Recently, in platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, virtual characters resembling human life become the main characters, produce various contents, breathe with the public, and create the era of virtual humans. For example, existing game characters appear as virtual characters with unique AUs, or AI characters created by reflecting the public's preferences are actively communicating with the public through advertisements and SNS activities. As the consumption of video content through smart devices increases significantly in the post-corona era, virtual influencers are being used as all-round entertainers because there is little risk of personality controversy or production cost. there is a trend In this study, we investigated the characteristics of the case of being active as an influencer among the activities of a virtual character, and how the interactive aspect of the influencer appears by identifying the current situation through major cases. Combining this, based on the analysis of the influence of virtual influencers, the parts that producers should recognize are derived, and the differentiated characteristics of interactive virtual influencers are summarized. In addition, the difficulties of virtual influencers were investigated and problems were identified, and for the development of the content industry, a more favorable method for interaction was presented and suggestions were made to secure inner sincerity.
The results of examining total soluble solid, reducing sugar, antioxidant and sensory properties regarding LTD (Liriope Tuber Dried), LTSD (Liriope Tuber Steamed and Dried), LTASD (Liriope Tuber Alcohol-Steamed and Dried), LTDR (LTD Roasted), LTSDR (LTSD Roasted) and LTASDR (LTASD Roasted) are as follows : Total soluble solid content of the roasted samples (LTDR, LTSDR and LTASDR) was more than those of all dried samples (LTD, LTSD and LTASD). According to roasting conditions, total sugar and reducing sugar are significantly greater than the raw and dried sample (LTD) in all heat-treated samples. The browning index was significantly higher in all roasted samples. In particular, LTASDR had a high browning index. Further, the antioxidative activity of the roasted LT samples were higher than that of all dried LT samples. In particular, the LTASDR sample showed significantly high figures in DPPH scavenging activity, ABTS scavenging activity, Nitrite scavenging activity and xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity. Sensory properties showed an increased acceptance in all evaluation items among roasted samples. In this study, hot water extracts of steamed or alcohol-steamed roasted LT samples had a higher antioxidative effect than that of LTD or LTDR and attained positive results by getting high scores in the overall sensory evaluation. Therefore, when using Liriope tuber in making beverages or herbal recipes, it is appropriate to dry and roast before steaming or spreading with alcohol when treating LT.
This research has been carried out to find out the highest effect on insecticidal, fungicidal and herbicidal activities in leaves, stem and tuber extracts of yacon (Smallanthus sonchifolius) and extraction methods such as water, boiling water and methanol. Characteristics of potential herbicidal components among extraction methods were investigated by solvent fractions such as hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol, and water. Generally, methanol extract was the best on inhibition of germination rate, plant height, and root length in cucumber and barley. On the other hand, the inhibition effect on growth in cucumber and barley was the best in tuber among plant parts of yacon. Inhibition of germination rate, plant height, and root length in cucumber and barley in solvent fractions was the best in water fraction, but there were no differences in other fractions. Digitaria sanguinalis L. and Solanum nigrum L. by 5 and 10% extractions of yacon tuber were controlled by more than 70~80% and 95~100%, respectively. However, there was no inhibition effect on foliar treatment in cucumber and barley as affected by 5 and 10% extractions of yacon tuber. Mortality of green peach aphid (Myzus persicae Sulzer) was 50% at 3 days after treatment of 5% extracts of yacon leaves. Mortality of brown plant hopper (Nilaparvata lugens Stal) was only 24% in 5% extracts of stems and leaves with midrib, but was 57% in 5% extracts of leaves without midrib. There was no fungicidal effect on anthracnose (Colletotrichum truncatum), wilt disease (Fusarium oxysporum), verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahliae), bacterial blight (Xanthomonus oryzae) in 5% extracts of yacon leaves.
