Background: In contrast to evidences of Ig H chain receptor editing in transformed cell lines and transgenic mouse models, there has been no direct evidence that this phenomenon occurs in human developing B cells. Methods: $V_HDJ_H$ rearrangements were obtained from genomic DNA of individual $IgM^-$ B cells from liver and $IgM^+B$ cells from bone marrow of 18 wk of gestation human fetus by PCR amplification and direct sequencing. Results: We found three examples of H chain receptor editing from $IgM^+$ and $IgM^-human$ fetal B cells. Two types of $V_H$ replacements were identified. The first involved $V_H$ hybrid formation, in which part of a $V_H$ gene from the initial VDJ rearrangement is replaced by part of an upstream $V_H$ gene at the site of cryptic RSS. The second involved a gene conversion like replacement of CDR2, in which another $V_H$ gene donated a portion of its CDR2 sequence to the initial VDJ rearrangement. Conclusion: These data provide evidence of receptor editing at the H chain loci in developing human B cells, and also the first evidence of a gene conversion event in human Ig genes.

We explore each of the three major domestic fishery product markets in South Korea- Frozen Squid, Frozen Hair tail and Dried Anchovy- to assess whether we can find evidence for Law of One Price (LOP) across the five major cities- Seoul, Dae-Jeon, Dae-Gu, Gwang-Ju and Busan. To achieve our aim, we utilize two different types of unit root tests: Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) and Kwiatkowski-Phillips-Schmidt-Shin (KPSS) unit root test. In each of the three fishery product markets, we find evidence in support of LOP among several cities, which confirms that these markets are integrated to a certain extent. In particular, we find stronger evidence of LOP for Dried Anchovy market relative to the other two fishery product markets. Based on our findings, we argue that the Dried Anchovy market exhibits a greater degree of market integration across the five major cities in South Korea compared to the other two fishery product markets. The greater degree of market integration in the Dry Anchovy market is facilitated by its higher substitutability across cities; taken together these findings show that the market for Dried Anchovy in South Korea is more efficient than the markets for Frozen Squid and Frozen Hair tail.

Small and medium-sized enterprises play a fundamental role in the foundation of our country's industry and economy, and most technological innovations occur in small and medium-sized enterprises rather than large corporations. Technology development and innovation are the only way for small and medium-sized enterprises to survive in a fiercely competitive environment, so they focus on it, but interest and investment in technology protection tend to be stingy. As a result, industrial technology leakage accidents occur frequently, and it is difficult to meet improvement measures. When a leak occurs, digital evidence is required to prove criminal activity, but problems such as digital evidence being damaged or deleted due to management loopholes often occur. Therefore, through this study, we aim to design a digital evidence-based countermeasure depending on the type of technology leak accident. We will classify the types of technology leak incidents that actually occurred and study ways to secure digital evidence in the security environment of small and medium-sized businesses that operate internal information leak prevention solutions.

This paper examines the effects of focus types on case ellipsis in Korean. A number of previous studies have suggested that accusative case markers in Korean and Japanese cannot be dropped when the object they mark is contrastively focused (Masunaga, 1988; Yatabe, 1999; Ko, 2000; Lee, 2002). Using experimental evidence, we argue against the view that case ellipsis in Korean is sensitive to the distinction between contrastive vs. non-contrastive focus. An alternative analysis is proposed which accounts for the phenomenon of variable case marking in terms of the interaction between the contrastive strength and the discourse accessibility of focused object NPs. By viewing patterns of case ellipsis as the result of balancing between these two forces, such an analysis can correctly predict the gradient pattern of case ellipsis shown by the three types of focused objects tested in the experiment (contrastive replacing focus, contrastive selecting focus and non-contrastive, informational focus), while at the same time offering an explanation for why subtypes of focus exert distinct influences on case ellipsis.

Since the floating goby, Choenogobius onnuloris, has intricate and diverse morphological variations, allozymic analysis at 25 loci was carried out for their populations in Korea to clarify its taxonomic status. A genetic assay carried out revealed that the floating gobies were clearly divided into three genetic groups (Tvpe-A, Tvpe-B and Tvpe-C) in Korea. Alternative alleles were fated at six loci (Aco, 6pgd, Ldh-1, Got-1, Gpf, Gp3l. Some loci had considerable heterogeneitv among three types and no evidence of gene exchange in slunpatric populations was found from statistical analyses. The genetic similarity (Rogers'S) among three types was lower than 0.80 and divergent time estimate indicates that they were speciated during 1.2-1.8 million year before present (WBP). ASso, these three types of C. unnuluris were distinguished morpholosicallv from each other by several characters such as band ornamentations. In conclusion, the evidences presented here support recognition of three types of Chuenogobius annularis as typical discrete species.

