한중 사이버 문화 협력과 비즈니스 발전방안 (Suggestions for Business Cooperation Utilizing the Cyber Culture Trends between Korea and China)

  • In the 21st century, both globalization and e-Transformation trends of business in China have been in progress simultaneously and very rapidly. Due to those phenomena, there is consequently big change not only in the field of political-economy but also in the cultural trend of the world. But, despite of the importance of mutual cooperation between Korea and China, the research about Chinese cyber culture is neglected relatively. The purpose of this study is to review the cyber cultural aspect of business between two countries, and to devise proper measures for cultural cooperation not only reengineering the role of two countries but developing mutual benefit in East Asia in the era of global competition. The methodology used in this study is basically depending on theoretical study. Major findings are as follows: China has some cyber-cultural characteristics like very big size of netizen, heaven on earth of counterfeit, deepening in digital divide, etc. And Chinese traditional off-line culture has changed as the cyber culture spreaded over in cyberspace recently. But, on the other hand, cultural trends are changed to homogeneity both in nation-side which is between Korea and China and in space-side which is between online and offline culture. It is recommended that Korea and China have to endeavor to understand mutual culture, and to utilize the cyber culture in the respect of business cooperation. Consequently, two countries should effort to prepare exchange program for both netizen group, to design culture-networking system, to strengthen cyber-cultural marketing, and to make good use of both Korean Cultural Wave(said Han-Ryu) and Chinese Cultural Wave(said Hwa-Ryu).

  • 기업과 기업(B2B)간 또는 기업과 소비자(B2C)간의 전자 상거래를 위하여 상품 및 서비스에 대한 정보를 전자적인 형태로 교환하기 위한 전자 문서를 e-Catalog라고 하며, 전자 상거래에 이용되는 e-Catalog는 무한한 인터넷 공간에서 효과적으로 기업의 상품 및 제품의 특성을 잘 표현할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 전자 상거래에 사용되고 있는 e-Catalog 시스템은 명확한 개념과 일관된 구성요소 등이 없고 서로 상이한 시스템을 구축하고 있으며 이로 인해 e-Catalog 정보를 교환 및 거래에 사용할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이기종 시스템에서 상호 운용성을 증대시키기 위하여 XML Schema를 이용하여 통합적으로 상품 정보를 처리 할 수 있는 e-Catalog문서 구조를 정의하였다. 또한 XML로 정의된 e-Catalog 문서를 XSLT를 이용하여 다른 구조의 e-Catalog 문서로 변환하고 관리할 수 있는 통합형 e-Catalog 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency Is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of PV system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for sensing the monitoring data and indirect controlling of the PV system. Most of the conventional monitoring system depend on the special hardware and software. Basic design goal of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, free of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..

  • STS316L은 인성, 연성, 부식저항성 등 우수한 기계적 성질 때문에 에너지환경설비 등 구조물에 널리 이용되고 있다. 그러나, 용접구조물은 가혹한 환경하에서 경년열화가 심각하다. 지금까지의 연구들은 주로 용접부의 피로균열진전거동에 관하여 수행되었고, 피로균열진전속도식의 재료상수와 비파괴적 평가의 상관성에 관한 연구는 거의 없었다. 본 연구는 SIS316L 용접부의 피로균열진전 거동을 조사하고, 초음파 파라미터로 열화특성을 평가하고 시간-주파수 분석으로 해석을 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 용접구조물의 사용기간 중 피로수명 등을 예측하기 위한 기초 데이터로서 사용될 수 있다.