To research the characteristics of ion currents induced by inhibitory and excitatory herbs of oriental medicine, we used nystatin-perforated patch clamp technique under voltage clamp condition in periaqueductal gray neuron dissociated from Sprauge-Dawley rat, 10-15 days old. The results are as follows. 1. Ion current induced by $10mg/m{\ell}$ of Bupleuri Radix was inhibited $59.50{\pm}4.29%$ by $10^{-4}M$ bicuculline(p>0.01) but inhibition of $10.75{\pm}4.77%$ by $10^{-4}M$ tubocurarine and $4.75{\pm}4.23%$ by $10^{-4}M$ verapamil had no statistical significance(p>0.05). So ion current induced by Bupleuri Radix revealed only GABA induced $Cl^-$ current, not acetylcholine and $Ca^{2+}$ current. 2. Ion current induced by $20mg/m{\ell}$ of Coptidis Rhizoma was inhibited $47.20{\pm}7.88%$ by $10^{-4}M$ bicuculline(p<0.01) but $3.20{\pm}2.33%$ inhibition by $10^{-4}M$ tubocurarine and $1.00{\pm}1.00%$ inhibition by $10^{-4}M$ verapamil had no significance(p>0.05). So ion current induced by Coptidis Rhizoma revealed only GABA induced $Cl^-$ current, not acetylcholine and $Ca^{2+}$ current. 3. Ion current induced by $20mg/m{\ell}$ of Ecliptae Herba was inhibited $55.00{\pm}4.92%$ by $10^{-4}M$ bicuculline (p<0.01), and also inhibited $15.00{\pm}4.26%$ by $10^{-4}M$ tubocurarine(p<0.05), but inhibition of $6.00{\pm}3.03%$ by $10^{-4}M$ verapamil had no significance(p>0.05). So ion current induced by Ecliptae Herba showed GABA activated $Cl^-$ current and acetylcholine activated cation current, not $Ca^{2+}$ current 4. Ion current induced by $5mg/m{\ell}$ of Liriopis Tuber was inhibited $15.20{\pm}4.57%$ by $10^{-4}M$ bicuculline<0.05) and also inhibited $14.00{\pm}3.00%$ by $10^{-4}M$ tubocurarine(p<0.05), but inhibition of $5.20{\pm}4.80%$ by $10^{-4}M$ verapamil had no significance(p>0.05). So ion current induced by Liriopis Tuber showed GABA. activated $Cl^-$ current and acetylcholine activated cation current, not $Ca^{2+}$ current. 5. Ion current induced by $5mg/m{\ell}$ of Aconiti Tuber was inhibited $97.00{\pm}1.34%$ by $10^{-4}M$ bicuculline(p<0.01), $80.00{\pm}9.83%$ by $10^{-4}M$ tubocurarine(p<0.01), and $24.00{\pm}6.18%$ by $10^{-4}M$ verapamil(p<0.05). So ion current induced by Aconiti Tuber revealed GABA activated $Cl^-$ current and acetylcholine activated cation current and $Ca^{2+}$ current. 6. Ion current induced by $10mg/m{\ell}$ of Zingiberis Rhizoma was inhibited $33.00{\pm}7.43%$ by $10^{-4}$ bicuculline(p<0.05), $10.20{\pm}1.83%$ by $10-^{-4}M$ tubocurarine(p<0.01), and $14.00{\pm}2.16%$ by $10^{-4}M$ verapamil(p<0.01) So ion current induced by Zingiberis Rhizoma revealed GABA activated $Cl^-$ current and acetylcholine activated cation outtent and $Ca^{2+}$ current. 7. Ion current induced by $10mg/m{\ell}$ of Boshniakiae Herba was inhibited $65.00{\pm}13.75%$ by $10^{-4}M$ bicuculline(p<0.05), $38.00{\pm}9.24%$ by $10^{-4}M$ tubocurarine(p<0.05), and $33.25{\pm}7.42%$ by $10^{-4}M$ verapamiHp<0.05). So ion current induced by Bpshniakiae Herba revealed GABA activated $Cl^-$ current and acetylcholine activated cation current and $Ca^{2+}$ current. These results suggest that a point of difference between inhibitory and excitatory herbs is existence of$Ca^{2+}$ current.

