In apparel industry, the worksheet or product specification document has the function of products design. Drawing up worksheet exactly is important to quality control of apparel products. Every company needs to manage the product data of design-centric to establish TQM environment. In order to control the quality data of design-centric, an apparel worksheet system was developed by using the function of product data management system.

조명설계 초기에 조명이 실시될 공간에 대하여 어떠한 조명시스템이 경제적으로 유리한가를 검토는 것이 중요하다. 조명 경제성 평가를 간편히 수행할 수 있는 Worksheet를 개발하였다. 그리고 일반적인 사무실에서는 램프와 안정기, 램프와 안정거의 조합시스템에 대하여, 그리고 고천장 공장에서는 HID 램프 조명시스템에 대하여 경제성을 비교 평가하였다. 앞으로 조명설계시 Worksheet를 이용하면 조명시스템에 투자되는 전체비용을 현재가치나 연간비용으로 환산하여 경제성을 비교 평가 할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 조명설계·시공과 관련하여 설계초기 단계에서 조명이 실시된 공간에 대하여 어떠한 조명 시스템이 경제적으로 유리한가를 검토하기 위한 수단으로 Worksheet를 개발하고 일반적인 사물실과 고천정 공장에서의 각종 시스템에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. 앞으로 조명설계시 광원, 등기구를 선정하는데 있어서 개발된 Worksheet를 이용하여 조도계산 및 경제성을 평가해 봄으로써 같은 비용으로 최대의 효과를 가진 조명시스템을 선택하는데 도움이 되리라 기대된다.

This study is intended to examine the current situation and the problems of the "worksheets, regarding various factors that exert influences onto the quality-risk management, which is one of the most significant factors specifying an apparel product. This paper advances according to the following sequences: 1. Literature survey 2. Field research on actual "apparel vendors" and production factories 3. Investigating the requirements relating to the worksheet 4. Developing standard format of the worksheet 5. Effectiveness analysis on the standard worksheet 6. Proposal of an intelligent model applying standard worksheet system. This study is performed with the following research methods; those are questionnaire surveys, statistical analysis, interviews, collecting & analyzing worksheets, product sample quality experiment, functional analysis of the system, and materialization of the prototype system. The significance of this research is that it suggests the possible effective use of worksheet, which reflects the customers' needs in terms of the product quality, at the stage of the product planning process. Despite its importance, the current work structure does not visibly reflect these components. Therefore, with the result of this research, it is considered that the worksheet systems will meet more useful improvements in risk management process. The limitations of this research are as follows. Although it is evident that the standard worksheets bring effective results in quality improvements of products, considerations must be made onto some additional payoffs arising from the additional cost of necessary labor forces with expert knowledge and cost of the effort and time inputting correct information for running the system.

This study aims to find out an effect of 3 types of environment worksheets used for 5th elementary graders's environmental class on their environmental perceptions and behavior. 104 of 5th graders in M elementary school in Ulsan Metropolitan City were selected and divided into A group(35), B group(34) and C group(35) for this study, and to A group, a class used worksheet of the photo taken clean, unpolluted environment, and to B group, a class used worksheet of the photo taken polluted environment and to C group, a class used worksheet of only text without photo were carried out. The worksheet used class was conducted 5 times, and then after the classes, the student's change in environmental perceptions and behavior by group was put into verification Below are the study results. First, the worksheets used for the environment class have incurred significant differences in student's environmental perceptions by their types. A. B groups were higher than C group in their post-test environmental perceptions score, a statistically significant differences. Meanwhile, statistically insignificant differences appeared in environmental perceptions score between A and B groups. Second, the type of worksheet used for environment class represented considerable differences in he students' environmental behavior. A group was higher than B. C groups in post test environment behavior score, the difference of which was statistically significant. While statistically insignificant difference represented in environmental behavior between B, C groups. Third, the both types of worksheets of the photo of positive environment and that of negative environment appeared to be effective statistically in changing the elementary students' environmental behavior, while the worksheets of the photo of positive environment appeared to be effective statistically in their environmental behavior.

