The purpose of this study was to investigate color planning method for apparel fashion de-sign and to present the method of analysis of green color. Theoretical backgrouds of color planning for fashion design were scrutinized by documentary studies Fashion color planning has been developed through 4 steps: analysis of color environment analysis of color psy-chology presentation of coordination appli-cation to fashion design. Green color environment consisted of mar-ket informations and forecast informations The former were collected by color samples which were used for women's apparel of national brands from '93 spring/summer to '96 spring/summer and the latter were analyzed by fashion forecasting books. Green color psy-chology was investigated through the docu-mentary studiess. image of green color and these expressed in fashion were revealed through documentary studies. The results of this study were as follow: 1. 117 green color samples were collected from domestic womens brand. The character-istic of samples were the yellow green in hue and pale light bright in tone. forecast infor-mation was collected through fashion forecasting books from abroad and adaption of forecast information was investigated by mak-ing a comparison forecasting information be-tween market information. In consequence national market colors reflected the forecast information in concurrence with the character-istic colors of national women's apparel. 2. Affirmative images of green were nature youth health and abundance and negative images were extraordinary misfortune wind-fall. in these images nature youth and health were mostly used in fashion.

최근에 웹 기술은 PC를 념어 휴대폰, PDA, 정보가전, 로봇 등 모든 디바이스로 적용이 확대되고 있으며, 웹에 대한 국제 표준을 주도하고 있는 W3C(World Wide Web Consortium)는 2007년 상반기에 유비쿼터스 웹 응용을 위한 표준 개발을 시작하였다. 이를 담당하고 있는 유비쿼터스 웹 응용 워킹그룹은 탁상용 컴퓨터뿐 아니라 사무용품, 가정 매체 기구, 이동 전화, RFID나 바코드를 포함하는 센서나 이펙터(effector) 등의 유비쿼터스 디바이스들이 다양하게 흩어져 있는 환경에서 쉽게 웹 응용 개발을 가능하게 하는 표준 개발을 목표로 한다. 본 워킹그룹의 활동은 크게 가지로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 첫 번째는 디바이스 독립 워킹그룹(Device Independence Working Group)의 활동이 종료됨에 따라 이 워킹그룹에서 완성하지 못한 표준들을 이어받아 마무리 하는 활동이다. 두 번째는 리모트 이벤팅(remote eventing), 디바이스 코디네이션(device coordination) 그리고 의향 기반 이벤트(intent-based events) 등 유비쿼터스 웹 응용을 위해 펼요한 새로운 표준 개발을 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 W3C에 서 추진되고 있는 유비쿼터스 웹에 대한 표준화 동향을 설명한다.

This paper uses Delphi Method and statistics provided by the State Administration of Market Regulation of China, attempts to develop the scale index of language service industry in China. Coupled with practical investigation and theoretical framework of SCP paradigm, a deep analysis on market behavior, market structure, and market performance of the industry have been explored. First, the study indicates that the scale index of Chinese language services industry has experienced an upward trend from 10.481million RMB in 2008 to 351.403 million RMB in 2017. Second, majority of language services enterprises are situated in Chinese coastal provinces and there are variations in demand for language services. Third, the standardization of language services are minimal while most of the talents involve a single discipline background. Fourth, most enterprises utilize language tools while there is lack of technological innovation for utilization of language resources and enhancement of service quality. The author mainly suggests four strategies which include: cultivating multilingual services, strengthening the development of industrial informatization and technical innovation, and optimizing the industrial talents structure while also adjusting for industrial distribution and regional coordination, which propose the meaningful implications for the development of language service industry in China.

