An attempt is made to assemble and synthesize recent publications which may contribute to our capability for understanding the transformation of wave spectra in finite-depth water or in the presence of current. This review is limited essentially to the effects of shoaling and current on one-dimensional transformation of wave spectra and examining the adequacy of the approximation of irregular waves by a monochromatic wave in modeling of wave transformation in coastal areas.
The TRIP behavior in tensile deformation of retained austenite formed by reverse transformation treatment in 0.15%C-6%Mn-(Ti, Nb) steels has been investigated. The shape of retained austenite was almost a fine lath type with $0.1{\sim}0.3{\mu}m$ width and the two distinctly different transformation sequences of retained austenite, i) retained austenite${\rightarrow}$martensite and ii) retained austenite${\rightarrow}$deformation twin${\rightarrow}$martensite were revealed. The strength-elongation combination was increased with increasing the holdig time at low temperatures ($625^{\circ}C$) but decreased abruptly with increasing holding time at high temperatures ($675^{\circ}C$), owing to the lowering of ductility. The strength-elongation combination and TRIP effect was lower in tensile deformation in the range of $100{\sim}250^{\circ}C$ than room temperature. The tensile strengh and elongation of a reverse transformed steels with addition of Ti or Nb was 93kg/, 40% respectively, which is higher over 10% of strength without ductility loss than in 0.15%C-6%Mn steels.
Conditions for lily pollen growth in vitro and transformation were optimized. Active pollen tube development was achieved effectively in a medium containing 7% sucrose with pH adjusted to 5.7 at the temperature of 27$^{\circ}C$ for about 16-24 hours. Pollen growth was little impaired by the presence of kanamycin at concentration up to 100 mg/L. Pollen rains near the beginning of germination stage were more reliable for Agrobacterium-mediated GUS DNA transformation via vacuum infiltration lasted for 20-40 minutes. GUS DNA integration and its expression in fully developed pollen tubes could be confirmed by Southern blot hybridization, RT-PCR and histochemical staining.

Regarding efficient development of computer graphic animations, lots of techniques for editing or transforming existing motion data have been developed. Basically, the motion transformation techniques follow optimization process. To make the animation be natural, almost all the techniques utilize kinematics and dynamics in constructing constraints for the optimization. Since the kinematic and dynamic structures of virtual characters to be animated are very complex, the most time-consuming part is known to the optimization process. In order to suggest some guide lines to engineers involved in the motion transformation, in this paper, we analyze the computational complexities for typical motion transformation in quantitative manner as well as the possibility for parallel computation.

The directions of introduction of information technologies in the sphere of banking activity are determined. An analysis of changes in the share of the population of individual EU member states that use the Internet for Internet banking. It is noted that modern transformation trends, digitalization of the economy have a significant impact on the landscape of the banking sector, in this context, the rating of Ukrainian banks in the categories of "Internet Banking" and "Mobile Banking". The advantages and disadvantages of using the capabilities of Internet banking are identified. Based on the study, the importance of expanding the boundaries of digitalization of the domestic banking system is substantiated, which will further increase the level of availability of online services in the field of banking. Prospects for further research are identified in the study of the impact of digitalization on the development of the banking system of foreign countries.
The objectives of the study are to identify the issues and problems encountered in Korea's current integrated rural regional development(IRRD) program and to suggest policy remedies to cope with them. Secondary data and materials ate mainly used for the study. Since the mid-1980s, rural settlement planning has been carried out in the Republic of Korea, In the planning process,'scale of economy'perspectives and settlement policy have been emphasized for increasing the efficiency of investment. During the 1990s, rural settlement and major village development projects have been implemented under the rural structure transformation programs. Agricultural structure adjustment projects for land consolidation and sizable farming have been separated from the rural settlement and mojor village development projects. Based on the evaluative analysis for the rural structure transformation policy and program, some problematic issues were raised as follows: (a) lack of integrative control function in the program'(b) weak linkage between living environment improvement and agricultural development projects: and (c) lack of comprehensive village development planning and implementation system. The policy issues to solve the problems were suggested as follows: (a) adoption of bottom-up approach in new IRRD planning and project system : (b) projection of comprehensive development planning and project at the village level; and (c) introduction of new regional agriculture development projects such as direct payment system for farming in less favorable areas and organic farming.

