  • The Semantic Web Services is a next-generation Web technology that supports Web services, based on the semantic Web technologies. Until now, the researches on semantic Web services may be foiled on the semantic Web document management and the inference engine to efficiently process the semantic Queries. However, in order to realize the principle semantic Web environment it is necessary to provide a semantic query interface though which users and/or agents can efficiently request semantic information. In this regard, we propose the Semantic Query Adapter(SQA) to provide a high query transparency with users, especially when querying about a complex semantic information. We first design the procedural user query interface based on a graphic view, by analyzing DAML-S Profile documents. And then, we builds a module which a user input query transforms its corresponding RDQL. We also propose the multiple semantic query generating procedure as a new method to solve the disjunctive query problem of the RDQL primitive.

  • The World Wide Web has emerged as largest media which provides even a single user to market their products and publish desired information; on the other hand the user can access what kind of information abundantly enough as well. As a result web holds large amount of related information distributed over multiple web pages. The current search engines search for all the entered keywords in a single webpage and rank the resulting set of web pages as an answer to the user query. But this approach fails to retrieve the pair of web pages which contains more relevant information for users search. We introduce a new search paradigm which gives different weights to the query keywords according to their order of appearance. We propose a new arc weight measure that assigns more relevance to the pair of web pages with alternate keywords present so that the pair of web pages which contains related but distributed information can be presented to the user. Our measure proved to be effective on the similarity search in which the experimentation represented the e~arc ranking measure outperforming the conventional ones.

  • Until recently Web retrieval engine has presented a demanded document to users according to the amount and the frequency of inquired key words in each document under the assumption that the more key words a document has, the more accessible it is. This method of searching doesn't matter to a normal document such as HTML Web data in which structural information is not involved. However, Web data realized in XML contains structural information and modeling of graphic forms is also available. Therefore, in the case of XML, this method leads to no less trouble since it depends only on the frequency of key words. We consider that this problem can be resolved by way of inquiry which is similar to SQL. This form of inquiry enables us to snatch an exact data we want in a quick and clear way with a full advantage of structural quality of XML, overcoming the shortcomings of frequency-based engine. In this paper, We aim to design a model of information retrieval system of XML data using XML DOM and consider its algorithm related with it.

  • Urban transit is a complex system that is combined electrically and mechanically, it is necessary to construct maintenance system for securing safety accompanying high-speed driving and maintaining promptly. Expert system is a computer program which uses numerical or non-numerical domain-specific knowledge to solve problems. In this research, we intend to develop the expert system which diagnose failure causes quickly and display measures. For the development of expert system, standardization of failure code classification system and creation of BOM(Bill Of Materials) have been first performed. Through the analysis of failure history and maintenance manuals, knowledge base has been constructed. Also, for retrieving the procedure of failure diagnosis and repair linking with the knowledge base, we have built RBR(Rule Based Reasoning) engine by pattern matching technique and CBR(Case Based Reasoning) engine by similarity search method. This system has been developed based on web to maximize the accessibility.

  • Recently, the Web has been constructed based on collective intel1igence and growing up quickly. User created contents have been made the mainstream in this environments. So it's required to make an efficient technique of searching for the contents. The current searching technique mainly is achieved by key words. Semantic Web based on similarity and relationship of a language and using user tags in web2.0 also have been researched with activity. Generally, the web of the participation architecture has a lot of user created contents, various forms and classification. Therefore, it is necessary to classify and to efficiently search for a lot of user created contents. In this paper, we propose a depth searching technique considering the relationship among the tags that descript user contents. It is expected that the proposed depth searching techniques can reduce the time taken to search for the unwanted contents and the increase the efficiency of the contents searching using a service of suggestion words in tags groups.

  • To interact database data with GRID system, implementation and installation of data manipulation module which manipulates database data and its index is required. Developing a search system searching data on web-based database, and integrating it with grid system, it is possible that searching data on web and use it directly on GRID system without independent data module. So, we can build easy and effective grid system, and the system could have more flexible architecture adapting data change. In this paper, we propose a searching system which interacting web-based database with GRID systems. We integrated the searching system with a bio god system which runs virtual screening jobs. As a result, UB Grid (Universal Bio Grid) is constructed. Developer could reduce time and effort required to integrate web data to GRID system, and user could use UB Grid system easily and effectively.

  • This study aims to design and implement automated SEO tools that has applied the artificial intelligence techniques for search engine optimization (SEO; Search Engine Optimization). Traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on-page optimization show limitations that rely only on knowledge of webpage administrators. Thereby, this paper proposes the metadata generation system. It introduces three approaches for recommending metadata; i) Downloading the metadata which is the top of webpage ii) Generating terms which is high relevance by using bi-directional Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) based on attention; iii) Learning through the Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) to enhance overall performance. It is expected to be useful as an optimizing tool that can be evaluated and improve the online marketing processes.

  • There are some important that development of tools to retrieve information by simple operation in large of nave users in the world wide web. In general, query formulation method and operators are variety, not easy to formulate query in information retrieval system or web based retrieval engine. In this paper, we propose "Concept Wizard" to support query formulation with concept term expansion in natural language query information retrieval system. The Concept Wizard are interactively supporting query formulation using thesaurus and Providing plug-in on the web.

  • The Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) is a declarative markup language based on the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) to define a set of markup tags for synchronizing the timing and positioning relationships between multimedia objects. SMIL makes authoring of TV-like multimedia presentations on the Web easier for applications such as electronic commerce. We present the design and implementation of a JAVA-based SMIL player, which processes different types of media objects using multiple threads. Moreover, its cache engine detects the media type and allocates the proper cache memory for the corresponding media object.

  • This paper proposes a technique for improving performance using word senses and user feedback in web information retrieval, compared with the retrieval based on ambiguous user query and index. Disambiguation using query word senses can eliminating the irrelevant pages from the search result. According to semantic categories of nouns which are used as index for retrieval, we build the word sense knowledge-base and categorize the web pages. It can improve the precision of retrieval system with user feedback deciding the query sense and information seeking behavior to pages.
