  • This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each side to feel vulnerable to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics safe strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

패러다임 전환에 의한 기업 측면의 IoT 경영 프로세스 구축방안 연구 (A Study on the establishment of IoT management process in terms of business according to Paradigm Shift)

  • 본 연구는 최근 가장 큰 이슈로 떠오르는 "사물인터넷(IoT: Internet of Things)"의 개념과 국내 외 IoT 시장에 대한 현황을 고찰하였으며, IoT 시대의 도래로 인해 유발되는 패러다임 전환 발생에 따른 기업측면의 적절한 대응방안에 대한 해결책을 도출하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 티핑포인트(Tipping point)에 있는 IoT 경쟁 시대에 적절하게 대응하기 위한 기업의 경영전략을 '패러다임 전환(paradigm shift)'이라는 시각을 통해 대응 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 과거의 경영 패러다임과 IoT 시대의 경영 패러다임을 비교 분석하여 i)지식 및 학습 주도 경영, ii)기술 및 혁신 중심 경영, iii)수요 창출 경영, iv)글로벌 협업 경영으로 새롭게 패러다임 전환(Paradigm Shift)이 발생할 것으로 예측 및 제안하였고, 이러한 패러다임의 전환에 대응하기 위한 기업측면의 경영전략 프로세스 모델을 구축하기 위해 Gartner가 제시한 'RTE Cyclone model'을 활용하였다. '실시간 기업(RTE)' 이라는 개념은 급변하는 IoT 시대에 기업측면의 경영 전략 프로세스로 활용가치가 있다고 판단되며, 본 연구에서 적절히 응용하여 'IoT-RTE Cyclone model'을 제안하였다. 특히, 제안한 모델은 기업의 민첩성을 강조하고 IT 및 IoT 기술을 통한 실시간 모니터링, 분석, 실행을 기본으로 하며, 기업의 경영 프로세스 각 부문을 통합시켜 기업의 전반적인 서비스를 지원하기 때문에 빠르게 변화하는 IoT 시대에서 영위하는 기업측면에서의 효과적인 대응전략으로 활용할 수 있다.

Robust market-based control method for nonlinear structure

  • For a nonlinear control system, there are many uncertainties, such as the structural model, controlled parameters and external loads. Although the significant progress has been achieved on the robust control of nonlinear systems through some researches on this issue, there are still some limitations, for instance, the complicated solving process, weak conservatism of system, involuted structures and high order of controllers. In this study, the computational structural mechanics and optimal control theory are adopted to address above problems. The induced norm is the eigenvalue problem in structural mechanics, i.e., the elastic stable Euler critical force or eigenfrequency of structural system. The segment mixed energy is introduced with a precise integration and an extended Wittrick-Williams (W-W) induced norm calculation method. This is then incorporated in the market-based control (MBC) theory and combined with the force analogy method (FAM) to solve the MBC robust strategy (R-MBC) of nonlinear systems. Finally, a single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) system and a 9-stories steel frame structure are analyzed. The results are compared with those calculated by the $H{\infty}$-robust (R-$H{\infty}$) algorithm, and show the induced norm leads to the infinite control output as soon as it reaches the critical value. The R-MBC strategy has a better control effect than the R-$H{\infty}$ algorithm and has the advantage of strong strain capacity and short online computation time. Thus, it can be applied to large complex structures.

27대 중점녹색기술의 기술산업연계구조분석을 통한 산업녹색도 지수 연구 (Measuring Industry Greening Indices for Korean high priority green technologies by technology-industry concordance analysis)

  • 미국특허를 대상으로 국가 27대 녹색기술의 기술산업연계구조 분석을 수행하였고, 이를 통해서 산업 녹색도 지수를 개발하였다. 산업의 녹색도 지수는 녹색기술 창출지수 및 활용지수의 합으로 규정하였으며, 산업의 녹색기술 수용도의 의미를 갖는다. 지수 분석결과, 전체특허기술에 대한 수용도가 매우 높았던 대부분의 IT 관련 산업들은 27대 녹색기술에 대한 수용도 즉, 산업 녹색도는 상대적으로 낮게 나타나는 경향을 나타내었다. 반면, 배터리, 무기화합물 등 화학 관련 산업 및 에너지 관련 산업의 경우 산업의 녹색도가 전체특허 기술 수용도 대비 월등히 증가하여, 녹색성장시대에 크게 주목받는 산업으로 나타났다. 녹색 기술에 대한 효과적인 투자전략 수립을 위해서는, 관련 산업으로의 파급효과를 측정하는 것이 매우 중요하며, 본 연구에서 제시한 산업녹색도 지수는 이에 대한 정량적이면서 활용이 용이한 대안으로 제시된다. 한편, 본 연구결과로 제시된 산업의 기술 수용지수는 녹색기술 분야에 한정되지 않고 타 기술분야를 대상으로도 범용적으로 활용할 수 있다.

