프리캐스트 모듈 바닥의 동하중 재하시험 (An Application of Dynamic Loading Test of Precast Module Concrete Decks)

  • 이 논문에서는 프리캐스트 바닥판 위를 이동하는 차량하중에 의한 바닥판 접합거동 특성을 분석하였다. 하중 재하를 위하여 프레임을 제작하였고 각 측정 장치를 활용하여 거동을 파악하였다. 바닥판의 정적응답을 검토하여 이론값과 비교하였고 그 특성은 매우 합리적임을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 동적영향 평가를 위하여 가속도, 속도 및 변위를 측정하여 시험에서 이동하중의 특성을 분석하였다. 이동하중에 의한 동적응답을 위하여 바닥판 진동수를 측정한 결과 하중 범위 변화에 따라 진동 특성도 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 연결부의 동적 응답은 연결방법에 따라 특성이 다르므로 설계에 주의를 기울여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

방음벽 상단 소음저감장치의 감음성능 평가방법 연구 (A Study on the Test Method for Noise Reduction Devices Installed on the Noise Barriers)

  • Installing noise barriers is the most common method for reducing the highway traffic noise to the road side residential area. After the report about edge potential concept of a noise barrier, various types of noise reducing devices(NRDs) called "noise reducers" have been suggested for getting more shielding effect on the top of highway noise barriers. But, it has been doubtful about effect of the NRDs in field because there was no appropriate and unified method to estimate the acoustic performance by using field measurement of the NRDs in Korea. In this study, the authors have considered to setup a practical method to test and estimate the acoustic performance of NRDs. For eliminating the noise reduction effect of the NRDs height itself, the source and measuring points are adjusted as highly as the NRDs height. For the frequency weighting in the estimation of the NRDs effect, the highway noise spectra were measured at asphalt and concrete road side and then averaged for a unit spectral parameter.

캐비테이션 터널에서의 수중청음기 설치 방법에 따른 유동소음 특성 (The Flow Noise Characteristics on Hydrophone Installation Method in the Cavitation Tunnel)

  • 기존의 소음계측 장치가 유동장 및 구조적 진동의 영향을 받을 수 있어 개선이 요구되었다. 새로이 설계된 2개의 Hydrophone Box에 수중청음기를 설치하여 성능을 검증하였으며, KRISO 캐비테이션 터널과 외국의 다른 캐비테이션 터널들과 배경소음 특성을 비교하였다. 현재의 실험결과로 미루어 프로펠러 캐비테이션 소음의 실선성능 예측이 가능하다고 사료되며, 저주파에서의 특성이 개선되었음을 알 수 있었다.

  • Self-tapping screws have some operational peculiarities. In spite of their economical advantage that requires no prior tapping operation, a weakness of self-tapping screw-tightening operations is that screws can easily be tightened at a non-right angle, thus resulting in an improper tightening strength. Increases in outsourced workers have reduced labor costs, but the accompanying high worker fluidity means that new workers are more frequently introduced into factories. It is necessary to train new workers for self-tapping screw-tightening operations, which occupies a considerable portion of ordinary assembly works. The purpose of this study is to develop and implement a skill transfer system for the operation. This study (1) proposes a set of characteristic values for evaluating the quality of the operation and develops a device that can measure these values; (2) proposes criteria for evaluating the resultant quality of the tightening; and (3) develops a skill training system for better work performance. Firstly, sets of characteristic values for evaluating the quality of the operation, namely, torque, vertical pressure forces and horizontal vibration forces, are proposed. A device that can measure these values is developed. Secondly, criteria for evaluating the resultant quality of the tightening are identified, involving tightening torque, maximum vertical pressure and timing, vibration area during the processing and tightening period, and work angle. By using such parameters, workers with the proper aptitude can be identified. Thirdly, a skill training system for the operation is developed. It consists of screwdriver operation training and screw-tightening training with feedback information about the results of the operation. Finally, the validity of the training system is experimentally verified using new operators and actual workers.

  • There are hundreds of thousands call center workers wearing acoustic device. However, researches and noise exposure measurements on the noise transmitted from acoustic devices have seldom been performed due to the difficulty of measurement and to the absence of the measuring method in Korea. The aim of this study is to set up management measures to protect hearing loss on the call operator by acquiring measurement data of noise transmitted from the headset Noise exposure measurements of 17 operators were performed in 7 call centers and Head and Torso Simulator method in compliance with the ISO Standard 11904-2 was used for the measurement of noise transmitted from the headset Sound pressure levels(SPL) transmitted from the headset were 73.2~86 dB(A). The operator exposed to the highest SPL set up his volume control at 9 which was the highest volume level. The volume control level, adjustable from 1 to 9, could be identified 12 out of 17 operators and the range of volume levels was 4.5~9. As a result of Pearson Correlation Analysis, the correlation between volume level and SPL transmitted from the headset showed high relation as significance at the 0.672 level(p<0.05). To protect hearing loss of call center operators, it is more practical and effective measure to limit the volume level below the noise exposure level, i.e. 85 dB(A), rather than to carry out noise monitoring considering cost-effective aspect.