Due to abnormal weather conditions caused by climate change, natural disasters and damages are gradually increasing around the world. Global climate change as accompanied by warming is projected to exert adverse impact on production of potato, which is known as cool season crop. Even though, role of potato as a food security crop is expected to increase in the future, the climate change impacts on potato and adaption strategies are not sufficiently established. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the damage pattern of potatoes due to high temperature treatment and to evaluate the response of cultivars. T he high temperature treatment (35~38℃) induced heat stress by sealing the plastic house in midsummer (July), and the quantity and quality characteristics of potatoes were compared with the control group. T otal yield, marketable yield (>80 g) and the number of tubers per plants decreased when heat treatment was performed, and statistical significance was evident. In the heat treatment, 'Jayoung' cultivar suffered a high heat damage with an 84% reduction in yield of >80 g compared to the control group. However, in Jopung cultivar, the decrease was relatively small at 26%. Tuber physiological disturbances (Secondary growth, Tuber cracking, Malformation) tended to increase in the heat stress. Under heat conditions, the tubers were elongated overall, which means that the marketability of potatoes was lowered. T he tuber firmness and dry matter content tended to decrease significantly in the heat-treated group. T herefore, the yield and quality of tubers were damaged when growing potatoes in heat conditions. T he cultivar with high heat adaptability was 'Jopung'. T his result can be used as basic data for potato growers and breeding of heat-resistant cultivars.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of pig manure composting using starch pulp m growth and yield characteristics of potato cropping. Four treatments ; No compost, 1 : 1 : 0, 1 : 0.75 : 0.25 and 1 : 0.5 : 0.5 the mixing ratio of pig manure, saw dust, and dehydrated starch pulp and composting by Piling and blowing methods. Plant heights in first growth stage were higher for the treatment of saw dust compost and starch pulp compost than the treatment of chemical fertilizer, but after the stage, there were no significant difference among treatments. The number of stolons were met for 10.9 in 1 : 0.5 : 0.5 treatment, following 1 : 0.75 : 0.25 and 1 : 1 : 0. On the other hand, tuber diameter and top dry matter weight tended to be larger for manure treatment than no treatment but there was no significant difference. Total number of tubers were largest for 1 : 0.5 : 0.5, and those for 1 : 1 : 0 and 1 : 0.75 : 0.25 were similar. Tuber yields of not more than 80g tended to be different, but those of between 81g and 120g and more than 120g were apparently larger for the compost treatment than no treatment. The ratio of marketable tubers appeared large to be about 86% for 1 : 0.75 : 0.25 and 1 : 0.5 : 0.5 treatments. Ratio of infected common scab on potato tubers tended to be highest for 1 : 0.5 0.5 but there were no statistical significance. However, when compost was made by mixing starch pulp in future, the solutions to the occurrence of infected common scab must be considered, The contents of N. P, K and Ca in leaves were larger for the compost treatment than no treatment, but no significant difference was observed, Accordingly, the effects of treating starch pulp compost on growth and yield characteristics of potato cropping were more affirmative than those of saw dust compost.
