Electric energy is too difficult to manage realtime for irregular change of load because of non-storage. In specially, operation of reserve is ancillary service to supply stably to defend large troubles in electric power system. But whole of electric power system brings to economical loss because of reserve operation. Therefore optimal reserve quantity and optimal reserve price are necessary in order to minimize loss. In this paper, we have presents optimal dispatch and reserve price consideration of opportunity cost.

A smart home system improves the elderly's quality of life by monitoring and analyzing their movements and health conditions with better health-care and social support services. Therefore, there has been an effort to adopt a smart home system for the independently living elderly. However, to the best of our knowledge, no study has investigated the usability of a smart home system on actual independently living elderly housing in long-term settings. Thus, this study aims to demonstrate the usability of a smart home system on independently living elders in living lab conditions. The BLE smart band and the BLE receiver were chosen for the smart home system to monitor the movement of the participants in their homes as well as to monitor the heart rates, step counts, sleep index. Nine independent living elderly from the senior welfare center in Kimjae participated in this living lab demonstration experiment for ten months. This demonstration experiment confirmed the effectiveness of low-cost and easily adoptable IoT-based BLE sensor sets on independent living elders and discussed the troubles and limitations of the experiment. By grasping the pros and cons of IoT-based BLE sensor sets, this study seeks to improve the accessibility and usability of smart home systems for the elderly population in independent living arrangements.

The desirable result of infrared (IR) and visible (VIS) image fusion should have textural details from VIS images and salient targets from IR images. However, detail information in the dark regions of VIS image has low contrast and blurry edges, resulting in performance degradation in image fusion. To resolve the troubles of fuzzy details in dark regions of VIS image fusion, we have proposed a method of reflectance estimation for IR and VIS image fusion. In order to maintain and enhance details in these dark regions, dark region approximation (DRA) is proposed to optimize the Retinex model. With the improved Retinex model based on DRA, quasi-Newton method is adopted to estimate the reflectance of a VIS image. The final fusion outcome is obtained by fusing the DRA-based reflectance of VIS image with IR image. Our method could simultaneously retain the low visibility details in VIS images and the high contrast targets in IR images. Experiment statistic shows that compared to some advanced approaches, the proposed method has superiority on detail preservation and visual quality.

The article studies the discourse and a legal uncertainty of the popular and generally understandable concept of cybercrime. The authors reveal the doctrinal approaches to the definition of cybercrime, cyberspace, computer crime. The analysis of international legal acts and legislation of Ukraine in fighting cybercrime is carried out. The conclusion is made about the need to improve national legislation and establish international cooperation to develop the tools for countering cybercrime and minimizing its negative outcomes. The phenomenon of nicknames is studied as a semantic source, which potentially generates a number of threats and troubles - the crisis of traditional anthroponymic culture, identity crisis, hidden sociality, and indefinite institutionalization, incognito style, a range of manifestations of loneliness - from voluntary solitude to traumatic isolation and forced detachment. The core idea is that it is the phenomenon of incognito and hidden name (nickname and other alternatives) that is the motivational stimulus for the fact of information trouble or crime.

Motor core products are used as materials for electrical steel sheets and cold-rolled steel sheets according to the performance of motors. The cemented carbide material of the mold punch applied to the motor core material causes many troubles due to abrasion and burr problem. The selection of these materials has a great effect on the production life, mass production, product quality as well as mold life. The cemented carbide applied to the products of the motor core is recognized as a very important part. In this study, cold rolled steel sheet was applied to motor core SCP-1 steel 1.0mm, and The effects of abrasion and punching oil on the shear process were investigated for the selection of cemented carbide. Experiments were conducted to select and apply cemented carbide only for the motor core punch optimized for cold rolled steel. The results showed that the cemented carbide material of $CDK3^{***}$ produced the least wear and burrs.

In the era of tough competition, the customer's emotional attachment to brand plays a vital role to the successes and failures of enterprises. Specifically in the case of doing business online, brands have to cope with the troubles of rising from brand hate as brand avoidance, negative word of mouth and brand retaliation. Traditionally, the brand communication is very hard to control and with online communities, the problems tend to be even more severe. This paper aims to explore and discuss the core concept, the driven factors and the actionable consequences of brand hate among netizens. A total of 358 valid responses were obtained from surveys taken from the internet users across the nation. Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was conducted using Smart PLS to assess the hypotheses. The result shows that the expression of brand hate among netizen consists of active hate and passive hate. Deficit value, deceptive advertising, negative past experience and ideology incompatibility have been confirmed as influencing factors on customers' brand hate emotion. Then brand hate itself causes the customer's actionable outcomes such as brand avoidance, brand negative word of mouth and brand retaliation. Along with the theoretical contributions and managerial implications have been recommended for enterprises to avoid netizens' brand hate.