  • When modal tests on the large structures and machinery are performed, it is in general difficult and inaccurate to use artificial excitation devices such as impact hammers, because of insufficient capacity of the device and different environmental conditions of the concerned structures. Therefore, the Operational Modal Analysis(OMA) technique, which is performed by measuring only vibration responses during the operation of the objective product, can be one alternative. In this paper, the way to identify natural frequencies, mode shapes and damping ratios of a ship by using the OMA during the sea trail is described.

자동차 헤드램프내 체결부품사이의 마찰계수 실험장치 개발 (Development of a Measuring Device for Coefficient of Friction between Connection Parts in Vehicle Head Lamps)

  • When slipping occurs between two materials, the coefficients of friction must be considered because these values determine the overall efficiency of the machine or slip characteristics. Therefore, it is important to find the coefficient of friction between two materials. This paper focuses on obtaining the coefficient of friction between an aiming bolt and a retainer located in the headlamps of a vehicle. This bolt supports the headlamp, and if the bolt is loosened by external vibration, the angle of the light will change and block the vision of pedestrians or other drivers. In order to study these situations, the coefficient of friction between aiming bolts and retainers needs to be measured. In addition, the coefficient of friction of materials used in the headlamp should be obtained. To determine these two factors, a new device is designed for two cases: surface-surface contact and surface-line contact. To increase reliability of the results, the device is designed using an air-bearing stage which uses compressed air as lubricant to eliminate the friction of the stage itself. Experiments were carried out by applying various vertical forces, and the results show that the coefficient of friction can be measured consistently. The procedure for designing the device and the results are discussed.

액체거동의 비접촉 다점측정을 위한 레이저진동계와 갈바노미터스캐너 계측시스템 (Measurement System of Dynamic Liquid Motion using a Laser Doppler Vibrometer and Galvanometer Scanner)

  • 슬로싱과 같은 액체의 동적 거동을 측정하고 제어하는 연구가 다양한 공학분야에서 활발히 진행중이다. 건축공학분야에서도 건축물의 풍진동을 저감시키는 동조액체감쇠기의 연구에 액제 진동이 측정되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 파고 측정 센서의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 레이저 장비 중 LDV와 스캐닝 장비 중 갈바노미터스캐너를 이용하여 동조액체감쇠기 내의 액체 진동을 측정하는 방법을 제안하고 검증하였다. LDV가 속도와 변위를 측정하는 원리를 기술하였고 갈바노미터스캐너의 구동 원리에 따라 LDV의 단일 포인트로 다점측정이 가능한 시스템을 구성하였다. 동조 액체감쇠기의 4점 액체 진동을 측정하여 각 점의 시간 영역 데이터를 기존에 사용하던 비디오 센싱 데이터와 비교하였고 파형 분석을 통해 진행파와 정상파를 구별할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 측정 딜레이가 있는 데이터를 상호 상관을 취하여 특이값 분해를 하고 이론 및 비디오 센싱 결과와 일치하는 고유진동수와 모드형상을 도출하였다.

진동시험에 의한 참외의 진동특성 (Vibration Characteristics of the Oriental Melon by Vibration Test)

  • 본 연구에서는 청과물 포장설계 시 중요한 자료가 되는 참외의 공진 주파수 및 정점가속도 등과 같은 진동특성을 분석하기 위하여 실험 장치를 구성하고 진동시험장치의 제어 및 계측을 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 이용하여 참외의 진동 특성을 측정하였으며 이들과 참외의 기본적인 물성 값인 질량, 체적 및 장 단축과의 관계를 구명하였던 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 참외의 진동특성을 분석할 수 있는 실험 장치를 구성하였으며, 장치의 제어와 계측을 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였다. 2. 공시 참외의 공진 진동수는 약물결 50.8~72.6 Hz 범위로 나타났으며, 점점 가속도는 약1.24~1.92G-rms범위로 나타났다. 3. 참외의 공진 주파수 및 정점 가속도는 참외의 질량, 체적 및 장 단축이 증가함에 따라 감소 하였으며 참외의 질량과 공진 주파수 및 정점 가속도와의 상관관계가 가장 높게 나타났다. 4. 참외의 공진주파수 및 정점가속도를 추정할수 있는 회귀모형을 참외의 질량 및 장 단축을 독립변수로 하여 개발하였으며 회귀모형을 평가한 결과 참외의 질량과 장 단축을 측정하면 참외의 공진 주파수와 정점 가속도를 추정할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.
