예술심리치료사의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 마음챙김과 심리적 웰빙의 차이검증 (A Study of Differences in Mindfulness and Psychological Well-being of Art Psychotherapists according to their Demographic Characteristics)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 예술심리치료사의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 마음챙김과 심리적 웰빙의 차이를 검정하는데 있다. 연구대상은 울산광역시 지역의 상담센터에 종사하고 있는 예술심리치료사들 127명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석방법으로는 R 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 독립표본 T-검정, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 사후검정을 위해 Scheffe 검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예술심리치료사의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 마음챙김의 차이는 연령과 수퍼비전 형태의 동료 수퍼비전, 사례회의에서 긍정(+)적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예술심리치료사의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 심리적 웰빙의 차이는 수퍼비전 형태의 동료 수퍼비전과 사례회의가 긍정(+)적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 예술심리치료사가 동료 수퍼비전과 사례회의를 많이 경험할수록 마음챙김과 심리적 웰빙을 더 높게 인식한다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 이러한 결과를 종합해볼 때, 예술심리치료사의 마음챙김과 심리적 웰빙은 연령과 수퍼비전 형태가 중요함을 시사하고 있다. 따라서 예술심리치료사의 마음챙김과 심리적 웰빙을 증진시키기 위해서는 인구사회학적 특성별 개선방안 및 예술심리치료사의 전문성 발달을 위한 발달단계별 지원 프로그램을 체계적으로 개발하고 운영할 방안이 마련되어야 하겠다.

외국인의 한식에 대한 웰빙가치 인식과 체험이 한식의 세계화에 미치는 효과 분석 (The Effects of Korean Food Globalization on Foreigners' Perception of Wellbeing Value and Experience with Korean Food)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of globalization of Korean food according to well-being value perception and the foreign visitor Korean food experience. An analysis of variance and a linear regression analysis were conducted to analyze the hypotheses. The findings are summarized as follows: (1) The most important quality when eating Korean food was "taste" (37.3%). (2) The most important well-being value recognition items for Korean food were "kimchi" and "bulgogi". "Bibimbap is well-being food" (3.82 points) and "Korean food is healthy because it consists mainly of cereals and vegetables" (3.56 points). (3) The subjects highly recognized the "improvement in service quality of Korean restaurants" (3.59 points) with regard to the importance of a globalization strategy for Korean food. (4) High-intake Korean foods were "bibimbap", "baechookimchi", "galbigui", "pajeon", and "bulgogi", in that order. In contrast, the intake frequency for "songpeon", "sikhei", and "guksu" was very low. (5) The subjects thought that the globalization possibility for Korean food was high, as foreigners ingested a lot of baechookimchi. (6) The most effective well-being value recognition item for globalizing Korean food was "Korean food is nutritious and good for the health" followed by "I have much interest in Korean well-being food". and "Korean food is a well-being food because it contains many fermented and seasonal items", in that order. (7) The most effective food for globalizing Korean food with a high-intake frequency was "baechookimchi", followed by "galbigui", "guksu", and "bibimbap".

The Effects of Health Promotion Behavior on Spiritual Well-Bing -Mediating Effect of Decision Making Ability-

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Health Promotion Behavior on Spiritual well-being through decision making ability. The data for the study were collected from April 1 to 15, 2019 and the final data used in this study were 332. The research method was cross-sectional questionnaire survey. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $X^2$ analysis, multiple regressions and median effect analysis using SPSS 18.0. Among the participants of this study, 18.1% of men and 81.9% of women were female. The results of this study appeared that the differences in sub-factors of health promotion behaviors by gender were higher in female in health responsibility, substance abuse, social relationship, and self-actualization (p<0.01), while men were higher in exercise than women (p<0.05). Differences in sub-factors of health promotion behaviors by gender were higher in female in health responsibility, substance abuse, social relationship, and self-actualization (p<0.01), while men were higher in exercise than women (p<0.05). Decision making (t=4.899, p<0.01), Health responsibility (t=-1.990, p<0.05), Substance abuse (t=7.344, p<0.01), Exercise (t=7.344, p<0.01), and Self-actualization (t=7.619, p<0.01) were appeared to affect Spiritual Well-Being under statistical significance. Also Decision Making Ability had a partial mediating role in health responsibility and social relationship, which were sub-factors of health promotion behavior, affecting spiritual Well-Being.

농촌 주부의 여가만족도에 따른 가정생활복지감 (A Study on the Well-Being of the Family Life Among the Rural Housewives According to the Satisfaction of the Leisure)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate some related factors which influence the well-being of the family life among the rural housewives, based on the satisfaction of the leisure. Questionnaires were distributed to the 200 housewives residing in Anseong. The 187 data obtained were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, F-test, Duncan’s multiple range test and correlation. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. (1) There were significant differences on the satisfaction of sports leisure, culture center leisure and music and play leisure among the rural housewives according to the social demographic variables. (2) There were significant differences on the family life well-being among the rural housewives according to the satisfaction of sports leisure, the satisfaction of music and play leisure, the satisfaction of culture center leisure, the occupation of premarriage and the number of family members. Based on the above findings, it has been found that the satisfaction of leisure remains important factors to guide according to the radical changes. If greater attentions should be directed to the satisfaction of leisure activities, the quality of family life could be improved and stabilized.

