Purpose - This research aims to investigate the factors that influence consumer's overseas online shopping behavior. Consumers adopt overseas online shopping as a new buying way and more and more consumers prefer overseas online shopping than traditional shopping ways. Consumers' behaviors in this shopping experience can be different from other shopping experiences. With the increase of overseas online shopping, we need to find antecedents and results of overseas online shopping. Especially there would be positive or negative factors which influence overseas online shopping motivation. To find the relationship, this study examines self-efficacy and impulsivity as major factors which influence overseas online shopping. We also suggest that several attitude factors increase self-efficacy and it is positively related to customer satisfaction. On the other hand, we assume that overseas online shopping factors influence impulsivity of buying and it will decrease customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - This empirical study data were collected from Korean people who experience overseas online shopping. The subjects for this study were confined to shoppers who used overseas online shopping within the past six months. A total of 267 responses were gathered. SPSS 23.0, PLS 2.0 software were used in the data analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to show sample characteristics. We examined reliability, validity test for constructs. All measurement items used seven-point scales(1= very strong disagree, 7 = very strongly agree) drawn from previously published papers. Partial Least Square method was applied to find the relationship between antecedent factors and dependent factors and hypotheses were estimated. Results - Results show that perceived superiority, perceived ease of use, perceived transaction safety, perceived behavioral control positively affect self-efficacy. Self-efficacy influences positively to consumer's post purchase satisfaction. Perceived monetary benefit and perceived uniqueness motivated impulse buying. This can make consumer's post purchase dissatisfaction. Conclusions - This paper attempted to confirm the existence of both the positive and negative faces of overseas online shopping. The result reveals that self-efficacy is a major factor which may increase satisfaction in the overseas online shopping. Usually, we can think monetary benefit and uniqueness of products motivate overseas online shopping. But it can also intrigue impulse buying and negatively affect customer relationship. Therefore companies should provide enough products information to their potential customers and they might apply adequate processes such as recommendation, comparing systems to build long term relationship with their customers.
In the 21st century the size of sales of food service business in Korea will be 30 trillion won which means Food service business in Koreas is a mega market, but it is only quantitative growth and might face the limit of growth. At the same time it is predicted that from the academic world Food service business will develop endlessly after IMF condition. Of course I hope so as a member of national. Al though I propose that quantitative side is important, qualitative side must not be disregarded the present and future customer is needs should be met because the 1st goal of company is to achieve a management goal and pursuit profit. The present situation requires a peculiar and specific strategy of its own which can not be followed by competing hotels so that value can be created and buying intention can be occurred after buying. Until now the goal of marketing campaign has been transacted marketing just for closing a transaction, but it must be related marketing which is seeking mutual interests of customer and company. The strategies to attain these goals are : 1) to change from products and service management-focused to customer management and relationship building-focused. 2) to establish a core strategy which needs to be changed from market occupancy of volume expansion to customer occupancy. 3) to change from one-way communication to two-way communication. 4) to change from large scale marketing by company dimension to small scale marketing by sections. If companies focus on core benefit and augmented service to be sought by customers and make every efforts to create a value customer occupancy will increase automatically, the reduction of marketing cost will be followed, and marketing efforts will be much more efficient. In introducing a new product it is still easier to diffuse through the existing customers, and also important market information can be obtained from customers using this close relationship. If this close relationship maintains well customers will say even a trivial inconvenience and complaint and propose an idea of new product. Kotler divides relationship marketing into 5 stages such as Basic, Reactive, Accountable, Proactive, and Partnership. From the 1st stage to the last stage customer management is absolutely important and also in management strategy. The last stage, Partnership can come into the stage which is actively participated in service development and problem solving by customers. so more loyal customers have more successful performance the company attain.