  • 영상압축기술의 발전으로 인하여 디지털 영상은 대부분 압축된 형태로 사용된다. 이러한 압축된 영상을 축소 및 확대하는 것은 네트웍환경에서의 대역폭에 따른 축소된 영상 전송과 디스플레이 장치에 맞는 크기로의 영상 조절 등 다양한 응용에 사용 가능하다. 가장 대표적인 압축 방식은 DCT를 이용해서 영상을 부호화하는 것이다. 최근 DCT로 부호화된 영상에 대해 DCT 영역에서 직접 축소한 후 다시 DCT 영역에서 확대해 원래 크기의 DCT로 부호화된 영상을 얻는 방법에 대한 연구가 진행되어왔다. 이러한 연구의 주관심사는 최종적으로 부호화된 결과 영상의 화질을 개선하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 DCT로 부호화된 영상을 축소하기 위해, 변경된 IDCT 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 변경된 IDCT 방법을 사용해서 DCT 영역에서 직접 축소된 영상을 얻는 방법과 이에 대응하는 확대된 영상을 얻는 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 영상 축소 방법과 확대 방법을 같이 사용함으로써 DCT 영역에서 축소 후 확대된 영상은 가장 최근에 제안된 방법들보다 높은 PSNR값을 나타낸다.

인체의 복곡면과 직물 변형 특성을 이용한 의복압 예측법의 개선 (Prediction of the Clothing Pressure Using the Radii of Double Curvature and Transformation of a Fabric)

  • Clothing pressure has close relation with clothing comfort and depends on the pattern and properties of textile fabrics. Choosing a suitable clothing pressure is an essential factor for designing functional clothing such as the foundation for reshaping of a body contour or medical items for bum patient, and etc. However, it is hard to measure pressure values at the curved surface of a human body correctly. Recently, an air pack type pressure sensor, which has relatively excellent performance has been used to measure clothing pressure, however, it is still inconvenient to apply because it is a contact- type sensor. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest an indirect method that can measure clothing pressure without touching the subject by improving the equation of Kirk and Ibrahim (1966). However, confusions have been occurred when someone use the equation since the definition of parameters are somewhat vague. Furthermore, the estimated clothing pressure obtained by the previous method are quite different from the real values because this method does not consider the 3D effect of a human body and property changes of a transformed fabric. In this paper, the direction of principal stress and the radius of curvature in the principal direction were searched in the 3D image of the deformed girdle to get more accurate clothing pressure. The estimated clothing pressure was verified by comparing the result of the air pack type pressure sensor. It was found that the accuracy of the pressure estimation was improved by considering the 3D curvature of human body and the directional characteristics of textile fabrics.

불면(不眠)에 대한 침구치료(鍼灸治療)의 접근 방법론 연구 - 경락생리(經絡生理) 및 혈성(穴性)을 중심으로 - (A study of methods for Acupuncture and moxibustional treatment to Insomnia)

  • Objectives : This study was aimed to investigate the methods for acupuncture and moxibustional treatment to insomnia Methods : The insomnia is classified by seven cause at main subject. According to this, arrange the acupuncture and moxibustional treatment for classical books, and explain eight meridian related to insomnia. Results : 1. Insomnia means deficiency of sleeping and it is the word generally used when a short period of sleeping, difficulty for deep sleeping and difficulty for recovery of original vital energy comes out. In oriental medicine, they understand that uneasiness condition occurred by abnormal operation of the internal organs as heart, liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, kidney, etc. caused by external affection or internal injury becomes Insomnia. 2. Cause of insomnia can be classified majorly as fire-transformation of liver and gallbladder , inner shaking of phlegm-heat , insufficiency of both the heart and the spleen, disharmony between heat and kidney, the dysfunction of the stomach, timidity of heart and gallbladder, the deficiency of Qi of the lung. They make insomnia with bad influence upon body and spirit. 3. The meridian system such as Heart Meridian of Hand Soeum, Pericardium Meridian of Hand Gworeum, Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangmyeong, Spleen Meridian of Foot Taeeum, Bladder Meridian of Foot Taeyang, Kidney Meridian of Foot Soeum, Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Soyang, Liver Meridian of Foot Gworeum and Lung Meridian of Hand Taeeum are used to treat insomnia. Sinmun acupoint and Naegwan acupoint are often used in particular because the they are good for calmming the spirit, the heart and purging the heart of (pathogenic) fire. 4. Especialy, Back-Su points of Bladder Meridian of Foot Taeyang was used by each causes. The Back-su Points was mainly used for heal the insomnia because the Back-Su points has good competent to control the ability of internal organs by direct effect to it. It is because the vitality flows through around back-Su. Conclusions : It comes to a conclusion as follows with research for relevancy of the main cause of insomnia and meridian system includes meridian point.

