The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.

This study conducted an analysis of strategies that the 3rd to 6th grade elementary students used when they were solving problems of comparing the size of the fractions with like and unlike denominators, and unit fractions. Although there were slight differences in the students' use of strategies according to the problem types, students were found to use the 'part-whole strategy', 'transforming strategy', and 'between fractions strategy' frequently. But 'pieces strategy', 'unit fraction strategy', 'within fraction strategy', and 'equivalent fraction strategy' were not used frequently. In regard to the strategy use that is appropriate to the problem condition, it was found that students needed to use the 'unit fraction strategy', and the 'within fraction strategy', whereas there were many errors in their use of the 'between fractions strategy'. Based on the results, the study attempted to provide pedagogical implications in teaching and learning for comparing the size of the fractions.

Objective: Endometrial fibrosis, the primary pathological feature of intrauterine adhesion, may lead to disruption of endometrial tissue structure, menstrual abnormalities, infertility, and recurrent pregnancy loss. At present, no ideal therapeutic strategy exists for this fibrotic disease. Eupatilin, a major pharmacologically active flavone from Artemisia, has been previously reported to act as a potent inducer of dedifferentiation of fibrotic tissue in the liver and lung. However, the effects of eupatilin on endometrial fibrosis have not yet been investigated. In this study, we present the first report on the impact of eupatilin treatment on transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β)-induced endometrial fibrosis. Methods: The efficacy of eupatilin on TGF-β-induced endometrial fibrosis was assessed by examining changes in morphology and the expression levels of fibrosis markers using immunofluorescence staining and quantitative real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results: Eupatilin treatment significantly reduced the fibrotic activity of TGF-β-induced endometrial fibrosis in Ishikawa cells, which displayed more circular shapes and formed more colonies. Additionally, the effects of eupatilin on fibrotic markers including alpha-smooth muscle actin, hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha, collagen type I alpha 1 chain, and matrix metalloproteinase-2, were evaluated in TGF-β-induced endometrial fibrosis. The expression of these markers was highly upregulated by TGF-β pretreatment and recovered to the levels of control cells in response to eupatilin treatment. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that suppression of TGF-β-induced signaling by eupatilin might be an effective therapeutic strategy for the treatment of endometrial fibrosis.

The progresses in the Korean design promotion strategy since the 1950s have been studied. Korean design strategy was somewhat limited in the imitator who copied advanced nations strategies at the beginning. Their strategies changed to adopter and/or modifier in conjunction with the Korean economic development. It has pursued pioneer strategies since 2000. This study has identified the changing environment of design, the nature of design promotion strategy, the historical background and current states of world design promotion. Finally, it has suggested four challenges for transforming Korea into the world class design nation: Formulation of law for cultivating the design industry; enhancing the self-survival power of Korea Institute of Design Promotion(KIDP), the establishment of the Korea Design Promotion Foundation, upgrading the Korea Federation of Design Associations(KFDA).

In this paper, we propose a control strategy for a class of nonholonomic systems. A system with nonholonomic constraint is called a nonholonomic system, and as Brockett showed, the equilibrium of such systems can not be stabilized with any continuous static state feedbacks even though the system is controllable in the sense of nonlinear. A control strategy we propose is transforming this system into time-state control form by coordinate transformation and input transformation. We will apply this control strategy to the motion control of a rigid ball that is held between two parallel plates.

Background To overcome the potential drawbacks of a short half-life and dose-related adverse effects of using active transforming growth factor-beta 1 for cartilage engineering, a cell-mediated latent growth factor activation strategy was developed incorporating latent transforming growth factor-${\beta}$1 (LTGF) into an electrospun poly(L-lactide) scaffold. Methods The electrospun scaffold was surface modified with NH3 plasma and biofunctionalised with LTGF to produce both random and orientated biofunctionalised electrospun scaffolds. Scaffold surface chemical analysis and growth factor bioavailability assays were performed. In vitro biocompatibility and human nasal chondrocyte gene expression with these biofunctionalised electrospun scaffold templates were assessed. In vivo chondrogenic activity and chondrocyte gene expression were evaluated in athymic rats. Results Chemical analysis demonstrated that LTGF anchored to the scaffolds was available for enzymatic, chemical and cell activation. The biofunctionalised scaffolds were non-toxic. Gene expression suggested chondrocyte re-differentiation after 14 days in culture. By 6 weeks, the implanted biofunctionalised scaffolds had induced highly passaged chondrocytes to re-express Col2A1 and produce type II collagen. Conclusions We have demonstrated a proof of concept for cell-mediated activation of anchored growth factors using a novel biofunctionalised scaffold in cartilage engineering. This presents a platform for development of protein delivery systems and for tissue engineering.

Jointness is a core concept of ROK military reform plan. ROK military has pursued to transform its military organization and capability for enhancing jointness and joint operation after the 1990s. It has strengthened the organization of JCS(Joint Chief of Staffs), introduced joint education, and acquired modernized weapons and equipment proper for joint operation. The 1986 Glodwater-Nichols Act of the U.S. military and lessons of the recent war provided a good direction how ROK military should take measures to enhance jointenss. In fact, defense reform efforts for jointness has produced invaluable fruits for transforming industrial age military forces into information age one which possesses more strong combat capabilities and develops joint business for efficient defense management. Nevertheless, there are many issues ROK military should address for stepping up the jointness. This paper well analyzes practical problems and issues ROK military faces to develop jointenss and draws policy recommendations for the policy makers.

The professionalization of unauthoritative medical service has been progressed over time, transforming based on the motive, strategy and the social environment of the medical society. Osteopathology and Chiropractic have been professionalized in totally different steps, even though their basic philosophy and the theory are very much the same. The historical suggestions of these osteolopathology and chiropractic in England and United States is that the economical conditions and the point of view that society has on the relationship between human and medicines affect decisively on the social transformation of the community. Observations through these examples will provide many informations as a source on political measures for a medical society to decide for its future direction.
