인공지능 서비스에 대한 온라인뉴스, 소셜미디어, 소비자리뷰 텍스트마이닝 (Text Mining of Online News, Social Media, and Consumer Review on Artificial Intelligence Service)

  • This study looked through the text mining analysis to check the status of the virtual assistant service, and explore the needs of consumers, and present consumer-oriented directions. Trendup 4.0 was used to analyze the keywords of AI services in Online News and social media from 2016 to 2020. The R program was used to collect consumer comment data and implement Topic Modeling analysis. According to the analysis, the number of mentions of AI services in mass media and social media has steadily increased. The Sentimental Analysis showed consumers were feeling positive about AI services in terms of useful and convenient functional and emotional aspects such as pleasure and interest. However, consumers were also experiencing complexity and difficulty with AI services and had concerns and fears about the use of AI services in the early stages of their introduction. The results of the consumer review analysis showed that there were topics(Technical Requirements) related to technology and the access process for the AI services to be provided, and topics (Consumer Request) expressed negative feelings about AI services, and topics(Consumer Life Support Area) about specific functions in the use of AI services. Text mining analysis enable this study to confirm consumer expectations or concerns about AI service, and to examine areas of service support that consumers experienced. The review data on each platform also revealed that the potential needs of consumers could be met by expanding the scope of support services and applying platform-specific strengths to provide differentiated services.

A Study on the Effects of Psychological Adaptation of Social Service Users on Family Relations

  • Social services are divided into care services and other support services for the elderly, children and the disabled. These social services are the subject of great policy interest in that they can create two effects at the same time: increase in labor demand for service providers and increase the possibility of long-term accumulation of human capital for service recipients. Therefore, this study aims to confirm the hypothesis according to whether the use of social services affects family relationships and the effects of social service users' psychological adaptation on marital and parent-child relationships even when other related variables are controlled. The final result of this thesis is a regression analysis to find out the effect of psychological adaptation on the family relationship, spouse relationship, and relationship with children of subjects who have experience using social services. -.661, p=0.001), the higher the psychological adaptation, the higher the spouse satisfaction (β=.465, p=0.001) and relationship satisfaction with children (β=.360, p=0.001). In other words, it was found that the more depressed the psychologically, the more negative the relationship with spouse and children.

  • In this study we adopted Interpersonal Process Model of Intimacy to study SNS use intention. First, we investigated the effects of personal identity, social identity and intimacy. Second, we tested the influences of self-disclosure, partner disclosure on perceived partner responsiveness. Third, we measured the relationship between perceived partner responsiveness and intimacy. Lastly, we investigated the effects of intimacy, perceived partner responsiveness and use intention. A total of 232 final respondents were collected from users of Social Network Services in 2011. The results revealed several important findings. First, we found that social identity had a significant and positive effect on intimacy. However, personal identity showed insignificant effect toward intimacy. Moreover, self-disclosure and partner disclosure had a positive effects on perceived partner responsiveness. perceived partner responsiveness showed a positive effect on both intimacy and use intention. Lastly, intimacy had significant effect on use intention.

  • Social network service(SNS), provided by social network sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Cyworld is rapidly growing in online business. Furthermore, many companies have growing interests in finding effective ways to use SNSs for their innovations, marketing and advertisement. In fact, firms have recognized the utility value of the SNS for their business. In this aspect, this study attempts to identify key factors influencing the intention to continuous use of SNSs. Based on the UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology)model, this study proposes the research model, including the effects of social network service characteristics(social relationship support, information sharing, image expression) and individual characteristics(self-disclosure, extroversion, familiarity) on performance expectancy as well as the moderating effect of perceived information security among UTAUT variables. The 412T sets of data collected in a survey were tested against the modeling using SEM using SmartPLS. Results indicated that social network service and individual characteristics had significant effect on performance expectancy with exception of self-disclosure. In addition, the moderating effect of perceived information security had significant effect. The results had important implications for firms providing SNSs hoping to develop a successful business model.

  • The purpose of this study is to find the continuance intention to use for reCAPTCHA technology which has information security and social contributions (decrypting archives) according to the user's pro-social level. In this research, reCAPTCHA technique generally gives users to information security and decrypting archives. However, as a result of preliminary survey, most users were not even aware of information security and social contributions (decrypting archives) functions. Therefore, in this research, we will measure with two kinds of focus. The first is the assumption that there will be also a difference in the continuance use depending pro-social level of the user of information technology, second we explain only the function of information security to the first group as well as decrypting archives to the second group. Generally, pro-social means that degree of understanding and supporting to the other people's interest, actions, needs, help, and care. In this research, we assume that if users have a low level of others care, they might evaluate that reCAPTCHA technology's social contributions is low. While they have a high level of others care, they recognize reCAPTCHA technology's social contribution is high and then they tend to use this technology continuously. Through this research, we finally find the most efficient way to increase the degree of continuance use of information technology.