For reporting national greenhouse gas inventory in forest sector, the forest growing stock from the National Forest Inventory (NFI) system has used as activity data sources. The National Forest Inventory system was changed from rotation system by province to annual system by 5 years across the country. The forest growing stocks based on the new inventory system produced a different trend compared to the previous estimations. This study was implemented to recalculate previous forest growing stocks for time series consistency at a national level. The recalculation of forest growing stock was conducted in an overlap approach by the IPCC guideline. In order to support the more consistency data, we used calibration factors between applied stand volumes in 1985 and 2012, respectively. As a result, the time series of recalculated forest growing stock was to be consistency using the overlap approach and the calibration factor with the lower middle/middle site index. According to the applied overlap period, however, we will recalculate activity data using more complete data from national forest inventory system.

Objective: The purposes of this research are to analyze former research papers regarding Dream Start according to academic field in an attempt to better understand their services and to present additional directions. Methods: The 66 research papers regarding Dream Start from 2008 to 2020 were analyzed by three categories: welfare, child care(education) and health. In each category, this research analyzed the research papers by year, research type, research subject and the research topic. Results: First, the research papers regarding Dream Start were most actively published between 2010 and 2017 and the number of research papers decreased after 2018. Second, the results regarding the type of study showed that quantitative studies were mostly performed in all, but the detailed methods used mainly differed. Third, the subjects of the study commonly included guardians. Fourth, the research topics were focused on business content, operations, and direction. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these results, welfare, child care(education) and health sectors need to make more efforts for balanced development, and integrated research and longitudinal studies are necessary. Second, further research is needed to enhance the professionalism of teachers and nurses working in the Dream Start. Third, more research is needed for the integration and coordination of resource management.

Fashion icons of 21st century are not only the fashion leaders that show fashion trend but also the typical fashion signs or symbols that show visually changes in sensibility trends. The purpose of this study was to analyze the framework of 21st century fashion by the public to recognize through these changes. In this study, the background of the occurrence of various 21st century fashion icons and their characteristics were investigated and the changes of revealed features and symbolic meanings were examined compared with them of 20th century. The 24 celebrities which have been called as the bests of fashion icons since year 2000 were selected by searching the most popular search engines such as daum, yahoo and google, and 13 of them were picked as the highest in preference and awareness by surveying 50 students majoring in fashion. And then their fashion styles, backgrounds, and influence on the public fashion were studied. As a result, the 21st century fashion icons reflecting the cultural characteristics such as convergence and exaggeration and the sensitivities of fusion, collaboration, hybrid sensibility in art were powerful enough to create innovative styles destroying the era and the standard. Their styles have constantly created new looks. The exposed new individual sensitivities on media-fusion of two or more sensibility and coordination techniques without being tied to the existing anchorage system-were as influential as high fashion and leaded the imitation and reproduction by dazzling the public. As the media become more powerful, the influence of fashion icons interacted more closely with the public and has been evolved through the sensitivity of the reversal, cultural, economic, visual, or temporal fusions. To sum up, it is shown that the outstanding fashion styles suggested by the leading fashion designers have approach to the public more closely by the fashion icons.

Social structure has diversified, and changed into the form of pluralism since entering the 21st century. Specially, entering in the 21st century modem fashion is expressed to the luxurious feminism which expresses sensual, strong, and decorative elegant based on the womanly beauty. The gorgeous image is a splendid and luxurious image. Also it is the fashion image which is expressed strongly by the decorative detail elements among the design components. Then, it appears often in modem fashion as the pursuit image of modem persons. Therefore, the purpose of this study was not only to analyze the meaning providence and the diagnostic elements about the gorgeous image that appears often in modem fashion, but also to help the various fashion image representations by arranging the presenting principle and the method of fashion image systematically setting in the trend toward modem fashion. The method of this study was a theoretical research of the literature materials concerned with fashion images by the clothes. Also, the questionnaires were completed by selected specialists as investigation subjects who were variously engaged in the fashion-related fields in order to research the gorgeous image. In the above results. the gorgeous image's diagnostic constituent was grasped laying stress on the characteristic of the clothes. Then, the whole concept named Luxury Imagination was chosen, and 4 suits of the gorgeous image were produced by these results In the diversified and personalized modem fashion with he above results the flowing of the gorgeous image is the part able to be expressed exactly in the view of the image pursued by the public.

