  • The purpose of this study was to create letters for of nonliterary Pulang tribe in Thailand those who immigrant from China. illiterate Pulang tribe hand down their tradition by primary oral culture therefore their tradition can't initiate and keep, moreover, it may disappear throughout history. So it is expected to crusade against unlettered people. The scheme of research adopted in this study was a minority race who habitate at the northern Machan, Chiangrai in Thailand. It is not only analysis of language but also the eradication of literacy and the research based on linguistic, ethnolinguistic, and primary oral culture. Five Pulang people who live in that area were chosen for creating letters. By using the I. P. A., after each word was listen to their pronunciation one by one it was described and repeated this process several times; the material words and humanbody were pointed in front of them while other words were described by gesture. For final description, number of people were in the lineup for listening the sound of words and phrases to sentences. In the first stage, it was an analysis segmental of Pulang: vocoid, contoid and diphthong were described with each sample syllables and words. The suprasegmental were studied with intonation and juncture of the words in the second stage. Two words were compared and different meanings within their intonation and juncture were shown. At the end of this part, each case of phonemic or morphophonemics representation described the juncture in the words. In the third stage, minimal pairs were analyzed with vowels and consonants and described in free variation based on words. In the last stage, syllable structure in open syllable and closed syllable was studied and then each syllable of its structure was analyzed with samples. There were thirty-two phonemes in apong Pulang as follows: seven vocoids; a, i, e, o, u, ${\ae}$, and $\wedge$, one diphthong; wu, 24 contoids; b, c, d, f, g, h, j, k, k, 1, m, n, ${\eta}, {\;}p^{h}$, p, p, r, s, s, sh, t, t, w, and y. Their pronunciations of p, s, d, $p^{h}$, j, and t are frequently used in speech and are unique in triphthong. Moreover, most of the words used initial and final consonant cluster.

  • Objectives : The aim of this study is to analyze the research trend focusing on well-being studies in Korea. Through this study, the researchers attempt to explore the research trends of the Yangseng(養生) and well-being in Traditional Korean Medicine. Methods : Well-being as a key word was searched on representative domestic databases of articles. The researchers collected the articles of journals published from 1980 to 2012. Finally 2,413 articles of well-being were selected. Results : Domestic studies of well-being had been increased steadily since the 1990s and they were greatly increased after the 2000s boom of well-being. Before 2000s, the mainstream of well-being studies was to analyse the correlation among the variables associated with quality of life in medicine. After the boom of well-being, the number of researches has been increasing significantly, since 2000s. Various methodologies of well-being studies(especially related various goods and services) have also been developed in the field of academia. Recently the concept of well-being has been evolving into LOHAS, wellness, healing, well-dying and etc. Conclusions : In order to handle the new wave of society and medicine, new health concept of Traditional Korean Medicine should be developed through Korean unique ideas of Yangseng.

  • Recently, the mineral resource protection policies and regulations in production countries of natural resources including rare metals are becoming more stringent. Such environment makes which market has malfunction. In other word, those are not perfect or pure market. Therefore because each market of natural resources have special or unique characters, it is difficult to forecast their market prices. In this study, we constructed several models to estimate prices of natural resources using statistical tools like ARIMA and their business indices. And for examples, Indium and Coal were introduced.

  • In spite of the word esthetics having been familiar to us during the last twenty odd years, difficulties are still faced nowadays as if new challenges constantly emerge. This is perhaps best interpreted as a tendency to avoid dealing with it owing to the fact we are not quite used to it. It is probably a lack of a basic roadmap for esthetics, not of evolution. Every prosthesis has its own strengths and weaknesses. Expected results would be obtained if and when the patient's adaptation to prosthesis is correctly anticipated, appropriate diagnoses made and optimal pre-operative measures taken. At this stage, communication and patient information sharing between the dentist and dental technician are very important factors in the treatment process, as well as each party's unique specialized role. It would not be an exaggeration to state that the success of a lab made prosthesis would depend on how well these factors have been systemized. Based upon the above treatment procedures, it is now intended to examine esthetic prostheses involving porcelain laminate veneers that enable the most conservative treatment with the most significant favorable characteristics.

  • This study explores the geographic characteristics of Hutong(alleyways) in Beijing. The word 'Hutong' originated from the Mongolian language, pronounced 'hottog' and meaning 'well'. In ancient times, people tended to gather and live around wells. After liberation, Beijing witnessed a rapid development in urban construction. A large number of residential areas were established and the number of alleyways in the city increased to over 6,000 from about 3,000 before liberation. In recent years, with the city's further modernization, more and more tall buildings have appeared in Beijing while the number of alleyways has been decreasing. 'Siheyuans(quadrangles)' are buildings with unique architectural features in Beijing's alleyways. In recent year, Siheyuans are changing to guesthouses, shops, bars, souvenir shops, restaurants and so on. Especially Nanluoguxiang(alleyway) is becoming an attractive area for tourism and cultural creativity in the ancient capital Beijing. Since 1990, 25 Hutong districts are protected for historical preservation by the Beijing Municipal Government.

  • Most of wearable platforms(i. e. Samsung Gear, Android Wear) are using most of Tizen mobile platform features without any changes. However wearable devices have unique characteristics due to wearable type, small battery, screen shape, poor network and relative short but frequent user interfaces. In general, a wearable device has a process to be paired with the mobile device, which includes capability exchange that includes information such as device model name, network capability (3G, LTE, Wi-Fi and so on), manufacturer and supported languages. In other word, a wearable device depends heavily on the companion device (i. e. phone, tablet), so wearable platform should consider this. In this paper, we provide the effective application management mechanism using these characteristics of wearable platform to enhance user experience and to reduce sluggish of wearable platform.

  • Named Entity Recognition is a system that extracts entity names such as Persons(PS), Locations(LC), and Organizations(OG) that can have a unique meaning from a document and determines the categories of extracted entity names. Recently, Bi-LSTM-CRF, which is a combination of CRF using the transition probability between output data from LSTM-based Bi-LSTM model considering forward and backward directions of input data, showed excellent performance in the study of object name recognition using deep-learning, and it has a good performance on the efficient embedding vector creation by character and word unit and the model using CNN and LSTM. In this research, we describe the Bi-LSTM-CNN-CRF model that enhances the features of the Korean named entity recognition system and propose a method for constructing the traditional culture corpus. We also present the results of learning the constructed corpus with the feature augmentation model for the recognition of Korean object names.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of tourism councils on the activation of rural tourism by comparing the rural tourism sites with the tourism councils and the rural tourism sites without tourism councils. The comparative indicators were divided into statistical quantitative indicators such as number of tourists, sales volume, and income level, and qualitative indicators of satisfaction, return visit, and word of mouth intentions. As a result of the study, it was found that all the items of the quantitative and qualitative indicators were active in the rural tourism area where the tourism council was composed. This can be attributed to the fact that the members of the tourism council consist of administrative agencies, experts, tourism operators, experts, etc., and constantly develop strategic programs such as diverse opinions and unique constellations. Therefore, in order to revitalize rural tourism in the future, it can be said that the tourism council should be constructed, and institutional devices should be prepared so that experts and residents in each field can participate equally.
