Citrus scab, caused by the fungal pathogen Elsinoë fawcettii, is one of the most important fungal diseases affecting Citrus spp. Citrus scab affects young tissues, including the leaves, twigs, and fruits, and produces severe fruit blemishes that reduce the market value of fresh fruits. To study the molecular responses of satsuma mandarin (C. unshiu) to E. fawcettii, plant hormone-related gene expression was analyzed in response to host-compatible (SM16-1) and host-incompatible (DAR70024) isolates. In the early phase of infection by E. fawcettii, jasmonic acid- and salicylic acid-related gene expression was induced in response to infection with the compatible isolate. However, as symptoms advanced during the late phase of the infection, the jasmonic acid- and salicylic acid-related gene expression was downregulated. The gene expression patterns were compared between compatible and incompatible interactions. As scabs were accompanied by altered tissue growth surrounding the infection site, we conducted gibberellic acid- and abscisic acid-related gene expression analysis and assessed the content of these acids during scab symptom development. Our results showed that gibberellic and abscisic acid-related gene expression and hormonal changes were reduced and induced in response to the infection, respectively. Accordingly, we propose that jasmonic and salicylic acids play a role in the early response to citrus scab, whereas gibberellic and abscisic acids participate in symptom development.

세계적으로 해양공간정보의 활용과 관리에 대한 중요성을 극대화하고 있고, 이러한 데이터를 분석하는 것을 연구 개발의 주요 추진 동력으로 부각하고 있다. 국내에서는 과거부터 현재까지 보유하고 있는 해양 데이터를 수집하고 가치를 추출해내는 것이 향후 우리나라의 과학발전에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 특히나 해양 정적 데이터는 거대 빅데이터베이스를 이루고 있으며, 높은 데이터 수집 비용과 고난이도 관측기술이 요구됨에 따라 수집된 데이터의 유실 없는 보관 및 저장이 필요로 하다. 또한 재난안전지능화융합센터의 "해양 디지털 트윈 구축 및 활용기반 기술 연구" 과제를 위해 해양 데이터에 대한 수집 및 분석이 필요로 하여, 이에 본 논문에서는 해양 정적 데이터의 현황 조사를 수행하였고 이를 수집하여 DB에 저장하는 일련의 알고리즘을 제시한다.

BGA(ball grid array)는 높은 집적도와 우수한 방열 성능을 갖고 있어 널리 이용되는 방식의 패키지이다. BGA에서 솔더볼은 패키지와 PCB를 전기적으로 연결하는 중요한 역할을 하므로, 다양한 기계적 하중 하에서 솔더볼의 비탄성 변형을 이해하는 것은 반도체 패키지의 강건설계에 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 공정 중 PCB의 휨, die와 substrate 간의 열팽창 계수 차이 등으로 인해 소성변형이 발생한 솔더볼의 초기 형상이 비탄성 변형과 파단에 미치는 영향을 유한요소 해석으로 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, shear와 bending 하중에서 tilted, hourglass 형상 모두 파단이 발생한 반면, compression 하중이 작용하는 경우는 모두 파단이 발생하지 않았다. Shear와 bending 하중에 compression이 각각 결합될 경우, 응력삼축비가 0보다 작은 값으로 유지되어 파단이 억제되었다. 또한 변형에 취약한 요소의 Lagrangian-Green 변형률 텐서를 이용해 비교한 결과, 동일한 하중 조건이라도 솔더볼의 형상에 따라 변형의 양상에 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 고구려 유적 중 유네스코 세계 문화유산으로 등록되어 세계적인 유적으로써 가치를 인정받으며, 세계적으로 많이 알려진 고구려 고분벽화에 대해 Flash로 인터페이스를 제작하고 3D MAX 로 고분을 모델링, 렌더링하고, Premiere로 편집된 애니메이션을 제작하여, 고구려 고분벽화를 가상으로 체험할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 고구려 고분벽화의 의미, 유적지, 시기 구분 등의 개괄적 설명과 더불어, 고구려인들의 옷, 집, 놀이 등을 소주제로 선정하여 고구려 사람들의 생활상을 상세하게 알려주도록 개발하였다.