블록체인 NFT 문화예술콘텐츠의 현황과 과제 (Prospects & Issues of NFT Art Contents in Blockchain Technology)

  • In various fields such as art, design, music, film, sports, games, and fashion, NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) are creating new economic value through trading platforms dedicated to NFT art and content. In this article, I analyze the current state of blockchain technology and NFT art content in the context of an expanding market for blockchain-based NFT art content in the metaverse. I also propose several tasks based on the economic and industrial logic of technological innovation. The first task proposed is to integrate cultural arts on blockchain, metaverse, and NFT platforms through digital innovation, instead of separating or distinguishing between creative production and consumption. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a clear separation between creators and consumers. However, with the rise of Web 3.0 platforms, any user can now create and own their own content. Therefore, it is important to promote a collaborative and integrated approach to cultural arts production and consumption in the blockchain and metaverse ecosystem. The second task proposed is to align the legal framework with blockchain-based technological innovation. The enactment and revision of relevant laws should focus on promoting the development of the NFT trading platform ecosystem, rather than merely regulating it for user protection. As blockchain-based technology continues to evolve, it is important that legal systems adapt to support and promote innovation in the space. This shift in focus can help create a more conducive environment for the growth of blockchain-based NFT platforms. The third task proposed is to integrate education on digital arts, including metaverse and NFT art contents, into the current curriculum. This education should focus on convergence and consilience, rather than merely mixing together humanities, technology, and arts. By integrating digital arts education into the curriculum, students can gain a more comprehensive understanding of the potential of blockchain-based technologies and NFT art. This article examines the digital technological innovation such as blockchain, metaverse, and NFT from an economic and industrial point of view. As a limitation of this research, the critical mind such as philosophical thinking or social criticism on technological innovation is left as a future task.

Digital Transformation Strategy Design for National Public Service

  • From the mid-to-late 2010s, technology was frequently mentioned in the definition of digital transformation. In the early stages, the private sector started actively using it, and the public sector started to take it seriously. Divided into "providing value and cultural change, the main goals of digital transformation were accomplished, and the ideas of creating new values in social and industrial systems and applying digital technology appeared to be related. Digital transformation, defined as the idea of combining digital solutions to boost competitiveness and add value, necessitates social innovation and cultural shifts at the national level. In order to encourage the digital transformation of the industry, the Industrial Digital Transformation Promotion Act was passed in December 2021. This set the groundwork for a comprehensive and organized approach to facilitating the use of industrial information. We will examine the nature and extent of digital transformation in this study, as well as discover the organizations and regulations that support it. We also want to examine the essential standards and technologies needed to put the digital transformation plan into practice. Lastly, We'll make some conclusions about how this will affect public services' digital transformation.

자원기반관점의 벤처·이노비즈기업 기술혁신성에 대한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on Venture & Inno-biz Enterprises' Technological Innovation from Resource-Based View)

  • 본 연구는 기술보증기금이 자체적으로 기술평가를 거쳐 운전자금보증을 지원한 3,462개 벤처 이노비즈기업의 현장데이터에 근거하여 기업에 내재된 4가지 VRIO 속성, 즉 기술혁신의 가치 (Value)와 희소성 (Rarity), 모방가능성 (Imitability) 및 조직 (Organization)이라는 내부자원과 역량이 어떻게 기술적 경쟁우위를 확보해 나가고, 나아가 기술적 경쟁우위는 최종적으로 경제적 경쟁우위에 어떻게 영향을 미치게 되는지를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 기술혁신을 기반으로 하는 표본기업은 기술경영전략 (Value), 기술의 차별성 (Rarity), 기술모방 난이도 (Imitability) 및 기술조직역량(Organization) 등 4개요인의 내부자원과 역량을 통하여 1단계로 지식재산권을 확충하고 기술개발 및 신제품의 상용화가 활발하게 이루어지는 등 기술적 경쟁우위를 확보하게 되며, 나아가 기업의 매출액 증가 및 영업수익 확대뿐만 아니라 기업 전반의 재무건전성이 향상되는 등 가시적인 경영성과를 시현하기 까지 각 단계별로 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되어 연구가설이 지지되었다. 특히, VRIO 특성 중 경쟁기업이 모방하기 어려운 독창적 기술을 보유하거나 기술조직의 역량 확충 등 인프라를 잘 갖춘 경우 여타 기술관련 속성들 보다 기술적 경제적 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 상대적으로 더 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

