According to the magnitude of stress, the normal subjects were 3.1%, the groups with potential stress were 64.7%, and the groups at high risk for stress were 32.2%. Higher level of stress existed in the female than the male students, and in the third grader than the 1st and 2nd graders. According to the classification of typical constitutional symptoms of fatigue, category III (group with bodily projection of fatigue) was the most frequent and it was followed by category II (group with difficulty in concentration) and category I (group with dullness and sleepiness) in a decreasing order of frequency, which showed that the predominant pattern of fatigue arose from the body parts. 2. The mean score of dietary behavior was $3.01{\pm}0.49$. In addition, there were significant differences in dietary behavior with respect to grade(F=4.823, p=0.008), residential type(F=6.067, p<.001), academic grade(F=3.907, p=0.021), health status(F=7.975, p<0.001), and degree of health concern(F=4.189, p=0.016). Life stress, body image, happiness, and health promoting behaviors according to the general characteristics commonly showed significant differences in major satisfaction and school satisfaction. Health promoting behaviors showed positive correlations with body image and happiness, but a negative correlation with life stress. Happiness, body image, life stress, gender, and major satisfaction, which accounted for 46% of the variance, were significant predictors influencing health promoting behaviors in nursing students. HS were more frequent in skipping, overeating meals and having no exercise than LS. There was no difference in intake of nutrient, but in both group, intakes of vitamin $B_2$ and C, folate, calcium, iron and potassium were very deficient. Results: First, the study group (-4.75±3.86) and control group (1.00±2.71) showed significant difference (p<0.05) in the analysis of score changes between pre-test and test at 6 weeks (post 2) for K-DEP. Next, pre-test and test at 3 weeks of intervention (post 1) for K-BAI showed significant difference (p<0.05) in the study group (-2.50±1.91) and control group (2.25±2.99). In addition, pre-test and test at 6 weeks (post 2) showed significant difference (p<0.05) for the study group (-3.00±1.51) and control group (4.75±6.24). Conclusion: The study confirmed the possibility of Snoezelen therapy as a therapy method to induce effective responses in stress, depression, anxiety, and quality of life of college students with game addiction.