디지털 시대, 뉴미디어에 대한 막연한 불안 혹은 불신이 올드미디어 집단의 불안통제감을 저하시키고, 역기능적 신념을 공고하게 만듦으로써 불안통제감을 더욱 저하시키는 악순환을 보인다. 뉴미디어와 IT의 산업적 발전에도 불구하고, 보수적 세계관에서 게임은 절대적으로 금기시된다. 이러한 절대적 금기는 절대적 공포를 유발한다. 오늘의 한국 사회에서 절대적 금기는 단연 '게임'이다. 디지털 시대의 놀이문화 중 하나인 컴퓨터 게임은, 놀이가 지녔던 비생산성과 일탈성에 대한 비판을 떠맡고 있다. 게다가 컴퓨터 게임이 기반한 디지털 기술은 게임의 '가상성'에 대한 이미지를 증폭시켜 불안을 넘는 공포를 양산한다. 본고는 놀이에 대한 이해에서 시작하여, 어떻게 다양한 문화적, 기술적 측면들이 현재 컴퓨터 게임에 대한 대중적 상을 구성하였는가를 살펴본다. 이를 통해 컴퓨터 게임에 대한 현재의 공포가 어떻게 발생하였는가를 해명하고, 공포를 넘어서, 게임이 지니는 문화적 가치를 포착하기 위한 관점을 제안한다.

Korean fashion industry is not exceptional in terms of positive offense of multinationals and management circumstance of corporations which is changeful momentarily. Accelerated by continuous industry growth and particular policy to promote fashion industry, Korean fashion industry has been inflated quantitatively. In this paper the author presents a effective model which is applicable to the area of outsourcing in Korean men's wear industry incomplete and non-systematic. Studying and analyzing the state of outsourcing in other industries which use advanced outsourcing systems, the author suggests how to customize their advanced systems to men's wear industry. For the successful outsourcing, fashion brands have to recognize the specialized ability of outsourcing companies, go into partnership with them horizontally and concede their own value, not only for cost reduction. On the other hand, outsourcing companies should mediate between two parties, fashion brands and manufacturers, have the ability to create new designs, be able to present merchandises that fashion brands want, invest money in developing creative designs and new products which have good quality, and handle many manufactures specialized in their own areas to play an important role in mediating fashion brand sand manufactures. In this paper, the author tries to study forward direction of specialized outsourcing companies theoretically and is going to apply this theory to men's wear industry to make Korean fashion industry survive in international market successfully.

공공재인 상수도서비스의 품질을 체계적으로 평가하기 위해 주관적인 만족도만을 조사하는 기존 고객만족도 조사의 한계를 극복하고, 최적의 평가 모형을 선택하여 품질평가를 통해 만족/불만족 영향요인을 규명하여 이를 개선하기 위한 정책방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 상수도서비스 품질에 대해 실증적으로 평가하고 시정에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석해 본 결과, 공공서비스 품질이 고객만족에 영향을 미치며, 고객만족은 사후 관리로서 시정에 대한 신뢰와 지지에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 물론 서비스 품질의 높고 낮음도 중요하지만 나아가 서비스 품질에서 만족과 신뢰가 시작된다는 의미에서 사후 관리의 중요성을 부여할 수 있다. 본 연구모형은 상수도 서비스의 일선 현장에서 서비스 품질을 주기적으로 측정하여 관리하는 지표로 활용될 수 있다. 사업자 스스로 서비스 품질을 주기적으로 평가해서 고객의 니즈를 명확하게 파악하고 이에 걸맞은 정책을 신속하게 구사하는 것은 고객의 만족도와 신뢰수준을 높이는데 있어 매우 유용한 방법이 될 것이다.