포털 뉴스서비스와 온라인 저널리즘의 지형: 뉴스 유통의 구조 변동 혹은 권력 변화 (The Influence of Portal Site News Services on Online Journalism in Korea: The Structural Transformation or the Power Change in the News Distribution)

  • 우리나라 온라인 저널리즘 지형의 과거, 현재, 미래는 무엇보다 포털 뉴스서비스와 밀접한 연관이 있다. 전통 저널리즘에서 한정된 뉴스미디어는 뉴스 생산과 유통을 동시에 수행하기 때문에 소비를 완전히 장악할 수 있었다. 이후 다매체다채널 시대에는 뉴스미디어가 큰 폭으로 증가하고 이에 따라 뉴스 생산이 폭발적으로 늘어나면서 수용자의 선택이 중요하게 됐다. 온라인 저널리즘 환경에서는 각종 뉴스 이용을 간편하게 만든 포털 뉴스서비스에 대한 이용의 집중, 뉴스미디어 브랜드보다는 뉴스 콘텐츠에 집중하는 뉴스 소비의 특성 등으로 인해 뉴스 유통이 가장 중요한 영역으로 부각됐다. 포털 뉴스서비스가 온라인 저널리즘의 상징적 존재가 되면서 뉴스 유통 중심의 우리나라 저널리즘 지형이 완성된 것이다. 뉴스 유통만을 담당하는 포털 뉴스서비스가 뉴스를 생산하는 언론사닷컴이나 인터넷신문보다 더 큰 영향력을 가진다는 것은 언론 권력의 변화를 의미한다. 이로 인해 기존 뉴스미디어와 포털 뉴스서비스의 갈등이 곳곳에서 목격된다.

Review of Types, Properties, and Importance of Ferrous Based Shape Memory Alloys

  • Shape memory alloys(SMAs) have revolutionized the material engineering sciences as they exhibit exclusive features i.e. shape memory effect(SME) and super-elasticity. SMAs are those alloys that when deform return to their predeformed shape upon heating, they also restore their original shape by removing the load. Research on properties of newly advent of several types of ferrous based shape memory alloys(Fe-SMAs), shows that they have immense potential to be the counterpart of Nitinol(NiTi-SMA). These Fe-SMAs have been used and found to be effective because of their low cost, high cold workability, good weldability & excellent characteristics comparing with Nitinol(high processing cost and low cold workability) SMAs. Some of the Fe-SMAs show super-elasticity. Fe-SMAs, especially Fe-Mn-Si alloys have an immense potential for civil engineering structures because of its unique properties e.g. two-way shape memory effect, super elasticity and shape memory effect as well as due to its low cost, high elastic stiffness and wide transformation hysteresis comparative to Nitinol. Further research is being conducted on SMAs to improve and impinge better attributes by improving the material compositions, quantifying the SMA phase transition temperature etc. In this research pre-existing Fe-SMAs are categorised and collected in a tabulated form. An analysis is performed that which category is mostly available. Last 50 years data of Fe-SMA publications and US Patents is collected to show its importance in terms of increasing research on such type of alloys to invent different compositions and applications. This data is analysed as per different year groups during last 50 years and it was analysed as per whether the keywords exist in title of an article or anywhere in the article. It was found that different keywords related to Fe-SMAs/categories of Fe-SMAs, almost don't exist in the title of articles. However, these keywords related to Fe-SMAs/categories of Fe-SMAs, exist inside the article but still there are not too many publications related to Fe-SMAs/categories of Fe-SMAs.
