일반적으로 시스템은 제한된 공간내에 제어되고 있으나, 특수한 상황에서는 원격제어가 필요한 경우도 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 사용하여 공간적인 제한을 극복하는 열린 공간상에서 이동로봇을 제어함으로써 원격제어 시스템 설계와 구현에 관해 논한다. 구현된 원격제어 시스템은 일반적인 웹서버(Web Server)를 사용하였고, 원격자와 이동로봇간의 정보를 양방향 통신을 가능하게 하는 제어서버(Control Server)를 제작하였다. 이동로봇과 제어서버간의 정보 교환은 시리얼 통신으로 구현하였으며 위와 같은 전체 적인 시스템을 실제로 제작 구현하여 실험을 함으로써 제안된 원격제어 시스템의 실효성을 검증하였다.

최근에 인터넷을 통한 WWW(World Wide Web)이 전 세계적으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 따라서, 매년 인터넷을 사용하는 사람의 수도 매우 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 그러나, 인터넷이나 인트라넷 모두, 현재의 네트워크 용량으로 모든 사용자들의 요구를 적절하게 수용할 수 없다. 따라서, 학계와 산업계의 전문가들이 WWW 캐슁에 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 적절히만 구성된다면, 웹 캐슁 시스템은 현저한 네트워크 대역폭의 사용량 감소를 가져올 수 있고, 네트워크 레이턴시를 줄일 수 있다. 이것은 VOD(Video On Demand)의 경우와 같은 멀티미디어 스트리밍 데이터 전송 환경에서도 적용된다. 본 연구에서, 인트라넷 환경하에서 멀티미디어 데이터를 전송하는데 가장 비용이 적게드는 최적의 솔루션을 찾으려 한다. 이를 위해서, 테스트환경을 구축하고, 실험적 측정을 수행하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 토대로 여러 가지 현상에 대해서 분석하였다.

In this paper we study and analyze the influence of caching strategies on the performance of WWW servers, We propose a new strategy called file type based caching that aims to obtain a well-balanced mixture between large and small files in the cache, and moreover, it provides good performance for both small and large file as expected, By using the type based caching good results are obtained for both the hit rate and the byte hit rate.

In this paper, I present an architecture and techniques to monitor and identify the hazards of plants anywhere in the whole country using the HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol) based on RFC1945 and PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) protocol. I constructed the upward network and downward network for intercommunication between the PLC and computer around the internet. I also constructed WWW(World-Wide Web) server in the personal computer The result of this research constructed monitoring system to monitor and identify the hazards through WWW browser on the internet.

Companies always competing with rivals in global market ought to cope with various kinds of crises coming from substitutes, new technologies, changing consumer tastes, and government regulations, etc. In this sense, it is highly required that companies should always remain well-prepared for crisis management. Nevertheless, many companies still lack detailed and well-guided strategies about how to handle crisis. This study proposes a case study to propose an effective crisis management by using knowledge management. Cases analyzed by this study are concerned with Daewoo International Corporation (http://www.daewoo.com) and Decoline (http://www.decoline.co.kr) where crises have been successfully overcome by using effective knowledge management strategies, and company performance reached sustainable level.

최근 기업에서의 인터넷 응용이 보편화되고 있으며, 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래(CALS/EC)는 선택의 문제가 아니라 생존의 수단으로 받아 들여 지고 있다. CALS/EC는 비즈니스 관련 정보를 전자적으로 교환함으로써 기존의 비즈니스 방식을 개선, 전환, 재정의하고, 비용절감, 품질향상, 서비스의 품질과 속도개선을 통해 고객만족과 기업이윤을 증대시키는 새로운 기업의 전술로 정의되고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 기반 CALS/EC의 활성화로 인해 여러 분야에서의 기업 상품에 대한 마케팅 전략 등이 최우선적으로 고려되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전자상거래를 포함, 인터넷 이용자의 특성.취향을 분석하기 위한 이용자 특성.취향 분석 시스템의 구성원리와 그 구성요소 중 하나의 모듈인 특성화된 이용자 로그정보로부터 추적 알고리즘을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써, 보다 정확한 이용자 정보를 수집하여 유연성있는 정보를 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고 구현하였다.

Recently, the advent or WWW widely increased computer-mediated instruction and a majority of Web-based instruction lack interactive capabilities. In this study. we propose a adaptive Web-based courseware model with learner's motivates and design database tables in order to apply using button theory. Therefore, we design database tables which is diagnosed learner's status within each windows with contents for checking motivation to learn itself via Web-based cyber instruction.

World Wide Web is a total solution for multi-media data transmission on Internet. Because of its characteristics like ease of use, support for multi-media data and smart graphic user interface, WWW has extended to cover all kinds of applications. The Secure Information Center(SIC) is a data transmission system using conventional cryptography between client and server on WWW. It's main function is to support the encryption of sending data. For encryption of data IDEA(International Data Encryption Algorithm) is used and for authentication mechanism MD5 hash function is used. Since Secure Information Center is used by many users, conventional cryptosystem is efficient in managing their secure interactions. However, there are some restrictions on sharing of same key and data transmission between client and server, for example the risk of key exposure and the difficulty of key sharing mechanisms. To solve these problems, the Secure Information Center provides encryption mechanisms and key management policies.

역할 기반 접근 제어(RBAC: Role Based Access Control)는 각 시스템 자원의 안전성을 보장하기 위한 접근 제어 기술이다. 거대한 네트워크에서 보안 관리의 복잡성과 비용을 줄여주는 기능 때문에, 특히 상업적인 분야에서 더욱 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC 역할 계층 구조 개념만을 사용할 경우의 취약점을 해결하기 위해 두 가지 연산을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 통하여 사용자와 권한(pemission)을 간접적으로 연관시킴으로써, RBAC 관리자가 사용자마다 연산을 추가하거나 삭제할 수 있도록 하였고 직관적인 관리자 인터페이스를 제공하여 관리자가 쉽게 사용자 역할, 그리고 연산 사이의 관계를 파악할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 RBAC 시스템을 설계하고 대학의 종합정보 시스템을 모델로 구현하였다.