The purpose of the study is to get some pieces of prior information to eventually develop competitive swimming suit designs with Korean traditional images. The study has been accomplished in following steps. First, as theoretical research, the history of swimming suit design and the requirements in designing competitive swimming suits were studied. Second, as practical research, at first, the trend of the competitive swimming suit designs in the national swimming suit market was examined. And then. the questionnaire surveys of both professional and amateur swimmers about their design preferences with purchasing and fabric-related tendencies were conducted for understanding professionals' characters more exactly. This data were analyzed through cross-analysis and multi-response analysis and x 2 was used. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First, athletes' preferential design tendency for the swimming suit designs were examined in the aspects of style, color, pattern, logo, and accessary. In style, female athletes preferred an athletic one-piece style and male ones preferred a brief style. In color. neutral, mostly black was preferred most and cold color group like dark blue and navy blue next, regardless of sex. In addition, they preferred similar color coordination. In pattern, though solid fabrics were mostly preferred in both sexes, especially Taeguk motive were considered the most appropriate pattern to show Korean image. Besides, logo was considered importantly, and swimming caps and goggles of accessaries were generally used. Second, athletes' swimming suit purchasing tendency was as a following. the number of swimming suits possessed was more than 4 pieces. the durable period was less than 3 months. and the most important point considered in purchasing was an easy fitting for men and a design with an easy fitting for women. And most of swimming athletes preferred foreign products than domestic ones, which was attributed to excellent quality, easy fitting, and good design. and so on. Third, in fabric-related tendency, food touch, easy fitting. and opaqueness were considered importantly. and durability to chlorine, elasticity, color fastness, easy draining, lightness, and so on were demanded forward.

Metro-Sexual is one of the most representing case showing contemporary life style of men that rooted into public already. The fundamental feature of this Metro-Sexual is the conversion of men's costume style to womanness which also could be seen from the history of clothes. The former works about sexual image, expression of sexual identity, androgynous and borderless phenomenon have been referred as base of this work. To analyze Metro-Sexual in modern social/cultural factors through such existing works will be critical part of understanding entire fashion trend in this day beyond sexual limit. As research method, former works, references, various fashion magazines and fashion related sites was used to grasp conception and womanity of Metro-Sexual. In a limited time interval from $2001{\sim}2006$ for practical work, silhouette, detail, trimming, colors, items, patterns and accessories were analyzed selected from famous S/S, F/W men's fashion collection magazine and internet site of professional fashion institute. It is obvious that Metro-Sexual already spread out in men's fashion based on such social/cultural background as new century's icon that regarded as critical factor in researching contemporary men's fashion and of the future.

이 연구의 주요 목적은 한국과 일본의 스트리트패션을 비교하고, 상대국 패션에 대한 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 각국의 두 패션잡지에서 2003년 춘하 시즌부터 2007/08 추동시즌까지의 여성 스트리트패션 자료를 수집하였다. 최종 2211 사진이 분석에 사용되었다. 양국 스트리트패션의 종단적 변화는 풀코디네이션 경향, 다양한 색상과 문양 사용의 증가, 세계적인 트렌드 영향과 같은 공통점을 보여주었다. 의복 아이템의 수용에서는 한국과 일본의 시간차이가 나타나서 일본 스트리트패션이 한국 스트리트패션에 영향을 끼쳤음을 시사하였다. 그러나 의복 수용의 시간차는 2006년 이후로 나타나지 않았으며, 양국의 스트리트패션은 동시에 변화하고 있었다. 추동시즌보다 춘하시즌에서 더 많은 유사성이 발견되었다. 또한, 액세서리에서도 의복 아이템에서보다 더 많은 유사성이 나타났으며, 액세서리 수용에서는 시간차이는 발견되지 않았다.
