Nowaday, in Korea, many u-City projects have been developed as a core business in the new town development project by national or local level of government. However, the new business projects have some problems, such as excessive number of u-services, increased project funds and period, and lower u-services due to lack of u-service evaluation methodologies. Therefore, this paper proposes a new u-service evaluation methodology to solve current problems. The methodology gives an ability to guard general u-service groups for reaching the main goal of the u-City project, and then select alternative u-service groups against being limited by the law and technology in the project year. Besides, as a key variable on performing u-City plans, the complexity between stakeholders is considered in the methodology. Finally, through the Optimal Sequential Method in the methodology, the maximum value of u-service group is obtained as a optimal service group of u-City.

Bicycle is one of the most important eco-friendly transport mode which can cope with global warming. ICTs(information and communication technologies) on bicycles became a dominant factor for success to the spread of bicycles to public as we experienced Public Bike System. In this paper, conceptualization and classification of u-Bike services are fulfilled and its priority was examined using AHP method. Group capabilities technique of ECII, a computer fool of AHP was invited to minimize bias on appraisal. 12 u-Bike services were conceptualized. U-service with highest adoptability was 'bike and ride' service which can link bicycle to public transportation. 'Prevention system from abandonment and theft' and 'public bike system' similar to Velib system in Paris are also considered to be very important services in u-City.

유비쿼터스 코리아(u-Korea) 기본전략에 따르면 우리나라는 정치. 사회. 문화. 의료. 복지. 교육. 노동. 외교 등 사회 전반에 걸친 생활문화 혁명이 실현될 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 시점에서 정보보호는 u-Korea 실현의 중요한 핵심 엔진 기술로써u-Korea 전략 추진의 주요한 장애 요인으로 예상되는 사생활 문제와 지역 간. 계층간 정보격차 문제 등의 정보화 역기능을 해소하는 역할을 수행해야 한다. 본 고에서는 정통부가 추진하고자 하는 u-Korea 기본 전략에 대해서 살펴보고, 안전한 u-Korea 실현을 위해서 구체적인 정보화 역기능 방지 대책을 제안한다. 특히, BcN 인프라 보호 기술, RFID/USN 개인 프라이버시 보호 기술, WiBro 및 DMB 등에서 사용되는 복합단말기용 통합 인증. 인가 기술, 안전한 사용자 서비스 제공을 위한 서비스 사용의 익명성과 서비스 관리의 실명성이 제공되는 보안위임서비스 기술 등으로 형성되는 “Security Belt” 정보화 역기능 방지 대책에 대해서 소개한다.

최근 우리 사회는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전과 지자체별 u-City 건설 붐에 힘입어 도시민의 삶의 질 개선과, 도시관리 기능의 효율화를 위한 차세대 서비스 사업이 활발히 전개되고 있다. 반면 유비쿼터스 사회에서의 기술 수명주기의 단축과 시장의 급변은 사업 전개에 있어 커다란 부담으로 작용하고 있어 사업 계획 단계에서부터 사업의 타당성에 대한 충분한 고려가 필요하다. 본 논문은 과거의 전통적인 Business로부터 u-Business로의 진화과정을 살펴보고 기술의 발전과 가치의 변화에 따른 u-Business의 성공요인과 u-City 사업의 특징 분석을 바탕으로 u-City 사업 계획 단계에서 적용 가능한 u-City Business Model의 사업타당성 평가지표를 도출하고자 한다.

Although u-healthcare service is emerged as an alternative method for effective chronic disease management services, the service has not yet been applied for real healthcare setting. The objective of this study is to explore the doctors' perception and influential factors on intention to use u-healthcare service. We conducted survey for physicians about u-healthcare service provision to compare characteristics by different groups. In addition, logistic regression analysis is conducted to find out factors affecting the usage intention. As a result, doctors responded only 16.0% of total respondents had experience of u-healthcare services, but also showed that as high as 70.1% had intention to use service. Also, respondents answered that u-healthcare services is appropriate to apply for chronic disease prevention and diabetes and hypertension are suggested as the most appropriate diseases in order. The intention to use the u-healthcare service by non-university hospital doctors was 3.7 times higher than university hospital doctor. This study shows that identifying the differences of doctors' awareness and also the intention to use about the u-healthcare services will contribute to develop more effective business model.

Now a days, U-healthcare comes into the spotlight as a new business model which combines RFID technology with medical service in the well-being era and IT popularization. U-healthcare service needs a method that can deals with hand-writing, overlap data, forgery and falsification of data, difference between information version that happen in medical process because of graft between RFID technology and u-healthcare. This paper proposes RFID based user certification protocol to protect user's privacy who gets medical service through U-healthcare. In the protocol, secret information of patient does the XOR with the secret key that is created in the hospital to reconsider the stability of security system of U-healthcare and user's data forgery and falsification and privacy and then saves it in the secret key field of patient in DB table. Also, it informs the case of illegal access to certification server and make it approved the access of u-healthcare service by differentiating whether u-healthcare is illegal or not.

The purpose of this study was to figure out the structural relations between service quality perceived by golf driving range customers, service value, customer satisfaction, and repurchase behavior. For the subject of this study, we selected 374 persons among customers who used 8 golf driving ranges located at 'P' Metropolitan city, 'U' Metropolitan city, or 'C' city in 'K' do through the Convenient Sampling Method. The results were as follows: First, the golf driving range's service quality has a positive effect on the service value. Second, the golf driving range's service quality has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Third, the service value has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Fourth, the service value has a positive effect on the repurchase behavior. Finally, the customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the repurchase behavior.

Due to the convergence between digital devices and the development of wireless communication technology, bit-signal sensor miniaturization, building an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) which is a digital version of a paper chart that contains all of a patient's medical history and the information of Electronic Health Record (EHR), Ubiquitous healthcare (u-Healthcare) that can monitor their health status and provide personal healthcare service anytime and anywhere. Also, the appearance of cloud computing technology is one of the factors that accelerate the development of u-healthcare service. However, if the individual information to be used maliciously during the u-healthcare service utilization, leads to serious problems directly related to the individual's life because if it goes beyond the level of simple health screening and treatment, it may not provide accurate and reliable healthcare services. For this reason, we analyzed a variety of security issues related to u-healthcare service in cloud computing environment and described about directions of secure health information sharing system construction. In addition, we suggest the future developmental direction for th activation of u-healthcare industry.

u-City is a new concept and phenomena of applying Information & Communications Technology(ICT) into real cities in Korea. In order to effectively integrate a city with high-tech ICT infrastructure, cutting-edge ICT is being integrated into physical urban environments from the planning and construction stage of a city. There are positive expectations regarding its effect on urban planning and citizens' lives. However, construction of u-city has technical limitations as well as institutional obstacles. This paper aims at identifying problems of current u-city practices and suggesting appropriate solutions for those problems. To do so, it first collects opinions from diverse experts. Then, it draws problems and suggests solutions in terms of u-infrastructure, u-service, policy and implementation process.

Recently many researchers are keen interested in the concept of ubiquitous using mobile internet and RFID. Busan also plans to build a first U-city in the areas of port logistics, traffic, tourism convention, medical service. It is important to be accepted by consumers for U-tourism convention service adoption to determine the future growth potential. The purpose of this paper thus examines the effect of tourism contents on U-tourism convention service adoption using technology acceptance model.
