119 구급대원의 직무스트레스, 직무만족도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of 119 Paramedics on Job Performance Ability)

  • 본 연구는 119구급대원의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구 참여에 동의한 전라북도에 소재하고 있는 소방서에 재직 중인 119구급대원이며 자료 수집은 2020년 7월 1일부터 9월 10일까지 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관분석, t-test, ANOVA로 하였다. 연구결과 119구급대원의 직무스트레스 평균은 2.85±.0.29점, 직무만족도 3.35±0.30점, 직무수행능력 3.53±0.89로 나타났으며, 직무만족도가 높을수록 직무수행능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 변수들의 특성을 살펴보면 직무수행능력은 결혼여부, 연령, 구급경력에 따라 유의하게 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 119구급대원의 직무수행능력을 높이기 위한 방안으로 긍정적인 전문직관을 확립하고, 업무의 만족과 관련된 인식을 증진시켜 직무스트레스를 낮추고 직무만족도를 높이기 위해 수행 개선을 통한 직업관 확립 및 직무만족도를 위한 프로그램 개발과 교육 프로그램이 적극적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

공공의료기관 간호사의 환자안전사고 대처를 위한 시뮬레이션 기반 의사소통 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and effect of Simulation-based Educational Program for Communication to Prevent Patients from Safety Accident by Nurses working in the Public Medical Institutions)

  • 최근 의료계에서 환자안전에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 높아지고 있고, 환자안전사고가 증가함에 따라 환자안전사고의 발생에 효율적인 대처를 위한 의료인들의 의사소통 능력의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 환자안전사고 대처를 위한 시뮬레이션 기반 의사소통 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 공공의료기관으로 지정된 병원의 간호사 에게 적용하여 교육 전, 후에 따른 의사소통능력, 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향, 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 또한 프로그램 적용 후 교육에 대한 만족도를 파악하였다. 연구대상자는 공공의료기관으로 지정된 병원의 간호사 32명이다. 2019년 8월 19일부터 8월 20일까지 자료수집 하였으며 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, paired t-test 로 분석 하였다. 연구결과 환자안전사고 대처를 위한 교육프로그램이 간호사의 의사소통능력, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력 향상에 유의하게 나타났으며, 비판적 사고성향은 교육 후 상승되었으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 본 연구의 교육 프로그램이 간호사의 의사소통능력, 자기효능감, 문제해결능력 향상에 효과적인 교육 방법임을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 공공의료기관 간호사들의 환자안전사고 대처를 위한 의사소통 역량 향상에 도움을 주며, 임상에서 간호사를 대상으로 환자안전을 위한 교육 프로그램의 기초로 활용 될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

의류 판매원의 서비스에 대한 소비자와 판매원의 인지차이에 대한 연구 (A Study of Differences on Recognition for the Sales Persons' Service Provided between Apparel Salespeople and Customers)

  • The purposes of this study was to exploit the differences on recognition for the service provided between salespeople and customers who have purchased fashion apparels and garments at the department stores, and to suggest the educational direction of salespeople in order to enhance competitiveness and to increase customers' satisfaction. Data were obtained from 297 apparel salespeople working at 6 department stores and 285 customers of department stores in Daegu. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, mean, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analyses. The important factors which affected the purchase of fashion products, in order of importance, were information ability, credibility and service quality of salespeople. But the service quality recognized by customers was lower than that by salespeople. It can be said the salespeople have to make every effort that customers feel comfortable and certain for the service provided. There were significant difference on the service provided by salespeople, as well as service quality recognized by customers in accordance with gender, marital status, age, level of education, and annual fashion apparel expenses.

  • NCS is the nation-wide standard designed to standardize and systematize the capability(knowledge, technology and attitude) required for personnel to undertake their task in industrial site according to industry field and level of the task. In order to cope with rapidly changing labor market, individual has to be equipped with ability required for each relevant duty field. And company also requires worker to have basic working ability, professional knowledge or technical capability for relevant duty. Especially, the core competency, a fundamental element for all tasks, has been recognized as critical part not just in social level but also in company level. In that sense, the necessity of adding the core competence into regular education program has been vastly demanded. This study mainly deals with development of NCS-based learning module for information capability that most of industrial field want their employee to be equipped as basic skill. And, in particular, education achievement analysis for computer application capability, a subordinate capabilities of information capability, and its application method are mainly described.

지하매설 배관의 보수를 위한 로봇시스템 개발 (Development of a Robot System for Repairing a Underground Pipe)

  • 국내의 배관시설은 약 30년이 지난 지금 배관의 노후화에 따른 부식 및 결함 등이 나타나기 시작하고 있다. 저비용 고효율의 노후관 갱생을 위한 배관 로봇시스템 개발에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 배관의 탐사, 표면처리와 도장기술 및 열악한 작업환경에서의 고장에 강인한 로봇시스템 구성은 배관 로봇의 중요한 요인으로 알려져 있다. 지하매설 배관의 관리는 경제적 부담과 고도의 기술이 요구되는 실정에 업체에서 쉽게 대응하기 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 인하여 본 논문에서는 로봇의 노후관 탐사, 표면처리 및 도장이 가능한 로봇 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 로봇은 벽면 압착방식을 이용하여 구동력 및 작업을 위한 견인력을 확보하였다.

