Recently various of information suppliers provide information via WWW so the necessary of search engine grows larger. However the efficiency of most search engines is low comparatively because of using simple pattern match technique between user's query and web document. And a manifest contents of query for special expert field so much worse A specialized search engine returns the specialized information depend on each user's search goal. It is trend to develop specialized search engines in many countries. For example, in America, there are a site that searches only the recently updated headline news and the federal law and the government and and so on. However, most such engines don't satisfy the user's needs. This paper proposes the specialized search engine for ocean information that uses user's query related with ocean and search engine uses the association rules in web data mining. So specialized search engine for ocean provides more information related to ocean because of raising recall about user's query

사용자에게 제공될 수 있는 정보의 양이 많아졌을 뿐 아니라 정보의 유형도 매우 다양하며 정보를 사용하는 사용자의 환경과 유형이 매우 다양하기 때문에 사용자에게 적합한 최적의 정보를 필터링하는 것은 오늘날 매우 중요한 문제가 되었다. 이러한 필요성에 따라 본 연구는 다양한 단말기와 서비스 환경에 부합하는 콘텐츠 제공을 위한 사용자 적응형 콘텐츠 서비스를 위한 플랫폼을 설계한다. 정보 이용의 효율을 높이고자 사용자의 정보유형의 선호도 및 사용자의 정보사용 이력에 따라 정보를 필터링하고 사용자의 정보사용 환경을 고려하여 정보를 재구성하여 정보를 제공하는 사용자 적응형 콘텐츠 서비스를 제안한다. 선사박물관의 자료를 중심으로 사용자 콘텍스트에 따른 웹 서비스를 구현한다.

Aerial base stations (ABSs) seem promising to enhance the coverage and capacity of fifth-generation and upcoming networks. With the flexible mobility of ABSs, they can be positioned in air to maximize the number of users served with a guaranteed quality of service (QoS). However, ABSs may be overloaded or underutilized given inefficient placement, and user association has not been well addressed. Hence, we propose a three-dimensional ABS placement scheme with a delay-QoS-driven user association to balance loading among ABSs. First, a load balancing utility function is designed based on proportional fairness. Then, an optimization problem for joint ABS placement and user association is formulated to maximize the utility function subject to statistical delay QoS requirements and ABS collision avoidance constraints. To solve this problem, we introduce an efficient modified gray wolf optimizer for ABS placement with a greedy user association strategy. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme outperforms baselines in terms of load balancing and delay QoS provisioning.

User-led IS development contributes to the response of actual user needs, the alternative solution for backlog, and including the enhanced communication and the reduced role conflict between users and DP department. However, there are too little research and practical concern about the user-led IS development. This case study on the Korea Real Estate Investment Trust addresses to the development background, IS development process, and the qualitative and quantitative benefit of user-led IS development. We believe that the case study contributes to the understanding for the benefit of user-led IS development approach.

대부분의 웹사이트나 정보시스템은 사용자를 식별하고 인증하기 위하여 ID/PW(Identification/Password) 기술을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 ID/PW 기술은 보안에 취약하다. 또한 사용자는 ID와 PW를 기억해야하고, 패스워드는 쉽게 예측하지 못하도록 영문자, 숫자, 특수문자 등을 조합하여 복잡한 패스워드를 사용해야 하고, 주기적으로 패스워드를 변경해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 외장 스토리지에 사용자 인증정보를 저장하여 사용자를 인증하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 다른 사람이 ID와 PW가 알게 되더라도 인증정보가 저장된 외장 스토리지가 없이는 사용자 인증이 되지 않는다. 사용자 인증정보는 사용자가 로그인에 성공할 때마다 새로운 인증정보가 생성되어 외장 스토리지에 저장된다. 따라서 제안한 사용자 인증 방법은 기존의 ID/PW 기술을 활용하는 웹사이트나 다양한 정보시스템 등에서 활용된다면 보안성을 크게 향상시키고, 사용자의 ID만을 사용하기 때문에 사용자의 편의성도 크게 향상될 것으로 기대한다.

