  • Lately Construction industry has been depressing by hard construction market circumstance. Construction company, especial at this time, makes more rationalize the management of inside Company and Construction field. In this study we are to present the method of calculation reasonable duration at Reinforced Concrete Work. For the study first make up a question at field workers, then sampling the Form workers based the question. Second, We are using Work Analysis Method analysing the worker's work-method and Time. And then using the result of analysis, measure the Productivity of Form work. The productivity of Form work is used the basic data of duration at Reinforced Concrete Work

  • 항해사들이 선박을 운항하는 과정에서 수행하게 되는 인지작업을 체계적으로 분석한다는 것은, 선교장비들의 개선, 교육훈련 방법의 개발, 잠재적인 인적오류의 추출 등 다양한 안전항해를 위한 방안들을 마련하기 위한 기초 작업이다. 항공기나 원자력발전 시설과 같이 인적오류에 대해 많은 연구가 수행되어온 분야에서는 인지작업을 분석하기 위한 다양한 분석기법들이 개발되었고, 개발된 기법들을 적용해 왔다. 그러나 해양분야에서는 아직까지 인지작업분석에 대한 연구가 미진한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 선박운항과정에서 수행하는 인지작업을 체계적으로 분석할 수 있는 하나의 인지분석방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 분석방법은 선박운항의 특성들을 반영하고, 인지작업에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 고려할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 한편 사례분석으로서 컨테이너선 충돌사례에서의 인지작업을 제안된 방법으로 분석하였다.

Impact Analysis of Construction Delay: The Case of Defects In the Top-down Construction Method

  • Defects are the risk factors in the construction process of buildings. They cause damage, delaying the construction duration. They especially cause adverse effects on the top-down construction method. This study analyzed the degree of construction delay induced by each work type, focusing on defects in the top-down method. Then, we derived construction delay induction coefficient from different work types in order by using the severity of construction delay per defect and the occurrence probability of defect; this assessment model measures the impact of defects on construction delay for each work type. Furthermore, by comparing each work type based on the defect frequency and the construction delay induction coefficient, we found work types that need to be administered attentively. We identified that plastering work was easy to overlook, requiring caution in defect management. This study provides an efficient defect management system suitable for the buildings that are built using the top-down construction method.

의류제품의 생산성 향상을 위한 방법 및 작업측정에 관한 연구-MTM법을 중심으로- (A Study on the Method and Work Measurement for Productivity Improvement of Clothing Products-With concentration in MTM Analysis-)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve productivity for maximum effects with the present equipments and staff. This study compared and analyzed the mea-sured time by using stop watch method and MTM, which was the new measuring method. The flow and results of this study were as follows: 1. This study investigated the theoretical background the efficiency for production management, and the way of productivity improvement through documentary research. 2. Setting up the standard flow on the experi-mental company production, making out a process chart and measuring the actual working hour. 3. The study measured the allowance time applying work sampling. 4. Each process of the movement analysis was filmed by video to use basic data. 5. MTM analysis was taken by choosing 10 processes from front bodice according to the basic movement of MTM. Through the results, this study exclude unneccesary movements and suggest a method for working ways. 6. Using the actual working hour measured by a stop watch calculated the pitch time and presumed the amount of daily productivity. 7. The result of the work sampling came out as 38% of allowance rate. It was 13% higher than the standard amount of woman's jacket allowance rate, which was 25%. The most influencing factor was work discussion. That was because there were commuication problem of the work way between the operator and leader. More adequate use of flow table and level passing table was needed. There were the problems that inappropriate places and sizes made the distance of movements longer and often needed more adjustment of works and surroundings. To prevent breakdowns equipments check ups were necessary before works. 8. The results of MTM analysis were as follow : the time was reduced 40% than the actual measured time by a stop watch. This was because the leveling of the operator was included in the real calculation. Also, leveling was included in MTM analysis and all the conditions were standarized. Therefore MTM method was a scientidic measuring way of establishing the standard time. The presented method of this study, suggested an ideal method eliminating unneccesary motions, and presented standardization of works. Improvement of working methods, work condition and simplifying motions in each 10 processes reduced the working time from total 656 seconds to 301 seconds. 9. The way and time of working was linked together in the MTM analysis methods. Thus data from MTM help suggest not only establishing standard time but also establishing stan-dard work. Plus it includes various ability for improvements of working ways. So it is an objective method which can be widely used in other work studies. 10. The function of a time study is to determine the amount of work produced with a given method. The work rate is used to establish the cost of labor. The wage of worker must be calculated per unit time which is deter-mined before the time study is made. This study tried to introduce the incentive rule for deciding wages according to the standard time by MTM method.

