본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관 공간 활용 현황 분석을 통해 공간 활용도를 향상시키기 위한 고려 사항들을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 대학도서관의 이용자 공간을 범주화하고 그에 따른 이용률을 분석하였으며, 둘째, 이용자 공간의 특성에 따른 주요 이용자 그룹의 선호도를 분석하였다. 셋째. 구체적인 이용자 그룹별 공간 선호 요인을 판별하고, 넷째, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 효율적인 도서관 공간을 설계하기 위한 시사점과 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 실증적인 분석을 위해 국립 J대학의 중앙도서관을 대상으로 1년간 누적된 이용자 공간 이용 데이터(98,282명, 433,769건)를 수집·정제하여 공간별, 기간별(월별, 시간별)로 이용 패턴을 파악하였다. 또한 동 기간 내 도서관 방문자 전체 데이터(2,426,553건)를 통해 도서관의 주요 이용자 그룹(학부생, 대학원생, 졸업생)을 도출, 이용자 그룹별 공간 특성에 따른 선호도를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 대학도서관의 이용자 공간의 구성 및 배치를 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Recent years have shown a great interest of public in buying and selling of crypto/digital currency. With hundreds of digital currencies in financial market, bitcoin remains the most widely used, adapted, and accepted currency around the world. However, the critics of bitcoin still consider it a threat to modern day power usage. This paper discusses the important pitfalls, pros, and cons related to bitcoin's energy consumption. The paper begins by highlighting the flexibilities cryptocurrency can bring to online money transfers compared to traditional 'fiat' architecture. Then, the focus of the paper entirely remains on listing various facts related to bitcoin's energy utilization including a brief description of several emerging approaches for energy optimization. This paper is concluded by revealing key current challenges associated to bitcoin's energy usage.

As information technology has a great impacts on contemporary business environment, global electronic trade is becoming a new paradigm in international trade transaction. The internet provides a fundamentally different environment for international marketing and trade, it also requires a different approach to international business. Now it is unrealistic to apply the same marketing strategies under global environment without making some modifications to be appropriate to the electronic edge. This paper attempts to investigate what kinds of factors influence the level of electronic trade utilization and performance, and suggests some strategies for usage of electronic trade for small-medium enterprises in Korea. According to the results of this research, the usage of electronic trade by small-medium enterprises is fundamentally important for the diffusion of electronic trade. Therefore it is suggested that the government needs to support small-medium enterprises by financing them to have system for electronic trade.

Competitive electricity markets necessitate equitable methods for allocating transmission usage in order to set transmission usage charges and congestion charges in an unbiased and an open-accessed basis. So in competitive markets it is usually necessary to trace the contribution of each participant to line usage, congestion charges and transmission losses, and then to calculate charges based on these contributions. A UPFC offers flexible power system control, and has the powerful advantage of providing, simultaneously and independently, real-time control of voltage, impedance and phase angle, which are the basic power system parameters on which sys-tem performance depends. Therefore, UPFC can be used efficiently and flexibly to optimize line utilization and increase system capability and to enhance transmission stability and dampen system oscillations. In this paper, a mathematical approach to allocate the contributions of system users and UPFCs to transmission system usage is presented. The paper uses a dc-based load flow modeling of UPFC-inserted transmission lines in which the injection model of the UPFC is used. The relationships presented in the paper showed modified distribution factors that modeled impact of utilizing UPFCs on line flows and system usage. The derived relationships show how bus voltage angles are attributed to each of changes in generation, injections of UPFC, and changes in admittance matrix caused by inserting UPFCs in lines. The relationships derived are applied to two test systems. The results illustrate how transmission usage would be affected when UPFC is utilized. The relationships derived can be adopted for the purpose of allocating usage and payments to users of transmission network and owners of UPFCs used in the network. The relationships can be modified or extended for other control devices.

This study proposes and verifies an integrated model that reflects and helps to explain complexities and comprehensiveness of e-Trade in practice. The primary objective was to widen and deepen our understanding about the phenomena of paperless trading which will enable us to formulate an effective means to promote the adoption and utilization of e-Trade infrastructure. This investigation combined and extended the theories and models of TAM, TOE framework, and TTF in order to identify and hypothesize the causal relationships between factors of technology, organization and environment, and the usage level and performance of e-Trade. The previous research on e-Trade was reviewed and incorporated into the extended model. The integrated model was tested based on the survey data collected from a sample of 417 trading firms. Overall, the regression and path analysis demonstrated the usefulness of the proposed model as a conceptual framework for better understanding and explanation of e-Trade. The result of the analysis implies the relevancy of the factors of technology, organization and environment for facilitating usage of and increasing performance of e-Trade. However, rejection of a few hypothesized relationships implies the necessity of extensive promotion and education about the related laws and regulations, and education, supervision and incentives for e-Trade practitioners.