A significant body of information systems research is concerned with user participation as a means to improve user satisfaction within systems development. In spite of the many studies in this area, findings are not consistent or cumulative. One of the reasons for this is not to be considered the type of systems. Most research are focusing on traditional system development under the mainframe environment instead of under end-user based environment like web-based information system or ERP. End-user based environment requires user's strong initiatives in the system development life cycle. It means the user\`s simple participation is not enough and user-led-development is more appropriate for the system success. This paper can call this new concept is end-user joint work which means user has to participate in the system development as a co-developer. This paper investigates how the end-user joint work contributes end-user satisfaction and two variables in particular-job complexity and technical competence-moderate the outcomes of end-user joint work Analysis of 112 independent systems development projects indicated that end-user joint work has a direct relationship with end-user satisfaction. In addition, the two variables were found to moderate key roles on this relationship. That is, the strength of this relationship depended on the level of these factors.

사용자는 시간적, 공간적 상황에 따라 다양한 정보를 요구한다. 상황변화에 맞는 서비스 정보를 제공하는 것이 중요하다. 그러므로 사용자의 행동 및 서비스 이력의 최신정보를 기반으로 마이닝하여 최적의 서비스를 사용자에게 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 시공간 정보 및 서비스 정보 온톨로지를 기반으로 사용자의 서비스 사용 이력을 이용하여 연관 있는 서비스 규칙을 탐색하기 위한 마이닝 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 서비스 온톨로지 계층에 대한 레벨 교차 기반의 연관 서비스 규칙을 발견한다. 제안된 마이닝 방법은 일정한 시간과 공간에 대한 시기별, 위치별, 연령별에 대한 연관 서비스 패턴을 발견할 수 있으므로 사용자의 상황변화에 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반이 된다.

In digital contents distribution environments, a user authentication is an important security primitive to allow only authenticated user to use right services by checking the validity of membership. For example, in Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) environments, it is required to provide an access control according to the policy of content provider. Remote user authentication and key agreement scheme is used to validate the contents accessibility of a user. We propose a novel user authentication scheme using smart cards providing a secure access to multimedia contents service. Each user is authenticated using a subset of attributes which are issued in the registration phase without revealing individual's identity. Our scheme provides the anonymous authentication and the various permissions according to the combination of attributes which are assigned to each user. In spite of more functionality, the result of performance analysis shows that the computation and communication cost is very low. Using this scheme, the security of contents distribution environments in the client-server model can be significantly improved.

사용자는 적응형 하이퍼미디어를 항해하면서 적응형 하이퍼미디어가 아닌 다른 응용 프로그램을 함께 사용할 수도 있다. 만일 사용자가 그 응용 프로그램을 통해 적응형 하이퍼미디어와 관련된 정보에 접근하였다면, 이러한 사용자의 행동은 적응형 하이퍼미디어가 제공하는 내용에 대한 사용자의 지식이나 흥미에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 그러나 적응형 하이퍼미디어 시스템은 페이지 접근과 같은 탐색 활동을 통해 사용자 행동을 이해하며, 다른 응용 프로그램에서 발생한 사용자의 행동을 인식하여 사용자 속성을 변화시키기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 적응형 하이퍼미디어 시스템이 다른 응용프로그램에서 발생한 사용자 행동을 인식하여 사용자 프로파일을 갱신시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 현재 사용자의 특성을 보다 정확하게 파악하여 적응형 내용 제시와 적응형 항해를 제공하고자 한다. 후킹 메커니즘을 이용하여 다른 응용 프로그램에서 발생한 사용자 이벤트를 분석하고, XML 번역기를 이용하여 시스템에 저장된 사용자의 프로파일을 갱신할 것이다.

In this paper, we intend to find user's TV program choosing pattern and, recommend programs that he/she wants. So we suggest item dependency map which express relation between chosen program. Using an algorithm that we suggest, we can recommend an program, which a user has not saw yet but maybe is likely to interested in. Item dependency map is used as patterns for association in hopfield network so we can extract users global program choosing pattern only using users partial information. Hopfield network can extract global information from sub-information. Our algorithm can predict user's inclination and recommend an user necessary information.