This paper investigates the relationship of voltage and current waveform between normal piezo injector and deterioration abnormal piezo injector. The experimental methods using Pico oscilloscope and GDS scan tool are employed to measure current and voltage waveform and fuel pressure of piezo injector. The experiment is carried out during no-load condition. A summary of the important results are as follows. 1) In case of normal injector, the fluctuation of duration time of piezo injector was linearly and regularly decreased with increasing engine speed, but the that of deterioration piezo injector was irregularly decreased with increasing engine speed. 2) In main injection, the peak value of the current waveform of abnormal injector was larger than that of normal injector, the duration time of deteriorated abnormal injector was less than that of normal injector at 800rpm and 1500rpm, but the duration time of deteriorated abnormal injector was larger than that of normal injector at 2000rpm and 3000rpm. This irregularity appears to be caused by the deterioration of the injector.

Reacting to Lu Jiu-yuan's teachings on "Wuji-Taiji," Zhu-Xi explicitly outlined his own viewpoints on the concept of "Taiji." Furthermore, he established a system of cosmological ontology based on them. Zhu-xi's main viewpoints and arguments on "Taiji" were fully understood and accepted by Lee Eon-jeok, who inherited and developed them even further. Lee Eon-jeok argued with Cho Han-bo, a thinker who contended against Lu Jiu-yuan (Son Sook-don) on the interpretation of "Wuji er Taiji" by deftly quoting Zhu-xi's point of view from Zhu-xi's standpoint. In modern times, Daesoon Thought has borrowed the concept of "Wuji" and "Taiji," and interpreted the original body of the "Dao" as "Wuji" to reveal a stationarity of the "Dao." This is interpreted as the specific creation of all things and the process of change, wherein Taiji represents the revealed activity of the "Dao." This development can be seen as an attempt by Daesoon Thought to clear away all suffering and enmity and open up a Later World of love and justice through an omnipotent Supreme God (Sangje) in times of desperate crisis of internal and external troubles.

This paper deals with a new method for the machining of a die cavity defined by sculptured surfaces. In machining die cavities or pockets, process planners have been faced with some troulbes. One of the troubles ius to rebove a great deal of material within a given boundary while avoiding cutter interference. Cutter interference is a ciritical problem in NC machining of a die cavity. Even though this cavity machining has been implemented in many CAM systems, most of them can handle limited shapes of cavities or pockets. In this paper, a procedure has been developed to machine die cavity or pocket of a sculptured surface. The offset surfaces of the part surfaces and boundary surfaces are determined to calculate the intersection curves. These intersection curves form a FACE on the part surface, and the interference free tool pathe is generated by eliminating the points outside the FACE when computing the cutter contact (CC) data. Additionally, the cutter location (CL) data obtained from the CC data convert to an NC data. The NC data generated through this algorithm are verified on the CINCINNATI milling machine. A propotype die cavity machining system has been implemented in FORTRAN language and FIGARO graphics library on IRIS workstation.

In Written on the Body, by creating the narrator's ungendered and unsexed identity, Winterson makes her text open to the reader's assumption of the narrator's sexual and gender identity. Thus, this novel has been read, on the one hand, as a lesbian text by those who assume that the narrator is a female and, on the other hand, as a suspicious text colluding with patriarchal and heterosexual values by those who define the narrator as a male. Those readings of the narrator as one of either sex/gender, however, demonstrate how (academic as well as general) readers have been accustomed to the gender-based reading habits in which textual meanings are dichotomously arranged along the lines of sex and gender of characters. Challenging those dualistic "gendered" readings, this paper reads Winterson's Written on the Body as a queer text which interrogates, troubles, and subverts the heterosexual concepts of narrative, desire, and body without reducing the narrator's identity to the essentialist sex and gender system. More specifically, this paper examines how the narrator's 'un-/over-' determined sexual and gender identity queers the narrative structure of author-character-reader; how the narrator's queer (fluid) desire is passing and traveling across categorical contours of (homo-/hetero-) sexual desires; how Winterson challenges the concept of a coherent body and queers the concept of body as a hermeneutic text with myriad textual grids which are not coherently mapped by power but randomly inscribed by nomadic desires.