병원서비스품질이 감정적 애착과 지각된 가치 및 고객만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital Service Quality on Emotional Attachment, Perceived Value, and Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 병원고객의 만족도와 관련한 중요한 원인으로 제안될 수 있는 병원서비스품질과 감정적 애착, 지각된 가치가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 구조적으로 파악하고, 특히 병원서비스품질과 고객만족도 간의 관계에서 감정적 애착과 지각된 가치의 역할을 파악하였다. 이를 위해 중소병원을 찾는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집한 자료로 구조방정식모형분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객이 느끼는 병원서비스품질은 감정적애착과 고객만 족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 지각된 가치에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 고객이 느낀 감정적 애착은 지각된가치와 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 서비스품질과 고객만족도 간의 관계에서 고객이 느낀 감정적 애착은 유의한 매개효과를 가졌다. 이상의 결과를 통해 병원을 찾는 고객이 느끼는 서비스품질은 의사역량과 의료기술 역량에 대한 애착으로 이어져 이러한 애착에 의해 고객만족도가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 얻은 시사점은 다음과 같다. 즉, 병원을 찾은 고객들이 느끼는 서비스품질이 고객만족도로 이어지기 위해서는 무엇보다도 그들이 가질 수 있는 감정적 애착에 중점을 두고 서비스품질의 개선전략방안을 모색해야 한다는 것이다. 즉, 고객이 의사의 역량과 의료기술에 대한 역량에 대해 높은 신뢰를 가질 수 있도록 우수한 의료진과 의료기술을 구축해야 하며, 이러한 역량을 효과적으로 나타낼 수 있는 홍보전략을 수립해야 할 것이다. 이러한 노력에 의해 고객들은 의사와 의료기술에 대한 애착을 강하게 느끼게 됨으로써 병원에 대한 만족도가 제고될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of wide use of digital technology, in particular, the Internet, on innovation process and corporate strategy in electronics industry. The introduction of digital technology has changed innovation process, business model and organizational structure of the electronics companies. With the introduction of digital technology, the entire value chain of electronics industry from procurement, sales, and marketing to R&D and manufacturing has been restructured. E-commerce has been a major agenda for e-business. Recently, collaboration among electronics companies through e-marketplace has emerged as an important issue. A web-based e-commerce standard, so called RosettaNet, has been developed for facilitating e-transactions of electronics firms. The development of digital technology has dramatically increased the processing speed and sophisticated the virtual reality technology. As simulation becomes easier and more effective, the uncertainty and risk involved in R&D has decreased significantly. Another positive impact is closer cooperation between R&D and manufacturing functions. Taking advantage of automated and flexible production technology, has a new type of firm, so called, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) emerged, whose strategic focus is on manufacturing only. The EMS can be seen as a kind of innovative organization, that is, a modular organization for production function. Digital technology has made convergence of computer and communication possible at early years but right now the convergence has been accelerated in extensive areas of communication, broadcasting, information appliances, software, contents, and services. Firms' effort for an innovative product and service has been intensified and the competition for a new standard product and service has become severe in electronics industry. Business activities are always realized in a specific organizational context. Accordingly building up innovation-friendly organization has emerged as a critical concern. Due to the striking decrease of transaction cost, a network type of organization has proliferated, and a business function turns into a modular organization. As a whole, digital technology has pushed electronics firms into developing their own business model, which takes consideration of standardization of business platform and their core competency.

인천공항공사 개방형혁신 플랫폼기반 창업지원체계 구축 방안 (Open Innovation Platform-based Business Startup Incubation Model in Incheon International Airport Corporation)

  • More people travel oversea as the economic size of Korea is getting larger and more new jobs are requested to be created by the society. To respond to these trend and request, Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) is about to expand its processing capability with a new terminal; 54 million passengers to 72 million. IIAC is also introducing new strategies such as open innovation (OI) and creating shared value (CSV). With these changes, IIAC faces new challenges of restructuring its business and organization with new ideas. Most organizations including IIAC are becoming more dependent on external resources to keep their competitive advantages under the turbulence of global business environmental changes. Therefore, they focus on the OI paradigm which is reported as a convincing strategy to improve competitiveness in terms of budget and time-to-market. OI is to quickly react to the rapidly changing business environment and is adopted to support startup incubation. In the previous research with IIAC, three major tasks were defined; utilizing the IIAC brand power for external vendors, building a technology road-map, and introducing a collaboration support system. This paper deals with the collaboration system as proposed in the previous research. We focused on the collaboration process for startup incubation. Cases were studied; the K-startup model by the government, a university model to explore youth startups, and a R&D institute model to study professional startups. Based on the case studies, we defined an IIAC model and proposed issues to take care of. The model is distinguished from the other studied models since IIAC is a prospective customer of new technology.
