A neural network system was applied in order to analyze the nutritional and other factors influencing chronic diseases. Five different nutrition evaluation methods including SD Score, %RDA, NAR INQ and %RDA-SD Score were utilized to facilitate nutrient data for the system. Observing top three chronic disease prediction ratio, WHR using SD Score was the most frequently quoted factor revealing the highest predication rate as 62.0%. Other high prediction rates using other data processing methods are as follows. Prediction rate with %RDA, NAR, INQ and %RDA-SD Score were 58.5%(diabetes), 53.5%(hyperlipidemia), 51.6%(diabetes), and 58.0%(diabetes)respectively. Higher prediction rate was observed using either NAR or INQ for obesity as 51.7% and 50.9% compared to the previous result using SD Score. After reviewing appearance rate for all chronic disease and for various data processing method used, it was found that iron and vitamin C were the most frequently cited factors resulting in high prediction rate.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the environmental factors and the family structure on the academic achievements of their children. Among various environmental factors, the family income, the affective relationship between mother and child, and the mother's educational involvement are considered. Total of 164 mothers with children attending elementary school completed the structured questionnaires. The degree of educational involvement of single mothers was lower than that of mothers of both parents families. In order to analyze factors that affect children's academic achievement, the path regression was performed. The family income and the mother-child affective relationship were found to have indirect effects on the academic achievements of elementary school students through maternal involvement in their children's education.

Given the prevalence of internet and web 2.0, SNS(Social Network Service) market is growing rapidly. IT providers which focused marketing point on network hub have become to disseminate SNS mainly now. Many users are using the various functions of SNS to communicate each other or share the information. At this point, identifying the influencing factors to WOM(Word-Of-Mouth) of SNS is very important. In this paper, we aim to examine the effects of perceived variables on the WOM of SNS. In order to analyze the antecedents, we selected perceived factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived easiness, perceived enjoyment and perceived crowd. For statistical analysis, we surveyed real users of SNS. As a result, all antecedents of WOM showed significant influence and among the variables the perceived enjoyment has top standardized coefficient. In addition, perceived crowd has significant on perceived easiness, perceived enjoyment but not on perceived usefulness. The result of this research can be useful guidelines to increase SNS Market.

This study has an intention of investigating residential present condition of small households, and analysing the factors which have an influence on the choice of residence as a first step of the efficient plan of group residential facility providing a variety of residential present condition. The study defines the meaning of small households on the basis of statistical data that were presented at the National Statistical Office in order to analyse the factors influencing the choice of residence and investigate residential present condition. And the analysis range target is from 20 to 30 aged groups such as university students, social rookie year, and married couples without children. According to the result of analysing residential actual conditions of small households, The choice of residence has various factors. But the study supposes that it reflects three elements of workplace, University and housing price in the choice of residence. So the study investigated the related data.

This paper reports investigation into the factors that influence the transient behavior of the wind power generation system following network fault conditions. It is shown that the critical clearing time(CCT) can be affected by various factors contributed by the host network. Such factors include capacity of wind power, power factor, the length of the interfacing line, etc. This investigation is conducted en a simulated grid-connected wind farm using Digsilent Power Factory.

In current domestic construction field, several factors influencing the safety for field workers are various due to the size and complexity of construction works involved. Among the factors, the age is the important one, because the average age of workers is getting older due to the 3D phenomena in construction fields. The safety for workers of all ages is important, but especially safety for the old, is more important. Thus, the fundamental techniques for placement of field workers with adequate safety corresponding to complexity and hard works are investigated through analyzing fatigue and heart rate of individual worker, especially for the old.

Pleurotus eryngii(King oyster) is one of the most promising mushrooms being produced on the domestic farms. The quality as well as quantity of Eryngii is sensitively affected by micro climate factors. To safely produce high-quality Eryngii all the year round, it is required that the environmental factors be carefully controlled by well designed structures equipped with various facilities and control systems. This study was carried out at the commercial mushroom cultivation houses to find out reasonable range of each environmental factor and yield together with economic and safe structures influencing on the optimal productivity of Eryngii. This experiment was conducted from Nov. 10, 2004 to Aug. 27, 2005 in Eryngii. cultivation houses. The environmental factors measured for this study were inside/outside temperature, relative humidity and $CO_2$ concentration in Pleurotus eryngii medium. In addition, the yield and quality of mushroom were made investigation. But the optimal productivity will be evaluated by considering the quality and quantity of mushroom production, energy requirements, facility construction and management cost, etc.

This study is to apply a goal-directed model for ethical consumption behavior and to see which factors influence consumers' boycott intention. We identify factors related to a goal-directed model for consumers, level of ethical consumption tendency, and boycott desire; in addition, factors that affect boycott intentions were also analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumers' boycott intentions are not high and public intention motivation is relatively low. Second, negative anticipated emotion shows an indirect effect with boycott desire as a mediator. Third, ethical consumption tendency has a significant effect on boycott desire and boycott intention. Therefore, we have to let consumers know that boycott actually shows a consumer's right and that it is also necessary to conduct various ethical consumption education.

This paper is concerned with identifying the importance of the pre-qualification factors used in selecting contractors and also in determining the importance of various criteria used for the award of contract. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey administered to a population of 60 respondents in consultancy and client's organisation. The data analysis included a statistical comparison of means and interpretation. The result of this study showed that experience of the contractor is the most important prequalification factor while technical expertise is the most important criteria in the award of contract. The result of this study will enable clients, consultants and contractors to lay emphasis on the influencing factors in terms of pre-qualification and award of contract.

This study attempted to develop an efficient management plan that allows both workers and organizations to coexist by analyzing the factors that influence the level of organizational immersion of engineering students. Analysis methods included frequency analysis, t-test, pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical analysis. Firstly, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influential factors on organizational commitment. Second, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influencing factors of self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy was an influential factor in organizational commitment. Fourth, self-efficacy appeared as a mediating effect on self-esteem and organizational immersion in learning transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to look for various factors that can increase self-efficacy, and to find opportunities for students to be highly immersed in the organization while studying at the same time.
