Most university has provided the information system that fit with their university peculiarity only, but there is not proper evaluation on the user satisfaction by that. In this study, first of all, it analysed which factors give satisfaction to the users when university operated the information systems and inquired the needed outcome variables in order to operate successful university information system. Through the inquisition of fitting supposition, we got something that organizational support and computer self efficacy which is personal factors were effected as an affirmative side to make a user satisfactions of information system. In more detail, organizational support and personal factors effected as an affirmative side to the quality of information system. And, so the quality of information system was influenced to user satisfaction that it raised the work result and increased the work products in organization through personal outcomes.

무선인터넷을 개발하는 방법은 여러 가지 개발방법이 있다. 그 중 대표적인 것으로 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) 기반 서비스와 자바 기반 서비스가 있다. WAP 기반은 사용자에게 한정된 편이성을 제공하지만 자바 기반의 무선 인터넷은 사용자에게 많은 편이성과 GUI(Graphic User Interface)를 지원하여 쉽게 접근 할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 WAP 기반 애플리케이션 개발방법과 자바 기반 애플리케이션 개발 방법을 제시하며, 실험을 통해 두 시스템간의 성능을 비교한다.

This study identified CSFs(Critical Success Factors) for successful ERP system implementation in small and medium firms, and empirically tested relationship between CSFs and user performance. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & fax to 142 firms that have implemented ERP systems. Out of 52 responded questionnaires, 46 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPSSWin8.0. CEO's participation, vendor support & service, securing human resources, effective use of software, and hardware capacity were identified as CSFs from factor analysis. Among those factors, vendor support & service and effective use of software were related to user performance, and the relationship was shown to be statistically significant. Study results also showed that user performance of ERP system was significantly different among those surveyed firms when ERP system package products were used as a simple proxy measure of independent variable.

본 논문에서는 안전한 정보 전송을 위한 RFID 네트워크 에이전트 기반의 사용자 이동성 제공 방안을 제안한다. RFID 태그를 지닌 사용자가 서비스를 받으며 이동하는 경우, 계속적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자 이동성이 지원되어야 하며, 정보를 안전하게 전송받을 수 있어야 한다. 이와 관련된 기존 연구가 있지만 핸드오버 지연 시간이 길다는 문제점을 가진다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 핸드오버 지연 시간을 최소화하기 위한 방안을 제시하였으며, 제안 방안과 기존 연구의 핸드오버 지연 시간을 비교하였다. 또한, 큐잉 이론을 기반으로 한 수학적 분석을 통해 제안 방안의 핸드 오버 지연 시간이 기존 연구보다 적음을 확인하였으며, 제안 방안이 기존 연구보다 우수함을 보였다.

This paper presents a study on the introduction of User Model-Based Dialogue System. Also we present a plan-based Korean dialogue system as a natural language database user interface for product search. The system can be characterized by its support for mixed initiative to give user more control over dialogue, employment of user model to reflect user's preferences, alternative solution suggestion if there is no product matched exactly to user's requirements, handling circumlocution which frequently occurs in dialogues. The user modeling shell system BGP-MS is adapted for the system. The system provides for a user-friendly database user interface by managing dialogue intelligently. By its implementation and test, it has been shown that the user model-based dialogue system can be utilized effectively for product search.

The firm leading community that is built to achieve firm's ad hoc purpose has two interested parties, operator and user. The success of the firm leading community, therefore, can be driven by meeting the needs of both parties. Most studies of the community, however, have focused not on operator but on user so far. This study identifies two variables-operating activities and organizational support-as success factors of firm leading community based on prior studies and analyzes them in term of the operator of firm leading community through 2nd in-depth interview. The result of study shows that organizational support affects operating activities and then both operating activities and organizational support affect the success of the firm leading community.

It is usually difficult for a single user to have all the essential knowledge on various Rapid Prototyping processes and techniques. It is therefore necessary to capture knowledge and experience of users of expert level into a decision-support system which provides quicker and more interactive way to select proper RP process and/or machine. rather than reading reports on benchmarking studies and comparing tables and graphs. In this paper two algorithms are presented, which may be used in such a decision-support system. together with its applications. The one is an extended PRES(Project Evaluation and Selection) algorithm which applies weighting factors of each attribute. The other is a LCE(Linear Confidence Equation) algorithm which is proposed to apply user's input requirements as well as weighting factors.

컴퓨팅 환경이 급격이 유비쿼터스 환경으로 변하면서 이동 중에도 원하는 자원에 접근하여 이용할 수 있게 되면서 사물의 위치 정보가 중요한 정보로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 집과 사무실처럼 비교적 좁은 컴퓨팅 공간에서 위치 정보는 여전히 제한적으로 제공된다. 이 논문은 센서 네트워크와 분산된 장치를 이용하여 사용자에게 이동성을 제공하는 홈 엔터테인먼트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 블루투스 애드혹 네트워크로 사용하여 신호 세기를 구하고 이것을 바탕으로 사용자의 위치를 추정한다. 이렇게 추정된 정보는 이동 중인 사용자가 현재 위치에서 이용 가능한 장치가 무엇인지를 알려준다. 사용자 이동성 지원의 가능성을 보이기 위해서 UPnP A/V 프레임워크 기반의 흠 엔터테인먼트 시스템에 구현하여 사용자가 이동 중에도 스트리밍 서비스를 시용할 수 있게 하고 그 결과로 작은 유비쿼터스 환경에서도 이동 중인 사용자에게 서비스 연속성을 제공할 수 있음을 보인다.

Designer has recently required the supporting system to assist the design steps that are not simple and standardized. But, as it is often the case with many researches, the design support systems have the problems that the functional module's expansion and the flexible connection with the intelligent CAD System are insufficient. In this paper, we present a framework, EDSS Frame (Expanded Design Support System Frame) to improve in its problems. For the implementation of the EDSS Frame, we make the functional modules, the executable files and analyze a characteristic of the functional modules. Finally, we checked the cases that is generated. Through these works, we organize the algorithm of the running process in each cases. A user can make the process through the association of the functional modules. Also, we make the DLL files or algorithms for corresponding in change of the intelligent CAD System. User can make the additional file or algorithm for a new release of the intelligent CAD system. EDSS Frame can be used for the implementation of the design support system on a various fields, and assists a designer with the rapid reconstruction of the design support system through the continuous addition of the functional modules and the redefinition of the running process between the functional modules.