It is very important to understand the factors affecting the occurrence of vacant houses in research on them. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the rural vacancy occurrence. This study set 121 research areas and selected eight independent variables (Aged house rate, housing transaction rate, house diffusion ratio, local extinction index, net migration rate, regional aging index, the ratio of the number of employees to population and financial independence rate) and one dependent variable (vacant house rate). As a result of the study, first, both Model 1 for the entire general agricultural fishing village area and Model 2 for the county (gun) area were statistically significant, there was no problem with the independence of residual. Second, local extinction index and aged house rate had a statistically significant positive (+) relationship in both Model 1 and Model 2. Third, diffusion ratio of house had a statistically significant positive (+) relationship only in Model 1, and housing transactions rate had a statistically significant negative (-) relationship in Model 2. The implications of the study were drawn as follows: First, the increase in the house diffusion ratio without growth in households and population suggests the increase of the probability of the vacancy occurrence in the area, and the higher the aged house rate, the higher the probability of the vacancy occurrence. Second, for the revitalization of housing transactions, it is necessary to have an investment inflow in the area for mid- to long-term development. Third, local extinction index has a significant relationship with vacant house rate, it is necessary to introduce a local revitalization policy from a long-term perspective for the permanence of the area.

Relation in the new IT environment, such as the SNS, Cloud, Web3.0, has become an important factor. And these relations generate a transaction. However, existing relational database and graph database does not processe graph structure representing the relationships and transactions. This paper, we propose the technique that can be processed concurrently graph structures and transactions in a scalable complex network system. The proposed technique simultaneously save and navigate graph structures and transactions using the Topic Maps data model. Topic Maps is one of ontology language to implement the semantic web(Web 3.0). It has been used as the navigator of the information through the association of the information resources. In this paper, the architecture of the proposed technique was implemented and design using Cassandra - one of column type NoSQL. It is to ensure that can handle up to Big Data-level data using distributed processing. Finally, the experiments showed about the process of storage and query about typical RDBMS Oracle and the proposed technique to the same data source and the same questions. It can show that is expressed by the relationship without the 'join' enough alternative to the role of the RDBMS.
This research paper is to identify factors affecting the need for international cooperation in defense science and technology sector. This study set a new hypothesis based on the previous research in terms of the theory of transaction cost, knowledge-based and technology readiness level perspective. After setting a new hypothesis, the following facts were found. First, it showed that the greater the importance of defense technology also increases the need for international technology cooperation for its technology. Second, the relatively higher distance of technology comparing to the developed countries was the need for international technology cooperation to be bigger. Lastly, the relatively higher technology readiness level of technology showed the negative relationship with the need for international cooperation. This results showed that the international cooperation in defense science and technology was regarded as complementary to get their short knowledge. The results of these analyzes showed that the international defense cooperation should be push forward based on the level of technology comparing to the developed countries and the technology readiness level.
The importance of international science and technology cooperation is growing more and more, but we do not know much about what criteria could be used to choose a science or a technology that needs international cooperation first and foremost among many kinds of competing sciences and technologies. Moreover, this selection process is affected by evaluators' or science/technology experts' perception, but we do not quite know what they actually see when they evaluate the needs of international cooperation. This study investigates the conditions that international science and technology cooperation is encouraged by scholars and researchers in various areas. Based on theoretical arguments of Transaction Cost Economics, Measurement View, and Knowledge-Based View, we drew hypotheses on when experts perceive greater needs of international cooperation. Using the classification categories of 10 major sciences and technologies, we collected data from 151 respondents from scientists in research institutions and colleges. As a result, we found that experts in science and technology areas perceive strong needs of international cooperation when the importance of focal science or technology is high and the relative national level of focal science or technology is low. Also, we found that the importance and relative level of focal science and technology have positive moderating effects each other. Lastly, we found that when experts evaluate their own major areas, the strength of positive relationship between the importance of science and technology and needs of international cooperation is diminished.