An Improved Method of Pore Size Distribution Analysis

  • An improvement over the method of pore size distribution analysis has been made in this work. The improved method is based upon the idea of the micro pore analysis of Mikhail, Brunauer, and Bodor, and utilizes the V-t curve of nitrogen adsorption. Two pore models are assumed, and the deviation of the initial slope of the V-t plot is ascribed to the pore filling and to the adsorption on the wall of unfilled pores. The improved method of this work is very convenient in that the analysis starts from the small pore regions. The method of this work is however quite distinct from the similar V-t plot method proposed by Sellevold and Radjy. The proposed method is applied to a few adsorbents, and very satisfactory results are obtained. The cumulative surface area calculated by this method also agrees very well with those obtained by the BET plot or by the t-method.

  • Recently, Society increasingly need the hish-rise building because of urban population concentration. and The hish-rise building need new systematic work-planning method. but it didn't use the construction project's work plan and management. his paper investigated efficient work-planning method. and the work-planning method in using domestic High-rise building's structure work. A investigated result is TACT, DOC LOB etc. and domestic using method is 3day and 4day-Cycle among the Tact.   • It has been issued that the necessity of Live line work for 765kV vertical double circuit six bundle conductors transmission line when the characteristics of transmission line, the composition of T/L and near the T/L circumstances etc. Others are considered. The Barehand method of UHV T/L is extremely dangerous work and especially it is directly related with lineman life so it is very dangerous. It should be performed several technology developments for live-line work on the UHV T/L, that should be considered such as the electrical influence on workers near the T/L, development of live-line facilities, guarantee of safety, the technical rules of live-line work, the safe method of live-line work and etc. In order to maintain the 765kV transmission lines safely by barehand work, first of all, we should know the analysis of electrical safety level test in live-line work at 765kV vertical double circuit six bundle conductors on the suspension string tower type.

  • This study was carried out as basic study to apply to construction site the HPC method which is being developed. The construction cost of HPC method was analyzed in comparison with conventional method (half slab method). With regard to research method, it was decided that data on construction work carried out by half slab method was analyzed. According to the results of study, in case of being applied to the construction work using a divided column, the number of columns was decreased. So, it was shown that member production cost, and transport and assemblage cost reduced. In case of being applied to construction work using an undivided column, the analysis showed that there was little difference in construction cost. Therefore, the analysis showed that, if HPC construction method was applied to large structure using a large column, the construction cost was reduced to some extent in comparison with conventional half slab method.

Structural Work Duration Estimation and Analysis of Tower-Type Residential Construction Project

  • In order to shorten construction duration in high-rise project, construction company tried to make various system method toward simplifying construction method and shortening construction duration. Though high-rise tower-type residential project are growing, there are few case study. Then, the data for preliminary schedule planning in high-rise tower-type residential project are rare. This purpose of research shows construction method in structural work in high-rise tower-type residential project, suggests schedule planning in structural work through case studies. The structural work in high-rise tower-type residential project was divided 1) completion of form in lower part and 2) the typical floor under penthouse. The statistical analysis were done in two parts, the data from analysis were used in simulation. Finally, researcher confirmed the difference between real construction duration and the figure from simulation. The results shows that the more construction duration is long, the less ACS's cost is low. It means the effectiveness is increasing in ACS, if the floor number is high.
