A numerical simulation study of the solar coronal plasma reveals that a ballooning instability can develop in the course of flux rope merging. When magnetic field lines from different flux ropes reconnect, a new field line connecting farther footpoints is generated. Since the field line length abruptly increases, the field line expands outward. If the plasma beta is low, this expansion takes place more or less evenly over the whole field line. If, on the other hand, the plasma beta is high enough somewhere in this field line, the outward expansion is not even, but is localized as in a bulging balloon. This ballooning section of the magnetic field penetrates out of the overlying field, and eventually the originally underlying field and the overlying field come to interchange their apex positions. This process may explain how a field structure that has stably been confined by an overlying field can occasionally show a localized eruptive behavior.

The Seoul subway line No.2 is the one of the busiest metro service line of the passenger transportation in Seoul metropolitan city. The number of the passengers served by the Seoul subway line No.2 is more than 1.9 million in a day according to the transportation reference of 2004, which is about $15\%$ of the whole population in Seoul metropolitan city. This is the reason why the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Corporation(SMSC) is implementing the refurbishment of the current ATS signalling system of Seoul Line No.2 into the most advanced ATO system with the continuous air-gap telegram transmission through the track circuit without any suspension of the train service either in when or in where, which is the first in the world in its attempt to refurbish the old signalling system under service without any suspension of the train operation.

본 논문에서는 조위변화에 따른 오탁방지막 계류라인의 거동을 조사하였다. 거동분석으로부터 안전율을 고려하여 팽팽하게 적정케이블의 길이를 정하면 수심이 하강하더라도 긴장측 케이블은 거의 일정한 장력을 유지하는 것을 알 수 있었다 그러나, 이완케이블의 기능은 상실되어 구조체 전체의 불안정성을 초래할 수도 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 초기 직선긴장각이 계류거동에 미치는 영향을 조사해봄으로써 케이블 장력, 수중부상길이 케이블길이(재료량과 관계 있음)및 부체변위 등을 복합 고려하면서 계류 해석하여야만 적정한 설계를 할 필요가 있을 것으로 보였으며, 막체의 부착물로 인한 케이블의 장력은 줄어들어 재료손상은 일으키지 않으나 저면 앵글, Total scope 및 부체변위에 영향을 미쳐 구조물 전체의 불안정성을 초래할 수 있다는 것도 알 수 있었다.

This study adopted soil test and laboratory physical model experiments to simulate the tailings impoundment accumulation process according to the principle of similarity. Relying on the practical engineering, it analyzed the tailings deposition characteristics on dry beach surface during the damming process, as well as the variation rules of dam saturation line. Results suggested that, the tailings particles gradually became finer along the dry beach surface to inside the impoundment. The particle size suddenly changed at the junction between the deposited beach and the water surface, which displayed an obvious coarsening phenomenon. Besides, the deposited beach exhibited the vertical feature of coarse upward and fine downward on the whole. Additionally, in the physical model, the saturation line elevated with the increase in dam height, and its amplitude was relatively obvious within the range of 1.0-4.5 m away from the initial dam. Under flood condition, the saturation line height was higher than that under normal condition on the whole, with the maximum height difference of 4 cm. This study could provide an important theoretical basis for further studies on dam failure experiments and the evolution rules of leaked tailings flow.

The existence of a bounded generalized solution on the real line for a nonlinear functional evolution problem of the type $$ (FDE) x'(t) + A(t,x_t)x(t) \ni 0, t \in R $$ in a general Banach spaces is considered. It is shown that (FDE) has a bounded generalized solution on the whole real line with well-known Crandall and Pazy's result and recent results of the functional differential equations involving the operator A(t).

Paper searches Neighbor Discovery Protocol's IPv6 address AutoConfiguration function that is IPv6's point technology. Also, I study plan to apply Router Advertisement function to Router. This plan is to suggest the guide-line as a reference focusing on unique image using characteristics of Youngwol-gun, when any type of development is conducted. Railway safety is based on a risk analysis and safety assessment for the whole railway system as human, train, electric, signaling, operation, maintenance and etc. Therefore in this study, after investigating the accidents happened in electric railway on Choongang line for 5 years, from '97 to '01, a Data-Base was made through a cause and result analysis. In consideration of economic loss and human resources damage, a risk assessment for electric railway was also performed.

The Internet, as a commercial tool, presented a new market that connects producers with consumers through the E-commerce. Now, E-commerce spreads over almost all industries through the Internet excluding some. This research indicates the reason why the E-commerce is not activated in agricultural Industry, which is less developed than other industries. And it suggests a good example of E-commerce on the agricultural products combining on and off line markets. In addition, data-mining technique is suggested to analyze whole information in system.