  • As social network services has become one of the most successful web-based business, recommendation in social network sites that assist people to choose various products and services is also widely adopted. Collaborative Filtering is one of the most widely adopted recommendation approaches, but recommendation technique that use explicit or implicit social network information from social networks has become proposed in recent research works. In this paper, we reviewed and compared research works about recommendation using social network analysis and collaborative filtering in social network sites. As the results of the analysis, we suggested the trends and implications for future research of recommendation in SNSs. It is expected that graph-based analysis on the semantic social network and systematic comparative analysis on the performances of social filtering and collaborative filtering are required.

스마트폰 기반 모바일 뱅킹 서비스 수용의도의 선행요인으로서 개인적 영향요인과 사회적 영향요인의 역할에 관한 실증적 연구 (The Role of Personal and Social Dimensions in the Determination of the Intention to use Smartphone-based Mobile Banking Services: An Empirical Investigation)

  • 오늘날 모바일뱅킹은 은행들에게 고객편의성 증대는 물론 비용절감의 기회를 제공할 수 있어 도입하는 은행들이 늘고있는 반면, 스마트폰 이용능력 부족 등과 같은 개인적 이유로 모바일 뱅킹을 이용하기를 꺼려하는 고객들이 아직 많기 때문에 이러한 고객들의 모바일뱅킹 이용 거부감이 은행 온라인 전략에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구에서는 개인적 및 사회영향요인들에 기초한 스마트폰 기반의 모바일 뱅킹서비스 수용의도의 예측 모델을 제시하고 이를 실증분석 방법을 통해 검증하는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 실증분석을 위해 751명의 모바일뱅킹 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 가설검정 결과에 의하면, 개인적 영향요인들은 모두 수용의도에 긍정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 영향요인들 중에서 인지된 무리행동은 수용의도에 유의한 영향이 있는 반면, 주관적 규범은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타남에 따라, 모바일 뱅킹의 수용은 주변 지인들의 시선보다는 대세라는 인식에 의해 더 중요한 영향을 받는다는 점이 확인됐다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • With a focus on Facebook, the most popular social network service (SNS), this research tried to find out which type of motivation makes users to spend more time on the SNS and in the same vein, which type of motivation makes users to believe that they will continue to use the SNS. The result shows that the need for play (entertaining) and image as social reputation affect the current amount of use, while the needs for information search, building relationship, and entertainment would make them continue to use.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애 노인의 사회서비스 이용 여부가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 2020년도 제15차 자료를 사용하였으며, 삶의 만족도에 관련된 변인들의 특성과 상관관계 및 다중 회귀분석등을 검증하기 위해. SPSS WIN 25.0프로그램을 사용하였다. 조사대상자는 65세 이상 장애 노인 684명을 추출하였으며, 복지서비스 이용 여부는 소득보장 서비스, 건강보장 서비스, 재가복지서비스, 사회 참여 서비스로 나누어 살펴보았고 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애 노인의 복지서비스 이용 경험은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 장애 노인의 복지서비스 이용 여부는 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회적 지지가 조절 효과를 나타냈다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 장애 노인의 사회서비스의 질적 향상과 다양한 사회적 지지를 통하여 삶의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 사회복지 정책의 실천적 개입방안과 다양한 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시하였다.

온라인 커뮤니티의 지속적 사용에 대한 이해 : 기술적 관점과 사회적 관점의 비교 (Understanding Continuous Use of Virtual Communities : A Comparison of Technical and Social Perspectives)

  • The aim of this study is to find the model that best explains members' continued use intention in virtual communities by comparing technical and social perspectives applied in IS context. With the eight major variables identified from prior studies, four alternative models were formulated:1) A base model from Information Systems (IS) continuance perspective, 2) IS continuance model with technology-acceptance perspective, 3) IS continuance model with social-capital perspective, and 4) IS continuance model with socio-technical combined perspective. The adequacies of these four models with different perspective highlighted were tested using survey data collected from virtual community users in Korea. The findings indicated that the IS continuance model and social-capital perspective is the most efficient model that best explains the members' continued use intention in virtual communities.
