The article deals with the formation of managerial competence of the future head of preschool education institution by means of information and communication technology as a prerequisite for his ability to act competently and objectively evaluate actions and understand the interaction of forms and content of preschool education. The article aimed to study the effectiveness of information and communication technologies in the formation of managerial competence of the future head of preschool education institution. To achieve the objectives, the methods of comparative and systematic analysis were used to compare different views on the problem under study, namely, the formation of managerial competence of the future head of preschool education institution by means of information and communication technologies. The authors of the article determined that the use of information and communication technologies in the preparation of future heads of preschool educational institutions is of great importance and is an indicator in the structure of managerial competence. The priority directions of the use of various software products for the study of the modern Ukrainian language, methods of teaching the Ukrainian language contribute to the intensification of learning material. It is noted that the current state of development of information technologies and their widespread use in education satisfies the requirements of the objectivity of the assessment obtained the quality of the control process of forming the managerial competence of the future leader in the context of the general problems of pre-school education. It is noted that the means of information and communication technologies play a leading role in creating new educational policies and projects, as they motivate the way of access to knowledge.
This study aimed to analyze educational understanding and satisfaction by survey including for the online educational videos by used online platform (YouTube) which provide resolve patient's questions, require attention and treatment information for a patient with radiation therapy. Video viewing analysis was used by YouTube studio. The survey was analyzed general properties (age, academic ability, disease, and watched of no watched videos) and educational understanding and satisfaction for two groups as no watched and watched patients. The views number was 60% at the female higher than 40% at the male. Based on the standard viewing time (hours), the non-subscription rate was 86.7%. The device type mostly used the mobile phone (82.8%). The viewership of educational videos was lower as the age increased and the academic ability decreased in the survey. The educational understanding increased by 22% at watched group as 4.15 point from at no watched group as 3.4 point (p<0.001), and the educational satisfaction increased by 15.8% at watched group as 4.25 point from at no watched group as 3.67 point (p<0.01). The correlation of understanding (r=0.761) and satisfaction (r=0.767) was high for both no watched and watched groups (p<0.01). The online educational videos increased educational understanding and satisfaction for the patient with radiation therapy. Our study could be used references data for improving the quality of medical services.

In this study, we investigated preservice secondary science teachers' uses of curriculum materials in curriculum design through a case study. Two preservice science teachers at a college of education in Seoul participated in this study. We interviewed them about their beliefs on teaching and learning prior to their teaching students. We then observed their teaching and collected all of the teaching/learning materials. Semi-structured interviews were also conducted before and after the instructions. Their uses of curriculum materials were systematically analyzed in the aspects of reading, evaluating and adapting curriculum materials. The analyses of the results revealed that their uses of curriculum materials had a significant difference in curriculum design. There was a difference in the way of reading curriculum materials that derived from different perspectives of curriculum reconstruction. The perspectives of curriculum reconstruction also affected the way of adapting curriculum materials. While the 'adding' was an important adaptation in curriculum design with active perspectives, the 'changing' was an important one with passive perspectives. In addition, the degrees of evaluating curriculum materials from the learners' views depended on their beliefs on teaching and learning. It was also connected to qualitative differences of adaptation in 'increasing student control over an activity' and 'increasing teacher control over an activity'. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the process of constructing pre-service teachers' scientific knowledge information through collective intelligence. We selected the 'Appropriate Technology' (A.T.) as the subject for formation of scientific knowledge. Twenty nine pre-service teachers of the course 'Scientific Thinking and Writing in Science Education' were allowed to freely post information whenever they wanted. They presented their full opinions, interacted with each other, and assessed the other' information on the website for a month. The way of posting was as follows. After one pre-service teacher had written the information about A.T. on the website, the other assessed the text and added or modified the writing. This process continued. We analyzed every writing they posted and questionnaire which contained the reason why they modified the text. The result was as follows. Pre-service teachers formed collective intelligence through four stages. First, pre-service teachers started to find the information related to the subject and they just added the information behind the other's writing. In the second stage, information was added, too. But the difference was that the information they selected carried values for having certain views. Third, they organized their writings with logical and critical thinking. Finally, they revised their overall writing. The results showed that students could develop their critical thinking and they could learn the way of communication from the process of collective intelligence. We found the forming process of knowledge by collective intelligence, and explored the various involving patterns and thinking activities in the process. Based on this research, we expect the improvement of students' logical and critical thinking through the various classes using collective intelligence.
