. The growth rate of the 3C-SiC films was $4.3{\mu}m/hr$. The 3C-SiC epitaxical films grown on Si(100) were characterized by XRD, AFM, RHEED, XPS and raman scattering, respectively. The 3C-SiC distinct phonons of TO(transverse optical) near $796cm^{-1}$ and LO(longitudinal optical) near $974{\pm}1cm^{-1}$ were recorded by raman scattering measurement. The heteroepitaxially grown films were identified as the single crystal 3C-SiC phase by XRD spectra$(2{\theta}=41.5^{\circ})$.

  • We have Investigated dielectric properties depending on bias voltage in organic lightemitting diodes using 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum($Alq_3$) as an electron transport and emissive material. We analyzed the dielectric properties of organic light emitting diodes using impedance characteristics measurement by the auto-balancing bridge technique and equivalent cirrcuit of ITO/$Alq_3$/Al. Impedance characteristics was measured complex impedance Z and phase ${\theta}$ in the frequency range of 40 [Hz] to $10^8$ [Hz]. We obtained complex electrical conductivity, dielectric constant, and loss tangent ($tan{\delta}$) of the device at room temperature. From these analyses, we are able to interpret a conduction mechanism and dielectric properties contributed by an interfacial and orientational polarization.

  • In this paper, the physical and electrical properties of electrical insulating materials due to linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE)/ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) blends are studied. The peak of LLDPE/EVA made by blend ratio of 70:30 at $2{\theta}=21.4^{\circ}$ in the results of XRD is higher than the others. In the experiment for electrical conduction properties in order to investigate the electrical properties of specimen, it is confirmed that electrical conduction is increased with the increase of molecular motions with the increase of temperature.

  • Single crystals of metallocene-catalyzed isotactic polypropylene (iPP) and/or syndiotactic PP (sPP) were prepared and preliminarily characterized. The crystallization was performed utilizing 0.1 % by weight concentrations of each PP in o-xylene in the range of temperature of $40{\sim}90^{\circ}C$. Following the XRD patterns, samples were ${\alpha}$-iPP and antichiral Cell III of sPP. The XRD pattern of iPP shows three ${\alpha}$-form peaks due to the (110), (040), (130) planes at $2{\theta}=14.2^{\circ}$, $17^{\circ}$, $18.8^{\circ}$, respectively. The XRD pattern of sPP is characterized by the presence of the (020) reflection at $16^{\circ}$. The melting point ($123^{\circ}C$ and $148^{\circ}C$, respectively) of the metallocene catalyzed iPP and sPP were generally lower than that of conventional PP ($160{\sim}170^{\circ}C$) due to the misinsertion of the monomer. When metallocene-catalyzed iPP samples were crystallized isothermally from solution grown at a lower temperature, lozenge shape single crystals were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