In an effort to protect consumers' rights to information and to promote their freedom of choice, the South Korean government has been enforcing a policy called the cosmetics full ingredients list system since 2008, which requires cosmetics manufacturers to list all of the ingredients used in their products. This policy aims to assist consumers in identifying the causes of possible side effects of cosmetic products. This study uses consumers' demographic information addition to their cosmetics purchase and usage characteristics to learn about consumers' attitudes and utilization intentions and the influence of information from the cosmetics full ingredients list. This study was conducted through a questionnaire based survey administered to women above the age of 20 years across South Korea who use cosmetic products. The questionnaire was distributed to 300 members on the panel of M Brain, an online research institute. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) The level of knowledge on cosmetics' ingredients positively affected the consumers' attitude and utilization intention of information on the cosmetics full ingredients list. (2) The higher the utilization intention for information, the more often consumers checked the packaging of goods. This implies that habitual behavior, such as checking information, leads to increasing intention to utilize of new information. (3) The brand, as a decision-making factor, negatively affected consumers' attitudes regarding information.

he objective of this study was to investigate home network systems presently applied in multi-housing complexes and resident's usage to improve the utilization of these systems and services as well as maintenance methods. Subjects were 27 housing complexes equipped with home network systems in west Pangyo area. The investigation methods of communal network systems were observed and photographed. Unit systems were investigated through photography, interviews, and observation focusing on the utilization of Wall-Pads by visiting one unit of each housing complex. The results are as follows: (1) Most housing complexes that we investigated were built with high-grade IT infrastructure. Also, remote meter reading, electronic security, vehicle access, and building access systems were established. Wall-Pads with similar functions were installed in 23 housing complexes, excluding private rental housing complexes. (2) Even though people were well aware of the need for common systems within their housing complexes, only 10~20% of Wall-Pad menus were used. (3) Low utilization rates of home network stem from Wall-Pad menus which were user-unfriendly, and a lack of user training for the complex's common system and unit system. Therefore, to promote active use of home network systems, the systems must be diversified in accordance with user characteristics. In addition, the Wall-Pad menus should be reorganized to be user-friendly.

De facto standards can be divided into the U.S. group standards' and 'forum and the consortium standard. mainly applies to high-tech industry forums, and a consortium standard of the industry given the nature of the standard are frequently revised, the country Due to the introduction of standard time. Economic loss to consider when in reality, the introduction of national standards of the United States is limited to the desirable standard, and the fact the actual award of standards, national standards, or if you want to introduce standard, each of depending on the type of attitude and strategy for standards by category, based on the characteristics of each body strategy and are needed. Through this study on utilization of de facto standards for national standards, it is researched that major de facto standards bodies status and domestic industrial fields which need utilization of de facto standards for national standards. Through overseas Case, effective usage of de facto standards will be obtained.

In this study, a dwelling type of Korea and Japan was compared, and consumption rate of domestic timber and its usage was also investigated. In Korea, dwelling type of apartment which constructed by iron and steel-concrete is main shared, but a detached house which is shared at 60% of dwelling type of Japan is mainly constructed by timber. And the rate of the consumption of domestic wood in Japan is 73%. In Japan, there is an effort to substitute imported wood to domestic timber through the promotion of using of domestic timber. Whereas the needs on using of domestic timber gradually emerged. So, the legal about sustainable use of wood is approved by the National Assembly on May 2012. There is not active movement in the aspect of using of domestic timber yet. These causes to the geographical and environmental characteristics, but industry, policy, and the difference of recognize on domestic timber utilization is thought to do greater influence. Hence, it is recommended to make a portfolio of both balanced domestic timber usage and the change of awareness of people by referring to the example of Japan.

In this paper, we intend to understand distinguishable SNS technology contributions for B2C commerce. In order to theorize this, we draw upon Technology-to-Performance chain (TPC) theory to develop the model that could explain how the technology value of the SNS could be realizable. For the purpose of capturing SNS technology effect to B2C channel effectiveness, on the basis of TPC theory, personal productivity is selected as a performance variable instead of satisfaction from SNS usage. Accordingly, as the antecedents of personal productivity, two variables of locatability and timeliness are extracted to reflect Task-technology-fit (TTF) dimension of performance precursors. For the utilization dimension of TPC framework, convenience and recreation tendency of the personal traits in shopping are included as the precursors of SNS utilization in the sense of reflecting utilitarian and hedonic value of SNS adoption. Empirical validation is conducted with reference to promotion and sales event on Facebook, which is chosen as the typical SNS based B2C commerce scenario. The data analysis result provide useful insights to further investigate the firm's SNS usage potentials for business applications.