While in high-income countries the development of digital technology began in the 1970s, in low- and middle-income countries it began in the 1990s and even after 2005, due to the political regime that constrained economic development and innovation. At the same time, there are no studies of the relationship between technological development and structural changes through innovation in low- and middle-income countries. The article aims to quantify the relationship of the introduction of digital technologies on innovation, structural transformation of low- and middle-income economies. The industrial-agrarian economy of Uzbekistan with an authoritarian regime is in a state of transition to a market economy, while in Ukraine, there are active processes of Europeanization and integration into the EU. Ukraine's economy is commodity-based (the export of raw materials of industries and the agricultural sector in developed countries predominates) and industrial-agrarian. Digital technologies and the service sector are little developed in Uzbekistan. On the other hand, Ukraine has a more developed ICT sector. Uzbekistan is gradually undergoing an innovative and structural transformation of the economy: the productivity of the agricultural, industrial, and service sectors is growing, but the ICT sector is virtually undeveloped. In comparison, in Ukraine, there are no significant structural transformations due to a significant drop in productivity of the industrial sector, with stable growth of productivity of the agricultural sector due to technology and a slight increase in productivity of the service sector. It is revealed that Ukraine and Uzbekistan have undergone structural transformations of the economy in favor of the service sector, while the agricultural and industrial sectors produce less and less. If Uzbekistan remains the industrial-agrarian country with an aggregate share of the added value of these sectors 59% in 2019, Ukraine transits to the post-industrial type of economy where the added value of the service sector in GDP grows (55% compared to agrarian and industrial sectors at 42%).

At present, for reuse of similar domains between feature model and class model. researches of transformation at the model level and of transformation using ontology between two models are being made. but consistent transformation through metamodel is not made. And the factors of modeling transformation targets are not sufficient, and especially, automatic transformation algorithm and supporting tools are not provided so reuse of domains between models is not activated. This paper proposes a method of transformation from feature model to class model using ontology on the metamodel. For this, it re-establishes the metamodel of feature model, class model, and ontology, and it defines the properties of modelling factors for each metamodel. Based on the properties, it defines the profiles of transformation rules between feature mndel and ontology, and between ontology and class model, using set theory and propositional calculus. For automation of the transformation, it creates transformation algorithm and supporting tools. Using the proposed transformation rules and tools, real application is made through Electronic Approval System. Through this, it is possible to transform from the existing constructed feature model to the class model and to use it again for a different development method. Especially, it is Possible to remove ambiguity of semantic transformation using ontology, and automation of transformation maintains consistence between models.

One of the limitations to conducting maize Agrobacterium-mediated transformation using explants of immature zygotic embryos routinely is the availability of the explants. To produce immature embryos routinely and continuously requires a well-equipped greenhouse and laborious artificial pollination. To overcome this limitation, an Agrobacterium-mediated transformation system using explants of type II embryogenic calli was developed. Once the type II embryogenic calli are produced, they can be subcultured and/or proliferated conveniently. The objectives of this study were to demonstrate a stable Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of maize using explants of type II embryonic calli and to evaluate the efficiency of the protocol in order to develop herbicide-resistant maize. The type II embryogenic calli were inoculated with Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain C58C1 carrying binary vector pTF102, and then were subsequently cultured on the following media: co-cultivation medium for 1 day, delay medium for 7 days, selection medium for $4{\times}14$ days, regeneration medium, and finally on germination medium. The T-DNA of the vector carried two cassettes (Ubi promoter-EPSPs ORF-nos and 35S promoter-bar ORF-nos). The EPSPs conferred resistance to glyphosate and bar conferred resistance to phosphinothricin. The confirmation of stable transformation and the efficiency of transformation was based on the resistance to phosphinothricin indicated by the growth of putative transgenic calli on selection medium amended with $4mg\;1^{-1}$ phosphinothricin, northern blot analysis of bar gene, and leaf painting assay for detection of bar gene-based herbicide resistance. Northern blot analysis and leaf painting assay confirmed the expression of bar transgenes in the $R_1$ generation. The average transformation efficiency was 0.60%. Based on northern blot analysis and leaf painting assay, line 31 was selected as an elite line of maize resistant to herbicide.
To select suitable spray chrysanthemum cultivars for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, thirty-nine (39) spray cultivars bred in the National Institutes of Korea and a standard cultivar Jinba from Japan were collected and tested for regeneration rate and Agrobacterium infection assays. MS medium with $0.5mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ IAA and $1.0mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ BAP was used for shoot regeneration from leaf disks and internodes. The shoot regeneration rate in leaf disks was the highest in cultivar BRM, followed by cultivars VS, WW and YTM. The cultivar JB (Jinba) used as a transformation material in previous reports ranked similarly to cultivars PK and SPP. In shoot regeneration from internodes, the shoot regeneration rate was the highest for cultivar PA, followed by cultivar WW. The infection rate of leaves and internodes of 40 chrysanthemum cultivars with agrobacterium was investigated. Cultivars WPP, YNW, VS, PP, WW, FA, PA and YMN showed the highest infection levels in leaves, whereas cultivars WPP, PA, PK and YNW had the highest infection levels in internodes. Considering all of these results, cultivars VS and WW were the most appropriate for gene transformation of chrysanthemum using leaves, while cultivar PA was for internodes.