This paper aims to investigate if a total of 266 college students from Yanbian, China, and Korea's Jeonnam Province are satisfied with their face and body type, and to find out an image-development method, depending on body characteristics. For this, a questionnaire survey using the 5-point Likert Scale was conducted, and an SPSS program has been used for data analysis. Besides the descriptive analysis, crosstab analysis, t-verification, and frequency analysis have been conducted. As body shape, posture, costume, accessories and makeup play an important role in image formation, this paper intends to form positive ego through exact awareness of the body shape by providing base data to a set image-development strategy. Then, the result has turned out as follows: First, in terms of the body index (i.e., Rohrer index), both Korea's Jeonnam Province and China's Yanbian college students were included in a category of the mean value. In terms of satisfaction with their body shape, on the contrary, China's China's Yanbian college students were higher than Korea's Jeonnam Province college students. Second, male China's Yanbian college students were slightly higher than female China's Yanbian college students in terms of satisfaction with their facial shape. However, the male students showed no big interest in facial care. Third, in terms of facial shape, an egg-shaped face was the most preferred in both China's Yanbian and Korea's Jeonnam Province college students, followed by an inverted triangle-shaped face in China's Yanbian college students and a diamond-shaped face in Korea's Jeonnam Province college students, showing significant difference ($p{\le}.001$). Even though both college students live in Northeast Asia, their preference on facial shape turned out to greatly differ, which indicates their different social environments. This paper will be helpful in global marketing for college students who are the major consumers in the future as Korean-Chinese exchange increases.

The qualitative and quantitative changes of bacterial flora associated with the Pure Mysore (Multivoltine) and NB$_4$D$_2$ (Bivoltine) silkworm (Bombyx modi L.) midgut during third, fourth and fifth instars were studied. Larvae reared on mulberry leaves were dissected and their midgut bacterial populations were enumerated through serial dilution technique and after 72 hrs of incubation period at 28 $\pm$ 1$^{\circ}C$, the bacterial population was estimated. The results showed a highest mean value of 15$\times$10/ sup 6/ sup 6/ CFU/g and 28$\times$10/ sup 6/ CFU/g in Pure Mysore and NB$_4$D$_2$races, respectively, in midgut tissue of fifth instar larvae. The natural epiphytic microflora of mulberry leaves fed during the respective instars was also studied and found maximum 14$\times$10$^3$ CFU/g in leaves fed in third instars, followed by 5.3$\times$10$^3$ CFU/g and 2.1$\times$10$^3$ CFU/g in leaves fed during fourth and fifth instars, respectively. The bacterial flora colonized in midgut was found to be elaborating amylase, caseinase, gelatinase, lipase and urease enzymes. The highest percentages of isolates were amylase producers followed by protein and lipid splitters in Pure Mysore, whereas in NB$_4$D$_2$ protein splitter were dominated followed by lipase and amylase producers in NB$_4$D$_2$. The results indicate that the natural microflora may play a vital role in the digestion of ingested food materials in silkworms.

The decrease in the farming rates of agricultural produce importing countries has led to concerns over stable food supply and food safety and this situation demands a change in awareness on agricultural problems arising from the depletion of natural resources and environmental destruction. To preserve agriculture, importing countries are emphasizing the various roles of agriculture in order to revive its multi-functional aspects. It is obvious that differentiated strategies are needed to create values from agricultural production, and a liberal arts education can play an important role in making these strategies. However, training programs for future agricultural CEOs of the Korea National Agricultural College(KNAC) attaches too much importance on production skill and management rather than focusing on a liberal arts education. On the other hand, Poolmoo Ecological Agriculture Course carried out by Poolmoo Agriculture Technical High School located in Hongseong-Gun, Chungnam Province (which puts a high value on ecological fanning) gives more weight on a liberal arts education, taking up more than 50% of the curriculum. Also, the National Farmers Academy in Japan which reformed its whole system in 2008, has started various liberal arts educational programs. The Academy fosters creative agricultural management, attractive rural development enhancing a comfortable rural life and educates on the future of Japanese food and international environment. It is expected that the ecological and cultural roles of farming will grow in the future. So, what the KNAC needs is to increase its liberal arts educational programs and various cultural experiences in its educational curriculum to promote agricultural marketing with cultural knowledge and sensitivity.