The potential role of endogenous opioid peptides (EOPS) in cardiovascular regulation has only recently been entertained. EOPS have been localized in brain, spinal cord, autonomic ganglia, particularly the adrenal gland, and many other peripheral tissues. There are at least five major types of opioid receptors; namely ${\mu},\;{\delta},\;k,\;{\sigma},\;and\;{\varepsilon}$ and Experimental evidence indicates that cardiovascular actions of the peptide are mediated primarily by ${\mu},\;{\delta}$ and k receptors, and that these receptor types may be allosterically coupled. In anesthetized rabbits met-enkephalin decreased blood pressure and heart rate, which closely paralleled a reduction in sympathetic discharge. Naloxone, but not naloxone methobromide, antagonized these effects, which suggests a central site of action of met-enkephalin. A number of autonomic agents, particularly adrenergic ${\alpha}$-and, ${\beta}-agonists$ and antagonists modify the cardiovascular actions of met-enkephalin. Experiments in reserpine-treated and adrenalectomized rats provide no evidence of sympathetic nervous system involvement in the pressor responses to intravenous injection of opioid peptides, but rather suggest a direct peripheral action. Finally, activation of a beta-endorphinergic pathway projecting from the arcuate nucleus to the nucleus tractos solitarii in rats can cause naloxone reversible hypotension and bradycardia. There is evidence to implicate this pathway in antihypertensive drug action and in the modulation of baroreflex activity.

In recent years, natural healing space studies have been done in health care and forestry. However, previous studies have focused on healing effects of natural elements in interior space or natural landscape view. And there is a limit to using the evidence for healing space design. The aim of this study is to discover the relationship between types and effects of healing space for evidence-based design. This study compares and analyzes the mayor images, psychological restorativeness, and satisfaction to identify the effects and differences of natural trail, designed trail, natural shelter, and designed shelter by types of forest space. Collected data is analyzed with a factorial analysis, valiance analysis and multiple regression analysis in SPSS 18.0. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Among five factors consisting psychological restorativeness, natural trail can be achieved with 'being away' and 'compatibility' and designed shelter can be achieved with 'fascination' and 'coherence'., 2) Psychological restorativeness values higher in images with higher excitement, brightness, vitality, and beautifulness as well as in images with lower level of disorder., 3) Among five factors consisting psychological restorativeness, higher forest satisfaction can be achieved with a higher level of 'being away' and 'coherence'. In conclusion, this study contributes to providing fundamental information for design guidelines of healing spaces through identifying the characteristics of healing environment by types of forest space.

Criminal profiling is a effective and efficient measure for enhancing industrial security of casino business. Particularly, developing criminal profiling of deviant behaviors in casino will help security management to become more effective and efficient in practical ways. Unfortunately, however, there is lack of empirical profiling study in this regard. To fill the vacuum of literature on this topic, this study was purported to create offender profiles of different types of deviant behaviors in casino based on various theories and techniques in criminal profiling literature, such as investigative psychology, linkage analysis, and behavioral evidence analysis. To fulfill the purposes, this study collected behavioral evidence from 90 casino security officers in South Korea. Offenders' behavioral evidence was analyzed to develop offender profiles of seven different types of deviant behaviors, and then the profiles were compared with each profiles that security officers focus on to identify offenders during their work hours. Results showed that, first, there were unique profiles of each type of seven different categories of deviant behaviors in terms of offenders' ways of speaking and acting, their appearance and attitudes. In addition, this study found that there were some amount of gaps between actual offenders' profiles and profiles that security officers have in mind. Based on the results, this study provided policy implications in terms of managing casino industrial security, education and training for security officers, and future study on casino security.

The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC) released online arbitration rules which apply the resolution of disputes over electronic commerce transactions, as well as other economic and trade disputes in which the parties agree to do. The evidence submitted by the parties may be electronic evidence created, sent, received or stored by electronic, optical or magnetic means. Electronic evidence with a reliable electronic signature shall carry the same effect and probative force as a document with a hand-written signature. Where a case is tried in a tribunal, the arbitration tribunal shall conduct an online trial hearing using internet video conference or other electronic or computer communication means. Unless the parties have another agreement, summary procedure shall apply to cases where the amount in dispute exceeds RMB 100,000 but no more than RMB 1 million, or where the amount in dispute exceeds RMB 1 million and a party submits a written application for summary procedure after obtaining the written consent of the other party. Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, fast-track procedure shall apply to cases where the amount in dispute does not exceed RMB 100,000 or where the amount in dispute exceeds RMB 100,000 and a party submits a written application for fast-track procedure after obtaining the written consent of the other party. Notable features of the Online Rules are as follows; first, there is not detailed consideration for online arbitration. Second, communications between the parties and the tribunal are allowed only through the Secretariat. Third, elaborate provisions regarding the electronic submission and transmission of documents is provided for. Forth, various factors must be considered by the tribunal in deciding the evidence's reliability. Fifth, reasonable endeavours is levied on CIETAC to keep data communications secure and encrypted. Sixth, the tribunal has the right to investigate and collect relevant evidence. And finally different procedures are provided for in consideration of the various types of E-commerce.

With respect to the effects of types of knowledge on human diagnostic performance, the results of several experiments claimed that training with procedural knowledge is more effective than training with principle knowledge. However, more useful results would be attained by investigating when and how the principles of system dynamics is valuable for diagnosis. Accordingly, we conducted an experiment to reevaluate the value of principle knowledge in two problem situations. A simulator system, named DLD, to diagnose an electronic device was created. It is a context-free digital logic circuit which includes forty-one gates of three basic types. The experiment investigated the effects of principle knowledge over common procedural knowledge. The experimental results showed that the effects of principle knowledge is dependent on the complexity of diagnostic situations. This adds up on experimental evidence against the presumed ineffectiveness of principle knowledge and forward reasoning in fault diagnosis. The results also suggest the source of the usefulness of principle knowledge.