국내 의류${\cdot}$패션디자인 분야의 CAD 및 도식화 프로그램은 다양하게 존재 하고 있으나, 작업지시서 등을 통한 생산라인과의 연계는 미비하였다. 본 연구에서는 데이터베이스 시스템을 접목한 디자인과 작업지시서 작성 시스템을 구현 하였다. 본 시스템에서는 패션 디자인 시스템을 통한 디자인이 완성됨과 동시에 작업 지시서를 작성하도록 하였으며 기존 자료에 대한 검색을 제공해 디자이너가 사용하고자 하는 데이터를 빠르고 쉽게 찾아 활용할 수 있다. 본 시스템의 특징은 사용하기 쉬운 사용자 인터페이스(GUI), 세부지시사항을 위한 도구 지원, 기존에 저장된 데이터 활용, 오프라인 출력을 위한 인쇄지원, 편리한 치수기입 등을 제공한다.

본 연구는 수학학습 상담 시 활용할 사전 진단 검사지를 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 학생들을 진단하기 위한 발문들을 도출해 내어 검사지를 구성하고, 이에 대한 표준화 작업을 실시하여 초등 5~6학년용과 중등 1~2학년용의 진단 검사지를 제작하였다. 검사지는 총 3부로 나누어, 1부 수학학습심리, 2부 수학학습 방법, 3부 수학학습 개인 성향으로 구성하였다. 수학학습심리는 '수학학습능력 자신감', '수학불안', '수학학습 태도' 요인으로, 수학학습 방법은 '수학학습 자기관리'와 '수학학습 전략' 요인으로, 수학학습 개인 성향은 '수학학습 습관'과 '수학학습 관리 방법', '동기', '성향'을 묻는 문항으로 구성하였다. 이러한 진단 검사지는 학생들의 수학학습 상담을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 교육대학교 초등과학교육론 수업에서 과학 활동지 만들기 수업 프로그램을 통해 초등 예비교사들의 과학에 대한 태도와 과학 탐구에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 교육대학교 3학년에 재학중인 예비교사 141명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학 탐구활동지 만들기 수업 프로그램은 초등 예비교사들의 과학에 대한 태도를 개선시켰으며, 과학에 관한 지식을 갖추는 것이 중요하다는 인식에 도움을 주어 장래 학교에서 과학을 가르치는 일을 더 즐거운 것으로 느끼게 만들 수 있었던 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 과학 탐구활동지 만들기 수업 프로그램은 초등 예비교사들의 과학 탐구에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 탐구 기반 학습 유형을 중요한 과학 수업의 과정으로 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 과학 탐구활동지 만들기 수업 프로그램이 현장에 가서 어떠한 도움이 될 수 있는지에 대한 개방형 질문 결과, 수업모형의 활용 방안 측면에서 도움이 된다는 반응이 가장 많았고, 초등학생들의 과학적 지식이나 탐구과정 이해에 도움을 줄 것으로 생각하고 있었다.

최근 가스 및 화학 공장에 대한 위험성 평가 기법으로서 가장 많이 적용되고 있는 것은 HAZOP이다. 이 HAZOP은 매우 논리적이고 체계화된 기법이나 많은 분석 시간을 요구한다. 그러므로 HAZOP 수행시 적절한 워크쉬트 프로그램은 분석의 속도를 증진시키고 많은 자료를 관리하는데 매우 중요한 도구이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 HAZOP 수행 경험을 바탕으로 보다 사용하기 편리하고 쉬운 프로그램을 개발하였으며 그 특징으로는 HAZOP의 일반적인 절차를 메뉴로 구성한 화면과 유연할 편집 기능, 그리고 검색을 통한 기록 정보에 대한 탐색 및 고찰을 할 수 기능이라 할 수 있다. 그리고 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 기존에 수행되었던 HAZOP 수행 결과에 대한 경향 분석 사례를 보이고 유용성을 확인하였다.

Efforts to identify jobs or tasks having known risk factors for work-related musculoskeletal disorder can provide the groundwork for changes aimed at risk reduction. An effective identification method is the ergonomic job hazard analysis which breaks a job into its various elements or actions, describes them, measures and quantifies the ergonomics risk factors. Some analytical methods including OWAS, RULA, REBA, and NLE have been used as tools in quantifying the risk factors. But these traditional methods using worksheet or paper are difficult to explain to participants for performing the job hazard analysis in the field, and take a long time. We develop some software tools to implement the analytical methods using EXCEL programs or computer program. These tools developed in this study are faster and easier to perform the ergonomic job analysis than the traditional methods using worksheet.