보육교사의 사회적 지지와 회복탄력성이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Social Support and Resilience on Child Care Teachers' Life Satisfaction)

  • Objective: This study examined the effects of social support and resilience on life satisfaction of child care teachers. Methods: This study was conducted by sampling 162 child care teachers who participated in job training courses in the Gyeongsangbuk-do region. Three kinds of variables, which included social support, resilience, and life satisfaction were measured. The collected data were analyzed using PASW 18.0 program for windows. Results: First, social support, resilience, and life satisfaction of the child care teachers were generally above normal. The resilience subscale showed the highest score in 'affirmative', followed by 'interpersonal ability', 'self-control ability'. And the 'support of colleagues' was higher than 'support of superior' in the social support's subscale. Next, there were no significant differences in social support by child care teachers' background, but there were significant differences in resilience and life satisfaction of child care teachers' according to their working center types and academic levels. Second, life satisfaction was positively correlated with social support, and resilience. The 'affirmative', 'support of superior' variables were factors that predicted life satisfaction. Conclusion/Implications: We suggested ways to increase the life satisfaction of child care teachers through the 'affirmative' and 'support of superior' variables.

사회복지 전담 공무원 제도 과연 필요한 것인가? (Is It Necessary for Government to Recruit Professional Social Welfare Workers?)

  • This paper is to provide the legitimacy of the recruit system of professional social welfare workers in public sector with government by analyzing the evaluation results of the supervisors. In order to evaluate the public welfare workers recruit system, 500 supervisors are selected randomly from the universe of 2,880 supervisors working in the public welfare field. They are not a professional social worker, but an administrative supervisor in hierarchical structure. Among them 302 supervisors give their views on the recruit system, social welfare workers' job achievement, job attitude, ability, and professional values. They assess the workers' job achievement very positively, which are affected by job attitude, ability, and professional values. They agree that it is very valuable to exist the recruit system of professional social welfare workers in public sector, because it has contributed to increasing the workers' job achievement level in the public welfare field. This study concludes that it is successful to adopt the recruit system of social welfare workers in public sector, and suggests that the system be developed further in public welfare field. Besides, this paper insists that professional public welfare workers recognize that they are one of the members of the organization and they work together with administrative staffs.

어패럴 CAD 시스템 기능적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the functional Charaterictics of Apparel CAD Systems)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the reference information for user and potential users of apparel CAD system is Korea. Two interviews were carried out for the study. The apparel CAD system of Assyst, Gerber and Yuka was selected for technical comparative study. The results were as follows: 1. The future development of the apparel CAD system is the transfer of the developed pattern design from a 3D design system and of CIM concept. 2. The share of data is working closely in a module function. So the Assyst system provide connectivity and communication between all apparel CAD system's module and other automation programs. This system is suitable for CIM production line. 3. The Gerber system is developed the Apparel CAD system which is given by the CAM system's technical ability. This system is given high insurance of ability to the service and data transportation with other systems from users in the Korea. 4. The Yuka system is developed pattern making by the Apparel CAD system. This system's different methods which is compared with other systems are the split grading and auto pattern making. So this system is suitable for users which want to product many items and a little amount garment by using the Apparel CAD system.

참여의사결정과 대인신뢰가 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Participative Decision Making and Interpersonal Trust Effects on the Productivity)

  • 본 연구는 내부조직관계에서 대인신뢰를 구성원들의 상대방(부하, 동료, 상사)에 대한 능력, 상호 믿음과 지원에 기반을 두는 것으로 정의하고, 조직구성원들의 협력적 관계는 조직결과의 향상을 가져올 수 있다는 것을 가정하여, 참여적 의사결정이 조직생산성의 향상에도 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 한다. 연구 결과에 따르면 직무수행에 관련한 의사결정에 참여도와 성과의 피드백만족도 그리고 개방적 의사전달에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 업무생산성이 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 대인신뢰에 기반을 둔 행정조직은 또 다른 관리적 도전인 문화적 다양성의 증대와 고객기대의 충족에 대처하게 되므로, 상사와 부하간의 대인신뢰를 구축하는 것은 구성원의 직무생산성을 증대시키고 조직몰입을 강화시킬 수 있는 원동력이 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

여성소비자의 화장품구매체험이 이미지메이킹 효능감과 화장품추구혜택에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Female Consumer's Cosmetics Purchase Experience on Image-making Efficacy and Cosmetics Pursuit Benefits)

  • The object of this study was to find out the influence of female consumers' cosmetics purchase experience on image-making efficacy and cosmetics pursuit benefits. Total 405 surveys of women working at the industrial complex in Daegu-Kyoungbuk area were used for data analysis. Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and ${\chi}^2$-test were used for data analysis. Our findings are as follows. Cosmetics purchase experience of female consumers had factors as recognition experience, relationship experience, emotional experience, visit experience, and sensual experience. The factors of image-making efficacy were self-confidence in displaying, ability of facial expression and display ability while those of cosmetics purchase experience turned out to be trend/brand pursuit, appearance improvement pursuit, functionality pursuit and economic feasibility pursuit. Cosmetics purchase experience was found to have significant effects on the factors of image-making efficacy, and cosmetics purchase experience on factors of cosmetics pursuit benefits. The differences by ages variable was examined with relation to the level of make-up and how they chose products when buying.
