Prunus × yedoensis is a representative tree species in residential areas often used as a street tree or park tree, with its popularity due to splendid flowers in the spring. We investigated plant growth, photosynthesis, chlorophyll, and carotenoid concentrations of Prunus yedoensis at 400ml/pot, 1,000ml/pot, and 2,000ml/pot Irrigation treatments. Overall growth indices such as tree height, diameter at root collar (DRC), and total dry weight could be ranked in the decreasing order "2,000ml/pot > 1,000ml/pot > 400ml/pot.". However, 2,000ml/pot featured decreased photosynthesis and total chlorophyll carotenoid contents than 1,000ml/pot treatment after July. And also, The 1,000ml/pot treatment showed relatively high photosynthetic activity and chlorophyll contents. These results suggested that the cultivation of Prunus yedoensis under 1,000ml/pot Irrigation treatment(soil water contents 25~35%) showed the best condition in growth.

본 연구는 한우농가가 신규 창업모델로 활용할 수 있는 영농모델을 개발하는 데 연구목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 먼저 가축의 생육 사이클을 작성하고 사육 기간별 생리, 송아지 구입 및 판매 등의 개체별 생산계획 모델을 작성하였다. 다음으로 한우 사육 형태에 따른 시뮬레이션 분석을 통해 한우농장을 창업하는 2가지 시뮬레이션 모델의 수익성을 제시하였다. 먼저 번식우의 생육 사이클은 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 번식농가는 어린 송아지를 분만한 이후에 2개월간의 포유기간과 11개월의 육성 기간을 거쳐 14개월부터 교배 후 초임우로 이용한다. 이후 3산 동안 번식우로 활용한 이후에 50개월령부터 6~7개월의 암소 비육단계를 거쳐 출하한다. 비육우의 생육 사이클은 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 일관경영으로 생산한 암송아지는 사육두수 확대를 위해 일부를 번식우로 활용하고 나머지는 6~7개월령에 판매한다. 수송아지는 포유와 육성 기간을 거쳐 6~7개월령에 판매하도록 설정하였다. 다음으로 축사 규모를 고려하여 분만과 수정 등의 정보와 판매 시기 등의 정보에 따라서 자가 생산 두수 및 판매 두수를 결정하도록 모델을 설계하였다. 또한 어린 송아지의 경우 사고나 질병으로 인한 폐사가 발생하기 쉬우므로 농장 전체의 번식률을 고려하여 사육두수를 계산하였다. 본 연구에서는 한우 농가의 창업 초기 가축의 구입 방법에 따라 2가지 시뮬레이션 모델을 가정하였다. Model 1은 6~7개월령의 육성우만을 구입하여 사육한 이후에 이를 번식우로 계속 활용하여 상시 사육두수 100두를 유지하는 모델이며, Model 2는 창업 초기에 육성우와 2산 번식우 그리고 3산 번식우를 적정한 비율로 구입하여 상시 사육두수 100두를 첫 연도부터 유지하는 모델이다. 분석결과, 창업 초기에 번식우와 육성우 비율을 고려한 창업 시뮬레이션 모델(Model 2)은 육성우만을 구입하는 창업 시뮬레이션 모델(Model 1)과 비교하여 다음의 특징이 있었다. 첫째, 가축 구입에 따른 초기투자액이 상대적으로 많이 소요되었다. 둘째, 매년 일정 금액의 수입이 발생하기 때문에 농장의 안정성 측면에서 유리하였다. 셋째, 시설이나 기계 등을 시작 연도부터 효율적으로 사용할 수 있었다.

우리나라에서 재배되고 있는 백합 구근의 대부분을 수입에 의존하고 있어 국내 품종을 개발하여 보급할 필요가 있다. 2000년부터 분화용 아시아틱나리 유전자원 'Butter Pixie'과 'Mona'을 수집하여 2000년부터 2006년까지 자가수정을 실시하였다. 2008년에 자가수정 4세대 'L₂-18-1'과 'L₂-21-2'계통을 교잡하여 분화용 1대 잡종 아시아틱나리 'Yellow LiASong'를 개발하였다. 분화용 아시아틱나리 일대 잡종 'Yellow LiASong'은 노란색의 사발모양의 홑꽃으로 반점이 없으며, 식물체 당 개화 수가 5.8개로 많은 편이며, 꽃의 직경이 15.5cm로 중간 정도이고 꽃차례 형태는 산형+총상꽃차례로 개화 방향은 상향이다. 초장은 36.2cm이고, 잎의 수는 35.5개이고, 잎의 길이는 10.7cm이며, 잎의 폭은 1.5cm이다. 이와 같이 일대 잡종 'Yellow LiASong'은 대조품종인 'Tiny Bee' 보다 화경이 크고 화수가 많아서 개화기간이 길며 초장이 짧아서 소비자 선호도가 높게 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the importance-satisfaction level for the improvement of the young farmers fostering support policy. According to the analysis result, the respondents answered that the current policy to foster young farmers is important. However, the actual satisfaction level of the project was found to be lower than the importance level. In the 'Keep up the Good Work' area, which is the first quadrant, 'a project to support young succession farmers and settling in farming' and 'a project to select and support succeeding agricultural managers'. It was found that the respondents highly evaluated the importance and satisfaction of the 'Young Succession Farmers Selection and Farm Settlement Support Project' and the 'Succession Farmers Selection and Support Project'. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually expand the project in the future.
