This paper analyzes the main factors affecting user selection of a small-sum electronic payment system using survey data of 396 users. Several findings emerge. First, users consider three pillars and eight factors in adopting a new system : system features(stability, security, and flexibility), transaction cost(payment commission and settlement period), and financial capability of provider(stability of financial structure, risk management capability, and funding capability). Second, the stability of the financial structure of the system provider is the most important factor to user acceptance of a new e-payment system. Users tend to consider uncertainty risk more seriously than transaction cost. This reflects the reality that electronic payment system service industry has not fully fledged yet. Third, some moderating effects exist according to payment methods and business usages. As for payment methods, speedy settlement cycle for wired/wireless phone payment, system stability for credit card and account transfer payment, and security for advance payment means are crucial factors. As for business usages, the stability of financial structure for online game content, system stability for music and video content, proxy payment commission for e-learning content, flexibility of the payment system for digital adult content, and security for public services are decisive ones.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of information security activities on organizational performance. With this in mind and with the aim of resolving transaction stability in the securities industry, using an organization's security activities as a tool for carrying out information security activities, the effect of security activities on organizational performance was analyzed. Under the assumption that the effectiveness of information security activities can be bolstered to enhance organizational performance, such effects were analyzed based on Herzberg's motivation theory, which is one of the motivation theories that may influence information protection activities. To measure the actual attributes of the theoretical model, an empirical survey of the securities industry was conducted. In this explorative study, the proposed model was verified using partial least squares as a structural equation model consisting of IT service, information security, information sharing, transaction stability, and organizational performance.

오늘날 대부분의 스마트카드는 자바카드 플랫폼을 채택한 자바카드가 표준안으로 자리매김 하고 있다. 자바카드는 전원이 차단되면 작업 중이던 데이터가 손실되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 데이터 손실의 해결책으로 트랜잭션 개념이 사용되지만, 한 번에 하나의 트랜잭션 처리만을 허용하므로, 트랜잭션이 필요한 작업들은 이전에 작업 중인 트랜잭션이 끝날 때까지 대기해야 하고, 이는 자바 카드의 성능을 저하시키는 요인이다. 본 논문에서는 자바 카드의 수행 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 다중 트랜잭션 버퍼에서 트랜잭션을 수행할 수 있도록 이중 잠금 규칙을 규정하고, 이 규칙에 따라 트랜잭션을 처리함으로써 트랜잭션 처리 성능을 개선시키고자 한다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 데이터의 안전성을 놀이고 트랜잭션이 필요한 데이터의 대기 시간을 줄이고 자바 카드의 수행 속도를 증가 시킬 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 NFT 거래 시 거래비용과 처리시간의 증가 및 스마트 계약 실행 시 발생하는 거래 안정성 요구을 높이기 위한 방법으로 다양한 블록체인 합의알고리즘의 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 성능 비교를 위한 평가항목으로 네트워크 신뢰성, TPS, 합의알고리즘의 안정성의 세 가지 평가항목에 대하여 제시하였다. 각 평가항목에 대한 정형화된 식을 수립하기 위하여 연산식에 노드의 신뢰도와 스마트 계약 성공률 등을 변수로 고려하였으며 동일 조건하에 PoW와 Raft, PBFT 세 개 그룹의 합의알고리즘에 대하여 성능을 비교하고 분석하였다. 성능평가 결과 네트워크 신뢰도는 세 그룹의 성능이 유사하였으며 나머지 두 개의 평가항목의 경우 다른 합의알고리즘 대비 PBFT 합의알고리즘이 우수한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 성능평가 연산식과 결과를 통하여 PBFT 합의시 본 연구에서 제안한 처리 과정을 합의 과정에 반영하여 처리할 경우 네트워크 신뢰성을 보장하고 합의 알고리즘의 안정성과 경제적 효율성을 높일 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

This paper focuses on the asymptotic stability of a class of neutral linear systems with mixed time-varying delay arguments. Using the Lyapunov method, a delay-dependent stability criterion to guarantee the asymptotic stability for the systems is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The LMIs can be easily solved by various convex optimization algorithms. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the proposed methods.