In July 2021, UNCTAD classified Korea as a developed country. After the Korean War in the 1950s, economic development was promoted despite difficult conditions, resulting in epoch-making national growth. However, in order to respond to the rapidly changing global economy, it is necessary to continuously study the domestic industrial ecosystem and prepare strategies for continuous change and growth. This study analyzed the industrial ecosystem of the automobile industry where it is possible to obtain transaction data between companies by applying complexity spatial network analysis. For data, 295 corporate data(node data) and 607 transaction data (link data) were used. As a result of checking the spatial distribution by geocoding the address of the company, the automobile industry-related companies were concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area and the Southeastern(Dongnam) region. The node importance was measured through degree centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, and eigenvector centrality, and the network structure was confirmed by identifying density, distance, community detection, and assortativity and disassortivity. As a result, among the automakers, Hyundai Motor, Kia Motors, and GM Korea were included in the top 15 in 4 indicators of node centrality. In terms of company location, companies located in the Seoul metropolitan area were included in the top 15. In terms of company size, most of the large companies with more than 1,000 employees were included in the top 15 for degree centrality and betweenness centrality. Regarding closeness centrality and eigenvector centrality, most of the companies with 500 or less employees were included in the top 15, except for automakers. In the structure of the network, the density was 0.01390522 and the average distance was 3.422481. As a result of community detection using the fast greedy algorithm, 11 communities were finally derived.

The housing market is changing continuously according to the place and time and these changes have a ripple effect across various fields. On the other hand, the amount of housing that is consumed in the region also acts as a central cause of price movement. Moreover, the cause of variations in the housing market can be separated according to the characteristics of the housing consumer. In addition, the individual characteristics of the consumer varies according to the region. As a result, a study on the regional causal relationship of the housing market is underway. Although significant research has been done on the domestic home sales market, there has been limited research on the housing charter market. Therefore, in this paper, regional causal relationship of the housing market in the Gangnam and Gangbuk area in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province was analyzed using the vector error correction model, and is segmented by housing sale market and housing jeonse market. In addition, housing sale and housing jeonse of Gangam, Ganbuk and Gyeonggi province are defined as analysis variables, and time series data is the monthly material of June 2003 to November 2015. The results of the analysis, in the case of the housing sale market, showed that fluctuations in house prices in Gangnam area have a major influence on the fluctuations in house prices in the surrounding region. Similarly, in the case of the housing jeonse market, it was found that the jeonse price of Gangnam area has a significant impact on the jeonse price of housing in the surrounding area.

Services take place in Internet environment, a formation of the trust relationship between user and service provider for services. Different authentication schemes such as using Certificate of Public Key Infrastructure authentication and using ID/PW for a simple user authentication have been proposed for trust relationship. In addition, in the case of electronic financial transactions, transaction integrity and non-repudiation features are provided. These services are provided in Internet environment, use various measures to ensure service safety. However, it was difficult to prevent attacks using existing security technology because of emergence of MITB attack that manipulate the memory area of the Web browser and social engineering attacks such as phishing/pharming, requires application of new security technologies became. In this paper, we propose a concept of smart secure-pad, and utilize it safely formed a trust relationship between user and service provider, a model has been proposed to ensure safety of data transmission. Proposed model's security evaluation results show security against to MITB attack and phishing/pharming that can't be prevent attack using existing security technology. In addition, service provider can easily apply the model in safe environment can provide Internet service using provided representative services applying the proposed model.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a corporate marketing strategy maintaining and managing customers. And with CRM companies maximize the customer's value through a series of processes of new customer retention, VIP customer retention, customer value increase, potential customer activation, and customers for lifetime by collecting the customer information and taking advantage of it effectively. In particular, as the competitive environment is changing rapidly and getting more intense, maintaining the customer retention through customer churn management becomes more important in order to increase the customer value for maximizing the company's profit and to build up the relationship with customers. For example, the financial industry has managed the customer churn with the concept of customer segmentation. Recently the customer retention and churn management is becoming increasingly important in all business fields as well as financial industry since the companies expect the effect of preventing the customer churn by identifying characteristics of customers. However, despite the increasing interest and importance of the management of the customer churn, not many of studies are systematically executed by analyzing the data of customer churn. In this study we analyze the actual data of CRM activities for the customer retention, specifically the data of TV home-shopping. By doing so, we hope to identify the differences of demographic attributes and transaction specific characteristics in consumer behaviors between the churning customer and the retained customers. In addition, we try to find out the variables which can impact the churning of the customers and to predict the churn rate of individual customer through our proposed model of customer churn. In the end, based on our findings we suggest the possible marketing strategies for TV home-shopping companies.