Scirpus planiculmis is one of the most dominant species found in the Nakdong River estuary. In order to understand the recent changes in S. planiculmis and the environmental characteristics of the estuary, from 2005 to 2010, an analysis of the density, total dry biomass, tuber biomass, and distribution pattern of S. planiculmis as well as an analysis of the temperature, salinity, precipitation, barrage discharge, and soil texture of the estuary were conducted. In 2006, the density ranged from 10.1 to $87.6no./m^2$, but in 2009, it ranged from 0.4 to $2.2no./m^2$ in 2009 and drastic reductions were observed throughout the sampled areas in the Nakdong river estuary. In 2010, S. planiculmis was observed on the tidal flats of Myungji and Mangummerydeung, at a density of $18.3{\pm}7.7no./m^2$ and $17.5{\pm}20.7no./m^2$, respectively. Hence, S. planiculmis is considered to be in a recovery phase. The aboveground/belowground ratio reduced from $4.54{\pm}0.70$ in 2005 to $1.91{\pm}0.35$ in 2009, clearly showing a large decrease in the biomass amount of the aboveground than of the belowground. Tubers were distributed in the soil, with only 36.0% at the 0~15 cm depth but 64.0% at the 15~30 cm depth. Apparently, tubers were more likely to be found at 15~30 cm below the soil in the Nakdong River estuary. A drastic reduction in the S. planiculmis biomass in 2009 is possibly due to the high salinity in S. planiculmis habitats.

This study was carried out to compare isozyme band pattern, growth characteristics and tuber yield of Dioscorea batatas to get basic information for varietal classification. It could be identify clearly by protein and esterase band pattern of leaf, petiole and stem tissue in three cultivar but with peroxidase band it was difficult to identify because of similar pattern in leaf and petiole tissue. Three cultivars has different leaf shape as Dan-ma and Jang-ma were lanceolate, Sukunea was long-heart shape in upper part of plants. In phyllotaxis, Dan-ma and Jang-ma shows alternate and opposite but Suwon 2 shows opposite in upper parts of stem. Root length shows significant difference from 9.7cm to 51cm respectively as 30cm, 51cm and 9.7cm in Dan-ma, Jang-ma and Sukunea. Tuber yield of three cultivars were 27.5M/T in Dan-ma, 22.8M/T in Jang-ma and 22.8M/T/ha in Sukunea.

This study was conducted to determine the growth characteristics, and the effect of plant growth regulators on the sprouting and growth of purple nutsedge(Cyperus rotundus L.) in order to establish effective control system in lawn ground. The flowering of purple nutsedge was initiated 30 days after transplanting regardless of the transplanting time. Low temperature less than $10^{\circ}C$ after flowering was required for tuber formation, showing that the tuberization was related to air temperature. Shoot number and dry weight of underground portion of purple nutsedge was slightly affected by plant growth regulators such as benzylamino purine, abscisic acid, brassinosteroid and jasmonate. Imazaquin applied at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after transplanting induced multi-shooting and inhibited shoot growth indicating that the herbicide played a role as plant growth regulator at a concentration of 30 and 60g ai/10a. The greatest inhibition of purple nutsedge was obtained by pyrazosulfuron-ethyl as applied 1 weeks after transplanting, showing almost 100% control of purple nutsedge. Tuber of purple nutsedge composed of 61.83% of moisture, 31.60% of carbohydrates, 4.03% of crude protein, 1.57% of crude fat and 0.97% of crude ash.

This study was carried out to determine agronomic and genetic characteristics of the production process in tropical yams(Dioscorea alata L.). To make clear the possibility of cultivation of tropical yams in the Suwon area, the growth of the aboveground parts and the enlargement of tuber of Dioscorea alata, were investigated. The aboveground parts of the plants whose sprouted mother tuber were planted in late April were grown slowly until the 70-days after planting and grown rapidly after. From about 50-days after plantation, total length of vines slowly decreased due to the burning of the branch vines of lower modes. With regard to the branching progressed to 4th for the solo yam and to 6th for purple yam. The secondary branches tended to grow better. When the formation of daughter tubers was observed at the 50-days after planting, their enlargement was very slow. The rapid growth of tubers began at the 40-days and continued to the 90-days. General components such as protein, fiber, and lipid were higher in D. opposita rather than in D. alata. Hardness of D. alata was 2696.2 while that of D. opposita was 4946.9. Lightness of D. alata was 73.99, being higher than that of D. opposita.