최근 가상화폐에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 전통적인 자산을 추구하는 것이 안전하다는 견해도 있으며 가상화폐로 인해 다각화될 수 있는 금융사회에 긍정적인 변화를 기대하기도 하는 입장의 자산전문가들도 있다. 현재 가상화폐 시장은 미성숙한 상황이라 볼 수 있으며, 아직 가상화폐에 대한 안정성이 확보 되지 않은 상태이기에 가상화폐의 거래에 대한 잠재적인 위험이 발생할 가능성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 가상화폐가 시장거래에 있어서 안정화에 기여할 수 있는 평가요인들을 도출하여 중요우선순위를 도출하고자 한다. 주요 평가요인으로는 거래환경의 관점, 기술적 관점, 이익적 관점으로 선정하였으며 이에 따른 하부요인들의 중요도는 AHP를 적용하여 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는, 분산 파일 시스템을 기반으로 하는 NoSQL의 데이터 안정성 확보를 연구하였다. 본 논문의 궁극적 목표인 분산 파일 시스템 기반의 NoSQL을 구현하는 과정에서 분산 파일 시스템의 제약 조건인 랜덤 쓰기 문제에 봉착했고, 이 문제의 해결을 위해 중간파일의 개념을 사용함으로써 어떠한 장애 상황에서도 데이터의 오염을 방지할 수 있었다. 또한 중간파일을 쓰는 과정에서 기존 파일 시스템에 비해 분산 파일 시스템이 가지는 성능적 열세를 인식하여, NoSQL을 위한 파일 블록 단위를 다시 정의하는 방법으로 성능적 손실을 크게 줄였다. 결과적으로, 본 논문에서는 보편적 분산 파일 시스템의 확장성을 가진 NoSQL을 개발함과 동시에 원자성, 일관성, 고립성, 성능 등의 조건을 만족하는 트랜잭션 관리 기법을 사용함으로써 데이터 안정성을 가지면서 실용적 사용에도 무리가 없는 NoSQL을 구현하였다.

Recently, payment method is one of the most hot issues for transaction of contents in mobile and internet markets. Many kinds of mobile contents services are rapidly growing with the combination of internet application services. Payment method algorithms are demanded for the stable transaction between producer and consumer. Security protocol algorithms are widely adapted for mobile Platform terminals. In this Paper, we described security mechanism for the current wireless internet services and compared with the performance result. There are security protocols that based on java machine platform or WAP protocols. The system is based on J2ME technology for the java mobile platform. Based on this technology, a security system is proposed for the service of mobile commerce electronic payment. The system is designed for the stability of transaction so that it enables to apply into many kinds of internet payment system.

This paper object is application of electronic Customers Relationship Management(e-CRM) for buyer This paper focuses on the possibility of the adaption of Escrow system in Local L/C opening and payment. The purposes of this study are to obtain efficiency and stability of Local L/C and to provide opportunity to accept trust of the transaction parties. The results of the study show that Escrow system is recommended when Local L/C opened, because Escrow system has the following merits: (1) Open system of internet can be used to Local L/C process. (2) Transaction process of Escrow system is very simple. (3) One stop transaction can be applied to all the process of local L/C.

Purpose: This study examines components that dictate service quality of Online Travel Agencies. Research design, data and methodology: This study performed a survey that targeted people who have purchased travel products using Online Travel Agencies in the past year at Incheon International Airport. Out of 280 questionnaires, this study selected 249(88.9%) questionnaires for analysis. In analysis, this study used statistical package called 'SPSS 22'. Results: Based on the results, this study identified that company reputation and transactional stability influenced consumers' intent to share anecdotal and practical information. Conclusions: This study discovered several major findings. First, 'convenience' and 'price', two major factors in service quality, imposed positive effects on word-of-mouth intention of consumers. In particular, 'convenience' had the most significant impact. Next, this study verified the moderating effects of 'transaction safety' and 'reputation' on the effect relationships between 'convenience' and 'price', and consumer word-of-mouth intention. The results conclude that, in fact, some statistically significant differences among the effect degrees of the two independent variables on the dependent variable according to the safety level of transaction on Online Travel Agencies website do exist. In short, 'transaction safety' variable does have moderating effects on the above relationships.