In this study, as the viewing characteristics of users of YouTube video content related to science education, 'Inflow and Access' is analyzed to find out the interaction between learners and the system, and 'Reaction and Subscription' to find out the interaction between learners and contents. To this end, the YouTube channel "Elementary Science TV," was selected as the subject of research. The channel is mainly focused on the contents of elementary science textbooks, STEAM, and gifted education. The channel's data of YouTube studio was analyzed. The following results were obtained through data analysis: first, as a result of 'Inflow and Access' analysis, YouTube video content related to science education was most often introduced through external links, and the access device was mainly a computer. Second, as a result of the analysis of 'Reaction and Subscription,' 'like' and commenting performed as a reaction to the video were less than 1% of the number of views. Most users watch without a subscription, and watch for longer when using self-directed. Although this study was analyzed through a limited channel called 'Elementary Science TV,' we were able to discover a little about the users' viewing characteristics of YouTube video contents related to science education. In the future, it is expected that it can be used as a basic material for creating videos related to science education for remote classes, establishing a science education video platform.
Universal Design is comprised of three main concepts known as barrier-free, adaptive and life-span design. It does not focus on accessibility for the disabled, but rather expands its breadth to the comfortable use and easy access in ail physical environments and facilities. In this study, the researcher views the present and future of universal design through the cases of kitchen design. Based on the market changes in design guidelines and the changes of time uncovered from past studies, this researcher suggests that universal design would develop through mass customization for personalized use, application of new technology and consideration of psychological aspects. Additionally, for the diffusion of universal design appropriate solution in economic cost problem, social recognition and conversion of problem cognizance in designing is needed. In Korea design models of universal design concepts are not yet in production over various fields. In order to develop and study universal design which suits our country, cultural and regional characteristics should be considered as well as physical, perceptual, psychological aspects.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a multi-faceted neurodegenerative disease. Thus, current therapeutic strategies require multitarget-drug combinations to treat or prevent the disease. At the present time, single drugs have proven to be inadequate in terms of addressing the multifactorial pathology of AD, and multitarget-directed drug design has not been successful. Based on these points of views, it is judged that combinatorial drug therapies that target several pathogenic factors may offer more attractive therapeutic options. Thus, we explored that the combination therapy with lower doses of cilostazol and aripiprazole with add-on donepezil (CAD) might have potential in the pathogenesis of AD. In the present study, we found the superior efficacies of donepezil add-on with combinatorial mixture of cilostazol plus aripiprazole in modulation of expression of AD-relevant genes: Aβ accumulation, GSK-3β, P300, acetylated tau, phosphorylated-tau levels, and activation of α-secretase/ADAM 10 through SIRT1 activation in the N2a Swe cells expressing human APP Swedish mutation (N2a Swe cells). We also assessed that CAD synergistically raised acetylcholine release and choline acetyltransferase (CHAT) expression that were declined by increased β-amyloid level in the activated N2a Swe cells. Consequently, CAD treatment synergistically increased neurite elongation and improved cell viability through activations of PI3K, BDNF, β-catenin and α7-nicotinic cholinergic receptors in neuronal cells in the presence of Aβ1-42. This work endorses the possibility for efficient treatment of AD by supporting the synergistic therapeutic potential of donepezil add-on therapy in combination with lower doses of cilostazol and aripiprazole.

The survey targets on the traditional marketplaces and the wholesale markets around Tea-Hwa river in Ulsan. And, the different impressions of them are evaluated based on SD(semantic differential method) with citizens' general point of views of them, the sampled pictures and relevant adjectives. The conventional market boost finds the way to be succeeded through the analysis of a primary element base on the survey.
The web as a sign synthesis text has become a kernel for incorporeal knowledge as well as a communication model through the ubiquitous environment all over the world. The evaluation of the communication model, which is essential for the information structure, acts as an important basis on determining the quality of the web contents. In this study, the development of the progress of the communication of semantic meaning in the construction of the information structure was analyzed in views of the form, the function, and the emotional effect of the rich media contents of the web. The transformation process from the initial access elements through the final selection elements was suggested as the communication model and the effects of the function of the information in the web on the process was assessed by the engineering and linguistic models of Shannon, Weaver, and Roman Jakobson. The results of this study showed that the environments such as the speed, the memory space, data compression technique, and data filtering have influences on the web contents expression and the evaluation of the communication model in connection with the environments is the basis in the information structure.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze social phenomena and perceptions by collecting and analyzing data on public opinion, views and trends related to special case of military service in the sports community through Big KINDS operated by the Korea Press Promotion Foundation. To this end, the related keywords were derived and visualized by implementing a LDA(latent dirichlet allocation) technique to derive problems found in social phenomena based on big data analysis. The topics derived include "re-lighting special case on military service," " military service corruption controversy," "special case of military service for athletes," "alternative military service system for artists " and "parliamentary inspection of the administration" This could be used as a basic data for identifying accurate information on social controversies related to special case of military service in the sports community and drawing up practical measures that are considered in line with the principle of just and equal burden.