사회 인구학적 변인에 따른 여성의 웰빙 인식과 미용관리 성향 (Perceptions of Well-Being and Beauty Care Tendencies among Women According to Sociodemographic Variables)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze perceptions of well-being and characteristics of beauty care tendencies among women, in order to provide basic data for the establishment of a well-being and beauty management direction. Methods : The domains examined for perceptions of well-being included spirit-oriented, material-oriented, self-oriented, and appearance-oriented values. The domains examined for beauty care tendencies consisted of appearance interest, social factors, and beauty care behavior. A survey of 320 women was conducted. In the analysis of the data, t-test and analysis of variance were used to examine the relationship between perceptions of well-being and beauty care tendencies based on sociodemographic variables. A multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting beauty care tendencies. Results : The analysis of the perceptions of well-being among the participants indicated that they tended to be more aware of the mental aspects of well-being and seldom recognized well-being as having material aspects. Therefore, they recognized the concept of well-being as something mentally oriented. The analysis of the factors affecting beauty care tendencies indicated that the participants were most greatly influenced by spirit-oriented values, and the more appearance-oriented values were emphasized, the more focus there was on beauty care. Conclusion : This study found that well-being is a luxury, and traditional beauty care involving care of the mind and body can be effectively utilized if the beauty care is based on the recognition of mentally oriented well-being.

W세대 메이크업 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Characteristics of Make-up in the W-Generation)

  • 21C, the age of culture, has the effects on the whole aspects in society with its cultural features, and the social changes become the foundation to create the new culture. The W generation, which accounts for Woman, World, Well-being, and Web, etc, leads the trend as 'a new group of powerful consumers' of establishing a new pattern. The W generation prefers psychidelic make-up using pearl through the cyber space, a space for communication like the N generation. In addition, through the Internet, leading the society of fusion or hybrid, with gender and age broken-up, the feminine as well as kidult-like make-up has emerged. On the other hand, with the influence of well-being on the whole society, well-looking appears outside, and lohas inside. The W generation prefers glossy make-up in order to make the skin healthy and polished, and eco-friendly products with lohas.

어린이집 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 회복탄력성 간의 관계연구 (The Relationship Between Psychological Well-being and Resilience in Child-care center Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 어린이집 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 회복탄력성 간의 관계를 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G시에 근무하는 어린이집 교사 264명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 어린이집 교사의 심리적 안녕감은 평균 수준으로 나타났으며, 회복탄력성은 평균 이상 수준으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 어린이집 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 회복탄력성 간의 관계는 유의한 정적상관관계가 있었으며, 심리적 안녕감과 회복탄력성의 모든 하위영역들 간에 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 어린이집 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 회복탄력성을 증진할 다양한 방안마련과 지원을 통해 교사의 삶의 질을 높임과 아울러 교육의 질을 향상할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

주관적 안녕감과 소수집단에 대한 태도: 종단 분석 (Subjective Well-being and Attitude toward Minority Group Members: A longitudinal analysis)

  • 주관적 안녕감이 소수집단에 대한 태도의 측면에서 어떠한 결과를 산출하는지 검토했다. 이를 위해서 먼저 주관적 안녕감과 소수집단에 대한 태도의 횡단적 관계를 검토하는 예비연구를 실시했다. 그 결과, 주관적 안녕감이 높은 청소년은 외국인 노동자나 국제결혼 가정의 자녀들에 대해서 우호적인 생각과 느낌, 행동을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국아동·청소년패널조사(KCYPS) 자료를 활용하여 주관적 안녕감과 소수집단에 대한 태도의 종단적 관계를 검토했다. 그 결과, 주관적 안녕감의 초기값과 변화율은 2년 후 소수집단에 대한 태도를 예측했다. 구체적으로 초등학교 5학년 시기에 주관적 안녕감이 높은 청소년은 동일시기(초5) 뿐 아니라 2년 후 중1이 되었을 때에도 소수집단에 대한 태도가 우호적이었다. 또한 이 기간 동안 주관적 안녕감은 감소하는 추세였으며, 주관적 안녕감이 적게 감소한 청소년들이 중1이 되었을 때 소수집단에 대한 태도가 더 긍정적이었다. 이러한 결과는 행복이 긍정적인 다문화 태도를 형성하는데 기여할 가능성이 있으며, 현재 행복을 통해 미래 한국 사회의 특징이 예측될 수 있음을 시사한다.

웰빙 라이프 스타일 관심과 한지 섬유 이미지 지각의 상관관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship Between the Concern about Well-being Lifestyle and the Perceived Image of Hanji Fiber)

  • This study examines the relationship between the concern about well-being lifestyle and the perceived image of Hanji fiber. A survey was conducted among male and female consumers aged 20 and over in Jeonju and Daejon from January 4th to 11th, 2008. A total of 168 responses were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and ANOVA via the SPSS ver. 12. As a result, four factors were determined in the concern for a well-being lifestyle; product consumption, enjoying culture, using therapy and managing the household. The perceived image of Hanji fiber were classified into four elements; traditional, high-quality, functional and popular images. Among the factors of the concern for a well-being lifestyle and the perceived image of Hanji fibers, a partial relationship was observed. There is a positive relationship, especially between the product consumption factor of a well-being lifestyle and the high-quality and functional image of Hanji fiber. Also, there was a positive relationship between the factor of managing the household and the traditional image of Hanji fiber. However, the therapy interest factor of a well-being lifestyle was negatively related to the traditional image of Hanji fiber.
